Really nice place with friendly staff. A bit out of the way with not much around to do, and the breakfast buffet was bare bones, but otherwise a great place to stay.

It’s honestly great, the rooms are clean and feel updated. The hotel staff were pleasant and wonderful. I didn’t get a chance to try the amazing breakfast I kept reading about in reviews but it smelled absolutely amazing! It’s in a good location that feels safe and secure. Will highly recommend this place every time now!

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. From check-in to check out, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay.

You are told one thing and then they do another bc you booked with a third party. I have never been talked to the way the general manager (Ana) at this property communicated with me. The night manager was helpful but has no authority because what he told me the property manager refused to uphold Beds were also terrible and breakfast wasn't refilled at 8am when we went down. Worst hotel experience overall.

The property was really clean. The location was perfect for us. The staff were the best. They were very friendly and helpful. We loved this hotel and will stay there the next time we visit Austin.

Loved the service I kept getting. Especially the lady who sets up continental breakfast. For both days we were there she was OUTSTANDING Sooooo the rooms need good dusting and proper cleaning. The lamp, night stand, bottom layer COVERED in dust

Easy location to get to from multiple roads. Close to Walmart/Target/Half Price Books. Beds were comfortable and my kids loved the swimming pool. Staff was professional and friendly on all shifts.

The room bathroom had someone before us we suspected who brought a cat, and there was a strong cat urine odor. We bought Fabreze & kept the fan on. The beds are not as comfortable but the AC worked amazingly.

Staff always made you feel Welcome, even when you check in at almost 2am. Cody at the front desk was quick to respond to our messages. Breakfast was a Plus. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again and recommend the Hampton Inn Austin-Round Rock.

I love the hotel and the staff, and just this year I have stayed there 12 times. But if I’m told there is additional parking across the street at the other hotel that I can use, that’s not right.

Breakfast was decent hotel breakfast, they kept everything replenished. Everything was clean.

When I call it was $50 and when I arrived she said $25. I got it waived but feel this was inappropriate. We stay at Hampton Inns all over the US and never had that situation.

The accessible room we stayed in was much too small to properly accommodate my wheelchair. I was only able to get 1/2-way into the restroom.

The breakfast was fresh and there was an abundance of choices for breakfast. The rooms were very clean with very comfortable beds full sized refrigerator and very good coffee in the room. I was almost late leaving for my event because I was so comfortable in the bed after having driven 15 hours the day before.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the continental breakfast. They offered a variety of breakfast items hot and cold and the associate was extremely pleasant every morning.

The Breakfast was delicious and hot!!! Coffee available ALL day! Guest services was amazing and very friendly and prompt! Definitely is my go to when visiting Round Rock Texas!!!

Lots to choose from including scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes, oatmeal, waffles, awesome blueberry muffins and scones!! The only problem besides the flat pillows was the water in shower was either HOT or cold!!! Literally, there was no in between. Overall nice and I would stay again.

Everyone and everything was great. Value for my money was adequately priced. The only thing was I woke up with a few bites. No clue what but itching stopped when i wasn't in bed. Perhaps an allergy? No idea. Will test again next time. I still recommend.

I awoke in the middle of the night to find my bathroom flooded with dirty water originating from a backed-up drain. I immediately contacted the on-duty manager, who stated that no action could be taken because the hotel was fully booked. He instructed me to “deal with it” and use a shared bathroom on the first floor. He also asked whether the issue had been reported the previous day—which it had not—suggesting prior knowledge of an ongoing plumbing problem. This was a serious health and safety hazard, not a minor inconvenience. I was exposed to what appeared to be sewage-contaminated water, resulting in the loss of personal belongings, including toiletries and other items that had to be discarded. Due to the unsafe conditions, I was forced to leave the property at approximately 4:00 a.m. and arrange for my son to pick me up. The manager additionally refused to relocate me to a nearby hotel or provide a full refund. This experience was unacceptable and represents a clear failure to meet basic health, safety, and guest accommodation standards.

