This property is an exceptional value, for the price it can't be beat. It was quiet, clean and the front desk was friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic for us. Front desk helped us out with a room that included our dog. Room is a bit dated, furniture shows wear/damage. Refrigerator didn't have a freezer compartment. Office closes at 6pm, but this didn't effect us as we arrived shortly after 4pm. There were no poop bags at the dog station. The biggest issue for us was that Booking.com did not communicate with the property that was had a dog although I specified when booking the room, this is an issue with Booking.com and not the hotel.

It was close to the road and easy to find. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. The room was smelled like it hadn’t been used in a while, the floor was sticky, the bed was too firm, and the amenities were in need of updating.

It's quite and was very very close to my job and a shopping plaza. No smoking in my own vehicle and being judged by my character. Said my room was smelling like smoke(weed) and couldn't prove it. Then said I was on camera smoking weed. When looked at camera, I had a whole black&mild, no weed that I was accused of smoking and having.....

It was large and spacious. It was setup nicely. Climbing the stairs and also bathroom toilet seemed really LOW.

This is a clean, well lit property. The manager is very professional and efficient. The rooms have a slightly utilitarian atmosphere (no fluffy perks) but super clean and well stocked for our weekend stay. we will stay here again the next time we’re in the area.

Love that a have a kitchen to cook in. Also the property manager is great. Don't care for the noise outside by door at 4am. Also for my entire stay I had upstairs tenant that didn't seem to care how much noise they made. Very disrespectful and rude.

Location Room reeked of odor cover-up type perfume spray. A/c vent above bed blows directly onto the head one of the two people sleeping in the bed needs to be tended to.

The bed was full size and it wasn't properly made.It wasn't up to par

Wifi wasnt working besides that for the price everything else was excellent Didn't like collecting my own trash and taking it to the dumpster and didn't like the Wi-Fi not working everything else was beyond satisfactory the room was clean when we got there it had ample space and the price and location was excellent

Great location because of the places we had to visit was not far from the property. Floors not as clean as I would have expected and under the bed looked like it had not been swept under or mopped in a long time. Bathroom door was completely busted apart and could not be shut making privacy while using the bathroom non-existent. The main door latch on the outside was extremely difficult to open and took a lot of turning and wiggling to get it to open.

I had a very pleasant experience.

The room need some tlc.Chairs had tears in them, floor had gaps where the floor doesn't meet, bathroom door was bent so would close, mirror was chipped and sheets were like cardboard. And the people above us were very loud. It looked more like they rent to people for permanent stays.

Great location, comfy room, great price, wonderful staff! The full kitchen came in handy as I traveled for Thanksgiving. Thank you, kindly, for the wonderful service :)

Clean Stairs to upper floor. Both of us are disabled but my husband had a hard time with stairs. Needs to be and elevator or something similar to allow access to upper rooms

Good value, close to many things.

Location was fine, easy to get to our desired paces. Staff very friendly. Bed was comfortable. One of the stove burners didn't work, the mat in the bathtub needs to be removed and the tub cleaned after each patron's stay. It was very unclean underneath it. Some of the electrical plugs didn't work. Food wrappers under the bed from previous patron.

I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are dated but pristine. The manager and her husband are the kindest people. If you have any little problem, they're there in 5 minutes. I'd never heard of Affordable Suites before, but now that I've stayed I'll use this company in other cities as well. You will have to use stairs, exterior entrance, empty your own trash and get the iron and board from the laundry room. Just bring your own like in the old days. If they had all of that, then the price would go up. So give and take. They even have free house shoes in the rooms.

The room .. Walking in i noticed to strong scented smell, noticed there was a scented air purifier. Kinda messed with my nose lol. The chairs at the table were super dusty. You could not walk on the vinyl floors barefoot as my feet turned black as the floor was not clean. Vent in the bathroom was hanging from the ceiling also. This room was def not what I booked. Checked out after 1 night of my 2 night stay. Since they were closed during my stay, left checkout now in the same mailbox as they left my key. 4 days later and haven't received any sort of follow-up. Will not book here again

Room wasnt the cleanest and parking lot is very small. Also didnt feel the safest with a group of guys drinking around their truck in parking lot. Did however like the space the room offered and full size refrigerator.

A very clean, no frills, entry level hotel. Away from the highway so it is very quiet at night. I would recommend it to any well behaved budget traveller.

I enjoyed my stay it was not near the fast pace of things I like the peace and quiet. The only thing is that there was not an iron and an ironing board in the room. Other than that it was perfect.. The staff was wonderful. Will stay again..

If you want to stay somewhere where it was up tp you to clean your own room when you leave, then stay here. There was a kitchen in the room, no dishes to use it. The bed was like sleeping on a sheet of ply wood. Overall I would never suggest anyone ever stay here. They give you a list of rules, that if you slip up on one, they may ask you to leave.
