Terrible hotel experience!!! Their rating needs to be lower and advertisememt needs to be checked. The sheets were dirty and clearly not been changed. Breakfast consists of boiled eggs and smashed potatoes, not what we expected for a "top rated" breakfast.

Everything about the hotel was great and so was the price. The freeway and access road construction around the property was hard to navigate.

I stayed for 3 days and on my last day I called the front desk to request clean towels. The person at the front desk asked if I was checking out that day, and when I said yes, he told me I could come and get the towels myself. I found this very upsetting and unprofessional, especially since housekeeping staff was already present. As a paying guest, I expected basic customer service and assistance during my stay until checkout time.

The staff was very helpful. However, the sheets were not completely white and, along with a few towels, did not seem freshly washed—they might just be old. Don't expect any bottled water or coffee, as everything here is very basic. Overall, it is fine for a one- or two-night stay for adults.

The hotel room was clean and orderly. The checkin and stay were pleasant. Breakfast was delicious with a few featured options. Staying so close to the construction wasn't great, but running the fan all night was helpful. We were pleased with the price and the hotel. There weren't any homeless people nearby. It was a great place to sleep.

The property was clean, the rooms were clean. The staff was great. While this is a non-smoking hotel, it is an older hotel and the rooms still smelled like smoke. It was a bit overpowering at first but was only there for one night.

Check in was fine, receptionist was friendly. I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. Both rooms smelled very bad and the carpeting was soaking wet. We left our luggage in the rooms and went out to visit family in the area and when we returned, the one way road to the the hotel was closed for overnight construction work. There was no way to get back to hotel. I called hotel to get instructions on a back way to get to hotel, which involved cutting through parking lots and driving wrong way on a one- way road for a short bit. Finally made it to the hotel only to find room even more smelly. The smell was a bit overwhelming. I expressed my concern at the office and was told I had to talk to the manager the next day. I gave up and dealt with smelly room for the rest of the stay. The carpet finally did dry by the 3rd day. Also, there was no cleaning/maid service. No clean towels or bed making the entire 3 days.

The attention to the cleaning was great! The mattresses were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. The staff was super helpful and attentive. I would definitely recommend staying here because it is also close to the city center. I didn't love that the breakfast was offered only from 6h30 to 8h30 and it wasn't said when we checked in. It was unusual to have such a short time and unexpected.

The food was good. On the weekend they serve hot food: scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausages, etc. On weekdays they only have cold foods and waffles. You better get down there earl enough, once the food is gone, even if it is before the quitting time for breakfast, it is gone.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was a big issue. There was pubic hair in the bathroom, and the shelves and drawers looked like they had not been dusted in a long time. I ended up using some of the provided towels to clean parts of the room before I could even unpack. Also, the motel is located on a one-way street, which made access a little less convenient. Overall, the room had good space and decent features, but the lack of cleanliness was very disappointing.

During my 3 day stay breakfast was great!! The pool was clean and amazing! The room was clean and neat!! AC and Hot water was perfect!! Beds and pillows were comfy!! Definitely booking in the future. Highly recommending to my family and friends. Lovely staff, shoutout to Nick!!! Thank you Michael for helping me also!!! 🙏🙏

We contacted the front desk and requested fresh sheets. While they did provide new ones, we were simply handed the sheets and had to change the bedding ourselves, which is not what I would expect from a hotel stay. Overall, the cleanliness and service did not meet expectations, and I hope improvements are made to ensure a better experience for future guests.

This was more a motel than a hotel. AC had been off before we arrived and room was damp and smelled damp. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was minimum, sort of greasy. We were in a construction area and right off the highway and busy commercial space. It did not live up to the rating it had on Expedia.

Expedia changed my check in date as soon as i set up itinerary itinerary. Tried to cancel to reschedule, and it wouldnt let me cancel. I drive 8 hrs, got to hotel. Explained to checkin clerk. He said hes not responsible for expedia. Tried to contact expedia, got the run around. Asked for supervisor. Came back to phone and said supervisor busy and cant talk to me at that time. I am gone for a while, so when i get home, expedia will get a letter, and BBB will get my complaint, cause instead of $88 hotel, i had to pay $150 plus the $88 for A night that i wasnt even staying in. So look for my letter in the mail.

It was horrible! Do not stay here! I had an ear swab on my bed under the sheets. The floor smelled like dirty feet, they advertise having a hot tub, but it’s concrete filled. When I complained and asked for a room that has a tub since there was no hot tub, I was told absolutely not. As a frequent hotel guest, I know it’s possible to switch rooms. My final hit was seeing prostitution on the property. I left a day early and they refused to reimburse me.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was fairly quiet as well even with location near I35. John with reception was exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional. Access to property only from I35 south’s frontage road. Massive long going construction drives closures of the frontage road making it very challenging to get to the hotel. We needed a police escort one night.

