Great stay and a great price. I will definitely consider Extended Stay America when I need a place to stay.

Staff were personable & helpful. Room was amazingly clean. It was obvious the staff took pride in their work. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was great. Aaron was friendly and very helpful. However the facility was very outdated and old. No soap in the room and the walls were a little thin and you could hear the neighbors.

The only thing good about this property was that it was close to where we needed to be. This was the most disguising hotel I’ve ever stayed in and we stay in a hotel almost every week. We killed over 10 roaches in our two night stay. The cabinets and cupboards were peeling and warping and disgustingly dirty. The floor was sticky. The bathroom was disgusting and so dirty. There was coloring all over the headboards and walls and bugs in all of the lights. And there were very questionable homeless people hanging out all around the building and at the entrance at any given time.

Nothing Nothing about the property was good the guy behind the front desk had he’s children running around. They didn’t wanna take me because my ID is still up and down instead of side ways which is stupid. And then he tried to say that my ID was expired but clearly on my ID it says it doesn’t Expire until 2028 so they are on some bs I never had this happen before and I stay at multiple places, then they didn’t let me cancel it and said I had to cancel it through booking so I was on customer service for a while and booking.com tried to call them multiple times which it didn’t go through at all but when I called it went through so it’s shady asf, I been in this business industry before so they had the booking.com customer service blocked on there phone

The cleaning crew did not do their job.The clerk had to actually help clean my room and it took two hours for me to check in the shower stall is cracked in there's obviously some maintenance that needs to be done that hotel

It was very convenient to the all the attractions that we had planned for the day The bed wasn’t made up when we got to our room. The tv also did not work half of the picture was gone. We had no toilet paper in our bathroom. To top it off our room had a smell to it that wasn’t pleasant.

The bathroom fan was ripped from the ceiling. There was literal black curly hair on the walls in the bathroom. The stove was burned and had wires exposed. There was weed smells everywhere. My key card stopped working 3 times after I checked in. Everytime I had to get a new one - at least 3 people were there for the same thing - their key card stopped working. The girl at the front desk took 15-20 mins breaks every hour. They closed a gate at the desk after 10 and we had to wait. When I asked for a new room - I was told there was none. We could not move. We were forced to stay and told the manager who could issue the refund wasn’t in until Monday. while I was talking to her - another staff and a different guest got into it. The staff also allowed one man to sit in the hallway stairs and the the front lobby and blare his heavy rock music so loudly you had to almost yell to talk. He just sat there and the staff said “yea he can stay” DO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The bed should have been thrown out two years ago. The bedding and pillows were horrible, flat pillows, bedding two sheets and a stained very very thin blanket.

The staff is rude and inconsiderate front desk lady had an enormous attitude and to be honest with you I don't want a refund on the room but I would like my one key cash back because that place is the worst experience I've ever had going to the hotel and I will never go to there again

I waited approximately an hour and a half for assistance from the desk clerk, as the office was closed at the time. Due to the delay, I was charged for two nights and ultimately had to extend my stay unnecessarily. Upon entering the room, I discovered bed bugs on the bed, which made the accommodations unusable. As a result, I had to shower and sleep in my car for the night. Additionally, the morning staff was unprofessional and unhelpful when I raised these concerns.

This is the worst hotel !!!!!! Do not be fooled by the pictures and reviews. The elevators do not work the smell throughout the building is horrid!!! The room was very very bad i wouldn't want my dog to stay there the carpet hasn't been cleaned and had spots throughout and absolutely smelled fouled .. its knats in room roaches, roach can sprays out in hallways i honestly dont know how they not shut down!!! JUST STAY AWAY

It was terrible, there was crumbs and dead bugs all over the corporate when we walked in to our room. The shower or the toilet were not clean properly at all. The furniture was so beat up. It looked like termites got a hold of it. The sheets and covers were not changed. There was hair in food all in between sheets and covers. The staff refused to go in there and clean it.

I am quite comfortable with all of the staff; and it is one of the quietest venues in the evening for resting. My son resides in an older, conservative neighborhood within 20 minutes walking; and the Round Rock pathways and sidewalks are genuinely pretty. We have two adult granddaughters with international travel experience who convey that the city of Round Rock is pretty with relaxing features. Extended Stay America is my choice all over the USA. Thank you. The Gwendolyn Family.

Upon arrival, after driving all night, we were late for check in. But there was a sign that said "for late check in, please dial 0!" The young lady that came downstairs was extremely RUDE, rolling her eyes. When she liftes the gate, our room keys were sitting out. We asked are these ours?" She snatched them and said no. She said with late check ins, they usually cancel the room...i said if thats the case, why have a sign there that says call 0 for "late check-in" and it not be specific about what is considered "late check-in?" We had 3 rooms booked. She checked in 2 parties ( and gave us the same room numbers that were in the keys that she snatched!!!) 1 party arrived 8 minutes after the other 2 parties and we let her know that he was 8 minutes away! After getting in our rooms, that had no CLEAN TOWELS, the pthwr party arrived. Only to find out that aftwr checking us in, she canceled his room that was paid for and had insurance on! Leaving them with no room at 4 a.m after traveling 8 hours! Totally unprofessional, and rude!!! We booked 2 nights, left Saturday morning...TO COME BACK TO NO BED MADE, DIRTY TOWELS AND another party of ours booked a room ONLY TO GET IN IT, WITH HIS CHILDREN TO A VERYYYYY NASTY ROOM!! WAS NOT CLEANED AT ALL, STUFF ON THE COUNTER, BEDS NOT MADE, SHEETS HAD STUFF ON THEM AND ITS 12 A.M THE SAME GIRL CAME DOWN WITH HER NASTY ATTITUDE AND SHOVED SOME KEYS IN HIS HAND FOR A NEW ROOM AND BASICALLY THREW SOME TOWELS IN OUR HAND!! My stay was good. Hotel was easy to find. The room was clean. The only issue I had was that the TV did not work. I was too tired to care and did not ask for assistance.

