I’ve stayed at the hotel many times in the past. It’s been probably 20 years since my last stay. They have upgraded the rooms a bit. Comfy bed. Love having microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. Love being in the village so I can walk to my favorite restaurants and bars.
- 5/5
This is our perfect spot. Reasonable price allows us to return frequently through the year. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, pier, etc., so no driving. Beach access points within a half mile. Great accommodating staff!
- 5/5
The room was very clean, the bed was huge and very comfortable. We loved how they leaned into the age and style of the hotel with vintage “looking” appliances. Had plenty of towels and toiletries. The property is full of charm with a nice pool and a fire pit with Adirondack chairs around it. It looked great in the evening with the rope lights on over the pool. You can’t beat the giant live oaks that are all over the property as well. If you don’t care about staying right on the beach, but want to check out the shops, restaurants, and the pier, you can’t beat it. The price was great as well compared to other places I looked at around the island. Will definitely stay there again.

Location was great. Room very tiny and musty
- 5/5
Room was very clean is an old hotel but rooms are updated the bed was very soft and comfortable the hotel is right in the center of all the shops and restaurants no need to drive most things was in walking distance.
- 4/5
Great location. Room 5 is really small but easy check in.
- 5/5
Its location is great, close to pier , shops, dining, gas station. Most of the things are in waking distance. Free parking.
- 4/5
We loved everything except the bed. The mattress was so hard. Other than that, everything was clean, well cared for and all around enjoyable.
- 2/5
Location is great if you plan on walking every where. Parking is very limited, and very hard to get in and out of. Hotel maybe has 10 parking spot total. If you do not get a spot in the back of the hotel you have to park in the front public where traffic is always backed up due to red light and sight is very limited. It was one of those hope and pray nothings coming situations. On our last day we were awoken by beating and banging at 2:00 in the morning, found out cops were trying to get into a room. There is no hotel staff after 9:00 pm. Needless to say we were up and left the hotel at 3:00 in the morning. Other than that our room was clean and comfortable. Only room complaint is there was a constant light outside both windows so we couldn’t tell if it was still dark or morning light shining through. Unfortunately I will not be going back.
- 5/5
Lots of space! A/C works great! Only one bath for a room that sleeps 4-5 but the character of the place keeps it charming and makes up for that. Perfect location!
- 5/5
Great place , nostalgic and clean and great location
- 1/5
Not much. Just about everything. The bed was uncomfortable the pillows were awful and the air conditioner was so loud we could not sleep. I would not recommend this motel to anyone. Poor choice on my part.
- 3/5
Room was clean and for the most part well maintained. My only complaint is that the door didn't seal completely so there was a little air gap in the top letting in the hot outside air. The bed was a little lower than I prefer, it was not standard height.
- 4/5
Location and old world charm Had kids above me that didn’t go to bed until late
- 3/5
Queens Court Inn is in a great location near the pier and lighthouse on St. Simon’s Island. It is walking distance from many good restaurants. The staff was also very friendly. However, the room we had was not quite what we expected. I was aware it was a vintage property, but was disappointed in a few things. Our room was very small, there was a dehumidifier in the room but it did not get rid of the dampness in the room. The towels were clean and soft, but as the humidity in the room increased, the towels became damp. (As did the floor and the linens on the bed). The shower head was loose in the wall with an open hole behind it and the bathroom door would not open or close without a good bit of force. The temperature in the room was fine, but the humidity made the room uncomfortable to sleep in, and while I appreciate the dehumidifier being in the room, it and the vent in the bathroom were both very loud. I would not stay there again unless I had no other option.

