Breakfast needs to be better. Very disappointing.

The rooms were fairly spacious and clean. Two complaints though. One, the lobby and entire first floor had an odor which seemed to be from whatever they cooked at breakfast, but it was powerful. The second issue was the room doors were really difficult to open. I even went to the front desk thinking the room key somehow got "decoded." It would take several times to push down to get it to open and if someone was elderly it would be difficult.

With a king size bed in the room, it was very tight with little room to move around as needed. The blow dryer was smelling hot and the motor started grinding down so I had to ask for a replacement. Only two towels were provided for two people, there were no tissues in the box and no hair conditioner was provided. The lounge and breakfast set up was great with good coffee, infused water and delicious and many choices, including kimchi fried rice.

Element was perfect for our family of 5! The hotel was beautiful and had everything we needed. Hurry and get to breakfast in the morning......it goes quick!

Very nice for the price. We will definitely stay there again. The only complaint I have is that we were put into a conjoining room which made the noise very loud from people on the other side.

This is a nice little hotel with easy access to the freeway and in what appears to be a safe part of time. Second stay here and staff is friendly and helpful. Would stay here a third time if I found myself in need.

Room was very clean. Minor maintenance issues, cabinet door broken, tv never worked. Adjoining room and door thin so could her every noise from room next door which isn't great for light sleeper. The hotel staff was friendly at all times. Lobby and hotel grounds very clean. My experience with breakfast wasn't great but may be an isolated issue. Stale waffles and pastries. I was there very early in am so likely they were left over from previous days and not at all fresh. Overall a good hotel though.

I did not have time to eat for breakfast in the morning - I had an early schedule Front desk clerk - attitude, helpfulness was miles below sub-par. I had a minor emergency that took a bit extra time to reconcile, and asked for a bit of extra time to check out - and was refused. So I had to rush back to the hotel, ignoring the emergency, to check out on time. It only takes one bad front desk clerk to totally ruin an experience. I cannot remember any other time in my many years of travel of having faced this stark intractability. My company promotes travel to Texas communities... ExploreTexas.com... and in considering hospitality venues to add to Pflugerville, Element failed.

The complimentary EV charging was great. Parking is safe. Rooms were clean but the mattress had a large dark stain on the side, which was not covered by the fitting sheets; that stain erased the overall first good impression about the room/hotel. Also negative: windows cannot be open at all; no fresh air can enter the room. Privacy and noise are also negative: you can clearly hear what happens outside the rooms and in the neighboring rooms. There are gaps between door and frame allowing light from outside to get into the room.

I left the hotel with the thought that the hotel was courteous, admitted their mistake and will compensate for it. But I haven’t yet received any points in my account for the same. I did send multiple follow ups with the property manager but there is no response.

We stayed here with our family and had 3 rooms. We all had to change rooms due to one room the AC didn’t work and the other 2 had cockroaches. Several of the machines in the fitness center were non operable. We did not receive our incidental deposit back and it was impossible to speak to a real person after calling 3 different phone. numbers. Very frustrating!!

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Perfect for a slightly long stay too since it had a kitchenette. Breakfast was excellent, always had something new. Got to eat kimchi fried rice twice! There’s a nice coffee machine by the front desk that makes cappuccinos and lattes! The rooms were in excellent condition. Will definitely be back in the future!

We never stayed at an Element before and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and helpful and we appreciated how they catered to their guest. For example, we were told they have a large Korea clientele, so many of the signs were in Korean. I appreciated that, even though I am not Korean. The facilities were well designed, clean, and functional. We would definitely return. I am a Bonvoy Marriott member and was not able to redeem points due to booking through Booking.com. That really was the only downside.

Paid for a studio hotel room. Was put into a standard suite. Staff had no way to credit me the difference in rate. No studio rooms were available. Not sure why a studio hotel room was not reserved for me. Second day, a studio room came available but was told my stuff and kenneled pup would have to remain in a back office until ready, which was hours away. Unacceptable. Unacceptable.

If you put the Do Not Disturb sign out only for the early morning so you can sleep in, they don’t come back later to clean the room. For a six day stay, the room wasn’t attended even once despite the afternoons when the sign was taken away (even though I specifically asked at the reception desk). Breakfast is a little stingy, too — many days there isn’t much variety, little fruit, leftover hard boiled eggs, etc.

