The room was clean and quiet despite it being located near the road side. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was sub par.

Planned my trip accordingly and arrived after 12:45 pm. I was told I would have to pay the $20 and that he'd have to contact housekeeping to get the room ready. This was the same gentleman I spoke to on the phone. I paid the fee since I had 3 kids with me and in less than 30 seconds I was given the key and told to go up. Amazingly fast to get the room ready, don't ya think? Is this a common practice at this property?

We had to cancel our reservation because two king suites they out us in were both unclean and had trash and hair in the bed, buyer beware

First time staying at a Home2 suites. We will definitely be back. Large rooms, comfortable beds, and very well maintained

Exceptional desk staff. Breakfast buffet offered lots of healthy choices. One morning out of our 5 days there, the buffet fridge was completely empty -- no milk, yogurt or hard-boiled eggs. Made for dry cereal, but it may have been due to holiday delivery delays. Bottom line: would absolutely stay here again. Loved having a full-sized refrigerator and dishes/silverware for late night meals.

I have a complaint on the hotel because when I arrived they had cancelled my reservation and had to do it right there and I had to wait when I was tired and needed to get to my room 😡

The restroom had a smell of wet dog. Maybe the drain needed to be cleaned. We were next to a room that had a young child that would cry a lot. The rooms are not very sound proof. We could hear the child running, crying and yelling.

Front staff was great, Vee was very friendly and welcoming. Room was great. Our only issie was on Sat afternoon when our key card wouldnt work. Took some ti.e for the issue to be resolved by maintenance

Staff were super friendly and hotel was nice. Breakfast was decent and had a variety of choices to choose from. The room was spacious, beds comfortable, but a little outdated and needs some repairs especially the bathroom.

The room was clean. The mattresses were absolutely horrendous. The hot water took a good 20 (not exaggerating) minutes to actually make it to our room, and the windows let in a ton of traffic noise.

The hotel is ritzy on the outside and the room was spacious. The AC didn’t work and we were never moved to another room, nor were we offered any compensation.

The room is very nice and spacious, but the breakfast is no good. All the 2% milk is bad and I cannot eat my cereal for 3 days straight. I opened 4 milk cartons in 2 days and all of them are spoiled. I already told the front desk lady that the milk is bad, but no one cares and no one toss away the spoil milk that is still sitting in the refrigerator. Please don't serve spoiled milk to customers, it will cause food poisoning.

We always travel as a family and Home2 Suites by Hilton is our must stay hotel. Great facilities, always a friendly staff and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast has a good variety to choose from and its always being replenished. We really enjoyed our stay in Round Rock.

Everything is good the only thing is the noise from the street to close to the expressway… another thing is the shower was not clean very well!!!

Very quick checkin. We upgraded to a suite so we had plenty of room. The bathroom was very spacious and had plenty of towels. Breakfast was what you would expect but was well stocked. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The staff was friendly and conversational. The rooms were large and nicely organized. Specially, the rooms had a very long countertop and dual desk area layout I hadn’t seen in other hotels. They provided enough towels! The breakfast was a bit better than other free breakfasts because the eggs were real (had yolks) were not the normal scrambled mush. We will definitely return when visiting family. Nothing

Digital key card and an actual keycard continued to not work in the elevator. Causing us to be stuck many times. Then the door lock just stopped working all together and we couldn’t get in the room. Other than that everything was pretty standard. Nothing special.

nice receptionist we thought paying 170$ for a room in Austin would be enough to book a great room for our family and we landed with horrible mattresses and two queen beds in a same long room with the couch, window to watch the parking lot and itchy bedsheets. first time I see 3 so soft small pillows to each bed.

The location was surrounded by food and places to shop. Its right by the highway and easy to get to where we needed to go. Room was spacious and always cold, which we loved! Small parking lot, but we always found parking every night.

The computers in lobby were down the entire week so I could not scan some documents.Other than that, small gym was adequate and clean, my room was large and clean.Staff is very nice.Washer and Dryer works. It was quiet and no large amount of noise at night.I enjoyed my stay.

