DO NOT BOOK!! Not Safe!! Especially if you got kids! They are still using the pictures from their Grand Opening. Complete Catfish, this is a roach motel. There were roaches and spiders in my room. And what looked like a fecal stain on the floor and blinds. The Sheets had Ashe burn holes. Bathroom has mold. I communicated the issues to the lobby attendant, and tried to get my refund and check out immediately but she refused to. DO NOT BOOK!

The Wi-Fi did not work. I was only there for a day. The room is clean. Nice sheets in bed. Property a little bit rundown people hanging around the motel were homeless or vagrant. Staff was very good and friendly helpful. I’d stay there again if I was low on money. Services were nearby. I think they’re doing the best they can with what they have.

The property itself was clean but the homeless in the late night and evening were intimidating. Wish I had stayed downtown I guess.

The following morning, while getting ready to leave for the day, I did what I commonly do at hotels and pulled back the sheets to ensure the bedding would be properly changed. What I found was absolutely disgusting — the mattress was covered in urine stains. We immediately packed our bags because there was no way we were staying another night in those conditions. The problems didn’t end there. This is not a quiet property. People were coming and going all night, doors were constantly slamming, the walls are paper thin, and there was someone loudly arguing in the hallway. We got a terrible night’s sleep. The mattresses were not only visibly stained but also extremely uncomfortable. When I went to check out and speak to someone about the condition of the room, the front desk attendant acted as though she didn’t believe me. There was no apology, no concern, and no attempt to address the issue. I was checked out with a cold, dismissive attitude. I contacted Orbitz to report the poor conditions and request a refund. Between the unsanitary room, rude customer service, noise, and overall lack of professionalism, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

We only needed a room for a night after watching the Athletics baseball game and we honestly found it humorous. Again, it's a 2-Star and the staff were kind, courteous, and really try hard to do their best. Go for it if you're adventurous!

Stay in a room on the second floor. The paper thin floors will let you hear the buffalo stampede of people above you. It is my luck to always get a room below people who walk around all night long.

the staff was terrible, they were rude and unprofessional. they charged my card without notifying me when i specifically put pay at property and told me if my card did not go through they’d give my room away, again without notifying me. so i would’ve gotten to the hotel and had NO room and they would not have told me.

The room size was nice and it included a refrigerator and microwave The location is close to downtown, but I would not walk there, too many homeless people in the area, and two homeless vehicle were allowed to camp in the hotel parking lot. The breakfast consisted of toast cereal, juice and waffles. No protein, as in no bacon, sausage, eggs, etc. No bagels. The breakfast was a joke on the guest. One nice a neighboring room had the TV on extra loud until 4:00 AM.
- 3/5
The least amount of items available to still be considered “breakfast” toast, waffle or cereal. No protein.

HORRIBLE. Never stay here, you’re better off sleeping in your car at a Walmart parking lot. There was teenagers running up and down the hallways all night banging on doors, screaming, talking loud, and playing loud music all night. I’m trying not to sound like a grumpy old man here, but it gets to a point. The teens also pulled the fire alarm at 6am and the staff was unhelpful on whether we should evacuate or not. Anytime I’d try to ask staff questions they would look at me with a blank stare like it was their first day on the job. The room was dirty and the shower had black foot prints all over it, the breakfast was tolerable. Parking was alright if you ignore all the sketchy people hanging around. Tried reaching out to the staff for a refund because it was more than deserved. The staff denied my request multiple times and didn’t even offer to make up for it. They only care about collecting your money. If they put some effort into providing quality service, it might be a good place to stay. So once again, stay anywhere else.

All are good except for one employee in maintenance name Angel (male.) he pouch me one time and ask if I’m ready while holding his crouch. I said for what? Cursing you mother F***. His tone changes and starts talking fast and disorganize. I ask him what’s goin on are you insulting me. He said as far as I know someone is F*** my car and I knew who is he. I cut the conversation and he turn around. I reported this to front sack and advise me that’s there nothing she can do. If I want you can call 911. Waiting for the Mgr tomorrow but his on vacation when I f/u. I booked 4 days stay and 1 day extension since my Dad still in the ICU. I ll just to keep my composure intact despite of my safety. The good thing is that he never initiate any interaction w/ me. But I wouldn’t go back to that hotel anymore.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We blew a circuit using the blow dryer and they had maintenance in the room within 15 minutes fixing everything. A very pleasant experience. The street that the property is on does have a lot of bum activity, but it is literally right next to anywhere you need to go downtown so the location was still pretty great.

