    My family and I as well as my extended family all stayed at this hotel for my son‘s wedding. I cannot say enough about just how friendly, welcoming and helpful the staff and managers were at this location! I was able to check in early after my long flight, they were so accommodating with our families and even had baked cookies in the lobby. I will definitely be staying here again and highly recommended! Thank you again so much.

    This was our 4th hotel in the last week for our trip… this was hands down the best of the 4! I will for here on out look to see if they are an option for all future traveling. They replaced breakfast items as they ran out and were present the full time of breakfast.

    The front staff (Maritza) was amazing and friendly. The overall stay was great. The beds are very very firm which I'm not use to. The surrounding area is loud and very busy with traffic, even late at night. The hotel can't control that however.

    We were originally booked at another hotel, that had overbooked their rooms and left us stranded at 11 at night. Expedia was able to help us by rebooking us here at this hotel, and I’m glad they did. The hotel was clean, the staff was extremely nice and took us in as a late check in. The rooms were clean, the hotel was clean, with easy access to the freeway and several restaurants in the area. We’ll definitely book there again during return visits to Atlanta

The wall panels in the elevator were peeling and the button pad had glue residue on it. The daily housekeeping check was tidy and well attended to, the general cleanliness was great, but there were signs that the general maintenance of the building needed more attention.

    Rakhi and crew are a professional bunch who lovingly attended to my needs making certain my stay was blissful. Yet, what's even more super-duper-awesome than that is that during my whole stay (3 nights) the place was under construction and I didn't hear a single peep from the construction! The room was clean and beautiful, AC great, fridge larger than most hotel rooms, bathroom super fresh and the TV was a decent size. I look forward to staying at the La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Atlanta Roswell again when I'm in the neighborhood.

    Room was vvery nice. Facility is under renovation so no fitnes center, no lobby. I am 79 and I workout in a fitness center 7 days a week but, since construction I was not able to do my workout. I also get up esrly and take a book to the lobby so my wife can sleep but because of construction there was no lobby. Construction limited my ability to exercise, have breakfast and rest hampered by construction.

    Reconstruction was nice The fact that the property was under reconstruction and was completely unaware of it. Charged me an unaware deposit for the room even though my room was paid in full. There was not hot water, Had to take cold shower. On top of walking up and down 3 flights of stairs due to the elevator not working.

    location that’s all we had move to two room. The first room shower water was stopped up and the TV wasn’t working. so we moved across the hallway well the room smelled really bad so we sprayed it with we came back in the smelled really bad so when we got up we asked the housekeeper for help she stated she has been trying for two days to get the smell out of the room. We went to the front desk and was told they don’t have any more king size room and that we can check out and get one night paid back. we told them that it is New Year’s Eve after going back and forth they gave us a king size room never again. BAD service. I would like my money back

    They were doing renovations on the floor above me, and woke me up at 8:30 am to saws and hammers. They didn’t have a luggage cart and offered me a laundry cart instead. Gross. We killed a roach within minutes of entering the room.

    It was very dirty, dirty towels with stains, dirty blankets and pillows a ton of little mosquitoes all over me while I’m sleeping and when I go to the bathroom. It’s a no smoking room but the whole place smelled like cigarettes and it just looks like they don’t clean the place at all!

    The location was ideal for us. The property is very run down, tiles in the lobby roof fell out as we arrived. Very poor decor, old and very worn paintwork and furnishings which are dirty, ill fitting toilets and sinks and poor shower facilities. The coffee machine in the room did not hold the coffee bag properly and leaked if you did not hold it, pillows on the beds are very uncomfortable. Breakfast was included, however the choice was very limited cereal or toast.

    Did not like a single thing about the room or my stay - thankfully it was for only 1 night. I reserved a King Room and was told when I checked in that there weren't any available and was given a 2 double bed room but when I got to the room, it was a King bed - not a good start! Bed was too soft and you kind of fell into the middle. The door would not open or close easily because the hinges were broken or loose and you had to body slam it to open or close. The paint was peeling off the wall.

    I honestly would say it’s a little older and needs to be renovated , the room I stayed in had stains on one of the bed sheets .. and honestly its just run down and needs some work. The environment is a little active with police everywhere and it's always something going on… I would say if you have too give it a try but I dont recommend .

