his is my second time staying here, mainly because it's so convenient to be across the street from Round Rock Sports Center. Unfortunately, my room is never ready at check-in. What makes it frustrating is that I arrive 1-2 hours past the official check-in time, giving them plenty of extra time. This place has great potential, but waiting around for a room after a busy day just isn't worth it.

Our room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were very satisfied with the service we got during our stay.

Breakfast was awsome. Everything was clean around the property. A great stay.

It was a lot more noise the last night, slamming on doors,kids running back and forth.

Didn't indulge in the breakfast. Wished there had been a microwave in the room and an actual closet. But the room was clean, and the hotel was very quiet.

Great location, professional helpfull staff, highly recommend. Going back to the area and will stay here again.

This was the perfect stay for someone coming in and out. I visited a family member for Graduation, and I was very pleased with customers service and room service. Its clean and they even had suggestion for restaurants in things to do. They could have clean the elevators not a big deal.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and budget friendly for the space. The bed is nice, shower and bathroom amenities are great. Easy access to the interstate and convenient to restaurants.

The aminities there are amazing. Great for warmer months. The elevator flooring needs to be worked on. Tiles uneven and a bit of tripping hazard. The bed itself is extremely hard. May be ok for some but did a number on mine and my partners back/hips.

The hotel staff cleaning crew would not stop knocking, every 20 minutes or so and we kept telling them no thank you. I’m glad they are that attentive to cleaning the rooms though, it was just aggravating in the moment lol. Check in and check out was a breeze.

We loved our stay! They were very generous, friendly and helpful. We were there for a basketball tournament, we had a total of 10 boys with us. Their lobby area was a perfect hang out spot to keep them busy. The breakfast was amazing, simple and good. The gym had enought equipment to get a perfect workout. We definately enjoyed our stay!

Room was clean. Shower was modern and bathroom well laid out. Location very convenient. Small room size. Noisy from hallway and could hear other rooms alarm in our room. No computer working at front desk when arrived for check in. Not able to get room requested. Asked for room service from front desk Sat morning at 0630. Trash to be emptied and extra towels. Was told no problem will take care of it. Arrived back in room at 5 pm. Housekeeping left for the day and it was not done in our room. When asked about it, I had to empty my own trash and go pick up towels at the desk

This our favorite place to stay when visiting the Austin area. The facility and rooms are very clean and the staff is great. The location is really convenient. Within walking distance to several restaurants and gas. Will stay again!

The handicapped shower is very nice except. water gets all over the entire bathroom floor. It is a pain in the ass to use one of the limited towels we have to mop up all the water. My last trip there left me angry and tired.

I asked for a room on the first floor and they didn’t give it to me because they said I booked with a third-party. Even though I was a Hilton honors member they still booked me on the fourth floor. Very disappointing.

Location was amazing near the highway to drive back & forth to our daughters volleyball competitions. Variety of everything for breakfast options for the kids & adults, the young ladies kept checking & making sure nothing ran out. Coffee/tea/ hot cocoa/ water flavored water provided 24 hours. This was awesome in this freezing weather Shower heads needs to be cleaned to spray out more water. We used a safety pin to unclog some holes from calcium deposits for more water flow, lol.

Breakfast was fine Room a tad small, low water pressure in shower. Coffee was terrible.

It looked fine. We did not eat it because the person in area we were visiting wanted to either make breakfast or go out. More towels in the room. However, when we requested a couple more towels the staff gladly provided them.

this was my first stay in a hotel by myself, (i’m 21) and it was such a great experience. the staff was absolutely wonderful, especially Ms. Terraye! she went above and beyond to help and be there for me when i hit a little snag in my plans! seriously that woman needs a raise!

Our room was not ready at check in. Waited 30 mins, still not ready and they couldn’t tell us when it would be ready. At that point we took off to a store near by. Came back at 5, was ready then. It was an inconvenience to have to unload at a later time.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was good and Terraye that was working the front desk was AMAZING! She was so helpful and polite! She is a big reason I would return. The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Very convenient!

The walls are very thin and your can hear everything from the guests in rooms around you. I understand not having a coffee pot in every room, but k would have liked the option to check one out from the front desk while we were there. The breakfast buffet was delicious and l liked that there were some different options each day.

The front desk Sonya Carruth was excellent and helpful. We were there for a wedding and she provided directions and water for the trip.

Came in for a Racquetball Tournament and had a great stay!

We has a very slight issue with the shower door, we weren't worried really, we just wanted to make them aware so they didn't get some one in the future who might be a little less understanding. The young lady at the front counter was so kind and so sweet, she made us a little gift ( totally unnecessary in our eyes as we weren't complaining), but she said she just wanted to express that they were very sorry for the inconvenience. Very sweet and unexpected. The hotel was super clean, breakfast was great, the snack shop was great. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We enjoyed our stay. One of the elevators wasn’t working but didn’t cause too much disruption. Breakfast had plenty of options. We were put in an adjoining room. I wasn’t a fan of it. I didn’t feel unsafe but I will make sure to not get one in the future. Staff were friendly. We weren’t there long enough enjoy the pool.

This is the a cute little hotel, conveniently located by the SportsCenter, so it was perfect for events. The best part was the staff. Everyone was extra friendly and had a really good disposition. Every time I saw the cleaning stuff in the hallways, they always smiled and waved And then the front desk. People were amazing! My son checked out some pool balls and the lady who helped him was so sweet to him. The next time we have an event, we will definitely be staying again.

There's plenty of places to eat around the area and you can either walk or drive to them. The only thing i didn't like about the room is there isn't a closet.

For someone who has stayed at several Hilton hotels, this was below average for me. The lady at the front desk was very cold and not welcoming at all even after I asked her for the complimentary water she redirected me to the water fountain. The breakfast was very basic with not much options to choose from. The room was without any storage for clothes and with a small closet. No coffee maker or even a microwave in the rooms which is usually provided in a lot of Hilton hotels I have stayed at. The room was however spacious and clean.

Check in was smooth, staff was friendly. The hotel was super clean, with lots to do. We were pleased with the cleanliness, friendliness, and breakfast was good. The only complaint we had was the AC was VERY loud at night and the beds were harder than I like, put that is personal preference. Overall it was a great stay, we would stay here again if back in the area.

We stayed in a 2 queen beds suite and it hardly had space for 4 people to put their luggage and do anything. Above all, there is no microwave in the room and this makes you do a trip to the front lobby and with a baby who needs milk in the late hours of the night, I was walking with a cup of milk to just warm it up. The good part was play area in the front lobby, kids can enjoy their time.

Hotel was perfect for our overnight stay. The check in was easy and the staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable (beds were a little harder than we prefer, but still slept well). The hot breakfast was plentiful to fuel our day. There were several restaurants within walking distance for dinner. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

I stay here often. Clean and simple hotel. My first day was noisy but was addressed.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel to visit Kalahari Resort which was only a 10 min drive. This stay was more feasible for us for the day passes we held. Any food or other entertainment options was all a 10-15 min drive away. The front desk attendants were very courteous and our room was clean, personalized and easily accessible. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed our two days there. The next time we visit Austin/Round Rock, we’ll definitely be choosing to stay at Hilton Tru hotel.

Everything was great about this property. The only reason that we couldn’t give it a 5-star review is because except we could almost hear the conversation of our loud neighbors next door in the middle of the night! Need better sound barrier or more strict silence rules!

They didn’t assign my room number to my reservation so I had some random guy trying to get into my room at 2am one night and it scared the crap out of me. Called the front desk and they assured me it was purely a mistake with the assignment and they apologized. Hotel is located in a decent area, I felt safe where I was.