I don’t like the location, the refrigerator was leaking water everywhere, the phone was broken and didn’t work, the bed was hard and lumpy, and the blackout shades Sat over the air fan which made the blackout shades unsuccessful at keeping the glaring parking lights out of the room. My stay here April 10th until the 12th was decent, staff was informative and patient however; there’s a lot of homeless people around the area including across the street by other hotels which wasn’t pleasant. Overall it’s decent not the greatest, but if you can find other hotels I’d do some more research on it.

If I could give this place a 0 I would! We had the most horrible experience. Let's just say the cops were called. At 1:45am the room next to us decided to have a party! Over 10 people were in that room (we know this cause my husband looked in the hallway and saw 10 people leave and others stayed) they had outrageously loud music, loud people and marijuana smoke that penetrated to our room and all the hallway. I called the front desk and their respond: "call the police" there was NO "I'm sorry" or "let me give them a call" or "let me see what I can do for you" nothing at all. So I called the police. We did not wait for the police as we were fed up. We ended up leaving at 2am and as we walked out the there was a huge cloud of smoke! Do not recommend. Night staff had no customer service and was in her pjs eating away with no care for the customers.

Staff member was rude at check in. Parking lot is very sketchy, especially at night. Hallway smelled like weed the whole time, unless the security door was left open for fresh air. How secure. Supposedly a non smoking hotel, I guess just cigarettes. Shower curtain rod was broken so water got all over the bathroom, fixed eventually.

The area surrounding the property was mostly other hotels, and it was very convenient. It's close to the freeway and a gas station. However, I would not recommend it for solo travelers due to the experience I had at a nearby McDonald’s (less than 2 minutes away—I felt unsafe inside the restaurant, no one cared about the front register (saw a customer angery about the wait, while another customer was arguing about his bill) and at the gas station around the corner, where kids were asking for money and food. =( AGAIN, this is a good price in terms of the price. If you bring your own food using the mircowave and dine at the downtown area, I guess that it should be okay. Hope the noise of the AC only the individual case. Oh well.

I didn’t even bother checking in because the environment felt unsafe the moment I arrived, there were people loitering outside and the overall atmosphere was very unsettling. I do not recommend coming here. I would rather lose the money than risk my safety. The listing is completely misleading and feels like false advertising. If I could I would give this a zero.

The hotel reeked of pot. More of plants than just smoke. In the hallways, in the room. Our assumption was that the hotel must be growing in some of the rooms. The smell was so strong and gross. I don't mind a little of that, but this was way too much. There were people yelling very loudly from rooms with open windows after 11:00 at night. The location was a bit sketchy. It was not a comfortable stay.

Let's start with the check-in: the frontdesk guy parked his car in front even if it's a one way and there is not enough space, went in to check-in, he wasn't the most helpful, ID, credit card for incidentals and that's it, he didn't say anything about breakfast, he didn't even gave me a parking permit. Asked him nicely for a crib, he said that they don't have that. Never heared a quality inn to have no cribs. Whatever, went to the room, there was hair in the bathtub, my white socks got black on that dirty floor, all furniture wasn't wiped down properly, there was residue of food everywhere. Very noisy, so if you're a litle sleeper, don't go there, under the door there was a space of I can say 3 fingers, so you can here everything, even if somebody farts, all night long you can hear doors closing super hard and I'm not a picky person, but for 120$ a night in Sac in a ghetto area you would expect the hotel to be better. When it comes to TV, yea it is Smart, but walls being that thin that somebody can control your TV from the next room sucks. It's pretty hard to watch something on Netflix when you have somebody stopping your TV every 2 minutes. Breakfast, very disappointing for a Quality Inn that should be mid for Choice Hotels. All they have for breakfast is waffles and cereal with milk, no protein at all, no meat at all, basically a vegan breakfast but still with no protein and vitamin. I highly not recommend this hotel, by far the worst I've stayed at. Area full w homeless.

Inaccurate property pictures, unsafe area, room in poor condition, locks do not work, staff do not answer front desk phones, low water pressure, not a Family Friendly area to stay Haven’t seen any improvements about same past review issues. Management has not addressed or made changes, responses are not genuine.