I like the bright hallway to my room. The breakfast was very nice. WiFi was good and room was very quiet. I like how your soaps are in pump bottles instead of those little hand soaps that other hotel use, which I feel is wasteful. I would definitely come back.

My stay was pleasant overall; however, I experienced a few inconveniences. The internet was not working, and the TV required me to log in with my own account. Additionally, I noticed some hair near the faucet, there was no toilet rod for the toilet paper, and only one roll of toilet paper was provided at first, though they later brought two more.

Enjoyed the stay the only thing is the breakfast was only tell 9:30 and I tried getting coffee downstairs and it was water downed and my coffee machine in my room did not work and I’m a coffee person so I wake up and it’s coffee. But the room was great.

We had a great stay at the hilton suites. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool and breakfast was so great. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend staying here.

For the breakfast it's okay but you guys need more option and it wasn't that good and for the bed not comfortable at all the sofa oh my God in the middle of the night you get hurt. Other than that everything else is okay.

Hotel needs deep cleaning. Breakfast has no variety and kitchen lady was not ready to refill. Same with housekeeping they are not ready to clean your room unless you force them.. happened with us.

I stayed here for four nights and it was TERRIBLE. Arriving to the room there was a machine left there to deodorize the room (no big deal). Called the front office and they asked I take it downstairs. I thought they should’ve come to pick it up only because it makes it look unprofessional. I traveled with 3 young kids (7,5, &1) and I can’t begin to describe how BLACK their feet/socks were from walking in the carpet inside the room. It was TERRIBLE. I called the front desk to ask if my carpet could be cleaned. Room service was coming every other day is what I was told. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. Another phone call had to be made and was told they ran out but they would look. The front desk was always attentive in trying to fix the problems. It was just an inconvenience on having to call multiple times for things that should come standardized when booking a room. Breakfast was OK and nothing special. Had to keep asking the ladies to refill things even though it should just come as part of their job on constantly checking the items. Breakfast was waffles, toast, biscuits, eggs, cereal, and bagels. Orange juice came out looking weird. Multiple people would get a cup and end up emptying it of just because the color was very off. This was probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in all my years of traveling. If someone you could upload pictures I’d show just how black my child’s feet were. I would not recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The toilet seat was falling off, our bed made lots of loud creaky noises, the conditioner was empty, and the air consonance a lot of noise. Thank goodness we weren’t in the room much. Not impressed and will never go back. The only positive was the staff was very nice.

They clean the rooms every other day and our room was only cleaned once and we stayed 7 days. The day it was supposed to be cleaned, someone had put a do not disturb sign on the door so that it wouldn’t be cleaned. Breakfast could be better, not enough food. People would be waiting for food.

I thought I booked at the one by the medical office location which I stayed last week so I went to this last cation since other was sold out. This one plastic toilet seats, just felt old. The elevators were Very slow when it wasn’t be used then. I won’t return to this location again. Checking in I almost slipped because the cones were I guess it was mopped and the front desk attendant didn’t say a word

One of the major highlights for me was the hotel's accessibility to the rest of the city. It was conveniently located near public transport and key attractions, making it super easy to explore everything the area has to offer. Whether I was heading out for a day of sightseeing or grabbing a bite to eat, getting around was a breeze!

The rooms are equipped with a small kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, sink with disposal, large refrigerator, and all the dishes you need to get by. We brought an air fryer to cook more warm foods. The rooms are so spacious and have TONS of storage. We were here for a week, so I actually brought 7 tubs of toys and their play kitchen, all their electronic devices, xbox, three spinny/floor saucer toys, and still had tons of space left over. The couch is clean and comfortable and folds out to a nice sofa bed. They come to service the room every other day, but when we needed more items inbetween, they brought them promptly. The front desk staff was so nice and pleasant. The breakfast options were fantastic--yogurt bar, oatmeal, hot breakfast sandwiches, egg/sausage bowls, make-your-own-Texas waffles, and juice/milk options. The elevators have a nice security option that requires you to scan your room key to have access to the room floors, so that gave me extra peace of mind as a mom staying here alone with three young children. The only minor complaint I could make is the some of the laundry machines were out of service off and on while we stayed, but the front desk agent took my clothing to their laundry facility to be dried when the dryer would not work. Amazing place to stay! Recommend!

