It was a pretty quiet 4 nights which is fantastic. Overall, I would say nothing. The door to the stairs from the 2nd floor would slam and occasionally I would hear it slam in the middle of the night, but I more blame the person who was allowing it to slam, than the hotel.

the location was easy to access. once there the facilities were outstanding.clean, well maintained. The staff were friendly and professional. I had requested a ground floor room due to my wife's nerve damage in her left leg. there was no issue with this location accommodating our needs. I saw nothing that I didn't like.

Our rooms were never cleaned after three days they still we’re not cleaned. We had to ask for more towels. The bathtub faucet fell off and the room phone did not work. Nothing was changed after we notified staff. I guess you get what you pay for.

This hotel is an exact mirror of where American lodging is headed.....its a 2-4 story luxury/budget facility, modular furnishings, room microwave/refridgerator, iron, and LVP flooring. The building could have been a Comfort Inn, LaQuinta, Holiday Inn Express, or Drury Inn. You have stayed here 500 times. It was quiet, safe, and the internet was excellent. Lot's of TV channels but very complex to use. One of the friendliest staffs I have ever come in contact with. Breakfast was the usual for this class of hotel. Spent $80, including tax which was on the low end for this city.

I did not eat the breakfast as I think most hotel breakfasts are below average. Room was decent. Bed was clean. Bathroom was clean. Could use some deep cleaning and a good paint job. Coffee pot was located on the counter inside the bathroom. Not real sanitary.

I didn’t have breakfast. My husband did and said it was adequate. Parking was not a problem. Culver’s is right next door. I have no issue with staff or service but the hotel is run down. It’s as if no one cares.

Room was clean, staff friendly and supportive. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly and polite. Kept food well supplied. Parking lot first night we were there had people drinking beer around parked cars. Some sitting on curb blocking people from parking in spots. Outside trash cans full all weekend. Shower head had very low water pressure.

I just needed to spend one night while in town. Quality Inn was very well located, quiet, clean, and friendly.

The room had peeling paint around the AC unit..peeling paint in the bathroom. We did meet an overdressed lady on our way to our room on the 2nd floor who asked us what state she was in. Obviously she was in the state of confusion.

The Quality Inn in Salisbury met my expectations and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was poor. They only had eggs and sausage and biscuits. The eggs were fake. The sausage was extremely thin and not very tasteful, and there was no gravy for the biscuits. Additionally, the toaster was broken. The butter appeared to be stash or old and the coffee was the worst we’ve ever had from a machine. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The cleaning people were good. The laundry room equipment was not very well maintained and the clothes dryer did not dry clothes completely. I would say it was good for a one night stay; however, we were there for five nights. Probably would not stay there again for that length of time.

Because I did not have the deposit available at that exact moment, instead of handling the situation professionally or offering options, I was abruptly told to leave the property and “find another place.” The situation escalated unnecessarily to the point where the police were called, even though I was calmly speaking with the company’s customer service at the time. As a paying customer with a valid reservation, I felt degraded and dismissed. There was a total lack of professionalism, empathy, and proper customer service training. I travel frequently and have never experienced such treatment at any hotel before. This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I hope the company reviews this incident seriously and provides better training to its front desk staff to prevent future guests from being treated this way.

I think you need to increase the shampoo bottles to two when more than one person is in the room. Otherwise we liked the facility .

The location, the value The bathroom was terrible. The tub faucet wasn't attached properly, they did not have slip proof strips in the tub, the toilet felt like it was going to fall apart when you got up, also the paint was peeling bad

Nothing absolutely nothing Front desk lady was so rude tried to check on cause I paid for a early check in and she wouldn't even let us talk. She said no check in isn't till 3 and if u check the website u will see that and all this time isn't even looking at us and she walks off after that. I was not happy with this hotel. It was a dump. Needs a facelift and management who are more professional. All of it. Very disappointing. Will not be using this hotel again. Everything was worn and outdated. The hot water and cold water in the shower was reversed. The shower head was super low to where it stopped at my neck and I’m 5-10. The TV was super old and needed an update.

They would not let me stay because my ID was from NC and I live in WV now and just came back for a doctors appointment. They said they do not allow locals to stay at their hotel. Even when I explained that I haven’t had time to get my ID updated and your website refuses to give me a refund for this because the hotel told me I had to give them $200 in cash if I wanted to stay which I did not have and they refused to put the fee on my credit card. I will no longer use your site for any travel plans or quality in for any stays. The staff, the bed, the location, the breakfast, and all the working staff. Room 202 has bugs in the picture frame, 205 the water in the tub run all night, and 207 had very low water pressure for showers.

