The location was amazing—just 7 minutes from the airport. There were also many restaurants, including several fast-food chains, and stores nearby. The staff were friendly and kind, and the room was excellent, clean, and spacious. The swimming pool was also nice and well-maintained. Overall, the hotel was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again! -

We loved staying at TownePlace Suites Sacramento Airport Natomas. The staff was so helpful and accommodating as my husband arrived at the hotel prior to me as I was driving to meet them from another location. While this hotel is very convenient and serves the purpose of accommodating business travelers, it was still very comfortable for our family and our children were able to leave the room and make their casual stroll to check out the large communication/community board that other guests could write notes or leave different local attraction suggestions for others. Breakfast was nice and simple. There were hot items including eggs, toast and sausage and other items to include yogurt and oatmeal. I was able to walk across the street to Starbucks for coffee and there is a cute breakfast place across the street as well. We will plan to go back when we have more activities in Sacramento this summer. It was an easy drive to the downtown area (about 10-15 mins). I wish there was a sauna by the pool...

It was a relaxing stay indeed. This facility is truly a pet friendly. I love everything about this hotel.

The double queen room was very spacious for my family of 4. The whole hotel smelled good, even the soaps and shampoos smelled excellent. The hotel was a newer hotel ir has been renovated and was super clean. The only pet peeve I had were the pillows were a little too flat and there were only 3 per bed.

Check-in and check out was good. However, on my last day, it seems like housekeeping were in a rush to come clean our room because they came at 11am and knock on our door. So my partner and I felt rush a little bit to pack up and check out when check out is at 12pm.

Loved the location as well as the rooms. For the price it was really great. The breakfast maybe could have had more options and prepared better

Property was extremely clean, brand new looking. Lots of parking, close to restaurants, grocery stores and a gas station. Breakfast was great, computer in the lobby, pool & gym are nice. There’s BBQ pits by the pool! Everything was nice.

Room was very clean and it was super quiet. Very convenient kitchenette and parking was easy. I was just there overnight, catching a flight out early and the hotel is very close to the airport which made things easy. It's also very close to a nice shopping area where I had a good dinner. Highly recommend.

The pull out sofabed has seen it's day. It needs to be more comfortable or replaced. For a suite, I expected more, a larger more comfortable pull out sofabed for my spouse who snores and needs to sleep in a separate bed.

Towneplace Suites Natomas is clean, comfortable, quiet and very conveniently located close to food, gas and parks. The hotel has seversl comfortable seating areas inside and out, and the fitness center is well equipped. I enjoyed having an in-room kitchenette, ironing board and extra blankets. I'm looking forward to staying again!

The best part was the check in. The receptionist was lovely and very kind. I have stayed in several hotels in the greater Sacramento area and this was by far the most pleasant check-in. The room was spacious and very clean. Will go back!!!

Super convenient to SMF. Nice property with excellent service. Great respite after a festival weekend in Mendocino. Not cheap, but a good value. Breakfast was some of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel.

The hotel seemed new and it was clean. The only issue was the walls seemed thin, we could hear people in neighboring rooms and in the halls. The pool was great, and breakfast had yummy choices. The front desk was very helpful and friendly.

Facility was very nice, new, clean, and orderly. However, there was confusion and poor service when asking for the airport shuttle. When we arrived and asked the front desk people when the earliest airport shuttle would leave in the morning, we were told two different things (5:00AM and 5:30 AM) by the two individuals at the front desk. They ultimately 'agreed' on 5:00AM. The following morning at 4:50AM we were told by the morning desk person that we weren't listed in her log as needing a 5AM shuttle. She kept telling us the shuttle driver was on his way, but he never showed, and she ultimately ordered us a taxi to the airport at their expense. We left the property at 5:40 AM. Thankfully, we made it to the airport in time.

After a long day of driving with a 1 year old and our dog, we were greeted by the most friendly front desk clerk we’ve ever met! She got us checked in quickly and went above and beyond to help find us the missing luggage cart so we could get all our stuff inside. (Other guests hadn’t returned the cart). The next morning at breakfast, a member of the kitchen staff handed me a tray to help me take all the food for my family back to the room easier. It really felt like the staff was committed to us enjoying our stay at every interaction. We will absolutely stay here again! The room was clean and the micro kitchen was very convenient having real utensils and plates that made the takeout we had from a nearby Thai place much nicer to enjoy. (The only criticism of the property would be the weird layout of the bathroom door in the room and the placement of the TV on the wall. Both were in an awkward place that were a bit inconvenient. But overall, a non issue.) Parking was easy with our attached trailer, and there was plenty of places to walk the dog. Would have loved to enjoy the fire pit out front, we’ll have to try to next time we come through. Very happy with this place! Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

It was very Quiet. Beds were comfy and front seat helped us pick a nearby restaurant. This is the first time I have stayed with this particular Hotel.

Very nice check in experience! However, trash and cleaning supplies in hallway, coffee area, and in front of rooms was unappealing. Convenient location near freeway and food options. Area felt safe including security in parking area starting at 10pm.

My check-in was seamless, and she was super nice even though it was late at night.

The best thing about the entire experience was the waffles. More than likely won’t ever stay here again. Just not worked the value at that price point.

We stayed two nights. The room I got was duty so I requested housekeeping, there was none at the time so I had to moved to another room. They don’t clean the rooms during stay unless guest request. My big issue is the lack of care to clean their rooms and facilities. There are lots of hotels options in Natomas area for the price that this hotel charge. I won’t stay here again. Breakfast is very limited. Terrible experience!!!!!

Meeting with family. Outdoor pool was fun for the kid while adults could visit. Comfortable room. One bedroom suite with kitchen area was perfect for eating. Breakfast was on par, nothing special but didn't need to go out for breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

Well stocked and has what you need for traveling/ business travel. Fridge, stovetop, cookware, plates, utensils, etc. I stayed 1 night for an early morning flight. I chose it because of having a swim pool and the location. Big disappointment with the pool. It’s a teeny tiny one and because of its size it is warmer than bath water. It was a 100* day and I was hoping for a cool off and a swim. Otherwise a very nice stay. The staff is great.

Found out after we arrived and checked in their airport shuttle service isn’t 24 hours - our plane leaves at 5 am - their shuttle service doesn’t begin until 7am. Super disappointed. If you need this service - stay at another hotel - there are plenty in this area. I would have booked another hotel if I had known when it stated they had airport shuttle service - it doesn’t work 24 hours

This was a business trip and the rooms are setup to accommodate working remotely. I loved the roller desk that I moved over to the front of the window. Connections for accessories & electronics were ample. I used both USBc & Standard USB so I travel with my own outlet as most rooms do not have these connections available. The only down side was the pillows - extremely small and no choice between firm or soft. I liked the serenity of this location. A Starbucks opened across the street the day I checked out.
