Very poor breakfast for Residents Inn. One waffle maker for the entire hotel, which caused a line of people waiting to use it. No eggs, potatoes, or meat. I ended up eating a bowl of Raisin Bran for breakfast

Room beginning to show its age with the carpeting and cushion on sofa bed, but we enjoyed the nice sized room, coffee in room, table, work surface, etc. Very comfortable bed and pillows. A/C seemed rather cool in breakfast area, but we're not used to Texas humidity either ..lol.

Towels are clean and dry. I felt hotels are following 15 to 20 yrs old style and new generation likes new changes in the hotel.

The girls in the morning shift front desk area were so sweet to my husband as we needed documents printed out in a timely manner and they were so helpful to us both! We will always remember their kindness on our stay at the residence inn! We will be back!

We checked out after 1 night. I have to say the staff was amazing and helpful. We had an issue the hotel and hotels.com took care of immediately! The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good.

The breakfast items were always fresh and the selection varied day to day. The coffee was always available, fresh and hot. There was a large grass area for dogs around back with easy access through any one of three doors. At each door was a plastic bag holder in case you forgot your own. I liked the place so much I extended my stay and it was no problem for the staff. Thank you!

The rooms look like an apartment which I wasn't expecting. Nice to have full appliances. The Ability to cook at the hotel saves you a ton of money on top of the affordable rates! Def a recommendation.

The problem is cutting back in the already limited breakfast options - When we last stayed there were hard cooked eggs, fresh vegetables ( spinach and such) a microwave and more egg and meat options- those are now all gone Some days there were only small plates, some days no 2%, half and half I understand cutting back, but this was totally unacceptable We’ll not be back ,

I really loved the ambiance, it was perfect, for an exceptional stay. Breakfast was on time and very appetizing and the room was clean, very spacious, and peaceful for our two night stay. Thank you for the comfort and see you next year.

Room was alright, very dated, but relatively clean. But the pool was open, even though it hadn't been treated with chlorine in ages. It was covered in algae, had tons of bugs and leaves, and was generally unusable since it was so filthy.

Room had backed up pipes. I stayed for a week. Mid way through dishwasher backed up. Room had sewage smell. Could not get them to fix. Last day offered to change rooms. But then it was to late in the afternoon. Had to close off the living room area to keep smell out. Living room tv did not work. Had to stay elsewhere one of the nights because could not cook dinner with the smell. Will not be returning.

The kitchen garbage disposal in the sink leaked onto the floor, and they couldn't repair it over a week. That's totally unreasonable.

Room common area furniture was old and uncomfortable. Advertise a fireplace but have been turned off and do not work. Housekeeping and front desk were wonderful.

Location Ripped off for the price I paid. The facilities are old and run down, we kept having issues with the toilet flushing, had visible mold on bathroom ceiling, tv remote wouldn’t work either. Expect much better if charging $200 a night

The stay was fine. However, the property is in need of some repairs and updates. The paint, plaster, and caulking in the bathroom is worn, cracked, and peeling. The finish is worn off of some of the Formica furniture.

Every front desk person was PERFECT! No one gave attitude and always spoke when you came thru the door! Anything I needed they were able to provide it with no hesitation!

The hotel was run down. Our room had a crack running down a wall & the room had an old funky smell that was impossible to get rid of. We purchased Febreeze & a sanitizing spray and used them many times to no avail. The queen bed was a queen short.

The room mostly clean. The dimly lit outside and being behind a closed resturant is not appealing at night. We asked for room cleaning, at least towels and trash removal the day of the funeral, it was never done. The air vents are full of lint. The door lock did not work correctly. We were missing a light bulb ( was replaced) and the bathroom lighting was not fixed during out stay. The sweet lady at the desk asked for these to be fixed for us; they were not. Too expensive, even for a 2 BR, for this property. Would not book again.

I loved that they had guest laundry. The room was spacious and well equipped, ideal for a long term stay. The staff was very friendly! Breakfast was good, I would welcome more fresh veggies (they only had spinach leaves) but they had some fresh fruit which went well with porridge or yogurt. They also had grocery delivery within the same day but given that Walmart was a 15 minute walk away I didn't use this service. There were 4 AC units in front of my window that were quite noisy and even nosier fridge in my room. The showerhead was misaligned and could use some maintenance. The internet was working well for a week and then on my last day (when I needed it most) they had an outage for several hours.

