The front desk went clerk went beyond her pay grade to help me. She’s the best front clerk I have ever met. She helped me 3 times. She should get a raise. I hope to stay there again and have her help me again. She told me her name but I'm very bad at remembering them.

Bed matress was very hard. Sofa bed was even harder. Breakfast staff was not very friendly and served bananas all smashed and spoiled.

In addition, there were only enough towels for 2–3 people, even though we clearly indicated in the reservation that there would be 4 guests staying in the room. Our room was on the 4th floor, and the water pressure was essentially nonexistent. It was impossible to take a shower either in the morning or in the evening because there was almost no water coming from the shower. Even worse, we could barely use the toilet because the water was not properly filling the tank. This created a very uncomfortable stay for our family, especially with children. We were very disappointed with the overall experience.

Rooms were clean, but when we asked for extra blankets for the pull out, the worker was visibly annoyed and could only find a couple extra sheet sets (not a blanket). Our room was over the courtyard, and at 2:30 am, we were woken by a very rowdy group who was smoking weed. Since the room has window A/C units, the smell was overwhelming in our room. The staff promptly told them to leave when I called, and there were no other noise issues. The bathroom sink was completely clogged from the moment we turned it on, and we heard a plumber trying to clear the line from another room as well. There was a spill in the hallway outside of the elevators that was not cleaned for the two days we were there, which just shows general lack of maintenance. Very average hotel stay.

Breakfast Only one person was on staff each evening. No maintenence available. We had to go downstairs to get an extra blanket. My child plugged the tub for a bath and we could not unplug it. Nobody was available to help or knew anything about it and we were all unable to shower. They also did not offer clean towels or anything each day.

The coffee was horrible the bold coffee was like water. For a hotel that has marriott by the name terrible coffee i stayed at one in plano ans they had delicious coffee and cold brew

Front desk and the regional manager said they wouldn’t remove the charge. She said they check for quality assurance and there were no issues with the mirror before. I find that hard to believe since I found trash behind a lamp which was in plain sight. Our stay was great until this experience. It’s very disappointing.

Traveling a overnight stay with my Granddaughter's to go swimming on a holiday weekend. They kept saying "We are at a 5 Star Hotel" We loved the room & amenities, except had to wait to go swimming in a Cool Pool, Not Heated. That when calling to confirm reservations, was not informed that the POOL was closed until 6:00-6:30pm until I had to ask. And the Pool water wasn't Heated.

Front staff was amazing, attentive and accommodating Somewhat dated, trash in elevators and in hallways.

The coffee and breakfast were good. The hours for breakfast were 7-10; we didn't eat until after 9:30 or so and they still had a wide variety of items to select from. The only downside to the stay was the we couldn't get the TV/Cable to work. The hotel staff came to our room to check it out and try to fix it but were not able to do so. Come to find out we were not the only ones. There were other guests who were experiencing this same issue.

The room was clean, but pillows were extremely soft. And one critique is the placement of the television made for uncomfortable viewing from both the beds and sitting area. Otherwise very friendly staff and good stay.

We had problems with the plumbing the restroom, the toilet overflowed, and the sink was clogged. There was no maintenance man on site. To help. my husband had to unclog the toilet his self and try to fix the sink, after explaining the issues nothing was done,The next day there was a maintenance man available we explained what had happened & He was sweet. He apologized to us. But that was all that was done, no one asked if we could switch over to another room, or even help out.. after all it was a very stressful state

The staff was excellent even for a holiday stay. The room was clean, spacious, dark for sleep. The sink and toilet area being separate is helpful. The couch worked for a child to sleep on without having to make the bed. The indoor pool is heated but the room is not very warm, so plan for a cover-up to have when leaving pool area.

I don’t appreciate being given two different prices for bringing my dog to a pet-friendly hotel. I especially don’t appreciate being charged for my dog despite giving my Marriott Bonvoy member number and after being previously told by the front desk that members wouldn’t have to pay a pet fee.

The room was dirty. The sheets were dirty on both beds I called the front desk and there was no one on duty to change the bedding and no one to bring any clean bedding to the room. Said if I wanted to come down and get clean sheets he would give them to me.

No trash receptacles in bath or vanity, only 1 trash receptacle in kitchen, no linings placed in it, only 3 towels for overnight, with 2 guests...not enough towels provided to take bath in AM and PM. Amenities were sparce. AC was noisy and looked old, may need cleaning. Beds were wonderful though.

Staff was super sweet. We were looking far to the pool. Unfortunately the pool had so many chemicals that it broke our skin out in hives. It was crazy. Therefore we were quit disappointed, especially since we have 3 kids. So be carefully about the pool

The place was nice, but on the night that we come back to check in, they said that they over booked so did not able to get our room, but they did transfer us to a different hotel, but did not pay us the difference that we have to pay at the other place. It was not fair that they over booked us and don’t have a room for us. We have to pay more when we got transferred to a different hotel. It was not cool for what they did.

The stuff were friendly, love the fact that they have a table with coffee and natural flavored water. They have breakfast in the morning of different variety of your choice. It was clean and quite. The pool looked clean, we didn't have a chance to get in. My family and I enjoyed it

we had issues with termites in our room that were on the bed, walls and curtains. they were able to move us another room, but the new room also had insect issues. i tried to connect with the mgr, and recieved an email stating my concern was addressed, and no refund was offerred the inconvenience. we booked 3 rooms to attend a graduation and a one night credit would have been acceptable , but we were issued a standard corporate letter for our stay, which was disappointing. great location to the outlet mall and IKEA, and great dinning options. the staff was great and friendly. but bugs on the bed can kill a weekend.

The only thing I would like to suggest is that they vacuum the room floors for stays longer than a week. Since I usually stay there for work, I noticed that the rooms can become a bit dusty over time.

We was not able to check in today, because the hotel room was over booked. We was not able to get the room that booked online.

The friendly staff… and cleanliness throughout out the building doesn’t go unnoticed. And the only thing that my family and I didn’t like was the amount of Clorox smell in the pool. We decided not to use it due to the pool being indoor and the smell was too strong!

I stayed on the second floor right over the roof of the entrance. Bright lights were shining in the room all night. Curtains were closed by light could be seen on the top and sides of the curtains. Lesson learned. I’ll make sure and not stay on the second floor again

The front desk and dining area was nicest areas inside the hotel. I took photos of what look like mold in the bathroom this was in room 105. I reported it to the front desk but all the young lady did was nodded her head. The pull out mattress smelled like urine. I was not satisfied with the stay at all.

What a wonderful experience from check in to an amazing breakfast. Everyone was very pleasant. Was totally wowed by a nice fresh breakfast. The scrambled were not full of water like most places and the offerings were plentiful. Great Experience.

The beds were so uncomfortable. My kids who can sleep anywhere, even on the floor complained. All of us woke up with sore backs and necks and very little sleep. The service was good and hotel seemed safe and clean. The befs were just AWFUL

We stayed here with our grandsons to go to Kalahari Water Park. It was convenient to many restaurants and shopping. The facility was very neat and tidy. The rooms were nice. Clean and beds were comfortable. Great stay!