Location was good, plenty of restaurants within a mile. Staff was great and it was really quiet. Had plenty of hot water and my favorite was I could get a really cold room to sleep and the window coverings really darkened the room, no ambient light from outside. Sodas for $5 is a little much. And there might be a poltergeist resident. I was packing up to leave, went to the bathroom and when I returned to the bed a a drawer on the chest was all the way open. I never touched any of the drawers in my stay and it as a solo trip for me.

Two things made it not as good as it could be. The beds seem old and we both had back aches from sleeping in them. The toilet seat was always loose like it was coming off. It was the cheap plastic kind.

Other than that room was clean , small - very quaint - with comfortable bedding. Tub was peeling and did not feel good to feet .Older spot but well kept . Pool looked great - area was safe and near to highway and several eateries & shopping plazas.

This is my go to location for the price, comfort, cleanliness, staff and a decent gym!

The not as good - The dresser was a bit cheap and the doors would open during the night. No laundry on site but you can use the laundry at a nearby sister hotel for $2 / load

The accomodations were good. I liked the breakfast. Its a good place to stay if you have wheels. Not walkable or convenient to eating establishments or stores. Quiet.

Service was excellent-front desk staff, continental breakfast staff and cleaning staff. Beds were way too soft for us. Location was great for all our needs ( a soccer combine). Plenty of variety of quality restaurants close by as well as Target and Walmart if needed.

The room appeared clean but there were mouse dropping in the corner. The bathroom fan was not operational. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly

Our stay was OK, the overall appearance of the hotel was also OK. unfortunately there was a dead roach next to my bed, which begged the question of cleanliness. The mattresses were comfortable, however, every time we turned the bed squeaked. The nightly rate was fair and there were shops conveniently located.

We booked a room with two queens bc my adult daughter and young grand son were with us. When we got there they gave us a king with pull out couch. When we went back to the desk they said the hotel was over booked and they bumped us. I told them that would not work, I did not reserve so far in advance to not get what was available at the time of booking and it is the hotels fault it was over booked not mine. They eventually got it corrected and miraculously came up with the correct room. The beds were ok and it was all clean and up to date. The pool is small and there was a little league team stay so the pool was full. It’s was very very convenient to I35 and a lot of shopping and restaurants.

Jordan at the front desk was great. She set us up with the connecting rooms we wanted. It was my original request. I called to confirm connecting rooms a week and a half before check in to be told they would do their best. Still uncomfortable, I called the day before check in. She saw my booking was incorrect and corrected it.

It was a quick stop as I was driving through but everything was amazing.

The check in was super fast. The free breakfast was great. I love the noon check out time. No rushing out in the morning. The pool is tiny and there is no rules apparently. But the fitness center is great. I would stay here again without a doubt.

We really enjoyed staying here, checking was smooth as always, but customer service overall was what stood out the most. We thought breakfast ended at 9:30 so we got there at 9 am and we still were able to enjoy our breakfast and staff lady was really helpful. Then Giuli (Juliana) helped us with complementary waters and extended out checkout because we needed that due to some business matters. Thank you so much!!

Great staff. My room was as nice as any room I've ever had at a Hampton Inn. The complimentary breakfast was excellent.

The facility was clean and well cared for. The breakfast was well attended and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was basic but fit the need. Eggs, sausage, and some wonderful home potatoes. There is a sales counter with food items and wine that was just what we needed. The bed was very comfortable in our room.

A great, short stay option. The room was nice and spacious for my family of 4 with 2 dogs. The pool was small and crowded, but well maintained. It was obviously not "luxurious" but for a low-cost, dog-friendly place it exceeded expectations.

This was the third time we've stayed at this same Hampton Inn -- beats staying with family, feels even more at home and is a great base of operations. Extremely close to a Half Price Books and an HEB as well (and of course, i-35 is right there, so you're minutes from everywhere).