I recognize that the 3rd party website rooms are typically the end of the hall rooms or lesser desired rooms, but this being a Marriott, my expectation was that it would be fine. We requested a handicapped accessible room. Upon immediate inspection of the room, a dead bug was found on the floor in one of the bathrooms. The vents were dusty and dirty. This caused my husband's allergies to be triggered during our stay. The crimson chair in the bedroom had rips/tears, making it a hotbed for bedbugs. The housekeeper walked in on my mother sitting on the toilet in the bathroom, after I told her in the hallway that I did NOT need housekeeping for the day. We woke up to fire alarms going off at 6am. No one came to tell us that we didn't have to exit the building due to someone burning toast. We were on the 3rd floor with a 70 yr old in a wheelchair and a 95yr old on a cane. Not one person thought to come tell the handicapped guests not to panic, it was a false alarm. The bathtub was not accessible to someone in a wheelchair. There was no shower seat in the bathtub. The good: The location is great because it is next to the Target & Walmart and highway The staff was very nice. The snack bar was convenient. My lasting impression, the Marriott brand has seen a severe decline in the past 10 years. This particular stay was the final straw for me to say I will no longer book Marriott brand hotels. Amenities were bare: one tiny bar of soap, and shampoo/conditioner attached to the wall. TV was difficult to use (long lag times, no menu, basic cable channels with no way to stream or cast from phone). Breakfast included runny, watery eggs, soft/limp bacon, and tater tots that tasted strange. All in all, I’ve stayed at cheaper hotels that were a hundred times better over the last 6 months. I expected at least equal quality/service at this one because they charged more

Loved the smiles from the staff while entering and exiting daily. The only down side was that our room 212 the fireplace didn’t work. But it was completely comfortable and clean.

The hotel staff was very polite and friendly. I checked in very late in the AM and had skipped dinner. They offered us milk and yogurt. They also allowed a late checkout. It is very conveniently located with access to highways. Walmart is 2 min away.

It was a good experience, except for some constructive suggestions with respect to improving the visibility by providing LED light that remove the yellow ambience in the room that give it a drab look and the need to update some of the kitchen stuff such as a scrubber for the vessels and a functioning ice maker in the refrigerator.

This is the first time I’ve been let down by a residence inn by Marriott. I had recently stayed at another one and was not charged for my ESA. Our deadbolt didn’t even lock and I found blood stain on sheets.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Vehicle break ins happen all the time here. I was there for a 2 week period, my vehicle was broken into along with several others. This is an ongoing problem which management knows about but refuses to address the issue. Another person who had their vehicle broken into and has been there for a few months due to work said it was like the 4th time since he was there. He has caught the girl working the night shift sound asleep on the couch many times when he goes out in the morning. Breakfast is mediocre at best, rooms are very dated. 1 working washing machine (2 others are broken and from what I hear have been broken for months and management refuses to fix them). They also refused to honor a military discount even though they informed me they applied it to the room. They also didn’t mention to anyone that the place was going to be under construction for a week while we were there. The whole roof was being replaced and all you heard was mail guns shooting and shingles being thrown off the roof. Makes it very annoying when your spouse is trying to work out of the hotel room and your dogs are barking non stop. Additionally, deceptive practices as it is advertised $100 pet fee per accommodation per stay (which means per room for length of stay). We had 2 small dogs and they ended up charging us $230. Place is a joke, save yourself a headache and basically go anywhere else. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and Marriott about this place.

The picture you showed on the internet was not what we got. I requested a suite with one bedroom with 2 queens and 1 bed with a king which was what you pictured. We had 5 persons. We got 2 bedrooms with 2 king beds. One person had to sleep on a couch.

The hotel was helpful and very responsive to our needs checking in. The drainage at the site could be improved, but we only noticed it because of a very heavy rainfall which is unusual in Round Rock, TX.

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke- in fact there was still a fan left in our room that was being used to try and get the smell out of the room- a staff person came to get the equipment, but just used a master key to open the door with out even knocking- even though he knew we had just checked into the room.

The suite was way more than I imagined. My kids loved it. We really enjoyed eating breakfast together as a family as well. Was a great place for my husband, myself, & our boys to stay while we waited on our house to be ready. Would recommend & stay again.

Horrible and I didn’t even stay more than 10 minutes and they still ran my card for 650$. Door was busted and windows were all scratched up and screens outside windows, me and family did not feet safe. Not something I expected from a Marriott property.