• There was a hair on the bed. • The bathroom faucet had water stains and had not been wiped or disinfected. • There were urine marks on the toilet rim. Additionally, the next morning I noticed that the front door glass was broken, and pieces of glass were lying on the ground outside, which made me feel unsafe.

I called about a week after my check out date to follow up on my deposit refund since I had to cancel the card I paid with and the front desk guy was SO RUDE . He was very sarcastic so I asked him to not give me attitude . When I asked for his name, he hung up on me. I called again and he did the same thing and hang up. I called again and no answer . Ridiculous and unprofessional .

Be forewarned that there is no elevator but I was able to request a room on the first floor. The sheets and bathroom were clean but the room needed to be aired out a bit when I got in, probably because I had requested a room change. The hotel was quiet and convenient. Right off the freeway, easy to find and park. Lyft to and from downtown was easy. Took 5 mins of driving to downtown.

Staff was very nice. all of them. the area is a nasty one. the homeless and drug addicts are EVERYWHERE. INCHES off the property. the walls/floor are paper thin and you will hear EVERY foot step from ur neighbors. above and next to you. if not for the staff and overall cleanliness of the place my review would of been FAR worse.

The room is descent. The part that made this room the best possible choice was location. Literally down the street from Discovery Park, 11-15 min walk from room to venue entrance. Midtown Sac is so cute, lots of restaurants, about 10-15 min drive, ~$8-11 Lyft.

Got a non-smoking room but I had been smoked in.. was a terrible night's sleep.. I told the front desk it had been smoked in and they just said okay. Wasn't willing to help relocate. Also a lot of drug use around the hotel. Just beware isn't really family friendly.

Absolutely the most comfortable, luxurious, and accommodating for the best price. Some areas of Sacramento aren’t the best, this location is quietly tucked between corporate offices and conveniently located near the freeway entrance. Plus it’s less than a 10min drive to the Golden 1 center for events.

The staff was helpful and kind. We did not get sleep due to the people in the parking lot and those on our floor being loud into the night which woke us and our dogs up all night and early morning.
- 3/5
The blanket and pillow covers did not seem to have been washed — I found hair on the bed, there were stains on the pillow cover, and it didn’t smell fresh. However, the front desk lady at check-in was very kind and helpful.

Poor breakfast options. Rooms not in great condition
- 2/5
Room and property did not match website scoring system or reviews. Room & property was dirty, a lot of transits around the property. The lock on door was broken and we did not feel safe. We left the same day.