We have an infant and found dirty underwear on our room floor upon arrival. We checked out a day early because of how horrible the circumstances were, which was already prepaid for and we slept in our rental car somewhere else because of how disgusting the facility is. Also overheard the housekeeping ladies speaking in Spanish stating, they weren’t sure whether or not the room was cleaned from the last stay. The facility is poorly run. Management should be ashamed of themselves and embarrassed to host people at their property.

The bathroom ceiling was in very bad shape. Looks terrible. Especially for the price that I was charged. This was my second time in this hotel. When I stayed there in July it was around $90. On Saturday it was $130. WHY??I will not stary there again.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was nice & it was located conveniently for why we’re there. One of many reasons I chose this hotel was bc we wanted to go swimming while there. When we went to the pool the gate was locked & there was no sign explaining why. At the front desk we were told the pool was closed for the season. It was 90 degrees & sunny that day so we were a little frustrated. We still tried to make the best of our time there. The bed was nice, the water pressure was great & the breakfast was ok. I know a lot of other ppl might have had a much different response to the 2 issues we encountered but we tried to not let it ruin our weekend. We won’t be booking this hotel the next time we visit the area again though.

I arrived early and walked into the hotel. Stood there for 10-15 minutes an no one there. Front desk person walked in from outside. Then she advised I had to come back in an hour. I returned in 2 hours and as I walked in the door I seen the front desk person sitting in a car . She got out and followed me in. Then she had to leave the front desk for something while checking me in and when she came back another employee showed her where the paperwork was located.

The accessible room would have worked better if it had a walk in shower not a tub. With a hand held shower head and a seat. Many handicapped people who use a wheelchair can not lift their leg over a tub.and need a shower seat because they can’t stand up for any length of time.

Like weed, we had a hole in the ceiling, door was hard to close and open and did not touch the ground so you could hear everything in the hallway. The pool towels were in bins outside all weekend clean and dirty. There was a guest playing with a gun in his car for about 30 minutes. The shampoo and conditioner were so tiny and they only had bar soap for 3 guests to share in 1 room.

The property needs to review it’s booking and incidental fee policies. The current policies are toward locals (within a 50 mile radius) are extreme and inconvenient. Staff should be required to stay on property and not hang out at the gas station adjacent to the property.

The pool wasn't operational and no accommodations were made. Allowed early check-in, customer service was ok, but not professional at all. Sitting around on their phones. Housekeeping was amazing help.

Front desk help was not all that helpful. I was pulling a 28’ trailer behind my pickup, and there was zero room to park them without a spirited argument going on. I was told by management their parking lot was designed for cars only, with one way in and back out.

Beds were comfy. Shower was good with instant hot water. Carpet in rooms were dirty old needs replaced. Spider webs in corners by ceiling. Not a bad place to stay for a day. Pool was green and not available.

The property was nice and clean and close to a lot of things. We could walk across the parking area and down the steps to get to a nice restaurant for a bite to eat. That was a plus.

The room was very large and spacious; we had plenty of room. The shower had a constant drip that we could not figure out how to stop. Otherwise our stay was pretty good.

Wanted to sleep in a little while the next morning to be prepared for our trip home. NO SUCH LUCK!! At 7:30, the maids were up and down the hall, speaking very loud spanish!! If ever our path's take us back in this area, we will not be staying at this hotel.

Quiet inconvenient. Service was great. Much older property. Faucet dripped in the tub. Issues with flushing the toilet. Breakfast was not the greatest.

Overall appearance of the hotel is not good. Torn furniture, mixed matched furniture, no cushion in chair. Doors to the rooms, the paint was off and there were scratches. I use a walker and I park in the handicap parking. Why are the handicap parking spaces beside the building near the swimming pool. They should be near the main door. The color of the building is not appealing.

Fair price for a better than expected stay.

I think the only nice thing to say about this place was the room service lady who came by each day. We will not be booking again.

Friendly and clean

My take away from this hotel is that it's a good hotel for a one night stay, maybe two. The furniture and drawer space is very limited which means you really have to live out of your suitcase, thus my opinion that it's a good place to stay if you're passing thru. Good location if you have business to take care of in Salisbury. Very convenient to highways and main roads

Quirkiness with the shower but no major issue. Some loud trucks outside. Good breakfast GREAT coffee. Would stay again! Good value for the price for sure!!

The property is in a quiet location. The bed sleeps extremely comfortably. The floors hadn't been mopped at all and the rugs needed to be vacuumed to rid the room of the stale odor. Overall for the price, it wasn't bad.

