Staff was very friendly and the property was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious with multiple choices for the entire family and the area was exceptionally clean. Air conditioning in the rooms worked very well and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

On my last day after I checked out, I went to put my stuff in my car, I went back to get some ice and the the way out I noticed a color guy walking behind my car, like passing by, as I left my car warned me 2 doors were open, I pulled over and my back and trunk door were jammed. I got scared and then is when I realized what he was doing, trying to open my car.

The items offered were not sufficient. It didn't offer much of a selection and the coffee and orange juice were very weak. I just had a sip and threw it away. The meat selection only offered ham. It needed sausage or bacon as the main item if not an additional item.

We had a very positive experience at this hotel. Although the weather was not ideal, the staff’s willingness to accommodate an early check-in made a significant difference. The hotel was clean, well-kept, and provided a comfortable environment. Overall, it was a great stay, and we appreciate the level of service provided.

We had a great stay! We were in town for a concert we were going to. The room was nice, the bed was perfect and the ac kept us all cool during the day and night. We enjoyed the breakfast and the front desk hospitality very much. We were able to enjoy a swim before we headed home which was a great treat for the grandkids.

It was quiet. Good location to get around San Antonio. Sheets on the bed seemed to not had been washed. Toilet had fecal stains on the outside of bowl toilet paper only one used roll.

The room was very clean and sooo confortable!! We loved the location as we were a short drive to all main attractions but far enough from traffic and loudness of city. Staff were the absolute sweetest, so friendly and accommodating!! If ever back in area be my go to hotel.

Breakfast was ok, waffles were good, eggs smelled like fish. The room and air conditioning were perfect. The registration desk was usually unattended.Muliple times I had to wait more than 5 minutes for someone to step out from the back. The room was missing hand soap, batteries for the remote, and cups I noticed other customers asking for toilet paper and other items that were missing from their rooms

The only thing I did not like was the shower. There was no pressure and you are able to change the head it was like a 4 in 1 but that didn’t help. The temperature was not hot. I need a hot shower! That is probably the only thing ohh n when I asked for more towels because I had 2 teenage girls plus me that needed at least 2 towels each the front desk lady took forever and when she gave me them she asked there wasn’t any towels in there? I said yes but we need more! I don’t understand y yall say 4 people can be in a room but only put 2 towels that’s so fustrating and then yall don’t service until we leave so explain how we suppose yo use tge 2 towels for the weekend?

The location was close to the even which was the reason for choosing the place. The location was good, away from the highway and train station. However, I was not impressed by the service. I asked the front office to change my towels twice in the morning before we left to the event. However, the towels were NOT changed upon return; I had to go down to pick up new towels. They gave me new towels as if it was norm. The morning breakfast menu was the same for two days in a row, variety was poor: extremely salty ham, scrambled eggs that finished and we had to wait for, stale cupcakes. I liked the 2 pancake makers with the Texas state shape that worked decent. Thank you.

The side door stays open in order for it to close behind you it has to be pulled in hard and no one does that so it stays open, the room needed to be wiped down, i had to get clorox wipes at DG and wipe them. Its a bit filthy carpets dont seem vaccummed, depending on the staff the breakfast is good, the location is near a rundown side of town, lots of labor workers staying for work in the area. It was safe place and it had great breakfast and coffee. The water pressure in the shower is weak and takes a long time to heat up.

BEWARE! The guy at the front desk who claimed to be the manager motioned as if he were reaching for a firearm when my husband went to talk to him about how dirty the rooms were. Worst experience we’ve had traveling. We booked two rooms both of which where dirty. The carpets and the bathrooms were disgusting. There was all types of hair all over and the toilets in both rooms had pee stains. I brought this to the attention of the front desk right away and the manager was very condescending in tone and even bothered by the fact we were asking them to clean what should have been clean already. Something was off from the moment we started checking in. We left immediately. Didn’t stick around to find out.

Sheets was dirty, as if they were not changed, the pillows had stains on it as well. As well the pullout couch was not comfy at all, the mattress seemed very old and when i opened the pullout couch the old sheets from the previous stay before us was still there. very disappointed

The hotel is brand new and offers fantastic value for the money. The modern feel is a huge plus! However, I did notice that the room maintenance and cleaning could use a bit more attention to detail. With a few improvements in housekeeping, this would easily be a 5-star stay.