The first room had one cockroach but service was very generous and transferred me into a much better room on the second floor. I also loved the property being right next to the train tracks so you could see all trains going by right outside the window.

The front clerk was nice. The place itself was old, dirty and had roaches. I woke up at 3am with something black crawling on me under the covers. Pulled the bedding back to see a black thing running. Swiped it off the bed but didn't get back to sleep after that. There was a big roach crawli g up the shower

Worst experience ever! I booked a week, checked in, confirmed payment. Then advised elevator not working. Once at rm, door already open, does not close without force, reaked of smoke, deadbolt didn't lock. Informed employee of situation, they sd they will inform maintenance before they leave (7pm currently). 2nd employee steps in and offers another rm. I accept, deadbolt works but also stinks. I told myself its just 1 night although i booked a whole wk. I began to look for another place. After 30mn i could not tolerate the smell. Called the office and asked what are the procedures to cancel my booking since i was ready to leave and never have had to do this before. They advised i could cancel and be refunded. They had already charged my card for the whole week. This is also a 1st since all places i have stayed never charge my card until check out. I was ready to go, so i checked out, they informed me of my credit, i asked for a receipt, reviewed n noticed $60 was missing. They still charged me for the whole night after only spending less then half hr in a rm and another half hour trying to check in after the 1st rm issues. And after speaking with them about this situation and confirming they would fully refund. Only to say the system automatically does it based on time of check in. At this point i was ready to go. NEVER AGAIN...AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I was able to find a last min abnb for about $45 more a week d the place smelled brand new and fully furnished luxury apt nearby.

My friend shut the door behind us not knowing there wasnt a door handle from the inside. We were locked inside. I tried the phone in the room to call the front desk and it wasnt working. I panicked. Luckily he had a tool in his nag to open the door or we wouldve bedn calling 911. The place was a lil shady. It was 3am i just needed to sleep. The worst place ever and I had the hardest time getting my money back due to the travel service said the hotel had to do it and the hotel said the travel service had to! They played the game of blame each other to attempt not to give me my money back !

We went during the Formula 1 event . We had booked our reservation ahead of time . When we showed up to check in at 7:00PM they said that our reservation had been cancelled. They cancelled our reservation to sell it to someone else for a higher price . I’ve been reading the reviews and it’s something they constantly do. The hotel was filthy , the screens torn as you enter the building on the second level . I was so disappointed because he had to pay triple the price for a last minute stay . Stay away from this unethical, filthy place !

We went during the Formula 1 event . We had booked our reservation ahead of time . When we showed up to check in at 7:00PM they said that our reservation had been cancelled. They cancelled our reservation to sell it to someone else for a higher price . I’ve been reading the reviews and it’s something they constantly do. The hotel was filthy , the screens torn as you enter the building on the second level . I was so disappointed because he had to pay triple the price for a last minute stay . Stay away from this unethical, filthy place !

Roaches had reserved the room already. After meeting 5 roaches, I had to leave. So gross and absolutely frustrating. They are understaffed so I don't blame the front desk person... but a room should never be that gross.

Where do I start....First, I was not informed that T.Vs were not working till after I checked in. My room had a terrible smell. There were dead crickets and roaches. My phone did not work. Worst stay I have ever had. Look elsewhere.

Room was disgusting, carpet very dirty. Dead bugs all over it. Crickets all over bathroom. There was no shower curtain. We ended up leaving at 3am because the property was unsafe and very loud. Our window didn’t lock at all and being on the first floor that was incredibly unsafe. Go anywhere else but here.

We entering the building and saw some crikets at the entrance, on the elevator there was more dead crickets tried to sleep through the night i felt bugs on me,when i turned on the lights i saw the crickets in the light fixtures, i told the person at the front desk and he said it was to late to do a refund

Crawling with cockroaches (I killed multiple every day. Had some crawl on me in bed). Holes in the curtains, holes in the walls, hallways smelled, keys had to be remagnetized almost every day, people always loitering outside, making it feel unsafe to enter. Breakfast was advertised (and was one of the main reasons I picked this place), but not provided. I will say that staff were friendly.

There are so many decent hotels i. the area Do not stay here,its not nice.The staff were very nice and helpful but overall it was sub standard

It starts with Slow Check in, then followed by being given a unclean and dirty room...later changed the room..kitchen area still dirty..no wifi..

Light didn’t work. Went to front desk and offered to change the bill bulb myself. Didn’t have any. Tried to go back to room. TV didn’t work and saw roaches. Changed rooms. Woke up showered and saw a dead roach under the sink as I was ironing. Definitely didn’t get breakfast. Never will do this again.

I will say that the young men who helped us at check in and check out were absolutely lovely and helpful. They were the only positive part of our experience.

Staff was super friendly. Toilet was clogged upon arrival and every time it flushed. TV was broken, screen would cut out. There was a lil roach under the blanket

The room was not clean . The microwave and refrigerator were very old and did not work. The water taps are stuck and very tight

Made me wait for a room for 3 hours cause they were back up with room cleaning, then front desk told me they were sold out!!!

There was no one at the reception. Waited 3 hours and didn’t get to check in. Hotel still charged for the room.

Clerk was not there. Ppl were locked out of the building. There were also roachesin tge rooms

This place is a last resort type place. Stay somewhere else if you can.