When we arrived the rude receptionist did not even look up at me, just barked "ID". I gave him my driver's license and he said "you're local, you have to give me $200 in cash advance." I was not local, I live in Lexington, and the hotel is in Salisbury. He just pointed to a sign that said locals have to pay a $200 in cash only. My daughter and I have traveled extensively and never heard of such a thing; what an outrageous policy. Our entire stay would have only been $180. He wouldn't take my card for the deposit and who walks around with that much cash on them. We came to the hotel beccause I was having surgery the next day and it was close to the hospital. He wouldn't budge so we told him to cancel and we left. This caused a great deal of anxiety and trouble for us of course, and on the eve of surgery! The place looked sketchy, extremely noisy so perhaps we dodged a bullet but it was so outrageous. My daugher asked him, if you don't want locals, does that mean you think everyone here is a crook? He just stared at her and made us sign a cancellation letter and we left. Nowhere on the expedia site nor the hotel site was this policy posted, or we wouldn't have gone there. Don't support this business with their outrageous policy.

When I first got to the hotel, I couldn’t check in because the hotel staff was rude and was telling me that my card was declining suggesting that I didn’t have money, but I didn’t told the staff that if you’re trying to keep my card in, it’s not going to scan. I have a fraud alert on that you have to slide the card. They did instructed me that their credit card machine does not work so I had to find another way to transfer so I could pay for the room

It was a pretty good hotel. Front desk was nice and so was the lady in charge of breakfast. I stayed Dec24-26. I appreciate the fact they have a microwave and fridge in room. From what I could tell it was clean.

Very nice hotel in great part of Salisbury. Convenient to shopping and major restaurant chains, several wonderful locally owned friendly courteous staff. Will highly recommend

Just a little noisy per the location

The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The front desk clerk was hard to understand. The room was reasonably clean, but there was a hard candy on the floor between the bed and side table that was there when we arrived.

Our heater outlet in the room caught on fire and the way we were treated after that was just terrible.

The only downside to my stay was that the bathtub dripped water non-stop, bathroom vent was covered with dirty dust and the ceiling paint was peeling.

Room was very clean and neat, just wished I had @ least warm for the shower.

The staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Good breakfast and the lady who took care of the breakfast was awesome. My only complaint is that the microwave in my room did not work.

First of all I booked three rooms was not told I had to pay a cash deposit of $200 for using my visa debit card second of all the beds was very uncomfortable they the pillows sucked it was like they blew them up when you laid on them they were flat. No exhaust fans in bathroom no hooks or towel rags for your towel for there a little early lady was rude and refuse to let us check in said we had to wait after we had drove a long distance I will never stay again even though I am a dedicated meme we of choice hotels this one is definitely a no go for me and my family

The property was overall nice and clean and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was basic as to be expected. For the cost, it was a good value. No complaints.

Front desk agent was GRUMPY. Breakfast was very limited. Pieces of Bathroom ceiling were literally falling down onto us when we showered. Toilet wasn’t bolted In so it was like being on a see saw every time you sat. Pillows were awful

Room 101 was right by a noisy door that was loud when it opened and loud when it shut and had loud people coming in and out randomly. After about 11 pm the noise stopped. The room was fine, the staff was good, the property was nice. I would stay here again, but if I did I would request a different room. I am sure if I did not have a room by a noise door I would have had a slightly better stay.

Basically, it’s a place to sleep. Strangest check-in process I’ve ever had at a hotel, but I guess it’s good that it was thorough. Room was pretty clean considering the age of the building. Beds were not very comfortable, but we were only staying a night so it was good enough. I definitely wouldn’t consider staying here again if I was staying longer than a night or if I had to spend more than a small amount of time in the hotel. Breakfast was cereal and packaged items like muffins.

The person who checked me in was rude from the very beginning and established when she attempted to help with my tv.

Bathroom ceiling had black mold,ceiling in entrance area peeling from ceiling, Windows were filthy and streaked, apparently the pillows had never been cleaned smelled of perspiration. The only reason we stayed in this was to attend my brother’s funeral, this was my first bad stay while traveling using Expedia strongly discourage anyone staying here

We called ahead to let them know we would be very late checking in, and it was almost 1 am when we got there. We asked for a late check out and she granted wothout hesitation and even made a couple suggestions for lunch at check out.

Property was convenient to get too, right off the highway. Room was clean and spacious. Looked to be a retired suite, so layout was a bit odd. Extra sink in the corner of the room was handy for cleaning my daughters cups. Pool hours are inconsistent and seem to open later than any other hotels I've ever been to or worked at. Exterior of property needs a good cleaning; cigarette butts galore. Gazebo needs a real deep clean. We couldn't even sit in it. Overall for the price it was an clean place to stay, just a few areas need some TLC.