If you prefer full breakfast that includes something likes eggs, sausages, or beacons, don't stay in this hotel. There was strong smell of breaches walking on the hallway and one of the entrances was not working and was left open at night.
- 4/5
The staff was very nice and welcoming and it's not their fault how horrible the area is, you can thank our Governor Newscum! If you are looking for a clean well priced Hotel then I would choose here . Just do not roam the area at night. Their parking is spacious but park under a light. Rooms, bathroom and lobby clean and welcoming. I just feel sorry for businesses in this area. I had to quickly reserve a room I was attending dinner 5 miles away.
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 5/5
They did the work quickly and made sure we had everything that we needed. In the morning, we woke up late and they allowed us to check out late. The room and its amenities were not less than a four-star hotel. Breakfast did not have meat or eggs. I would still prefer to go there next time because of the cleanliness and courtesy. I did not get the name of the other guy, but we met with Sunil in the morning, and he was really very nice.
- 4/5
I like that breakfast was available, but I missed the eggs. I did not like that front door was luck one time going in. The morning also door is luck when I need to book out By 5:00 am I needed to knock the glass door in order the person front desk open.the door
- 5/5
The place is great.
- 5/5
Was a good place. Quiet. Clean. Not the best neighborhood but the building is secure the outside doors are locked and require a key to enter building. The breakfast was waffles cold cereal yogurt toast oranges and muffins. I would definitely stay here again
- 3/5
For breakfast there was only waffles, OJ, toast, yogurt, oranges and cereal. It was meh. Also there is no water to drink on the property. My microwave was broken and couch was ripped. Even saw a small roach.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I WAS WARNED ABOUT THE DANGER OF THE AREA AND CONDITION OF THE HOTEL BEFORE I STAYED. TRIED TO GET A REFUND BEFORE I STAYED TO NO AVAIL. WAS TOLD TO STAY ONE NIGHT AND I'D HER A REFUND FOR SECOND AT MOST. STAYED ONE NIGHT AND TOTALLY REGRETTED IT. O.M.G. JUST READ ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS OF THIS HOTEL ON THIS PROPERTY AND THEY ALL ARE TRUE. NEVER AGAIN!.
- 4/5
I had a perfect night sleep and would stay again in the future.
- 5/5
Good price , very a lot of noise for those who are bothered by it, you can hear the room next door and above all the time
- 4/5
It was a good enough place to rest for the night for one stay in Sacramento. Quiet, neat space and friendly front desk clerk.
- 3/5
El hotel muy bien
- 5/5
Great place, clean, affordable and easy check in and out. Free parking and nice pool
- 1/5
Where to start, upon arival I had requested a different room. I was refused a jacuzzi room due to my group size being 3 adults. What does that matter my sexual preference shouldnt make a difference if Im allowed a jacuzzi room. I was willing to pay extra for this amenity. Upon room examination the couch cushin fabric was torn and falling off. The room was not clean or as described. Thete was no blackout curtains. The bathroom supplies are not hygenic and very poorly supplied with on 3 bars of hand soap and reusable shampoo & conditioner dispenser mounted to shower wall. There is not an indoor pool. And the only reason I stayed after my 2 guests left tefusing to stay there was because the free continental breakfast was supposed to be good, it was not. There was only 2 bland cereals consisting of raisen bran and corn flakes, the orange juice was watered down, I asked staff to refill and then tasted sour. The small muffins and yogurt were the only other options from waiting in a l9ng line to use tbe 1 waffle cooker available to the entire hotel guests. I chose raisen bran, it was stale and milk was in a coffee carafe so unsure if it was fresh or not. Absolutely terrible experience. I dont recommend waisting your money here and I most definitely will never stay there again for any upcoming concerts I tend in the future.
- 5/5
Great rate, friendly staff, clean room.
- 5/5
Our stay was great! Jocelyn was very helpful. I will definitely rebook this hotel again if I will visit Sacramento
- 4/5
Very nice staff! Close to everything too. Stayed for one night but I felt very pleased with our stay.
- 1/5
Staff were nice enough to switch the first room that had smell but the second room was not clean although there was no horrible smell. Hair on the floor, bug on the bed don’t know if it was a bed bug looked like one ,door all beaten up , couch all scratched up . Just not at all what you see in the picture and expect!
- 5/5
Great customer service from the front desk reps, good room conditions, safe environment for the price I paid.
- 2/5
no sleep, smelled odd, hair on floor in bathroom, part of the baseboard missing, floor unswept, just bad!
- 3/5
Its okay
- 4/5
I wish the hotel had more breakfast options like pancakes and scrambled eggs
- 2/5
The area around the property was unclean and felt unsafe especially at night (which is out of the control of the hotel in fairness). Facilities were okay (the pool was not clean). Receptionists were okay but the cleaners were not (in the 4 days of my stay, the cleaners did not clean my room despite me reminding them on my 3rd day of stay; I also had to be the one to go to clean to get towels). 2 stars overall, probably the worse Quality Inn I have been so far.
- 4/5
Good place for a night
- 3/5
Door to enter and exit premises kept getting slammed everytine someone entered or exited. Very noisy. Woke me up. Bathroom too small for a room called Suite. Needs to be double in size to be a suite.