We returned around midnight after a concert and were unable to access our room due to a lock malfunction. Neither our key nor the master key worked. We waited outside our room for about 40 minutes, and were not informed until around 1:30 a.m. that the door could not be opened at all. During that time, my child’s life-saving medication was locked inside the room, along with all of our belongings and food. As a parent, that was extremely stressful. We were eventually placed in another room after 1:30 a.m., had to sleep in our clothes, and purchase additional food since ours was inaccessible. After getting very little rest, we were then woken up at 8:30 a.m. and told to retrieve our belongings. The manager was unavailable the entire time and never followed up—not that night, not the next morning, and not even after the incident. While I did eventually receive a refund a week later, there was no communication, no apology, and no acknowledgment of the seriousness of what happened. This was not just an inconvenience. It was a safety issue, and as a single parent managing this situation alone, it should have been handled with far more urgency and care. I hope the hotel takes steps to improve both their emergency response and how they communicate with guests when something goes wrong.

Even with all that I would stay here again. Hotel wasnt necessarily bad. Clean room, clean bathroom, sufficient enough breakfast, and nice staff. So my cons also could be slight pros in a way. Overall I would give my experience and hotel a 3.5/5.

Cleanliness could be better, there was a used bar of soap in the shower when we first entered . Staff friendly. Breakfast was bland and had to go get whataburger for breakfast all 3 days. Why pay for hotel that offers breakfast.....but i end up having to buy breakfast anyways.

The only thing I found kind of odd was the sofa bed had no sheets. I had to go downstairs and ask for the sheets and extra towels. I didn't understand why I wasn't asked if I needed the sheets at check in. We were a family and I had everyone listed on my reservation.

Stayed for one night in San Antonio - picked this property based on price and location as it was a close drive to downtown. We had plans to check out the River Walk and go for dinner, and this hotel was a 10min drive to that area. The hotel and room were clean, and the AC worked well and wasn’t too loud. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning has good options and the coffee was nice. Parking lot was large and we were able to park with our trailer easily. Would stay here again.

Came into town for a family reunion. Property was located nearby and it was a newer building with decent amenities. Rooms were were clean and staff remarkably helpful.

The staff was helpful & friendly, checking in was a pleasant experience and I got what I payed for which I won't mention the name of another hotel who advertised spacious & comfort but delivered the opposite, not the case with Best Western, I will continue to give them my business anytime I need a hotel with good prices, clean rooms and friendly staff.

We did not expect a 5-star hotel. The sheets were noticeably stained and in the morning found small roaches in our room. The front desk staff were polite. The owner really needs to invest into their hotel and not just see it as a moneymaker.

Dont really know how this has such high ratings it was very average at everything. Not terrible but not that great. Location isnt the greatest, no restaurants close by except for wataburger. Not that safe of an area either. Someones car got broken into in the parking lot over night. If im going thu dan antonio again i would probabky chooses somewhere else for $10 more

Unfortunately, I wasn't offered anything for the inconvenience, and I only received an apology after asking for an explanation. On a positive note, the hotel itself is wonderful. The cleaning and breakfast staff were friendly, helpful, and truly made a difference. I really appreciated their kindness and hard work.

Bed wasn’t comfortable and upon check in they charged my car $75 incidentals front desk explained to us that they had to start charging for that because if they didn’t then it would get taken out there check the room wasn’t even worth what we paid plus an additional charge for incidentals. Beds were terrible. When we walked in our room it smelt bad and had a bad odor. Pressure from water was horrible no hot water

Went in for a 1 night stay & everything was nice & clean. Staff was very nice as well.

Staff was friendly. Kind of a weird location but overall had a good experience. Room keys were finicky, but honestly we always have issues with BW keycards in general, regardless of location.

The breakfast was really good! Yogurt machine with lots of toppings on the side was a nice feature i haven't seen before.

Had complains on the bottom floor for walking to the restroom, had front desk to transfer us to another room but couldnt be done due to “all rooms booked”, then advice front desk more complains will be made due to stepping out or walk to the restroom and threaten us to call the cops is more complains are being made no transfer or refund was made had to check after an hour of staying

Everything was nice and clean till I went to take a shower and there was a few long black hair in the tub. No ice in the ice machine. Decaf coffee was out both days.

front desk only had one clerk and checking in took a while but front desk clerk was very friendly and apologetic about wait time. The location was perfect for the venue we went to (Front Bank). Room was huge and extra little area with sofa was like an extra room. We will stay here again when going to San Antonio....very well kept and clean also. Thank you mr front desk clerk!!

It was close to our destination in San Antonio. Nearby restaurant (Little Red Barn) was absolutely great! Food, service, parking, atmosphere were so good after a long drive!!! The breakfast next morning was great diversity, fresh, tastey and coffee was just the way I like it!!!

It was an overall nice stay, it’s just the room would have so much moisture in the air, even with the air/fan turned on constantly. Also the shower flooring was chipped and was rusting in that area.