The couch is clean and comfortable and folds out to a nice sofa bed. They come to service the room every other day, but when we needed more items inbetween, they brought them promptly. The front desk staff was so nice and pleasant. The breakfast options were fantastic--yogurt bar, oatmeal, hot breakfast sandwiches, egg/sausage bowls, make-your-own-Texas waffles, and juice/milk options. The elevators have a nice security option that requires you to scan your room key to have access to the room floors, so that gave me extra peace of mind as a mom staying here alone with three young children. The only minor complaint I could make is the some of the laundry machines were out of service off and on while we stayed, but the front desk agent took my clothing to their laundry facility to be dried when the dryer would not work. Amazing place to stay! Recommend!

The toilet would not properly flush. I asked for a different room and was told that he had to come check. After his second trip, he said that we just had to hold the button down and eventually it would go down (after several tries). This was terrible and an unacceptable solution. I would never return.

It’s Home2suite! Never disappoints and that’s why we always stay at home. The entrance was kinda weird though. You’d have to walk up the driveway ramps after parking vehicle. Either than that, room was exceptional.

We checked in late (around 11pm) for our stay. The lady at the front desk was warm and welcoming. She got us checked in quickly (despite computer issues) and got us off to our room. The room was cool already, clean, stocked, and comfortable. We didn’t do much as far as utilizing the amenities during our stay as it was pretty jam packed with plans but the gym and pool area were clean and stocked with towels when I peeked in. The staff was friendly at each interaction, checkout was smooth, and we were comfortable throughout our stay.

I only needed to stay 1 night but would have liked to find a reason to stay for several nights. The room was very clean. The location was close to the highway, restaurants and shopping. We didn't hear any highway noise or noise from the elevator or foot traffic in the hallway. The only improvement i would suggest is to have fresh cooked eggs; yet the waffles were delicous. I highly recommend Home2.

Clean and newer property with minimal noise level in the evenings. No issues with my room or kitchen area. Will definitely be visiting again!

The staff here are very nice and friendly. I had one minor issue with my room but they got it fixed pretty quick. The rooms are really nice and spacious as well as comfortable! I’d stay here over any other hotel. I’m very picky so this says a lot. It’s definitely worth the stay. Only one thing is I wish they had more breakfast options but still a good spread of food.

Overall, the room was very nice and spacious. I had some little “visitors” possibly water bugs in my shower.

My family enjoyed our week stay. The staff were friendly, the building was clean, and we loved the free daily breakfast that was provided. The hotel is basically in the middle of so many places to go to.

The hotel was decent but the service was not good at all. No house keeping was provided for out entire stay. I went to the front desk to request house keeping I was told that I was not up for house keeping until the next day which was my check out day! I had to do to the front desk and ask for towels 2 times. Also, my husband went to purchase some items from the front desk and their system was down, the clerk said she would only charge him $3, but when I got my bill it was $12, my bill also included an $8 parking fee even though the listing says free parking. Probably won’t stay here again.

The bath tub in our room was peeling all over the tub, we asked to get it checked, never happened. We asked again nothing happened. We did a complaint with Expedia they called the hotel and told them we didn’t want to switch to another room they clean their hands very well. The stuff there isn’t that nice. The room overall the carpet was super dirty and the smell when you will come in. We stayed for a week just to have in mind you will get clean towels and a light clean room every other day. Will not book this hotel again.

Everything was okay except the fact that I requested towels approximately at 11am never received towels then later that night when I asked about towels they couldn’t provide the amount requested. When I called for the late check out they did not answer the phone at the front desk.
