    We enjoyed our stay, the room had enough space for my daughter and I. We didn’t try the breakfast so I have no comment on that. We didn’t go to the pool/fitness room either. It was close enough to everything we went to. Ac was cold, little on the loud side but worked well. Parking was good.

    Nothing special. Both rooms had issues that were needing addressing that couldn’t have been handled quickly in our time there. It’s a property to stay at if there’s no better option.

    The stay was disappointing. The bathroom had hair that hadn’t been cleaned, and there were stains on the bed. The thermostat wasn’t working properly, and there was a noticeable odor in the hallway. The bed itself seemed okay, but overall the cleanliness and maintenance need improvement.

    Jerry, the front desk clerk, was amazing he made my stay very convenient, comfortable, and was so very sweet and nice. However, the breakfast hours are too short. Closing at 9 am doesn't give or allow guest to get up and get a hot breakfast. Should be open until 11am.

    The waitstaff and service was excellent. The breakfast was a typical hot breakfast, and the rooms were great. The only complaint we had about the hotel is: The walls/ceilings/floors are rather thin, so unfortunately you can hear a lot from your surroundings. Note: This was not a deal breaker for us, so I still give the hotel an overall 5 star rating for price, location, amenities, service, etc…

    The noise at night and early morning were disruptive as well. The rooms are not sound proof so you hear doors opening and closing, people walking and talking, and we were in the 2nd floor and could hear the people above us. The breakfast was meh.....but the coffee was good. I probably wouldn't stay here again.

    Room was freezing. Hair in bathtub and sink. Power went outat 8 pm. Pitch black for about 5 hours and no info given. No backup generator. Breakfast bar had 4 granola bars and 5 black bananas. No one will respond to my request for a refund

    Nos encantó porque está a 5 minutos de SeaWorld. Es muy fácil para ir al Downtown (25 minutos). El hotel muy limpio, la atención es estupenda y lo que uno pide, llega a la habitación en segundos. Muy buen servicio. Los desayunos son casi siempre los mismos, pero es variado, así que no tuvimos inconvenientes. Volveríamos a regresar sin duda alguna. Para los que tienen niños, como nosotros, es una excelente opción entre precio, comodidad y acceso a muchas tiendas y restaurantes a 1 o 2 minutos. Excelente ♥️

    Toilet would not flush unleas you took the back off it and manually flushed it. Told front desk and they did not fix. Anytime anyone used the restroom the back of the toilet had to be taken off and manually flushed

    Check in was smooth, front desk clerk was polite. The room was not what we expected. It had a door that joins with the next room, we could hear everything. Kids talking loud as well as parents, crying for a long time while we were trying to sleep. The seat by the window had a pillow with “ stains” don’t ask, guess. The sink had a leak we didn’t notice till we stepped on the water puddle. The laminated floor mist likely want mopped after each use, I stepped barefooted and my feet got dirty walking from the bed to the restroom and back. I forgot my slippers, had docks on rest of the time but had to remember not to step on water puddle. Our second night there was no electricity, the place was dark from parking lot to interior and so no TV or AC. It will be our first and last time we stay at BW.

    Hey Folks, posting this to help fellow travelers know that this hotel may not be posh, but it is certainly family oriented and will do whatever it is to make your stay enjoyful. We went for a quick trip to Sea World with our youngest-13, and the room was clean, the breakfast was filling with waffles, sausage, and eggs. All staff so nice. Another thumbs up for Jerry. Well done!

    The room smelled like cigarettes. The outlets didn’t work at all, couldn’t charge my phone. AC was very humid. Staff was friendly. Towels had what looked like makeup stains on them.

    There was no room service ( only the trash was taken), refrigerator was unplugged and with mold inside, shower was dusty and with built up. It was pretty obvious the shower was never scrubbed.

    Rooms are very clean and a good location. The only drawback was the bed was pretty small for somebody. My size I’m 5’8 225 pounds. But good location very quiet right off the highway and close into town to visit things like H-E-B Whataburger, fast food even local gyms as well.

    This place is very affordable and is located right off the freeway with a very well lit parking lot. It’s a little on the older side, needs a little TLC and a deep cleaning but the rooms were clean and beds were comfy.