Very comfortable bed. Coffee was good. Friendly staff. Breakfast hours are ridiculous. Especially since it's used as a carrot. TV. Did not work for a few hours during my only full day. Needed a little more time and was told 25$ per hour. While 90% of this place was empty. Nothing within walking distance. Major highway construction right outside.

Which would have been great to have another access besides the main access. Also the walls in the room needed cleaning

The owner will find every single thing he can to try to charge you for something. What blew my mind was being checked in already from the prior day. Had rented two rooms. Extended the stay, and was demanded to pay an early check in fee. I was already checked in. In the rooms. Not needing house keeping. Absurd. The attitude that came along with it was astounding. He was mad that I booked through hotels. Said he would give me a better rate. So I tried that. Unbeknownst to me, I was charged 39$ over the original rate that hotels gave. And charged an additional 50$ deposit. That never came back. I was told it would be back in 3-5 days. I waited to review until that timeframe. Well. No return. Bad review. The motel is very clean and neat. The staff were kind and helpful, the breakfast provides the basic food and good. I worried about the noise since it is next to the highway when i first arrived. But surprisingly, it’s quiet during the night. Recommend!

They had a drink machine labeled orange juice but it had some kind of flavored drink not orange juice. The road crew shut down the freeway feeder road at night leading to hotel so it was hard to find a route to hotel. There was a stale smell in the air but once I sprayed air freshener and turned on AC the smell went away.

Reception. I felt like my business mattered. John was very friendly and professional. The hotel has joining rooms which makes it nice when traveling with my sister or daughter. Allows us to share space without fear of going outside after normal hours. Wear and tear. Old grime. Doors, walls, carpet, base boards needed cleaning. Seems to be the norm these days. It would be nice if they allowed tge cleaning crew to focus on deep cleaning when it is slow.

The property was very run down. It doesn’t look well cared for. But the worst part was someone opening our door 15 minutes before check out. They knocked, i couldn’t get to the door because I was brushing my teeth, do they just proceeded to open the door. Such an invasion of privacy. The room was very clean. The bed was so comfortable including the pillows. I usually travel with my own because the pillows are typically hard or flat, but these were so fluffy I wished I could take them with me. Lol.

The ACS weren't turned on, so it took over an hour and a 1/2 to 2 hours to cool down the room. Then there was construction so on both directions coming out of the hotel. The roads were blocked off. We couldn't even get out. We had to drive through another parking lot to try to get out of the hotel.

The address on google maps takes you across the highway from the actual facility. www had to call the hotel to get accurate address. Josh at front desk was very helpful and attentive. Bed was comfy but room can be updated. Breakfasts ran out before set time.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was well set up - there was a couch I wasn’t expecting. The only downsides to the hotel was the fact there was no elevator and we were on the second floor and that there was hardly any food for breakfast.

She told me there were lots of other guests who ate it and didn't complain and she also asked other guests if it was sour and they said it tasted fine. She even told me maybe i didn't know how to use the waffle maker properly. I reserved for 3 nights and checked out after one night. I booked another hotel and left

I stayed on an off day, with very few customers. I loved the quiet, location, staff and king size bed in particular.

Only needed a place to shower and sleep, so wasnt expecting much for the price, but was pleasantly surprised. Beds were super comfy and shower was hot with great pressure! Clean and affordable. Will stay again if passing through

My first time at Best Western. I stayed on the ground floor because there wasn’t an elevator. Enter all rooms from outside. I had a pleasant overnight stay. Comfy bed, clean room. Good air conditioner in my room.

The property was very clean and well taken care of, it’s older but nicely updated and kept up. The beds were very comfortable as were the rooms. It was a great inexpensive overnight.

It was good room, comfortable bed, bathroom toilet are supper short for our family. Was very disappointed with breakfast used to be hot breakfast now it was continental breakfast only.

The construction around the area made things tricky to get there but other than that, everything was great! Great service and we enjoyed the breakfast.

This property is so immaculate on the outside that when I first drove up I thought it was closed. I found out the parking was on the other side. So many positive things that make this hotel one I will return to. The staff is friendly and helpful. I felt very safe while there. The rooms are impressive and very clean. The amenities were perfect, and the breakfast delicious.

It is inexpensive and it was clean and the staff was great.

Room was roomy and the bed was comfortable, The refridgerator was a medium size, good size to keep our snacks and sandwiches. Coffee pot and microwave were sufficient for our needs

All in all the stay was satisfactory. The Facility is showing his age and needs an update, but in general everything worked OK. The staff was nice and the breakfast was somewhat spartan, but the price of the room makes it satisfactory.

Mattress had weird red stains, walls dirty, bathroom mold on ceiling and wall, curtain on window had tape to keep closed.

There were roaches in the room.
