    Hotel was clean. The negative issue was the parking lot was being worked on a staff member still gave me parking directions as to where to park same area where parking lot was having work done room very far from front door.

    AC didn’t work but the engineer came and fixed it promptly. Pool has no shade and when I asked for umbrellas, I was told only if needed. It was 103 degrees and no shade so that shouldn’t have been a question.

    as we walked into the lobby to check in there was a lot of people walking around , it felt like a casino. This place looked like a large apartment complex, there were people hanging out in the parking lot smoking weed. They also have an event center, the music was loud and people going in and out of this event. We got a room on first floor, because my mom is disabled, it was quiet a walk to get to any room this is how big these place is. Despite all of the above of the were rooms were clean, once we got in the room you we could not hear all the noise.

    Clean, well-kept rooms and hallways. Restaurant and coffee shop convenient. Appreciated that there was no extra charge for pets. There was a heavy perfumey smell in the rooms and lobby area. Parking charge seemed unnecessary given there is no security and the parking lot is wide open.

    If you need a cool room to sleep in, find another hotel. I was there with a huge group of over 50 people and every single person I asked said their room was uncomfortably hot, but some came to my room and said it was way worse than theirs. The room was humid and at least 80 degrees when we walked in. I immediately set the thermostat to 60 when we arrived, yet I don't think it got any cooler than 78 all night. When I went to the desk to talk to someone, he said he'd send someone to look at it, but when we came back to our room later, their "fix" was to put a desktop fan on the nightstand with just enough air moving force to maybe push a ball of lint across a table. Other than that, it was a really well-run property.

    Staff is extremely rude from before you even check in and throughout your entire stay. We asked at booking to be placed by the pool and in conjoining rooms .They said they wouldn’t be able to tell us until check-in if the rooms would be conjoining or not. They ended up putting us on the farthest side of the property - away from the pool. Nightmare when your staying with special needs children under 5. No microwaves in the room , only in the lobby - and let’s remember we are on the complete opposite side of the property. A couple things weren’t available in the room the housekeeping forgot to put, and when we called they said we had to come to the lobby for everything so lots of walking back and forth with the kiddos . on top of that Our hot water didn’t work. Something about valves being installed backwards. Housekeeping came extremely early at 7 AM, we asked if they can come back later because we did need a few things but were still sleeping.they never returned. Even when you leave the pool you have to go all the way around through a different door back into the building. Office staff just ignores you when you’re trying to get in while you figure that out for yourself. I booked doubletree because of experiences at different locations but this place is run by DMV personalities if you know what I mean. Even the barista staff. It was so surreal I almost thought they had to be trained to act that way. Will not be staying here again.

    Centrally located to shops and a variety of dining options. Staff was very helpful checking in and out. My room was in the Arden building and it seemed as though the property was starting some type of renovation because plastic was on the carpet in the corridor from the elevator to the entrance of the Arden building on the third floor. Other than that minor inconvenience, I enjoyed my stay.

    When I arrived, the internet was not working. I am a remote worker, so I called the front desk to request that it be fixed. They told me a maintenance request had been submitted and someone would come to repair it. No one came. I waited a few hours and called again, and was told that the property is large and the maintenance team was busy, but that my request was noted. Still, no one came. I eventually fell asleep, and around 10:30–11:00pm, the internet finally started working. When I checked out in the morning, I asked about the issue and was told that the internet service had been down property‑wide, not just in my room. I explained that I should have been informed of this earlier and given the option to move to a building where the internet was working.

    Hotel is the size of like 4 hotels with not nearly enough staff. We got to the hotel at 11 at night to check in. There was one woman at the front desk checking people in with a line of about 5 groups ahead of us. There was a man in line trying to get a blanket for his room and had been waiting in line for 45 minutes already after they told him he had to come to the front desk to ask for blanket. We waited in line for 35 minutes until we could check in. No one said hello to us, or hey sorry for the wait we will get to you asap. No acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I stay at a lot of hotels and have never had to wait that long that late at night. They need more staff for a hotel of this size

    The room was clean. It’s sucked being on the bottom floor because the sliding door only opens 3” so not much fresh air can circulate in the room. (They posted on the door that it’s for security; I get it but having the option would have been nice). The bed was comfy. It had tv and fridge. It was clean.     Decent property like the woody floors kids enjoyed the pool big plus The balconies nice addition. Construction happening on the parking areas, my car tires are wrecked. No bell boys and no luggage carts available, absolutely ridiculous! the facility is super big and not friendly for carrying luggage around. My room had a big bug or few big bugs. 1st we thought it was roaches but it turned out to be moths. Room sliding doors need to have netted screen doors to avoid bugs etc to get in. Breakfast not included now thats a big rip off but with the cost of the daily stay that should have been included but what can I say I get it the economy is bad. Fix the room screen doors and have more carts for luggage Also have more under 18 friendly things at the facility the pool ans stuffs at the bar kids couldn't play.