The hotel itself was good and it offers free parking. It doesn’t have an elevator, but it’s only two floors so not a big deal unless you can’t climb stairs. They offer a continental breakfast. We stayed two nights. Our first night was great, but our second night was very scary. I was asleep when I heard a knock on our door at around 1:30am. Both my husband and I were frightened by the knock. My husband tried to call the front desk, but the phone was not working. My husband told me that that was the third time someone knocked on our door. We could also hear our neighbors laughing and talking very loudly. The surrounding neighbor was very sketchy. We were going to walk to McDonalds just a few blocks away, but decided it would be safer to drive. Thank goodness we drove because McDonalds had their doors locked and only drive thru was open. Down the street from McDonalds there were several tents for the homeless in the area. Even the hotel kept their doors locked.
- 3/5
A lot of homeless after it got dark just roaming the properties
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay
- 3/5
Not great. The first room I was given the shades didn’t work and I was on the first floor by the pool. The second room smelled of cigarette smoke, but I was too tired to complain and didn’t want to go to yet a third room and the person at the desk was already fed up with me. I had asthma every night. Their “full breakfast” consists of yogurt, toast, fruit, 2 types of cold cereal and a waffle iron to make waffles. Coffee was out of both containers and took 10-15 to refill and the apple juice was out. At least the bed was comfortable and I had no problems parking my car.
- 3/5
No elevator, you’re not aware of that until you’re you make it to hotel. No luggage cart at all. They claim it’s been missing for a while (someone took it). The pool is the size of an average size hot tub. The refrigerator barely keep thing cold even on highest setting.
- 5/5
Breakfast is great very convenient to feed morning hunger. Nothing fancy so do not expect. Room 103 was a great location because it is close by the parking area.
- 4/5
The lady at the front desk was very helpful. Only here one night, flying out tomorrow. Not to far from old Sacramento.
- 5/5
- 3/5
Decided to stay at this hotel because of its affordability and because it had good enough reviews for me to take a chance. I really do not have anything that I consider to be terribly negative but I will say this hotel covers all the basics and not much more. I will say that the rooms were clean but again very basic. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Minimal options from bread, cereal, fruit and waffles. Those are your choices again basic. This hotel is very down the middle. I have stayed in worst and for an extra hundred bucks or so I could have found another place with a lot better amenities.
- 5/5
Is safe and clean
- 4/5
Didn't like dining options available. Did like king bed and room.
- 5/5
The property was clean, economical perfect for a short getaway.
- 5/5
Dirty a lot of homeless
- 3/5
Staff was not rude but they weren’t very nice. Quick to the point and not truly comforting.
- 1/5
Do not recommend! Arrived to do a check in and the front desk person was on the phone dealing with his girlfriend apple pay while she’s in Dubai, didnt even look at my face or say anything but ask for my credit card. I booked a non smoking room and as soon as I entered my allergies went crazy, the room reeked cigarette smell. Tried talking to the front desk that stated, “we’re fully booked theres nothing that we can do”. I explained that I have asthma and allergies and the person stated, “theres nothing that can be done”. Do not recommend
- 1/5
Customer beware!!! Booked the king suite with the pool view. When arriving to the hotel, our room was on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator in the hotel. Upon getting to the room it smelled like cigarettes. We decided to wait it out and let the smell go away. When we came back later in the night. The smelled of cigarettes was still lingering. I talked to the front desk about the smell and they couldn’t do anything about it until tomorrow morning. So I decided to leave in the middle of the night and book to a different hotel. The hotel staff were not sorry or apologetic.
- 3/5
our room smelled like someone had been smoking in it
- 3/5
Small rooms, crowded.
- 2/5
Property has tons of homeless and the door in the back was always open. Had to tell the front desk several times that I felt unsafe.
- 5/5
Daily housekeeping! That is becoming more rare lately, thank you for providing that.
- 1/5
There was trimmed hair and pubic hair in the bathroom and bedding. The entire room smelled like cigarettes
- 5/5
Great service
- 3/5
Cons: The toilet in my room was dirty and had urine in it. One-ply toilet paper. The breakfast offerings were cold cereal, toast, waffle. No protein except small individual yogurt. The check-out staff person was not friendly. Caution: The parking lot is open and not secure. When I asked about night-time security I was told to call the front desk if I noticed something in the night. Would not book here again.
- 5/5
Close proximity to Old Sacramento and the riverfront. Clean accommodations. Friendly staff. Only thing that was concerning was some of the people in the surrounding neighborhood.
- 2/5
The staff was very nice. Buy the area is sketchy and lots of homeless and drug users who hang out all around the hotel and in the back of the parking lot. As a female who had to walk my dogs, i was sincerely scared! I had three crazy men approach me out front of the hotel where there is grass, and i just turned around quickly and went back in. I reported it and the man at the front desk just shrugged and said there wasn’t anything he could do and pointed at the security cameras! I would never stay here again!
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable. Nice service.
- 4/5
It's a simple hotel, but it meets the needs of a good overnight stay. Everything is very clean, the staff is friendly and the room is nice. The air conditioning was new in our room, which is great! The building is new, so that counts for a lot too.
- 3/5
Rooms are good. Breakfast honestly could be better. Would prefer if there was more breakfast options and not just cereal and waffles. Over all it was ok for 1 night. There was also a soap bar used in the tub . Pretty much no cleaned
- 4/5
Needed to check the breakfast items more often
- 4/5
Very clean and easily accesible
- 4/5
Nice hotel for the price. It was clean, offered breakfast, and the staff was helpful.
- 4/5
Had booked two rooms and all of us had sore backs as beds are stiff and uncomfortable. Same with pillows. Gave us neck pain
- 1/5