We love staying here and walking downtown to try out new places to eat after a a day at the beach Our 3rd time here We will be back!
- 5/5
Not fancy but very bice, comfortable, and great location!
- 4/5
Convenience
- 3/5
Representation in photos is not represented well. We had to upgrate to get the stove and full size fridge, which we thought we had based on the Expedia photos. Not the case.
- 3/5
Liked the retro feel of the room but finding light switches and outlets were a bit challenging.
- 4/5
The room was clean and the bed was too soft for me and my wife but we are in our 70’s and a firmer bed is an item we need. We would like to know if the room is on the second floor with no elevator and very steep stairs and no platform to stand on when you climb 15 steps with luggage. They did not have another room for a suitable switch. It was probably my fault because I didn’t specify certain needs.
- 2/5
We stayed for 5 nights and our room was never cleaned. The room was very dirty. The beds were uncomfortable. The location was amazing.
- 3/5
The pool was closed alll week because of a pool pump issue. It took 5 day to finally fix it. Really disappointing
- 4.5/5
Toilet seat kept coming off but we didn't complain
- 4/5
Great location. Spacious accommodations.
- 3/5
Room was clean and has it expected however, the pool wasn’t ready. It was green with algae. It would’ve been nice to know and we would’ve booked somewhere else because that was the selling point for us.
- 4/5
This place is extremely convenient to everything in St. Simon's. My only issues are that there is no elevator (or even a dumbwaiter) to haul your luggage up and down. Also, the east-facing windows did not have shades (which sucked at 5:45 when the sun came up).
- 4/5
- 5/5
Awesome location!!! Rooms are a great size. Pool was nice. Stairs to rooms are steep and a little strange with the door closing right against the first step( easy to miss that step, stepping down) also the floor cleaner that was used was a little greasy thus making it slippery (esp when raining) but all in all…. Very enjoyable
- 3.5/5
Can’t beat the location and the nostalgia. The bed was very low and not very comfortable.
- 4/5
No smell and a good hotel for the price point. Also close to all the action on SSI.
- 5/5
This is a fun and quirky hotel, located right across the street from the pier, restaurants, and shops on St. Simons Island. The room was huge!
- 5/5
Great hotel and staff! Beautiful place and nice location.
- 4.5/5
Everything was fine with the room. We have stayed here on many occasions. The room was upstairs - the landing was rather small. Not alot of room when trying to close the door
- 5/5
Loved the retro vibe! Convenient location to shops and restaurants.
- 0.5/5
Had a nice pool to sit around Very old and dated. The bed was very uncomfortable and very low to the floor. Air conditioner sounded like a motor boat. Everything was plugged into an extension bar so if you had the tv on and turned the microwave on the tv and the router tripped. It was the hotel from hell for us.
- 4/5
We loved it we were going to go to the beach but we stayed and enjoyed the pool. Also it is right across from restaurants and shops we walked over and ate at Barbara Jeans and it was really good home cooking
- 2/5
Hot water was non-existent I spoke to desk clerk about this and he apologized Said he would speak to management but crickets./.
- 4/5
We love staying here because of the location, but it is a bit overpriced for what you get. One of the bedrooms is literally just that. A room with a bed. No tv, not even a bedside table. Nowhere to even put your clothes.
- 5/5
Good location for restaurants, shops and pier.
- 5/5
Could hear footsteps and talking from guests in room above us.
- 5/5
We had a wonderful stay at Queens Court. The room was very comfortable and clean, and it is centrally located to all the bars and restaurants which was fantastic.
- 4/5
I’ve stayed at Queens Court many times throughout the years and have always enjoyed my experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the pool is nice. There is a Mellow Mushroom right across the street and you’re within walking distance of the pier and the beach, so you have a number of small restaurants and shops within a 2-3 minute walk. The only complaint I have is the parking isn’t always ideal especially if you go in the weekends as the general public will park in the same parking lot leaving you to fight for space sometimes if you want to park. All in all I plan to stay here again in the future!
- 2.5/5
Easy access with great parking and an extremely clean room. The bed was extremely hard and not comfortable. The pool was not heated and it was dirty.
- 5/5
Super convenient to Pier Village.
- 4/5
The room was clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient to restaurants shopping and the beach. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
- 4/5
Location location location Front office had me worried dirty looking and foul smelling. Place could use some updating but the location to town and the beach was perfect. Staff very friendly
- 5/5
The location is great and the staff was amazing
- 4/5
Everything seamed a bit dated, but hey, it’s an old hotel.
- 4.5/5
I loved the quaint, unique aesthetic of the whole property. I’m all about bright bold colors. It was every thing I needed and nothing more. The bed was so comfortable. I usually have back pain sleeping in any bed but mine, and I didn’t. The facility was clean, my room was clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for walking to shops, the pier, and playgrounds. And a short drive to the beach. We could have biked or walked to the beach but we didn’t want to with all the beach stuff. I would have loved a full body mirror in my room!
- 5/5
Lovely delightful spot right in the middle of town. Loved it!
- 5/5
We like to park the car and walk everywhere, which the location allows us to do.
- 4/5
I actually kind of loved it despite parts of my review. It was in a perfect location and the landscaping was beautiful. The price is really great for the area. The staff were super accommodating and nice. There was plenty of space and a little balcony to sit on and enjoy a beer or glass of wine at the end of the day. The downside? The suite, while very large, was lacking in kitchen equipment (pots but no utensils, a few plates and bowls but not even any salt and pepper) and even though they brought fresh towels every day, they didn't do even basic cleaning. There wasn't any place to unpack and put things and we were there for a week. I hate to live out of my suitcase if staying for a length of time. There wasn't even a shelf for clothing. I am used to staying in basic lodgings and, as I said, I really did like the place. But some very small and easy upgrades would really make it great. Some small dressers/chests (there is plenty of space) and maybe more hooks for hanging stuff. Definitely more stuff in the kitchen. And it is at the beach, so even a little swipe at the accumulated sand would have been welcome. But I would absolutely encourage people to try it. After all, you don't spend a lot of time in your room when on an island.
- 4/5
Room was clean and no frills as pictured. On a busy road with an easy walk to town, pier, lighthouse and beach
- 4/5
Nice location to the main strip.
- 5/5
Basic room, very clean, great location within walking distance of the pier and great dining options. Nothing fancy just a nice place to stay.
- 5/5
One of the cleanest rooms I’ve stayed in & we travel a lot! Perfect location- everything at your fingertips. The staff was extremely kind & helped w everything! Definitely coming back.
- 1/5
Ended up eaten up from bed in room 20. Never had them before. Heard about it. Should have
- 4.5/5
Good location. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. LOTS of road noise…. All night. Also the parking situation is horrible and very tough to get out of on a Saturday especially.
- 5/5
great stay
- 4.5/5
The location was great, and there was a room with 3 beds to accommodate 3 ladies traveling. The bathroom was very small.
- 5/5
The parking was awful. It gets busy at night in the area and people park at the hotel to go to dinner
- 5/5
The locating was perfect. Close to everything. The staff was friendly.
- 5/5
We had a 1st floor King room. It was very clean, had everything we needed. Very quiet. Just off the pier. Loved it!

