The room smell like someone was smoking dope or a vape smell, the couches had stains that I wouldn't sit on, the pillows are made of cut up little sponges and the bed just not comfortable. The staff was okay and I didn't recognize a breakfast I seen snacks. Air condition could not keep up with the size of the room.

Would I stay here again? Hmmmm...The price was right and the staff were kind. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet even though it was close to a busy road. But, the place is dated and a bit run down. The walls are brown making it feel pretty dark. Wifi is weak. It is safe and priced right. If you're just there to sleep and get a quick bite to eat for breakfast, it would serve your purpose.

Carpets were very dirty on first floor and just as bad in the room. I had multiple stains on every part of the bedding. I lifted up the mattress to examine, and was grossed out. I just turned the lights off so I couldn’t see how dingy the room was and passed out and couldn’t wait to leave. I would have absolutely checked into another room if I wasn’t completely exhausted.

But instead of honoring the price and he sent me on my way. I’m not familiar with the area and getting off work, I just wanted a place to rest. I had literally placed the reservation and will not use this Booking. com ever again for poor customer service! lack of service

Location was great The first morning we went to breakfast at 8:30 and there was very little food. The fridge was empty, pancakes not working In the room they list things that people often steal and say if any of these items are missing you will be charged. Some of these items weren’t in my room. I hope I don’t get charged

I was in a non-smoking room and the first thing i noticed when i walked in the room was the smell of smoke... it was faint but noticeable. I almost asked for another room but decided, against it because i checked late evening and it looked like it might be full. The next thing that was disturbing was the carpet in the hallway. It was torn, ragged and wrinkled which could have been a hazard. The 3rd thing i noticed in the hallway was a rancid odor. It was almost nauseating.

Whenever given a choice of where to stay, I always choose Microtel bc I KNOW it's going to be a peaceful, pleasant experience. Only a couple negative things about the stay. The floor we stayed on constantly smelled like Marijuana, especially during the nighttime. This smell made my kid and me sick. And there was an issue with the charges on my card and it double charged me. Unfortunately that was the last of the money I had on my card. The staff was great and got it refunded it immediatly, however it didnt go right back on my card and we had no money for food or gas for 2 days. And not sure when my bank will process the refund. So the last 2 days we couldnt go anywhere or get anything to eat.

We also booked a Queen suite, and the bed was way smaller than a queen, maybe a full, so it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep with two people on the bed. The bed and pillows also were not the best, the matress was pretty rough and the pillows felt old and lumpy, and the comforter was pretty scratchy. The hotel was pretty dated, but over all not terrible.

Staff all very friendly and helpful. Property needs serious upgrades and renovations. Room not clean as far as dust being everywhere (very visible) and sheets being clean but very old (evident blood stains on them). Fitness room also needed a serious cleaning/dusting.

Hotel was a good price for a one-night stay in Round Rock but not the best for my family stay. Especially after spending the last few days at Kalahari Resort which was like 7minutes away. The staff was nice, and room was clean, but it could use some renovations. Our plan was just to have a place to sleep before traveling back to Houston and did not partake on the amenities. Overall, hotel served its purpose, but if you have family, it might be better to spend a little extra to get something nicer.

The place overall was good for someone looking to sleep and rest for next day activities. The beds were hard and there were several homeless people lingering around the hotel making us uncomfortable. Half of the hotel was under construction which made it hard to navigate around some times. The staff when we checked in seemed like he didn’t want to be there but the ladies in the morning were so nice. Quick access to freeway and gas station.

It was a nice little hotel. The outside of the place looked more fancy than the inside. Inside gives older hotel vibes like hasn’t been updated in a while. But overall it was a nice stay the room was really nice.

An overall good place to stay, unfortunately if you get a room that has a door connecting to adjacent room combined with some loud party in said room…those connecting doors might as well not be there. But hey, it only happened one night out of the four I stayed, not bad

The staff is friendly! Because of all the construction around the area, this hotel has pretty much been taken over by contract workers. All the carpet in the hallways and stairwell is extremely dirty and needs to be replaced. I did not go to the pool so cannot provide any information there. The breakfast is very basic toast, yogurt, fruit muffins and they do have a pancake machine. If you’re a contractor this is probably the hotel for you. for families looking for a nice place to stay, I would keep looking.

The room to our right kept banging on the wall so I had to go ask them to quit. The room to our left was an adjoining room (we did not ask for one) and the people were so loud. Had to call the front desk to ask them to quiet down. They were up at the crack of dawn shouting and they would stay up until midnight. They were so loud it was like they were in our room. Then they managed to set the fire alarm off. It was one thing after another. The walls are very thin!

I did like that the location was convenient for my activities for the weekend. Overall, I probably won’t stay there again. The inside of the hotel seems really old and run down. The carpets smelled moldy and there were holes in the floor under the carpet. The elevator was very loud. The front desk staff wasn’t friendly at all. No one greeted you when you came in the door, half the time no one was even at the front desk. In my room there were stains and water bubbles on the ceiling. The WiFi didn’t work to hook up an Xbox and it kept cutting out on my phone. I feel like the room could have been cleaner. It felt like it wasn’t cleaned throughly. The bed seemed small maybe I’m just used to my king size. The pool needed to be cleaned out as there were things floating in the pool. The doors to the pool were difficult to open(very heavy). The breakfast was mediocre. If you want great location sure stay here, if you want a nicer feel of a hotel stay then stay somewhere else.

The staff was amazing during our 2 night stay! We didn’t expect a room refresh from housekeeping and were so pleasantly surprised that the trash, towels and bathroom were cleaned and the floor was even vacuumed. We had 2 small children with us and I felt the property was excellent as far as child safety, especially around the pool area. It was clean and breakfast was amazing! Beds were so comfy and no stains on bedding or towels. The kids were begging for one more night and we will definitely be back!

The hotel was quiet, clean, and the staff friendly. Breakfast was toast, bagels, cereal and pancakes; no eggs or meat. There was a Waffle House across the street which was good but any other restaurant was in a few minutes driving distance. The property was not conveniently located to any attractions.

Was disappointed that the room didn’t have a fridge or microwave, every hotel has a fridge and microwave. Also the wall sockets were very loose and the hdmi port on the wall that goes to the tv didn’t work either.

Overall experience was nice, would stay again, had one minor mishap when I first got there, a dead bug was in the bathroom, it was very huge but the staff member came upstairs to get rid of it for me, which I appreciated. Furniture was outdated but was told the hotel would be upgrading soon. Pool was nice, couldn’t really get in due to the weather. Breakfast was okay, convenient and something to put on your stomach. There is a Waffle House right across from the hotel so if you want a real breakfast I recommend going there.

The stay was great. Hotel is slightly out dated but clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was that you can do all the check in stuff online including uploading your license but then they have you do it all over again when you get there.

Great option for the price, room was clean and spacious. Everything worked as expected, plenty of parking. Stairwells smelled of weed and black n milds. Not a huge issue for me, just something i noticed.

The hotel is clean and the staff was nice specially at the check in time. The only problem was the breakfast is very limited, only pancakes and some bread; not to many options.