    Our stay was enjoyable overall. However, my only concern was that the pool was excessively crowded during our visits. We attempted to use the pool twice, but each time, a large group of guests had taken over the area. They were playing football, tossing the ball around energetically without regard for other guests’ comfort, and they were also wrestling in the pool, which made the environment chaotic. Due to this, we decided to leave the pool area. That is my only complaint about our experience.

    Hallways floor covered in taprd plastic like a crime scene. Very odd. Hotel room was very hot. Hotel did not enclose the room I was booking had road crews outsidd of it redoing the parking lot, making a very loud morning after being up so late with my child at the hospital. Couldnt even open the balcony door because of the smell and fumes from the parking lot being redone. Loud grinding and workers yelling first thing in the morning was the very last thing I wanted to deal with for $218 a night.

    Unfortunately this was the worst night. The air conditioner was extremely loud. I tried to open the balcony door but the freeway is right next-door and also loud. Parking lot is being paved so lots of dust and noise from that as well. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.

We stayed in Folsom side level 2 and it smelled foul as soon as you walked out of the elevator into our room. The carpets were dirty and seems like no one vacuums. Mind you were were on the side of where they are remolding and a lot of noise and blocked off streets. Very inconvenience and also very very noisy. We didn't want to complain but I didn't sleep due to noise from construction and people staying in hotel late at night.

    Out first room smelled terrible. We were given another room but it was in the front and the parking lot was under construction. We got to hear trucks, jackhammers, loaders replacing the parking lot at 8 am in a Saturday. Went to breakfast at the property and it took a very long time just to eggs and oatmeal. Maybe because we booked with Expedia we got poor room choices

And who doesn’t love a huge warm chocolate chip walnut cookie!?! We understood the property was having some repairs done, so parking lot nearest our room building was a little bit more difficult to access than would otherwise have been, but was still a wonderful stay.

    The on site restaurant “Twigs” was not very good at all. All of the food was very salty with very little flavor besides the salt. One of our group actually got sick from the wings he ate there. I will not ever eat there again.

    Our overnight stay was great. Close to cal expo where we attended a show. Everything was wonderful until I got into my bed... We got back pretty late Saturday night to the room. I showered and went to bed. When I got inside my bed, I yelled and my family was saying what is it?? I pulled back the covers to find not 1 but 3 unmatched socks inside my bed!!!!

    My air conditioner in the room was so dirty, it was blowing out dust which caused my allergies to activate. The walkways were SO hot, no air conditioning. The gym air conditioning was broken. There was a long line at check in with only 1 person working, so I stood in line forever. I will probably not stay at this property again in the future or recommend.

    Starbucks coffee and housekeeping staff. First contact w/Front desk staff (Ayina) was inhospitable, aloof and condescending. Representative failed to offer solution when we requested for our party to be close. The restaurant gave wrong soup order. I ask for chicken noodle and please no red sauce soup. I was given a tomato based soup. There was a shortage of tissue and Kleenex in the room. Upon check out we were charged an extra thirty dollars for taxes. It was explained that rates changed and we would be reimbursed.

    I've attended many work meetings in their conference rooms over the years but this was the first time I ever stayed there. Room was comfortable and well-stocked. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The workout room was decent but I'm glad I was staying on that side of the hotel. I accidentally left some shirts hanging in the closet and they called to let me know later that day, then held onto them for almost a month until I could get a friend to grab them. Coffee shop in the lobby is decent. There are adequate dining options across the road at the mall, and many options a short drive away. Easy access to the freeways. The place is a maze and their signs for getting around are confusing. Parking is pricey and the ingress/egress routes are not well thought out. But once I got through the gate I appreciated that I could park pretty close to the exit nearest my room. You're going to get your exercise just staying here because it's a long walk no matter where you're going - the lobby, the exercise room, even the elevators could be pretty far from your room.

We were going down to dinner and opened our door only to find a disheveled woman standing there. A housekeeper was nearby so we told her and she went to confront the woman. The bars in the parking lot also didn’t work as they were raised the entire time we were guests so any cars could access the parking lot. Front desk people were nice and rooms were clean and comfy but I just didn’t feel safe on the property. I will not return nor can I recommend this property.

The walls were thin, and although the one other room that was rented in our building was right next to us and they were LOUD. And parking was $12 a night - that's a joke its not as if there was security surveilling the lot The towels were hard, the bed was uncomfortable. It was close to our venue and there were many stores close by so that was a plus.