My husband and I booked this hotel due to its location/proximity to the river walk and Old Sacramento. The room was not clean. However, more importantly was the unsafe neighborhood where this hotel is located. We felt completely unsafe. People set up in the parking lot drinking out of coolers off their vehicle end gates, partially clothed humans laying on the grass by the gas station beside and homeless camps set up u see the bridge and across the street. Some googling of the area stated violent crime up 6000%/100,000. Unfortunate the rating did not reflect this as would never have booked this hotel.
- 4/5
It was a nice hotel, nice room but our tv didn't work and we couldn't get it fixed.
- 3/5
Room appeared clean. However, after I showered, it smelled like mildew. I was already in my pj's and only stayed 1 night so didn't bother to change rooms. Bed was comfortable.
- 4/5
We checked in late at night. It was a fast check in. It was a little noisy
- 3/5
Cool
- 5/5
I was very comfortable with the rooms my sleep was very good
- 5/5
The hotel itself is a great value and a very clean room and facility. The staff is very nice. The free breakfast is kind of a joke. Messy and choices were poor and not stocked. The neighborhood hood is sketchy. We were welcomed in the parking lot by a very colorful prostitute (in the middle of the day)... Not the best place for your family.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Really Enjoyed the trip!
- 4/5
Shower was hot with good water pressure. Staff were helpful. Allowed us to store bags for the day at the front desk, so we could watch a baseball game. The area around the motel was sketchy.
- 2/5
This was the noisiest hotel room I have ever experienced. The room was so bright. Our one night was the worst night of sleep I have had in a motel.
- 2/5
I got an eye infection from the mattress
- 3/5
TV had 3 channels. Phone didn't function.
- 1/5
we couldnot find jiboom street. lnever stayd their.
- 3/5
Check in time for the hotel is supposed to be 3 PM. We arrived at 3:15 PM and the Front Desk person stalled us for almost half an hour saying the “system was down” when really housekeeping was not done cleaning all of the rooms. The room above us was super noisy and loud - we think that is where the Housekeeping was stationed as they woke my husband up around 5 am. Alright for the cost!
- 1/5
The area was good but we had no cold water , rooms were being noisy no one at desk for noise complaints not the cleanest , no mirror aside from the one in the rest room, not happy with my stay at all.
- 4/5
Not bad
- 5/5
The hotel was good. Very clean. Very convenient for price.
- 1/5
First they charged my account when it said pay at the property. They said they always charge to hold the reservation at 12pm check in day. Second the beds are on a metal movable frame, so when the people in the next room were having sex it banged up against the wall. Third, the walls are paper thin and you can hear the average conversation, tv, music etc. fourth, “breakfast” consisted of a waffle, yogurt, orange, toast, muffin, and 2 types of cereal. No eggs, bacon or sausage, oatmeal, etc. you have a total of 15 channels on the tv, which half didn’t come in at all.
- 4/5
parking lot not flat and i fell hit my knee on the ground
- 3/5
Beds on metal slab that moves a lot. VERY thin walls. Had opened food from a previous customer around coffee pot. Freezer was dirty and iced over. Vending machines did not work. Had to get refunded for the soda and snack machine. Front desk even acknowledged they weren’t working (why there was no sign?). Wi-fi super lagy even though a supposed perk is Netflix and YouTube. Breakfast options subpar since it’s not “continental”. You definitely pay for what you get at this hotel.
- 5/5
Fantastic hotel, beautiful room, and close to everything we either needed or wanted to do.
- 3/5
The hotel was fine. The area around it was sketchy.
- 5/5
Nice rooms
- 3/5
After the colorful people - at 10ish - were ejected from the property being loud with colorful words in the hallway and loud in parking lot were ejected from the property, it was peaceful. Bed was comfortable and stay was pleasant.
- 4/5
Friendly, clean, upgraded and pet friendly for a very reasonable price. We were expecting a Jacuzzi tub that was in the picture for our room, but got a conventional tub/shower, just saying. Otherwise, I will stay there again next time I have to be in Sacramento in the morning.
- 1/5
Horrible. Didn't sleep a wink - incredibly noisy, smelled terrible in the room, blinding bright light coming through the window and paper thin walls.
- 3/5
We could hear every step, dropped items, and the going back and forth at 6:00 a.m. from the patrons above us - very disruptive, woke me and kept me up when I wanted to sleep in! The area is not the best either, but as they say, you pay for what you get. Also, the free breakfast was more continental with only cold cereal, mini muffins (not even a variety, just one kind), yogurt, toast, and waffles! No eggs or sausage and/or bacon to go with the waffle.
- 4/5
A fair bit of homelessness around the area but the parking lot was well lit.
- 5/5
It was great!
- 3/5
Negatives: immediate area seems a little bit sketchy, noisy neighbors, towels bathroom and sheet smelled damp and borderline mildewy. Overall, good price and location so adequate for work trips where the room is only needed for sleeping.
- 5/5
Comfortable and quiet
- 2/5
The tv and the phone did not work in my room and when I walked down to the front desk to ask for help there were no other staff on duty for him to leave the front desk.
- 3/5
The first words I heard from the clerk at check in wasn't "Welcome, hows was your trip". Instead when he looked up from his phone I heard I.D. and card please...nuff said
- 5/5
- 5/5
It was cool for what it was. We enjoyed our lil get away.
- 1/5
We booked a room with a jacuzzi and we were not given that room type and when I reached out for a refund they said it was up to the hotels discretion and they did nothing but put hotel.com on hold and refused to help
- 4/5
Dog barking was a nuisance
- 5/5
Awesome
- 4/5
I liked the fact ofyou having to go inside the building to get to your room and very quiet..,,,💯💯☺️☺️☺️
- 4/5
breakfast did not have much variety.
- 4/5
Husband and I enjoyed our stay. VERY CLEAN is what we always look for. We would walk the path along the river to get to Old Sac which we spend most of our two days. The description did mention that they offer a free complimentary breakfast... JUST an FYI its waffles and yogurt.
- 4/5
The property and staff wete fine. The area is a homeless hangout.
- 1/5
Beware of Cindy on the front desk and her attitude towards me was the worst I have ever come across. STAY AWAY PEOPLE