Super comfy room! A hidden gem on the island & we come often. Walking distance to great eateries.
- 5/5
Staff is very friendly. Great location.
- 4/5
The pool was outside and weather too chilly to swim. The staff was friendly. The maids brought clean towels each day, but only hapazardly remade the bed each morning. We used both AC and heat and they were acceptable.
- 5/5
They accommodated our late arrival and early departure. Great room. No issues at all. Thank you!

Room was clean but smelled strongly of bleach. We turned the bathroom fan on for several hours and it helped. Grounds are well kept.

Dangerous steps to the 2nd floor room, especially for seniors. Mattress in room 23 was one of the worst mattresses I have ever slept on..... clean, just wayyy low, worn out, no support. WIFI was in and out. Room was cute and functional, but dated in many ways.

The room was pretty sad. The TV only worked on 1 channel (Meat Eaters). Couldn't get any other remote control buttons to work. Super bright microwave clock light was flashing, couldn't figure out how to program it, couldn't find the plug to silence it. The bathroom was huge but had no vanity, or even a shelf to put my shaving kit and the stuff in it on. If I had been with my wife, she would have walked out. The electronic door lock was screwed up. Almost as soon as you opened it, the lock reset which, if you hadn't yet closed the door, meant you had to re-swipe your key card to get it to pull back the lock - so you could shut the dang door. The toilet seat was super loose - tough to levitate rather than rotate. The window above the bed had a blind but didn't have a curtain - so it was impossible to stop the outside electric lights from making the bedroom too bright to sleep. The Keurig coffee maker worked great - but - there were only 2 caffeinated k-cups. Since the office didn't open until 8:30, that did not provide enough coffee for even one person. If there were 2 people, forget it. The staff was very polite and apologetic - but - you get the idea.

I will say the location as well as the staff were very good…. The rest will come as a complete let down if you’re a traveler who stays at even the lowest level Hilton or Marriott Clearly whoever owns this place is in the cash out faze. I stayed in Room 2 and I can only hope the rest of the property has already been renovated and they missed this room. I won’t tell you to stay away but be advised it’s a beat old motel style property in a fantastic location.

I really wanted to leave a decent review since I went to the office to express my concerns first before leaving a bad review But I’m left no choice since no one has ever contacted me back!! So stay here at your own risk knowing what you’re getting into too!! Be prepared to have a TINY bathroom and a small room!