The room was large and the kitchenette was great, but if you actually plan on cooking you may want to bring your own spatulas and things: our options were quite limited. The bed was soft and the pillows were great. The wifi was ok unless you pay to upgrade but my brother was able to use his Xbox. We had minor hiccups that were mostly addressed promptly. It's in a great location right off the highway. Pretty good American breakfast too. We'll stay there again.

The room was large and the kitchenette was great, but if you actually plan on cooking you may want to bring your own spatulas and things: our options were quite limited. The bed was soft and the pillows were great. The wifi was ok unless you pay to upgrade but my brother was able to use his Xbox. We had minor hiccups that were mostly addressed promptly. The staff was very accommodating at check in. I did have issues with responsiveness and timeliness - we were given a broken crib and it took over an hour to replace. I had to flag a staff member down. We asked for extra blankets as well, and we were told someone would call us back, but we never heard from anyone. The food was great and the hotel was very clean

This place is great. The staff is very friendly and help full. Pet friendly. This is the best hotel in the area to stay at.

The facility was well cared for and the staff was pleasant and helpful. However the internet on some days was extremely slow. The facility does have an upgraded wifi but it was difficult log on to the system.

Checking in was great host was very friendly. Got to the room toilet was leaking and you could tell from the stains on the floor it had been leaking for awhile. I informed the host and I informed the host the next the maintenance person came while i was gone left all type of tools in room on the floor, water was also left in the tub. When i informed the host she said ok she would let him know no-one ever came back for the tools much less to clean i had to keep going to the desk to get towels and to get my trash dumped and bed was hard as a rock.

This hotel definitely needs some major improvement asap. Our bathroom was extremely poor condition. Carpet was dirty and smelly. Breakfast service was friendly and ample.

We checked in and notice several things that were wrong with the room. The pictures had fallen off the wall, alarms not covered, fridge door broken. We contacted the front desk and informed them. They did not change our room nor did they fix it. Throughout our stay one staff member was very condescending when a question was asked. I know they suffered with the Texas storm, but the attitude could have been better.

The hotel was spacious giving our family enough room, however was very dirty. There is even a large glue trap for a rat behind the TV. Overall just felt very dirty.

It was unfortunate that we got caught in the storm uri which caused power outage. It was very cold and the hotel ran out of extra blankets. Suggestion the Marriott Corp should invest in power generators to keep some power going.

It was a nice hotel overall I’ll stay again. The pool looked nice but we never utilized it lol! Staff was cool and laid back but if you book through Expedia be on the look out for hidden charges they don’t say.

Tvs are old and changing channels on that remote control is a painful challenge. WiFi is not good also, many times my device were out of Internet connection even though they were on the WiFi. And Breakfast is only for thise who go there early, they don't replace whatever ends, if you get orange juice you get it, if not try again tomorrow and good luck. I decided to buy myself some food, juice and have it on my room anyways. All things said and feedback duly registered, I would stay again if the price were the same or less. But if it is more than 50 dollars per night you can find better stay on AirBnB.

Hotel room was very dirty. Very surprising for a Marriott Hotel. Mold on the celling mold in the tub stains on couch and chair, fire alarm missing batteries. Cracks in stair case.

Staff at night was very friendly and caring. I felt very welcome be there. The room was excellent for 2 adults and 2 kids. Great area with good business accessability.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was covid friendly with a good variety.

The rooms are just okay. The carpet and sofas have stains. People smoke inside rooms in violation of rules. Cops show up regularly to deal with indoor smoking. Central and safe location. Easy freeway access. Very tiny gym. Good swimming pool and basketball court. No hot tub. Fast and reliable internet.

Clean. Great rate for the amenities (kitchenette and suite). Clean. Friendly staff. Grab and go breakfast wasn't "great" - items offered weren't quality but it's covid days - something was better than nothing.

We enjoyed staying at Residence Inn Round Rock. During covid, they gave out bagged breakfast, but it was the best we've had. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean

Right now everybody’s going through a lot of stuff but this resident Marriott and round rock made us feel at home

It was very clean and it stayed consistent, had every essential in the kitchen and bathroom! Perfect set up and close to a lot of good places! Only 15 minutes from downtown Austin!

The pictures are much brighter than the hotel. It was quite outdated. The TV didn't work because it was too windy outside. The faucets gurgled and spat water in bursts. The handle for the shower was halfway hanging off. The bathroom light flickered and buzzed like a family of flies was trapped inside. The icemaker did not work. At least the bed was comfortable.