    Hallways were gross, stains everywhere, beds were very uncomfortable, small and hard. bed nook by window and one of beds had food on it, hot tub didnt work so they call it a bubbling pool, breakfast not good. Lady who checked us in not that friendly but guy who checked us out awesome. Tv didnt work right due to a dog or something eating the remote. Will never choose best western again., shower not hot,

    Worst experience ever!! I booked my room 1 month in advance today that i come to check in they give me my room key and when i go to the room is really dirty from the previous guest i went back to the reception and told the lady she came with me to see the room and then she said she was going to speak to her manager to see what they could do, she then came back and told me there was no more rooms available that everything was sold out. I showed her my email when i reserved my room to show her that i booked 1 month in advance she still was like they could not do nothing about it

    Breakfast was normal, my room that me and my spouse had booked had to get changed due to the bathroom sink drain plug not working. They did transfer us to the room next door with no problem from 206-208 which was way better, si thank you for that. Otherwise pretty good normal stay

    2. The clerk who checked me in acted inconvenienced. He was robotic and never smiled. He did, however, change my room from 3rd floor to first floor like I originally requested in my online reservation which was ignored for some reason. 3. The a/c only cooled the room well at night. 4. The floor was dirty. 5. The fridge door would not shut and seal so I couldn’t use it. 6. The smoke detector in the hallway just outside of my room had a low battery and chirped loudly every 10 seconds. None of the staff seemed concerned. It’s an easy fix. 7. My main complaint is that the cleaning staff stole my little ‘do not disturb’ sign that I made myself. I travel a lot for work and stay in many hotels. I will sometimes have to extend for a day or two, so I made my own little sign and laminated it. It’s very well done with red font and explains the extension and how room service is not needed. It’s in English and Spanish. I attached it to the room door before I left in the morning. When I returned that evening, it was gone. I confronted the desk clerk about it and she didn’t think that the cleaning crew would take it. I explained that I would not back down and would report it as theft. I suggested that if they deny taking it, we can review the security camera footage. Well, the sign miraculously turned up within 30 minutes at the front desk. I was given no explanation as to why it was taken.

    We dis not stay. We were in the room 10 minutes and dwcided we would rather drive home 5 hours than stay in that room. There was hair in the shower and arond the toilet, crumbs on the floor, cobwebs inbthe window area and trash in the floor under the AC. After complaining to the front desk, theybrefused to give us a refund since we were in the room 11 minutes and didnt come down immediatly. 3rd floor. It took us a few minutes to use the elevator.     A bit disappointed with the property. While the outside looks great, the inside is not up to date. The room and hallways have an odor, probably from the air conditioning units. It appears the hotel's solution was to put plug-in air freshners that only masked the smell. After a while, the strong scent from these freshners started giving me a headache. The towels and linens are definitely used and should probably be replaced with newer ones. Many of the bed linens had stains and the bath towels were coming apart at the seams. I stayed for three nights and room service never came in to make the bed or restock the room. When I asked why, they said they only had two housekeepers on staff who came in for a few hours during the day and couldn't get to all the rooms. Breakfast options were ok. Waffle maker and fresh fruit were available so I was happy about that. Overall, if it were me, I would stay at another place that is cleaner and more updated.

The coffee maker started smoking in our room when we tried to make coffee, so our room smelt burnt the whole time. There was a bag around the smoke detector… and the guy started putting breakfast away at 9! I had made my daughter a waffle and cut it up and went back to make myself one and he had already put them away!!! The hallway carpets were all stained.. It was an interesting trip. Lol

    Our rooms were nice. The issue I had with my bathroom was that it had a paper towel stuffed in the bathroom drain. They didn't clean our room. The front desk apologized and gave us clean towels. I loved being able to log into my apps for entertainment. It didn't seem like there was much breakfast available. French fries were the breakfast potatoes. The elevator made weird & loud noises.

    This property is unsanitary. Our bed was covered in bed bugs! We had to leave ALL our belongings! Everything! It has been over 24 hours and no management has even tried to contact us, yes, holiday weekend but this is not a situation that should be put off till a Monday! CHECK YOUR BEDS! Will never stay at a Best Western again.

    Clean. Hair in the bathroom, carpets felt filthy (kept shoes on in room) . All other carpeting had many stains . Bed linens had a few yellow spots on them, towels did not smell clean . The breakfast was non existent. The toaster nearly caught on fire . The front desk staff had to open doors to let the smoke/smell go out . Will never return to this hotel. Kids were disappointed because they wanted to swim but pool was very dirty

    Check in was decent,however the room was not cleaned properly . Mainly the toilet was clogged called & even went to front desk & housekeeper to make aware. It was never taken care of.     Bedding dirty ( looked like blood and other stains on other beds) had to change it our self ask for housekeeping to clean room but didn’t had to ask 3 days in a row was told elevator was out and be fixed the next day 3 days later got fixed us and everyone else staying on the upper floors had to carry luggage up the steps helped multiple people cary theirs up specially older couple. Breakfast was to be served until 9:30 went down 9:05 and was told they decided to quit serving at 9. Got to admit it was a bed to sleep in.

    For the most part the stay was okay. Nothing out of the ordinary. I usually love to have breakfast at my hotel stay but the food was not great and I'm usually not a picky person. The beds were so small for being queen sized that me & my 5 year old daughter barely fit into them. But the location was beautiful and aside from this I would use them again as the price was decent.