We have an excellent stay for three nights for a wedding event the island Saturday. It has such charm and the reception desk and personnel including the cleaning crew was nothing but courteous friendly and more than willing to help. We enjoyed having a room for the king bed as well as a sweet for us to have some space if somebody was wanting to relax and somebody wanted to watch TV or read a book. It was a rainy few days but the convenience of the shops and restaurants to the hotel made it so easy to get around and we could easily walk too many places. We would definitely come back and hope to do so with more family members next time. Highly recommend staying here.

Chill, old school, retro vibe. Lovely treed courtyard area with live oaks, spanish moss. Cute outdoor pool. Great, walkable location near the village. (Village can get loud at night, lots of drinking BTW.) My only complaint is the vinyl flooring in the rooms seems cheap. Great price for the location.

It was a very clean, updated hotel from the (probably 50's). Check in was easy & I was able to check in early. Lady up front was friendly. Great rates for a room with a kitchen. It was located right on the main street, so getting in & out was a little tricky but not impossible. The bed wrapped itself around me & hugged me into a great sleep. It was quiet & pleasant stay. No breakfast though.

Everything was clean and tidy in the room, bed very comfortable (memory foam mattress). Downside is the room, the motel, being as old as it is, is not sound insulated. Traffic noise, partyiers in taverns across the street can be heard and can eadily disrupt sleep until after midnight.

Tired sums it up! Everything from linens to general condition of room was over used - under updated! Floor was filthy! Our socks were blackened when we first kicked off our shoes. Location is amazing but they desperately need a remodel/update/heavy clean. Woman in the office was kind and apologetic. Felt dirty leaving in the morning after a shower bc room felt musty and def dirty (socks don’t lie!)

This place was great! We loved being close enough to the Village to walk to all the shops and restaurants. The kitchenette was perfect for our family, and we were pleasantly surprised to have more privacy than we expected. The pool was nice, and our kids loved having space to play in the front yard area.

We brought supplies with us, yes there were supplies at the hotel already. The location and history of the building was interesting. You asked about cleanliness of the room. Overall it was acceptable, minus the floors. They were subpar. We had a 14 month old child who crawled. His feet, legs and hand were black each time he crawled. The two ladies at the front desk, Donna and Barbara were very cordial.

Easy parking, clean bed, some areas need dusting, very walkable to shops, dinning, and pier. Have a pool and fire pit that were kept clean. Staff was professional and recommended a great place to eat.

Queens court is a super cute place and way more than I expected. I was on the bottom floor and the people above me had kids so it was a little noisy but, that is not on the hotel.

Really friendly, helpful staff. Very spacious room, but tiny bathroom. Loved the retro vibe. Super close to the beach and many fabulous restaurants. Great little town. I'd love to come back here!

The first thing we noticed about the room was how clean it was. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect. The only issue we had was that the mattress was very uncomfortable, other than that everything was great.

I king bed, room #25. On second floor, the steps are very steep! There is no landing to step onto, you have to open to door from the steps, very dangerous. The room was clean, but smelled of chlorine so badly that we had headaches and ended up leaving early. The location was good relative to restaurants etc. but traffic is very loud. The room did not have a table or any chairs.