Check in staff was friendly but it’s clear management is very very cheap and it shows in the quality of motel … breakfast area was a complete mess and it’s all junk food carb/sugar stuff .. an orange was the only semi healthy option , the kid watching the breakfast was too busy on his phone to help or clean up anything , he never looked up or noticed the homeless people sneaking in for breakfast

The hotel isn't the greatest but not the worst. I saw a homeless person trying to enter the property.

Ok

Not a huge issue but only thing that was slightly bothersome was several of the basic channels on the t.v. did not work

loud music, around 11:30 music stopped and then restarted around 3am.

The room is spacious, quite, and the cleaning staff are very friendly. I have a problem with the front desk lady but it's not that serious. And I would definitely go back and book a room again.

It’s gd for the proxe

Got there late and exhausted. They treated me awesome and made sure I was comfortable! Rooms were well-maintained, luxurious and clean. Will stay here again.
- 2/5
the floors were dirty in both rooms we had as if they don’t even mop in there. the first room we had was a non smoking room however it smelled like horrible cigarettes.
- 5/5
The person who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. We couldn’t figure out the AC and he came to our room and explained it to us. The room is clean and well-maintained.
- 2/5
Walls are paper thin. Furniture is in pretty bad shape. Breakfast is pretty limited compared to other properties.
- 2/5
The guy checking us in asked what floor we would like we said first floor as we have heavy suitecases. He put us on the second floor. There is no elevator and no one to assist with bringing up our suitcase. Homeless camp right at the fence at the back of the hotel. At breakfast a huge dog was allowed in eating area and have its front paws on tables and nothing was said about the dog being on the table. I have no problem with dogs but keep them off the tables.