    Room was ok. Room thermostat appeared to only offer fan. Thankful our stay was not during the hot summer. On multiple instances the elevator and hall had strong smell of weed. Parking system was ridiculous, especially having to pay $12/day. It literally was a wait since it seem every hotel guest had an issue with the system. Save yourself the headaches and go to another hotel in the area.

    However, the noise level made it hard to enjoy my stay. Starting at 6 a.m., staff were in the hallway talking loudly, laughing, and banging equipment, which made it impossible to sleep. My heater also wasn’t working at first. Maintenance fixed it, but afterward it made loud, strange noises throughout the night. I was stuck choosing between being warm or trying to sleep through the heater noise and the hallway noise. Because of this combination, I’m torn between 3 or 4 stars. The staff and cleanliness were great, but the noise and heater issues really affected my rest.

    The room was clean and front desk was nice. The room selection was an issue since they changed my room that I checked into. I tried using their text option as well as the app to communicate to the hotel with no reply. Upon calling, they couldn’t do anything to accommodate my request since they were fully booked. The floors and walls seemed thin. You could hear footsteps at night above and a child crying nonstop next door which made it hard to sleep.

    Loved how comfortable and secure the hotel was. Room service/ restaurant was delicious (club sandwich!). The cafe was yummy as well in the morning before we left. Nice little gym to use and big plus that it is dog friendly :)

    The overall experience was poor. Check in is at 4 and I arrived to the property at 3:45. They informed me I could not check in yet - have never experienced this before but I understood. At 4, there was a line of about 20 folks. The entire process took about an hour. The room was alright. I paid for parking and the parking lot remained open ALL NIGHT as the parking barrier was broken. What is the point of paying for parking if my vehicle won’t actually be protected? No late check out available, despite front desk reassuring we could receive a late check out due to the check in inconvenience, when prompted by guests. Staff weren’t friendly or accommodating.

    The elevator stayed out of order the whole trip and i was on the 3rd floor. My sister have health challenges and almost fell trying to bring her luggage downstairs. That really pissed me off. And the toilet flushed when it wanted to. Smh

    I was given the wrong key to the wrong room. There was a party on the facility and we could hear the music thumping until about midnight, in the morning the elevator was not working. I had to take my luggage down the stairs. It seemed newly renovated but now there is a parking fee where as before remodeling there was none. I didn't not even take a shower in the room in the AM because i wanted to leave asap.

    The room was very clean. However it was very noise as the couple next to us was fighting all night and as soon as they stopped the fire alarm started chirping. So we only got a room to get sleep before continuing onto an 11 hour drive. But we got no sleep.

    I paid 440.00 for 2 double bed deluxe room. The room AC did NOT WORK!! They were sold out so me, my boyfriend and my 35 year old Down Syndrome daughter had to all sleep together in ONE BED because that’s the only room they had! They would NOT Refund me half or ANYTHING for all we went through!! The WORST HOTEL IVE EVER BEEN TO!! Beware!!!

    this is a huge conference hotel that is inconvenient to get around in. The check-in clerk did not give me clear instructions on how to get to my room and since I am new at this place, it took me 20 minutes to find my damn room. there are no signs on any of the walls in any of the wings. you just have to figure it out. The layout is stupid, having to wander around the restaurant in order to get to the hotel rooms? That's stupid. The outdoor entrance at the various buildings is bizarre. why are the doors up on metal stairways? I just don't like this place. it annoys me. I will only come back here if the price is significantly lower than nearby hotels.

    2 visits w/in 2 months and both stays were great! Rooms were clean and the service was great! Starbucks and restaurant inside which was convenient. Hotel is across the street from Arden Fair Mall so lots of outside restaurant choices and stores in close proximity. We attended an event at Cal Expo and it was a very short drive.

    The carper was wet everywhere and dog hair everywhere. The bathtub didn't drain the Restaurant service was extremely bad . I would not stay or recommend anyone to stay at this property

    Love the rooms and the environment of this hotel. All of the staff are friendly and very helpful. Upon check in they gave us warm chocolate chip cookies, which my kids loved. Lots of parking and easy access to restaurants and things to do. About 12 miles from the airport.

    I did not like the fact that I ordered a deluxe room and they did not have one ready for me and could not give a estimated time when it would be ready so I had to take a regular room with 2 queen . Got in the room and had to turn on tv and fridge Ac was not flowing Maintenance had to come fix

    Rooms are very spacious (big) & clean. This is a convention hotel, large open areas. Rear balcony. Bed was luxurious! I slept well although I prefer firmer mattresses generally.

    My hotel stay was exceptional. The staff, especially COOKIE at the front desk, was incredibly friendly and helpful - she is truly a gem! The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location of the hotel was convenient as it was within walking distance to shopping malls and restaurants. The only negative thing I can think of is they charge for parking. I highly recommend this hotel and would come back if in town.