    This was one of the worst La Quintas I have ever stayed at. Everything was worn and looked like it hadnt been updsince the 1970s. The breakfast was nearly inedible. And the food store was empty of almost everything escept Cheetoes. Even teh Elevator inspection was expired.

    This hotel needs some serious updating. The desk chair left pieces of vinyl on my leg when I stood up. The bed was comfy, but that was the best thing about the room. Pets used to stay free but it’s now $25. The air conditioner was loud and didn’t cool very well

    Feels like I really really have to say that my stay here the staff are friendly they have been very understanding a very professional I will say anyone that comes to stays here by car has been secured my life has been comfortable The breakfast is the only thing I have an issue with but I will come back here over and over if I'm in need to stay here

    Horrible experience. I was forced into purchasing a second room for my kids to stay in even though online the room I got said it sleeps 5. Then my son had roaches crawling on his bed. Complained to the front desk that night and they told me to come back in the morning and talk to management. I did that and they said they issued a refund for the 2nd room and that they also sent back my $50 incidentals. However, this happened on Tuesday night and then I call my bank this morning, almost a week later, to check on the status of the refund and there wasn’t one pending so I had to file a claim for both charges. This was an absolute horrible experience. Then when I showed them the picture of the roach she responded saying they sprayed for them on Tuesday. Absolutely horrible. I would definitely spend the extra money for a better hotel.

    This is literally a roach motel. It stank. There were bugs. I found a staff member sleeping on the lobby couch when I went to my car early one morning. The parking lot was dirty. The room was filthy - thank God I brought my own sheets. There was visable mold on the walls. Stains in the hallways floor & a mop that stayed in the hallway both days of my trip. It was demoralizing to stay here. I do not suggest it.

    The clerks were friendly, but the housekeeping staff was quite rude. The property is not clean and it is very outdated. Saw bugs in the room and in the lobby on a few occasions during my 3 night stay.

    White bedspread had stains. Hotel in need of a little general maintenance updating. Outside area needs attention. Bathtub had a constant drip. Air conditioner very loud when it kicks on. Went for breakfast at 8 - no coffee, only toast and waffle as options.

    Overall, my stay went fine. Checked in early. Desk clerk was prompt and courteous. Room was made up and ready. Accommodations looked old and worn. No USB outlets by the bed. Limited USB outlets overall. Bed was comfortable.

    All the photos online for this hotel should be removed!! In reality it is very old, run down and not maintained at all. Paint peeling on room walls. Door to room looked like a dog chewed on edges of the door. Elevator was out of order. I was placed on the 4th floor (got good exercise) because he said it would be quiet. Figured out it was because the first floor or 2 was for "extended stay" people although that was not advertised. The folks at the front desk never acknowledged me leaving or coming into the hotel. The breakfast was horrible. Basically coffee, waffles and some toast. Area around hotel was not very desirable either. In a nut shell DO NOT STAY HERE. If I didn't prepay through Hotels.com I would have left

    The problems started on my last day. I asked for an extended checkout for 1.5 hours (the hotel was dead). They told me it would cost me $20 per hour (the room was only $60 per night). So I asked to extend the reservation a day and was quoted a similar price over the phone for an additional night but that they needed me to stop by the front desk to run my card. As I was trying to complete this process, a different person quoted me a 25% higher price and refused to honor the price his co-worker gave me over the phone. So I decided to check out as fast as possible instead. I passed the man on the way out and he seemed surprised that the price was not honored. At that point, it was too late for me because as I was packing up my things to vacate, I saw 2 different roaches in my room. So renter beware. You'll likely be sleeping with roaches.

    They charge me $20 for not coming out at 11o'clock. I was ready before twelve. They know that they can easily take money out of your deposit and thats exactly what they did. Its an unwritten rule of thumb that you an hour grace to check. There was nothin that they only give 15mins grace. They took twenty out of my deposit because they have the deposit which suppose to be for smoking

    Not a very clean hotel… no toilet paper or towels in the general hotel bathroom. The gal at the desk was rude and must have repeated 3-4 times about not smoking in the room, which of course I would never do. Not very friendly or clean place… it’s rundown.

    Motel is very old and outdated. The pictures online are heavily photoshopped.. whole motel smelled like mold and weed. Breakfast doesnt start until 7 and is extremely limited. Not like the photos..
