The door didn’t fit in the doorway, the kitchen sink gurgled and spilled bubbles up and out of the drain randomly, and there were roaches. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Only the size of the room. The rest is below. There was a queue and a long check-in process (for just three people), and the water in the bathroom sink wouldn't drain at all. The staff were impolite. The deposit was not fully refunded, and no explanation was given. We left the hotel after a few hours without staying the night.

The room was spacious, clean, and the AC worked well The bed was really hard and not very comfortable

The pictures are old and glamour online but the outside might look good but inside, there were dirty need to be cleaned, sweep, moped smell like if you used bleach, vinegar to disinfectant, smelled like cigarettes, roaches roaming.. nothing compared to what pictures show. Needs to be newly renovated.

It looks new even though it’s been there a while it was pet, friendly, and easy to get to I noticed on one tree someone left a note about people picking up their dog poo and I have to agree with that. Some people don’t pick up their dog poo and it’s disgusting.

I had to wash everything before I could use it. The website says they have kitchen supplies that they would loan but it should say they will rent it to you. Whoever is running the place is looking to charge the guest for everything

This was the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel in my lifetime. The stairways were dirty. When we arrived in our room, we found little black flies dead in the bathroom sink. When I reported it to the front desk, I was told they didn't have control if I had my room door open but stated they would put in a work order. I never heard from anyone. When I called to the front desk requesting toilet paper, I was told their order had not arrived, however they would have housekeeping locate a roll of toilet paper and deliver it to my room. I never heard from anyone. We had to go to Walmart to purchase our own toilet. The vent is the bathroom was hanging loose from the ceiling. There were people hanging around that seemed homeless. I have photos I would like add to this review.

The Office was only open from 9am to 10 pm. No security guards. A lot of unhoused people were staying there. There was a guy pimping girls. Someone pulled the fire alarm and the fire department came to turn it off. Our neighbor break his window due to if you get locked out at night you are are out of luck until 9:00am and on top of all of that the hotel was out of toilet paper and some guests were told you had to order it. This hotel should be removed from your website as it is a very unsafe place.

The room was nice and clean. Mia the employee who checked me in was amazing! To much noise. Had to wait over 30 minutes to have management release my room due to some type of issue with the previous guest. At around 11:30pm a fire alarm went off and woke me up and nobody could explain what was going on since you have no staff after 10pm which I find very disturbing. What if we had a fire or real emergency, nobody would be able to assist us with anything but ourselves, not cool.

Had to buy toilet paper because they were out for almost the entire week that I was there. Also, the key cards decided to stop working and since it was after 10pm both times, I had to sleep in my car. The staff was very unhelpful and stated that the managers are the only ones that could issue a refund or compensate for new nights but they live in another country. Also, not very clean. And it was very hard to get new towels in a timely manner. Waited a whole day for new towels.

Price. Laundry linen services were lacking and they had no refill on toilet paper for the entire 3 weeks.

Check in was a hassle because hotel wants everyone's driver's license or ID. It's so inconvenient to check in even though it's after 3 pm. Rooms was not ready or cleaned. If you have any disabilities, you can't stay in the 1st floor because there are long term residents occupying all 1st floors. Elevator is inconvenient and far away from 2nd and 3rd floor rooms. The kitchenette is a joke. Small microwave that can't fit a coffee mug. No coffee maker, hair dryer or shampoo. The charge extra for utilities per day along with $100 deposit because they think you will still stuffs from the rooms. Area is unsafe especially with the long term residents. Smoking Marijuana and other illicit stuffs. I will never come back again!!

First off rm 236 has a remote for heater that doesn't work.ive been using extended stay hotel for almost 2yrs l, first of the month. Now I cant use my social security debit card. No breakfast, even if it was just coffee and oatmeal.

A lot of people live there and it feels insecure. One Con is office closes at 10pm if you have an emergency there is no one to assist you, if you need a key you will be locked out.

Also the bathroom and bedroom contain no kleenex. It's bare bones. On the plus side, there is a wide screen TV and remote, a clock/radio and an ironing board and iron.

