Very clean and staff was pleasant and attentive. The breakfast was excellent. It was very noisy and we could constantly hear people thumping around above us until 1 AM in the morning and running down the hall. This is clearly a wood structure with not enough insulation. It led to a poor night sleep.

The pool was nice. Staff were super nice. The ac in our room went out as soon as we came in. My husband managed to get one side of the unit to cool as the maintenance man would not be back until 9am the next day. The front desk provided a desktop fan to help cool the room. No other room could be provided that had a working ac due to rooms being sold for a sporting event. (No shade on the property for being sold out.) just our bad luck I guess. The breakfast was okay. Not really a lot to choose from. The weekend start time for the breakfast is later than weekday and makes it harder to get to schedule outings and events on the weekend.

Great hotel and great location. The property was clean and very well taken care of. The staff was very helpful and polite, and all with a smile! Breakfast is $9.99 for a small buffet of hot and cold options, and multiple restaurants within walking distance.

The location was perfect, we went for a Volleyball Tournament on the Round Rock Sport Center and this location was perfect, so you can walk to the sport location, also there are a lot of restaurants nearby that you can pick whenever you want! The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. The rooms weren’t too comfortable since they were a little small and the air conditioning was too noisy. The breakfast was only for 2 persons per night

The staff were amazing and the room was very clean. We were playing next door at the sports center and the ability to walk back and forth in less than 5 min was the best. The breakfast was so good and had plenty of healthy options for my athlete to fuel up. Added bonus, it’s only a 4 min drive to the outlet mall!! If ever we have to come back to Round Rock, we will definitely be staying here again!

Parking was good, and they did provide extra blankets and pillows. Had so much trouble checking into our hotel tonight. They tried to double charge me, and the room was supposed to have two beds. Instead we got a king with a jacuzzi, and now two of us are sleeping on the floor with three teenagers. ?

I paid more vs the Holiday Inn down the street for the indoor pool. But it was very neglected. Mold growing on floor. Stuff floating in the pool. We opted not to swim.

Fire Alarm kept going off ever 20 minutes, no hot water took a shower with cold water. Manager never responded.

Very friendly and professional staff. They even made sure they found my phone charger that I forgot in the room. Check in took about 20 minutes due to a line and only one staff memeber, room was okay, pillowcases had an odd smell, bed was extremely hard, and the prices for food was a little high

We didn’t have hot water in our room. Reported it, but it didn’t get fixed by the next night of our stay. We had to move to a different room at 11:00 pm.

Unfortunately, the hotel need to shut down for full repairs, there was a plumbing issue, no hot water, toilet wouldn’t flush. There was no one working on the matter at hand. The only good I can say is the new GM who have been there for a week is trying her best to accommodate everyone but the owner should have done something. They need to close down and renovate and then reopen.

The only happy person was the bar tender. She was very nice and happy to be there. The room was ok but there was no coffee machine. Definitely below the usual Holiday Inn standard. Bar tender should be given a raise for being a warm and welcoming person.

I booked because of the indoor pool but when I arrived I was informed it was closed for construction but it would have been nice if it was said somewhere before booking. The staff was amazing except for the guy in charge of breakfast he was really rude and rushing us to hurry up 10 mins before breakfast was over. Other than that it was a great stay and front desk staff was amazing.

This hotel is currently under construction! I was put in a room on the second floor and when I went to wash my hands in the sink, a 1"+ long cockroach scurried across the wall. I asked to be moved to another room and when I got to that room and set my suitcase down, a black bug of some unknown variety crawled across the coverlet. I ended up just leaving and going to another hotel and getting a refund.

This property is quite old. Don’t be fooled by pictures on the internet. The rooms are old with old furniture, the room had a stale smell like chemicals covering up a smoke smell, and smelly linens. I would not recommend staying unless a complete reno was done to ALL rooms, not just the lobby. I will not stay there again.

Stopped by the hotel before normal check-in time abd asked for an early check-in due to not being able to return until late. We were denied and guaranteed our rooms would be available. When we returned to check-in. We were given keys to a room that was already occupied. When we told the front desk we were told they didn't have any other available rooms. Front desk workers were very unprofessional.

This hotel was close to the competition venue we were attending. Our room smelled musty, and the AC unit had so many noises, it was distracting.

Despite a nonsmoking hotel policy from the beginning of my stay until the end, the entire floor reeked of marijuana smoke. Staff said they'd fine whoever was smoking after they checked out.

Rooms need updated. Lobby was being updated. Worst TV ever in a hotel. It kept going off the WiFi/Spectrum and had very few channels.

The staff was friendly. The carpet in the room was in disrepair and felt sticky all over. Odd smell. AC was set to the coolest and still felt warm at night.

First off I would like to say the property was nice and the only reason I gave it 3 star is because of the construction but staff was tire le when I checked in the front desk clerk gave me a vacant but dirty room and the breakfast was terrible hot cakes was hard and the orange juice was very tart and the morning front desk person was no better then thw night person she actually seemed a little racist tho but all in all I only stayed one night ,

My fiancé and I experienced a lot of noises. It seem they were coming either from the hallway or steps from the floor above. Also, we had bed sheets that were dirty. And when we were checking out we had to wait for 30minutes for someone to come and help us.

I am 54. Therefore, I have stayed at many hotels in my life. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered! The staff was the absolute worst. The most unfriendly, uncaring and incompetent staff ever! Also, there website says they have room service…they don’t. They have a bar onsite which they do. However, the bar was closed all 3 nights I stayed there. Bar tender was sick (no back up bar tender for all 3 nights?), really!!! I would not have stayed all 3 nights if I wasn’t worn out from helping my daughter pack up her apt. and was too tired to pack up my luggage and find another hotel, etc. They also don’t answer there front desk. So after a very long and exhausting day/night. With no one answering front desk, I had to go down stairs to get assistance. No apologies from any one at anytime! I’m so glad to be home.

This was one of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed in. We requested another room, because the AC didn’t work, or lights in the bathroom. Requested another room, which was a “step-down” from the first. The TV didn’t work, but worst of all, I saw cockroaches in the bathroom and under the knightstand. It also smelled like cigar smoke. We slept in our car that night at the gas station. The hotel also had no more rooms to offer us for a 3rd attempt even. Worst stay I’ve ever had! They shouldn’t have been accepting guests w/ that type of hospitality, it’s unethical!

My room 208 smelled like feet. At 730am first morning someone tried to break in my room door, then came back and did it over and over again I had to yell at them to leave, they said sorry it shows your room to be unoccupied had I not locked the door with the top lock they would have walked right in on me sleeping. TV finally worked but was challenging.

Carpet had a slight order when you first walk-in, but nothing major. Air conditioner was rather outdated, but functional. Overall it was a pretty relaxing stay and close to places to eat.

This hotel is due for an update. Many things are well worn even the chair in the office.