Nice placement off freeways

Not many channels on the t. V. And I couldn't sign in to my own WI.Fi I mean password with my own streamers but I would not it was good

If you need help with your bags, you won't get any. I'm recovering from a broken leg and they didn't care. Breakfast is minimal, get there early so you can get some yogurt and an apple. I stayed an extra night and after specifically asking the entry cards would still work they didn't. I'm not going back.

The room was invested with roaches

The front desk staff were nice, and accomodating. Other than being checked out when one latina house keeper banged on my door like she's from a swat team right when I was already leaving. She was very rude, like she owened the property! A cop told me the area is skid row. So stay safe! Breakfast was from 6-9am, and its limited food, just walk over to Dennys or the Mexican restaurant next door. Or the gas station. Although the waffles were okay. Overall, the experience was okay. The room was spacious. The only issue is the walls are so thin, I can hear the bathroom fan next door, I can hear someone snorring from the walls, as well as furnitures being moved around. At your own risk. My stay was business so it was an okay stay.

There was tweaker above us moving there room around at 3am and the staff wouldnt make them stop.
- 5/5
Liked that it was a short drive to restaurants
- 3/5
If you were checking in later in the evening they only had an outside walk up window to check in at, you could not go inside. Using the key card was challenging. The second night I went to my room my 2 key cards did not work even though I had not used them all day.
- 3/5
It was clean but nothing else about it was great. Just average.
- 3/5
The back of the property had a lot of dog poop and the coffe maker in my room was dirty ,they didn’t have sugar for the coffe and the front desk staff wasn’t very pleasant or friendly
- 4/5
The property was really clean and the staff really helpful. It’s a great place to stay for Discovery park events. Limited food in the area. Need to drive to town for that
- 4/5
Great location and price for what I was there for.

The late night host didn't inform the morning host, that I occupied the room I was staying in and the maintenance man just unlocked my door without knocking on the door before entering and i was frightened when he tried to gain entrance. Then the morning host inform me that the room stau was in was empty. And there wasn't any cable for me to watch television. I WILL BE EMAILING CORPORATE ABOUT THIS!!!

The next day, I received a text from my bank about online transactions that we never made. We hadn’t used this card for months, and the only time we used it was that day. I am now filing a police report regarding this incident.

The bed was comfortable and the sheets were super soft. Clean and quiet. Close to Gokden 1
- 2/5
No carpet throughout the facility, gape in door jam light shining through. Window covering was not properly measured. Light shown through all night. People went out side to smoke right in front of my window all hours. Did not get a good night sleep. Disappointed.

The receptionist was very helpful

Check-in was an easy and pleasant experience. The room was clean and neat. The bed was very comfortable. We will definitely return.

I stayed in this area before covid & I did not feel unsafe. However, I stayed here for a work conference & boy! I have never felt more unsafe in my entire life. If you're a woman I highly recommend that you do NOT stay in this area.
- 2/5
Very loud, there was a couple arguing aggressively at 2am in the morning and nothing done about it. There is a gap between the floor and the front entrance you can see the light from the outside (not safe). And the doors slam super loud. For the price I would have stayed somewhere else.
- 3/5
I had to swifter mop my room since housekeeping left at like 5p & my room wasn't cleaned properly when we checked in. Dog hair was everywhere. The area is ok but there were a few transients lingering around and someone was banging on my door in the middle of the night. No one we knew so that was a little concerning. Other than that, it was ok. At least three pool was clean. I will give it 3 out of 5 starts
- 3/5
Room was clean and comfy, but hallways had a weird smell plus smelled humid. Looked they are upgrading and doing construction in building, which didn’t really bother us. Our only complain was the pool was very dirty, it had a dead roach in it as long as other bugs, when my husband brought it up to the guy at the front desk, he said it was still fine to swim in 😒. We liked that it was close to river and could go for a walk but way too many homeless along the river.
- 5/5
You could tell it was getting remodeled but the rooms were very clean, bed was very comfortable. Continental bkfs and coffee not good.
- 3/5
Property was average, nothing special but was clean. Breakfast was included but not sure options available counted as Breakfast. Only had one waffle maker and toast available. One cereal choice, and nothing else available.
- 4/5
A little loud during the night but otherwise a good nights stay.