This is my favorite place when I'm staying in Rancho Cordova California. I try to be humorous, and despite my obscurity at times, they're welcome to the humor. Like every place you stay, it's an attitude thing. I bring my fun attitude with me. It always makes check in or check out a comfortable thing. If your room is uncomfortable for whatever reason, they will accommodate you. I've never had an issue there. Never. Also, after hours I guess, they have an interesting check-in process. You are talking to a person on a screen, and they take care of your issues. Actually, I've learned to have fun with the check-in process, when I'm working with the guy on the machine. So when I do check in, I try and do something a little goofy, because that's me. I can start things off with a laugh, it certainly does smooth out the edges. Oh yeah, I forgot about their prices. They always have sales on. I run into many deals here. Aside, thank you to all the folks out at the studio 6, rancho Cordova. I always manage to have fun checking in there. And checking out as well. If this is about voting about a favorite hotel, they've got my vote. If they have a room for me, that's where I'm staying. No fuss no muss... As my grandma used to say. Everything that's necessary is there in the room.

I stayed at the Studio 6 when coming from out of town for early morning appts at the Kaiser Medical Center. It is very convenient and affordable. It's definitely not a "high end" hotel--I think it is mostly used as transitional housing--but it's clean, convenient, and the staff is nice. Not too loud even though it's close to major roads.

Staff had a hard time getting me checked in and almost tried to charge me for the room again even though I paid online ahead of time. The hotel was completely out of toilet paper and I had to go purchase my own. Room was dirty. Exterior door did not close fully.

I didn't like that it's no smoking rooms there

The property looks nice on internet. But when we arrived, we were scare because some people look so sick using drug in front of the office. It look like the property has some contract with the government for housing for homeless people... We stayed for 2 nights because we already booked. The first night we heard the voice of a man screaming like he was overdose... next day there was an ambulant arrived with a fire truck... in the parking lot there is a car with broken windows and four flat tires... So scare, we left very early in the morning after second night!!!

It was a nice day. I would definitely come back. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the plug so that you’re able to charge your phones because a lot of sockets now are changing to the USB so you’re able to charge without having to have a charging box. The big refrigerator

Some of the other guests were a bit loud in the middle of the night and during the day there were a couple weirdos but other than that, it was actually really nice

I paid for my room and wasn't able to stay because they wouldn't confirm my check in so I had to sleep in my car in a parking garage at the hospital because I drove 5 hours from home for a family member in the ICU.

The location is close to the freeway entrance , a plus and close the mall and CAL EXPO Not a typical motel 6 , staff was rude.

Location was perfect for our appointment. Cost was reasonable. We were very disappointed that the room was so sparse. No "lounge" chair - just one desk chair -made it uncomfortable for 2 people to sit in evening. If I had planned to stay more than one night, I would have left early. Felt minimalistic. NOTHING supplied in kitchen except at front desk - all we wanted was a knife, fork and plate, not a whole package (No info given on cost). I was told on arrival that they knew we had a king size bed reserved, but all they had for me was a queen size. Overall felt like a longterm solution for people without a home

Very noisy area. Pictures for location are not updated when I arrived I found a very outdated room with everything falling apart. It was freezing since the heater didn’t work. Do not say breakfast is included since they offer coffee and a granola bar.

Room smelled bad, noisy all night long, AC didn't work, "grab n go" breakfast wasn't there, mattress was work out... everything was bad except for the lady who checked us in. She was very helpful to bring us a remote for the tv and try to get the AC working. Unfortunately we will never stay there again.

They gave us the wrong room so had to move rooms at 11:00 pm and then gave us another room that already had someone in it so then they finally got us another room and by now it’s midnight and I had my 4 yr old granddaughter with me.

The “non smoking” room smelled like weed. The floors were so dirty, my kids’ feet were black from walking around the room for a few minutes. There was a bug crawling across the floor when we entered at the end of the night and when the bathroom fan was turned on, the smell of weed got much much worse. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. The outside of the building was clean and well kept and the room looked clean when we initially checked in, but was obviously only being swept and not mopped. I would never stay here again, pay the extra money and get a nicer hotel.

The door actually wiggled when you opened it or moved it like part of it was broken, it also didn't close all the way. The floor panels are warped so they pop when you step on them. The light above the door took a minute to come on and flickered. The beds are worn out.

The beds were not very comfortable, and they were loud and squeaky. Every time someone rolled over, it made a lot of noise. Thin walls and floors also made it really easy to hear our neighbors. For the price and the fact we could bring our cat, as well as a full sized refrigerator and a microwave, we were happy with our stay overall and would come back again.

Very pleasant hotel. The staff is friendly and it is in a quiet area. My only caveat is the number of displaced people in the general vicinity, but this is something outside of the hotel's control.

