When we got to our room, we noticed a pool of water on the floor. We contacted the front desk staff who immediately switched us to another room. They were also very helpful because we required extra time to vacate the accommodation. They extended our check out time by 1 hour and did everything in their power to ensure the passengers did not experience another delay.

It is starting to look dated and worn but is still very comfortable

The first room we got had a toilet that wouldn’t flush and the AC didn’t work. They moved us to a room with the smoke detector hanging from wires and a sink that wouldn’t drain

I needed a quick overnight before a commute into Austin. The location was right off the highway, so good for travel. For the price, the hotel was satisfactory. Not a complaint, more a curiosity. There was a slight smell to the room that seemed like male cologne- I couldn't tell if it was the cleaning supplies or from the previous person who stayed in it. It wasn't a bad smell per se, just didn't smell like your typical "clean hotel" fragrance.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was very basic. Room and furniture was a bit old. I paid around 200+ for the room which I think was expensive for this. Would have been pretty happy if I paid around 150 bucks hitch should be worth it.

Breakfast was very good, especially the biscuits and gravy. Some mornings the eggs were a little cold. Toilet, sink. shower curtain and coffee maker needed to be replaced or repaired.

Location Booked room with jacuzzi whirlpool tub but it did not actually work. By the time I figured that out, it was very late and I wasn’t able to inform staff until the morning. Very disappointing. Room was not clean.

Breakfast. I know it was Monday morning and not as many guests in, so staff offers a small amount of hot food at a time. The sausage links were horribly dried out, not sure if they were microwaved too long, had been sitting since 6am or both. Overall eh

Location was good Old dated decor. Sink and tub drains were clogged and very slow to drain. Shower head was crooked and installed horribly. Just pulling knob on bath faucet to transfer flow to shower felt like faucet would pull free of wall and you couldn’t get full flow to shower head. Old furniture and chipped furnishings. Towel rack is broken. Elevator flooring tiles chipped. Hall carpets dirty. Front counter at reception has leading edge falling apart. Breakfast was so limited and cheap we chose not to try. Our overall experience was awful and we wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Owners need to totally remodel and upgrade. Very poor experience and for what we were charged….awful.

There were bugs in the bathtub, the air wasn’t turned on when we got there so it took awhile for the room to cool down and we had to evacuate in the morning due to the fire alarm going off because someone burned something at breakfast.

Our room was in need of serious cosmetic maintenance. There was no list of tv stations or details about in-hotel amenities in the room. These things were probably available online, but old-school paper works for 20th-century guests. The breakfast offerings were adequate but certainly not memorable.

Check in was quick but 100.00 dollar deposit came out of left field. 4 days later still haven't released funds. On checking out no printout provided because we booked online! Requested rollin shower got tub, we managed but not what we had booked. Very nice room and safe.

I was only there one night. My room and the hall smelled musty. There was a huge dead roach in the middle of the bedroom floor. The floor needed a good sweep and deep scrub, you could see several spots that were missed. I found a dried out contact lens stuck to the floor by the bathroom.

It is an older building…their policy made me uncomfortable as the clerk copied my drivers license and my credit card out of my view. Accidentally selected the wrong date, refused to change the date, refused to refund it, I had to get a room for that night and just have a room for the next night even though I wouldn’t be there. Was told by multiple employees that management told them not to give there number, email or transfer people to them about an issue like I was having!!! Total bs! It was an honest mistake and something that should have been simple to fix! We made the reservation about an hour before we got there so there was no reason to act the way they did about it! Expedia is to blame as well as they refuse to help either!!!

I would definitely stay here again. Everything was clean from the parking lot, the lobby and the rooms. It was very quiet and we had no issues while there.

It was what to be expected for the nightly rate. They clean the rooms every 3rd day which we weren't informed of when we checked in, but other than that it was good.

There were cocroaches in the room. I reported to front desk and she ask. Whas it cocroaches or was it a big cricket? I showed her the picture and they gave a different room. And the new room still looked dirty.

Everywhere else the floor has a very old and smelly carpet, elevator has an unbearable stale smell. AC in the room exhausts in the bedroom and sounds like a helicopter. The smell in the room is old stale air, AC has probably never been cleaned. Room was clean, staff at the front helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast 2/10. Only 3 hot dishes, scrambled eggs that smelled bad, sausage links that were disgusting and tasted frozen burned, and potatoes that did not try after the first two. Waffle machine, cereal, coffee and one kind of yogurt. Very limited selection and quality subpar. Juice machine had two orange flavors, one was good the other completely water down, and apple juice. Walking distance to eateries near by. Overall, below average for one night stay.

The beds were really really hard. The second and last night our room flooded with water on the floor. We had to leave before breakfast was open without showering. I am expecting the manager to comp that night. The staff was great.

What I didn't like was you could turn the handle on the hot water all the way over the hot and it would come out room temperature, you have to turn it straight-up-and-down to get hot water out.

There was no notice when booking that they were doing a roofing job there. Very limited parking as be entire side of the parking lot was blocked off. Extremely noisy!!! Starting beating and banging on the roof starting at 6:00am. I definitely will not book at this location again.

The front desk people were excellent. They were friendly and efficient despite technical difficulties. They were quick to help solve our need for new towels. Traveling with young children wasn't an issue for safety. I appreciated that even though the hotel was full, I was not bothered by noise. Directions are needed for the television. Tell me how to quickly get programming for children! There was an odor on the way to the pool and the pool is small...sadly it was later at night that we looked at it too and it didn't look open even though it was near 100 that day. The property is in a convenient location in Round Rock along I-35. Overall, it was mostly clean but a bit dated. We would stay again if in the area.

There are several good restaurants around this hotel. Two good spots for Mexican food are right in front and BBQ options only minutes away. The location made getting around easy thanks to its proximity to I-35. A Walgreens was just 5 minutes down the road for last minute needs.

Walking into this property it was cute very ranch style gave a good impression. Walking into the room was very different. I had requested a non smoking room and could smell the odor of cigarettes as soon as the door opened. The receptionist could not get us into another room but was nice enough to let me use the deodorizer to spray the room. Went in to use the rest room and there was a ball of hair like someone went in trimmed their... hair, beard... whatever they trimmed they didnt clean up after. Although everything was folded and neat, unraveling the towels there was the same hair in 3 of the 4 towels we unfolded, hair on the shower wall and there was long dark hair in the sheets. Breakfast was included, but was it?? It was one of the smallest varieties i had seen and signs reading to please eat in the lobby. Would i go back? Probably not.

Walking into this property it was cute very ranch style gave a good impression. Walking into the room was very different. I had requested a non smoking room and could smell the odor of cigarettes as soon as the door opened. The receptionist could not get us into another room but was nice enough to let me use the deodorizer to spray the room. The woman who checked me in and out of the hotel was extremely friendly.

I bought my room had to early check out and they didnt give me back my money..this is a poor owner and i wont go back