Air conditioning was very good and the location was easy walking distance to the areas we wanted to visit.
- 5/5
Older hotel but well kept. Friendly staff. We've stayed there twice and will stay there again if we're in the area.
- 3/5
The location is perfect. You great restaurant options, places to visit, places to shop. However, the condition of the room wasn’t good. It needs to be updated.
- 5/5
Rooms are clean and nice and cold ac
- 5/5
Walking distance to village n restaurants. Pool with fire pit and outdoor lights. Very nice
- 5/5
Loved that the property waswithin walking distance of a lot of shopping areas and dining options.
- 5/5
Swimming pool area enchanting and a secluded atmosphere in the middle of a busy town!!
- 5/5
So relaxing
- 5/5
Stayed there for 30+ years. Really love updates to room.
- 5/5
Queens Court is convenient to restaurants, the pier, beach access, and the lighthouse. Mellow Mushroom is right across the street. Olivia and the housekeeping staff were welcoming and checked to see if we had necessities needed. This was our fourth return to stay at Queen's Court.
- 5/5
Cozy!
- 4/5
2nd stay in the last year Affordable convenient to everything downtown
- 4/5
This was our second stay. I love the decor and the location. The pool was very nice and clean. Will definitely be back.
- 5/5
Always a great stay.
- 5/5
We love the location of the Queen’s Court, so walkable to everything. The inn is clean and decorated beautifully so it feels good being in and around the property. Would definitely stay again!
- 4/5
The unit was much smaller than expected but it was very clean. The bathroom was extremely small. Parking is not convenient and if it rains the property grounds, including all walkways, FLOOD. The location is it's greatest feature. It's located within a very short walking distance to everything downtown.
- 3/5
If you have a little one with you. Be prepared to Barricade the door to keep them safe! The door knobs are at toddler level & the chain for the door is long enough for them to slip through. The interior needs to be repainted. Beds are NOT comfortable. The biggest problem was with the housekeeping dept. We found a variety of stains & HAIRS in our bed between the sheets at check in. The mgr on duty provided us with clean sheets. But after the initial shock of the condition of the bed. We couldn’t help but to feel dirty about the rest. We unfortunately couldn’t stay anywhere else that night. So we left promptly in the morning.
- 4/5
Not fancy but clean and adequate. Location is excellent. Can walk to restaurants and sites and shops. Tiny bathroom with no place to put toiletries. No closets or drawers for clothing. A good kitchen area but it was in the large bedroom which is unusual
- 5/5
We absolutely loved it here! It was perfect for our moms/kids get away and even better we could all stay in one room!
- 5/5
Very nice, close to the lighthouse, shops and restaurants.
- 4/5
Stay was nice. Wish they'd turn off sting lights at midnight, looked like we were staying at the airport. Very bright and it made it hard to sleep. Staff was very nice.
- 5/5
Updated motel with 50s vibe. Amazing pool under live oaks
- 5/5
This property is a hidden Gem and definitely will return when we go to St Simons.
- 5/5
Convenient to shopping and dining. Staff was nice. Room was larger than expected. We loved the pool and the grounds. Lovely place to stay! We will be back!
- 3/5
AC didn't work the best and there was no fan in the room. Room stayed muggy. Everything else was fine.
- 5/5
Walking distance to downtown area. I’d return anytime.
- 5/5
Great location. Thought out art for rooms. Spacious enough for our family.
- 5/5
This is a nice place at a good price point. Right in downtown and you can walk to everything.
- 5/5
Quaint retro motel. Will definitely book again!
- 3/5
The television offered barely anything for kids to watch because they don’t pay for it. Which I get but had to bring it up because that was one complaint from my kids after a long day of being out on the beach. Going to front desk to ask for towels and then being told to have to wait for house keeping to bring them to us. Overall great location for hotel but it does need to be updated and for the comfort of the clientele coming into it.
- 4/5
The closeness to the restaurants and shops is fantastic! Very very nice staff.
- 5/5
This place is so cute and nice to stay! Literally right in the middle of the town. No need to drive anywhere really! One stop shop nice people and a cool pool area !
- 5/5
Lived all the old oak trees. It was beautiful to me. Quiet. First time staying & we plan to return in the future
- 5/5
The property was so cool! Very retro and cute! Absolutely perfect location!! You can walk to almost everything! We would stay again!
- 4/5
I wish they have a bathroom by the pool cause going to the 2nd floor wet every time I need to is not fun but we make it work, we just stay less time at the pool. Staff is very friendly, we hoping to come back soon
- 4/5
The location is very nice, within walking distance to everything in town.
- 5/5
Loved our stay!!
- 4/5
This is the cutest spot! You can walk to all the major attractions. Food, shops & the beach. The room was perfect for the 2 of us. As soon as you walk in all you smell is a fresh clean room. We didn’t use the pool because we stayed at the beach but it was nice. It’s lit up and pretty at night.
- 5/5