The room was clean and easy access, plenty of parkingspace, the only thing was that when checking in Hanna the receptionist was on the phone with a customer I'm assuming didn't acknowledge me when I came in and stayed on the phone for about 15min without glancing at me, she was the only one in there, when I arrived here was an older lady waiting for her for who knows how long and decided to leave after being there with me for a good 8 min.

At first, we chose this location for convenience and cost. The main highway access is a huge green flag. At first all was well until the last night tho. We found cockroaches upon our return to the room at night, this is definitely a concern that was brought up to management and requested a room change as well. The new room was a bit smaller and started having issues with AC unit. Honestly gave up at that point as it was our last night and we where exhausted. Would give new opportunity if I'm in the area but the property needs to be maintained a bit more for a minimum.

It was very dissatisfied with my room for my daughter and myself upon entering the room. The floors were dusty and dirty. There was hair and dirt in the bathtub toilet area had hair around the sea, and on top the bathroom counters were sticky. The bedding had lots of lint on the sheets. The door did not close properly. It was either warped or had been broken in the past, but at the top of the door, the entire door was inside of the room rather than closing into the gym properly we could see daylight out of the door. Also, then last night we were there there were roaches running on the table and countertops. I tried to smash them and killed them, but they ran too quickly. It was very dissatisfied with my room for my daughter and myself upon entering the room. The floors were dusty and dirty. There was hair and dirt in the bathtub toilet area had hair around the sea, and on top the bathroom counters were sticky. The bedding had lots of lint on the sheets. The door did not close properly. It was either warped or had been broken in the past, but at the top of the door, the entire door was inside of the room rather than closing into the gym properly we could see daylight out of the door. Also, then last night we were there there were roaches running on the table and countertops. I tried to smash them and killed them, but they ran too quickly. We checked in super late with our 3 children and were pretty terrified. The door looks like it had been previously kicked in and the room smelled like someone smoked 10 packs per day for a decade (despite it being non smoking). When asked to move rooms, we were told there were no more. The tub was gross so we checked out as soon as possible.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. Facility was tidy and clean. Unfortunately, and to no fault of the facility, an unhoused person was pulling the fire alarms which brought out the fire department twice.

I had to wait an hour and a half past check in time for my room to be "cleaned" it was a horrible experience and the entire area was super ghetto. The parking lot ghetto. I also had my parking permit and was still harassed by Security questioning me whether or not I'm allowed to be there overnight. I would never stay here again.

There were many unsavory people around, it was noisy, dirty, there was a horrible smell around the property and in the room, and there was an eerie bad vibe and I did not feel safe at all. We left within a few minutes of checking in and did not stay here, we are trying to get a refund

The tub did not drain while taking a shower. Not complimentary shampoo for such a price as this was. The so called breakfast was the lack thereof. Not impressed at all for $100 a night.

Bed was pretty stiff and only thin blankets but was a nice hotel overall. Wish TV was more up-to-date though.

I appreciate the staff members and the hotel if my assumption is correct that this property helps house the unhoused for period of times. I just didn’t realize the people in the room next door would be making so much noise in the middle of the night.

This has to be the absolute worst stay I’ve ever had at any property. The first room I was placed in had roaches! Roaches! I’m not accustomed to roaches at all, but since I pre-paid, I asked to be relocated. The next room, had roaches too! This property seems to be a dwelling for the less fortunate. This is not a hotel, it’s a projects! I was born and raised, part time, in the projects and I know one when I see one. I wish they would let people know this is an efficiency, not an Extended Stay hotel. I’m appalled and want my money back!

There’s barely a closet, and nowhere to put your luggage. • Cleanliness issues: My room wasn’t cleaned during my entire stay. This hotel doesn’t live up to its name. It’s more like “Please Never Come Back America.” Save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere.

This room was fine for a quick stay, but it could have been cleaner. I found a lot of hair in the bed (both human and pet hair) upon arrival - on the pillows, in the sheets, and under the mattress. Counters were also dirty in the bathroom. Otherwise staff were kind and helpful.

I noticed the bathroom door was rotted on the bottom. The bed was okay. The refrigerator worked fine.