    This property was amazing! The staff was super friendly , welcoming and helpful. We even got greeted with free warm cookies. The whole place was super clean and the ambience was just right. Very safe and close to many restaurants and shopping centers. I had a great time and will definitely come again. Don’t forget to stop by the bar in the hotel they have amazing food, drinks and the bartender was so sweet!

    We had to wait almost an hour past check in time to get keys to our rooms. They were NOT adjacent to each other as we had requested. Management did not help with the delay and left it all up to the front desk staff to handle with housekeeping. Front desk staff was good. The Deluxe rooms were just standard, nothing special. One of the rooms had a large section of wet carpet that was reported but not resolved and a large bug outside the bathroom. Pool towels were not provided. Walking through the lobby on the floor wet from dripping wet bathing suits was dangerously slippy. Parking gate only works half the time. Also found 5 housekeeping staff in the hall where our rooms were at doing nothing while we waited

    Check-in took about 45 minutes, which was frustrating after a long day of travel. When we finally got to our first room, we discovered the air conditioning wasn’t working. Around midnight, we were moved to another room—only to find out that the AC in that room was also not working. It wasn’t until 3 a.m. that we were finally moved to a third room where the air conditioning actually functioned properly. By then, we were beyond exhausted, and our entire night had been disrupted. To be fair, the hotel itself was clean and well-kept, but the multiple room changes and lack of working AC in two rooms made this a very stressful and uncomfortable experience. I’ve come to trust Hilton properties to deliver consistent quality, but this time, they truly let me down. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to ensure a better experience for future guests—especially for loyal members who expect more.

    all was good except the safe. we wanted to put something in it while we were out. I set it up the way it said then tested it all good, got back and the safe would not open, called the desk they said the would send somebody up. two hours later no one came called again this time she said she would check what's going on would I hold, ok. 20 minutes later I hung up went to sleep.Called in the morning a guy was their in 10 minutes

    I had a pleasant experience at the hotel, where the staff was courteous and the rooms were well-maintained. Its location is convenient, being within walking distance of a shopping mall. However, I did find the noise levels higher than expected during my stay. There were fireworks being set off in the parking lot, and a number of motorcycles were circulating in the area for an extended period. It was difficult to sleep.

    The hotel was mice , clean, staff friendly and I’m a Hilton honors customer some got extra perks but the A/C was broken my first night so it was extremely hot and sweaty and uncomfortable. It eventually got fixed but I can’t get that first night back which was the night that was most important to me.

    Property very nice. The room had no local channels working. I called for repair 30 minutes later a very polite maintenance worker came and opened Tubi app that had some local channels. You have to pay for parking, which I thought strange since we werent down town and there was plenty of parking.

    The AC didn’t work at all. It was almost 80 degrees in my hotel. The bed was dirty, the bathroom was dirty. They wouldn’t let me check in on time. Overall it was a horrible experience. The customer service was horrendous. I will never ever book here again. I do not recommend at all.

    We were very disappointed in the customer service. Manager checked us in and didn’t write room number on the key slip and we had to go to every room on both floors to see if the keys worked, while carrying all our luggage on a hot day . We tried to call front the phone number to the hotel to get to front desk and no one answered. We called 3 times, since the front desk was pretty far, my husband had to get in the car to drive to the front desk . Finally I had to go to a friends room to use her room phone to get to front desk. Worker apologize and said it was busy but when we checked in, there was no one in line. When my husband got to the front desk, she pretended that she didn’t when we checked in, it had only been 10 minutes. Parking gate was broken and we were late to a volleyball tournament. Had to drive to the other end to get out. I will never stay there again.

    The AC was not cooling in my room and it was warm and stuffy. Engineering tried to fix but unsuccessfully. After 3 hours of waiting, we got offered a new room. The AC in the new room was working a bit better but it was still uncomfortable.

    Great rooms and cleanliness. Only downside to my trip was the accommodation of rooms. I booked two rooms and was told I was able to get joint rooms, or atleast next to each other. However, at check in, they said the only rooms available was one on the first floor, and the other on the third floor. Eventually, another one of the receptionists was able to work something out and accommodate the rooms for our group. She was very understanding and was able to honor our accommodation as it had been guaranteed previously.

    We booked a room for 2 adults and 3 children that advertised that it could sleep 5 people. We put in the ages of our children, 16, 13, and 11. When we arrived, the hotel said we only had two queens. This wasn’t surprising to me because we often have rooms with two queens that also have a sofa seating area or pull out couch. This room did not have adequate sleeping for 5 people. When talking with the hotel about it, they let me know that this is a hotels.com problem because of how they advertise. They advised me to stop booking through hotels.com and book directly with the hotel. How can hotels.com prevent this from happening again?