We had the best time! This place is perfect for a family get away! our room was very spacious with a nice kitchen area. The pool are is nice and so clean. We were only there for 2 days but we literally did not move our vehicle those 2 days because we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff are all very nice and happy to help with anything. We look forward to coming back!!
- 5/5
Pool was fabulous!
- 4/5
The property is located in the downtown area and near the beach, which is a great location. The property provided more of a small residential community than a hotel atmosphere which I enjoyed.
- 5/5
Love the vintage feel. Great walking location to shops, restaurants, etc. Short drive (2 minutes) to beach access.
- 5/5
Checkin staff was friendly. Room was clean and not humid.
- 5/5
Still Great
- 5/5
Queens court inn is such a cute vintage hotel that is in the heart of St. Simon island. You can’t ask for a better location to all the restaurants, shops, pier etc. you can talk to everything. Rooms were cozy and clean, decorated so cute. Pool was clean and relaxing. 100% will be back!
- 4/5
A good variety of shopping & restaurants within walking distance along with the beach & park. I would stay again. :)
- 4/5
Queen's Court is the perfect location for people who want to be able to walk to just about everything. This retro motel was clean with the exception of the rug in our room. It wasn't disgusting or anything just very dingy and should be replaced. The bed was very uncomfortable though. I'm not sure it was a problem with the matress or that it was JUST a mattress on a platform, no box spring. My partner and I woke up achy every morning we were there. The pillows were very comfortable. Water pressure/volume in our shower was so strong we almost felt guilty about it. Yes, the shower was small, it was built in the 40s after all, but the room itself felt like a normal-sized motel room. You might want to bring your own black out curtains to cover the windows at night. The blinds that are there are cute but do NOTHING for keeping the light out at night. This made it hard to sleep. I ended covering my eyes with a T shirt because the room was so bright. Make sure to ask for ADA or a first floor room if you have ANY accessibility challenges. The stairs are steep, narrow, and lots of them. The pool was awesome! Easy access in and out. The pool deck was decorated nicely and lit up cute at night. Its nice to look at from your room cause there is no swimming allowed after dark which is unfortunate because that ambiance should be able to be enjoyed. You can't even sit on the pool deck at night because the gate is locked at dark and the front office people go home. Overall our stay was okay.
- 5/5
Will certainly stay again!
- 4/5
Nice stay good location and the staff very helpful and friendly
- 4/5
This was in such a great spot ! The pool was a very nice touch and we had a great time overall. The only downside is our tv was broken in our room and they said it was going to be fixed day of and was never fixed. I was then told I was going to be getting a call from the manager when he came in and see about getting a price adjustment from not having a working tv in our room but I never heard from them unfortunately. Overall the location and room itself was a great stay and I would definitely return.
- 4/5
My cable box did not work rathe rthan move me to a room that had a working cable box they offered to let me go watch t.v. in the other room but still stqy in my current room kinda weird why not just move me to that room i declined the offer because the whole idea was to lay down and watch t.v. which is how i usually fall asleep but master bedroom was inbthe kitchen which was seperate from living room and the second room also had no t.v. so just the t.v. not in either room...just a weird set up and strange solution to the problem in my opinion
- 5/5
The property is precious and close to everything.
- 5/5
Safe and convenient. All shops and restaurants within walking distance.
- 5/5
We truly enjoyed our room, pool, staff, and stay in this retro hotel. Location right by Pier Village with eateries within a block. St. Simon's is a quaint beach town that we plan to revisit and stay here again.
- 3/5
Very dated. But extremely clean. We had a problem with an obnoxiously loud person above us. Since the desk area was closed, we didn’t think we could contact anyone. Told them next morning and found out there was a phone number. We’d stay again. Right in town!
- 5/5
Walking distance to everything. Close to the pier and the lighthouse. Restaurants and shops nearby. Cute and quaint and very clean. Very affordable and would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Staircase was a bit daunting. Other than that everything was great!
- 4/5
Friendly staff, great location, room was very spacious.
- 5/5
Excellent stay!
- 5/5
This is our second time staying here and we enjoyed it again! Great location, clean rooms and nice staff!
- 5/5
Great location!! Walked everywhere. Sweet staff!!
- 4/5
The place was dated (built in 1948) but they did a good job trying to update as best they can. The room was very clean. The location cannot be beat - right on the corner of Kings Way and Mallery street. A short walk to the pier, shops and restaurants.
- 5/5
Nice room surprise friendly staff
- 5/5
This is the fourth time my wife and I have stayed here and we loved it! It’s everything you need it to be: clean, charming and comfortable. Will keep coming back.
- 5/5
The Queens Court is a GEM! So beautiful, historic, awesome staff (Zack was great!), convenient location to the pier and several shops, the rooms were clean. Everything was great and I will be back in the Future. Everyone on St. Simon's was soo nice. So thankful for the experience.