Other than the dryer and pans issue, I would have liked to see a better area for dogs. It existed, but was a very small, dusty, dirty, bark mulch area and was nothing more than that and a trash can. I had to wipe off my dogs feet when we came in. What looked like bark was often bits and pieces of dog poop. We only went to that particular area a couple of times. It was gross. There were homeless people right outside the property, but they were all over the city. That wasn’t the fault of the property. Additionally, though there were signs, people were sitting in their cars or outside smoking pot. I don’t care if people smoke pot. What I don’t like is feeling I may get a contact high every time I go outside, no matter the time of day. There was a security guard later in the day and at night. I would have liked to see some enforcement of those rules. Overall, though, it was a good place to stay and I would stay there again.

I was given a room which had people in it half naked when i walked in. The assigned me another room. They didnt seem to care this was so embarrasing.

Every Non Smoking room smelled like Weed. Walkways need to be power washed. I should have paid the extra money for a better Hotel

I had made this booking a month prior and the day of check in I call to ensure them im on my way; only for them to tell me they overbooked and that they may not have a room for me. I was livid and had to call Expedia customer service to help resolve the issue.

The neighborhood is not so good. Inside the room was nice to see microwave fridge stove. Bathroom was clean, but no shampoo to wash my hair.

Stay there every week. Great staff. Very clean. No roaches or nothing like that. Pet friendly. Serves a little breakfast. Small kitchen included. Very clean and very nice.

Tv was too low for eye view. A mounted tv would really make this room pop.

To rebook the room that I already book. I knew they were trying to Scam me. Coming back to the phone. He tried to Act like he was a different person, but I could tell it was his voice. He told me he was going to give me a great deal. Only 200 more instead. I said no I had confirmation, that's it.Let me in my room... I spent a good hour sitting in my truck. Talking to this person. I was done, said I need to speak to a supervisor now. At first he said there isn't one. Then he said wait a minute, then he got back on the phone and said go ahead and go to your room.... I hope the person that did this reads this. I hope he's fired for what he did. I'm obviously not the first person he tried to take advantage of... They need to fire him.Cause I will never book through Expedia again.. I kept trying to bring the phone in to the desk clerk.So she could hear what this person sang to me.What he wanted saying my confirmation wasn't final.. He said II was not to go inside. Where the clerk was that he would not talk to her. I was very upset by this person. Trying to play a game with me trying to Act like he was right when he was wrong, telling me to calm down. Days in advance we booked a room with 2 beds. We got there and they didn't have a room with 2 beds so they decided to give us 2 rooms with bed in each room. Ok so we all had a place to sleep except one bed should have been for our grandson and the other bed for us. So it ended up that grandpa and grandson in one room and grandma in the other. Rooms were not beside each other. Grandson is 12 so we were not putting in a room by himself. Very strang

While the service was good the overall motel atmosphere was atrocious. There was dead cockroaches in the bathroom, The mattress had flat spots, smell like cigarette and marijuana. The location isn't ideal. Nothing's around the area and there is a few transits wondering the area. The pictures of the hotel look far better than an actual person.

Me and my fiancée stayed here for 1 night and they took my deposit and charged me $100 talking about the room was left a mess when indeed it was not we are not those type of people and very clean. Reached out and they stated they had pictures but refused to let me get copies. There were also drugged out homeless people harassing me and my fiancée outside the door. I will not stay here again.

I left after a few days because of the noise. It sounded like I was staying next to a washing machine going 24 hours a day. I got very little sleep and my mood was suffering. It was not fair to my business partners that I was in such a bad mood. Also, I use a walker and was booked on the third floor. For two of the days the elevator was not working. Climbing down multiple flights of stairs with a walker is not fun nor easy. I chose to get a set of pots and pans. I was charged $70.00 (50.00?) for the set. When I checked out, they said there was no charge for the pots and pans. Where did the fee go?

I reserved the room at arpund 3am the morning of the 13th. I explainded that i was going to be arriving at 6am and requested an early check in. I was told that i had to wait until 2pm for everyone to check out and rooms to be cleaned. I thought that rooms were reserved for guests that use apps like hotels .com? What is the point of reserving the room if i have to wait for everyone to check out and all the rooms to be cleaned? I am very unsatisfied with the service of the hotel and the hotels.com app. I had to wait 11 hours after reserving my room to check in that is rediculous if i reserved the room i should've been able to check in whenever i was ready to.

The Extended Stay lobby was not clean or attractive, and the property is in a not so nice, industrial area.

It was fine except upon checking in, no rooms were ready (@4pm) and it had just started raining. And at night there IS A LOT of weird stuff going on. People hanging outside doors yelling at themselves. Front desk was nice, apologies for any rudeness from me, just a little frustrating....thank you for being nice and getting my room together