The property was beautiful and well appointed. There was a leak under the sink and the upstairs guest stomped all night long. There was a good selection at breakfast but I would suggest adding a microwave to the area to reheat hot selections. Overall, we were happy with our accommodations and would definitely stay again.

I would not recommend this property to anyone for the price I paid. they are missing a number of either such as an ice bucket in the room. The property is way overpriced. A lightbulb was out in the living room. The shower valve is very difficult to turn. It was considerable straight noise. I could’ve easily found a better hotel for $50 or $75 a night less. I was expecting better accommodations. I only chose it because it was convenient to my location, but I would not.

Many people in the lobby to late drinking liquors

We had reserved a room with a couch because we needed 3 beds. Instead they gave us a room made for handicap, which had less furniture and amenities. Also our breaker popped in the kitchen and we had food in the fridge. They took a long time to get to it. Lastly, whenever I went to the front desk, the guy wasn’t there.

This photo was very nice and clean, the staff was hospitable however the walls were so thin that I could literally hear someone’s phone in the other room, someone snoring, cleaners whistling in the morning so that made it difficult to sleep

Mind you, it’s June in Texas and it’s been 95 degrees everyday. left to grab dinner and lowered the temp on the thermo in hopes it would feel better upon my return. Once I did return it felt no different so I called the front desk and they moved me to the room next door. Still throughout my 4 day stay my room temp stayed at 74 degrees and never lower. Staff was always friendly and courteous. Did see a few ants on clean plates during breakfast. They were replaced. Decent breakfast options and the chef always asked if the guests were done eating prior to putting away food after breakfast hours were over.

Right off the bat our billingwas totally messed up. Charged almost $600 to our debit card when checking in when less than $300 owed. At least Angela, the front desk Manager was very understanding about how that put a hold on our debit card funds and put us in a bind, and said we could settle up after the bogus charge dropped off our account and funds restored. Beds were horrible, bathroom sink stopper broken and walk-in shower flooring was EXTREMELY slippery and a real fall hazard, with no friction strips on the floor nor grip bars on the walls or glass to help keep one from falling.

Convenient location!

As far as cleanliness, everything appeared clean until I went to shower and found a previously used bath towel hanging behind the door of the bathroom. It was a nice looking hotel, but they really did not seem to have enough staff there; when we checked in, needed more coffee in the carafes or trying to find the ice machine.

Happy Hour. They said they were overbooked and could not give us a king room which we had paid for. I had confirmed our reservation earlier in the day and that didn’t seem to matter. They said not book through Booking.com to assure getting the room you paid for.

Worst experience ever. They confirmed our check-in by email and then when we got there at 10 oclock we were told our room was given away. We had to drive 15 minutes out of our way to another hotel that didnt have us on their list.

Desk clerks very friendly and helpful, beds were comfortable, room was large and comfy! Everything was great, maybe offer waffles at breakfast

Lovely hotel with great amenities. Staff was fabulous. Iqra at the front desk is so professional and friendly! Would definitely return again, just wish it was closer to downtown Austin.

I did like how they catered to the majority of their clientele by including different items in their breakfast menu. Every time I went up to the front desk no one was there and had to wait around 8-10 min for someone to arrive. Other than that, the stay was alright

This property is beautiful! I love the fact that they have a filtered water system so I don’t have to buy any bottled water. I’d like their amenities, breakfast and wine, at night And much more.

This is a great property. Loved the breakfast, very friendly staff, especially Jesus. Let me check in a couple hours early. Only small complaint is the shower fixtures. They are a cheap plastic with a chrome coating, and I had to use 2 hands to turn the water on/off. I stayed at the sister property next door a few months ago and had the same fixture issue. Overall I preferred Element.

Awesome staff. Also, I love the eco friendly facility. I also enjoyed the breakfast as well as the wine and cheese in the evening. There’s so much about this Property I love.

Very nice property. My room was overlooking the Hwy. And never heard any traffic noise. Room was very spacious and comfortable.

Great hotel, 30 mins from downtown but a good option for a longer-term stay. Fantastic breakfast, coffee, tea all day, and nice staff.

new, clean facility with excellent service, esp for the price. free beer and wine after 5pm wkdays was a bonus!

Very friendly. Easy check in and out. Only issue was they didn’t have a restaurant like Travelocity said. Perfect for our family’s stay other than that.

It was close to where we were, right off the highway, clean, and easy to navigate! Our room had everything we possibly could have needed, and the amenities were lovely! Nothing - it was wonderful!