This place was misled and absolutely disgusting!
- 3/5
Great location.
- 5/5
The checkin was easy and the clerk was very friendly. The room was well equipped. The bed was comfortable. I loved the location. The bathroom was small. I enjoyed my stay.
- 5/5
Awesome location and wonderful service
- 5/5
Very clean and in a great location close to everything but still offers privacy.
- 4/5
Comfortable bed, big room, small bathroom, nice staff, great location.
- 5/5
This Inn was cute, convenient, and very clean. There were a lot of places nearby in walking distance. The staff was very friendly. We look forward to returning.
- 5/5
Great location and extra friendly staff!!
- 5/5
I love the location of Queen’s Court…..just a few steps from the SSI Village area, with its variety of dining options and shops. The front desk attendants were quite pleasant as well. The room itself was small but quaint, reminiscent of rooms from the past.
- 2/5
The room reeked of cat urine !!!! I told the clerk, she’s “ I’m a cat lady “. She said she couldn’t smell it and that they didn’t allow pets. Allowed or not it stunk!
- 3/5
Location is unbeatable
- 5/5
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Very close to restaurants and business we could walk pretty much anywhere we wanted to go!
- 5/5
Excellent spot for a family or couple getaway. Spacious, clean, friendly staff, and convenient. We will definitely stay again!
- 5/5
Such a wonderful little retro motel. Very walkable area. This was our second stay, and we will definitely be back again.
- 5/5
My sister and I visit the island regularly and stay at Queens Court and have never been disappointed. This time I booked a standard room with 2 beds thru Expedia. Upon arrival was very surprised to have a handcap room with 1 bed. Granted I am a senior citizen and love my sister but prefer two beds and not handicapped. It was was my sisters birthday so I didnt want to make a fuss!!!! Im not sure why this happened? We love this quaint unique property and recommend it whenever we can!
- 5/5
Charming hotel with very friendly staff. I will definitely stay again when in the area.
- 1/5
This is a motel on the main road in St Simon’s. The chain latch on the door was broken and fell off which left no backup safety measure for my family therefore we did not stay overnight.
- 3/5
Mix up with booking. Paid for extra room then original booking was found. Staff member did not know how to rectify the situation. Hopefully we get our refund.
- 2/5
Had king suite, room 2 adjacent to office. Clean, comfortable, lacking a modern tv in bedroom, only offered 24-30” tv in suite area. No breakfast available, single serve coffee unit in room. No hot water for shower, only warm. Adequate for overnight stay, disappointing , pictures convey an old, charming, picturesque motel, lacking expected basics. Location is convenient, close to pier and dining options within walking distance.
- 5/5
Charming atmosphere. Kind front desk staff. GREAT location. Value for money. I booked the room with a full kitchen / sitting area. Great.
- 5/5
I always enjoy staying here every year. Nice folks and super convenient to St Simon’s main area and light house.
- 3/5
It was close to the downtown area and restaurants. It is an 80 year old motel and shows its age. The staff were nice and helpful. We could people walking on the floors aboce us. Probably won't stay there again.
- 2/5
So many things. We spent 3 nights. Not usually fussy but....Rug under the bed probably 8x10 was absolutely filthy and worn. No one in their right mind would step barefoot on it. So easily replaced but there it is. No blackout curtains, only slatted blinds so the sun will wake you up at dawn unless the leaf blower at 8 am on a Saturday morning (and every other day we were there)right outside your window does. King size bed was nice but no mattress pad so you can feel every bump in the mattress. Postage stamp size room with one plastic chair and no full size mirror. Tiny shower you can barely turn around in. Had to ask for TP and coffee and tissues even after the maid came. Positive was other than the rug it was clean even though it's a very old and tired place. Spring for the extra money at a different place if you can afford it. I wish I had.
- 4/5
We booked this hotel to be close to the village. Perfect location. Very clean and helpful staff. It was nice to have the mini fridge and microwave. Would stay again if we were coming in for a couple of nights.
- 5/5
The room was super cute and clean. A very unique stay. The property was absolutely beautiful. Plus the convenience of how close it was to everything was a a major plus.
- 5/5
Wonderful!
- 5/5
Great place to stay on the island.
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable
- 5/5
Small but very cute rooms. Super clean property and nice staff. We wish the pool had been heated, but may have to return when the weather warms up. Great place to stay if you’re looking to walk around Mallory Street into the pier, restaurants, etc..
- 5/5
Great. Wonderful location
