The pool wasn’t even open and there was a sign that said closed for the season. Our shower was dirty with pubic hairs. There was hardly anything left for breakfast.

Decent place but very dated and in need of remodel. Close to everything.

Very clean and modern. Friendly staff. Location is convenient to everything, and ticked off the main road in a quiet wooded area. It was all good.

My room was deactivated without my notice couple of days. I have to come down with all access cards to activated to get in for no reason. Very frustrating, never seen any hotel doing this till now. Hotel staff and process must be fixed first. If some is wrong , have to inform us first by phone. Our wedding stuff is inside the room when this happened. I am the one booked 7 rooms and been mistreated. Hope my feedback help for future customers or blind eye

The breakfast menu was fresh and the room was clean. I wanted to make tea but the coffee maker was rusted so I told the front desk and they replaced it in a few minutes. The hotel is next to several restaurants, convenience stores and gas stations. We had a very comfortable stay.

The staff was real friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The beds were comfy! I would return in the future.

The hotel lobby blew me away! It was so clean and nice, the staff were very nice and room was very nice as well. They even serve breakfast which was another factor I liked. Will definitely come back again.

Very little to no food available at or after 9am-not everyone is up at 6am

Convenient Waited 15 minutes before someone came to check us in. We were the only ones waiting to check in but there was no employee in sight. I finally had to call the hotel phone and after about 20 rings someone ambled up to the desk and checked us in. Had booked a king bed but got two doubles instead. There were very few guests that night so it shouldn’t have been difficult to get the correct room.

Bathroom had long black hair on the walls, shower and bathroom door. Couldn't find ice machine. Wamted to wash clothes and front desk didhave quartes available. Went and git change and the machine said 2.00 but no slots for thst amount, Than cone to out None of the washers and dryers worked. Convenient to my destination.

I feel I would have faired better at a Comfort Inn. Breakfast was really good just seems the building needs rennovations. The price was a little steep, but I understand. My room and check in experience was top notch!!!

Beds were comfy. Our room was larger and more spacious than the average hotel room. (Not sure if we received an accessible room or not as we did not request one.) Would stay again. Did not make it to breakfast. Tried Keke's breakfast cafe up the street and it was really good. Some items got left behind by accident and the staff was great to work with on getting items back.

This hotel seem to have financial woes while it was tidy and clean for the most part. It had a pool that wasn’t gonna open in any time in the near future, which was of not noted on its website. We had several towels with big holes in them, I requested a blanket and got something like a bedspread so overall it really kind of damp in our experience.

We were in town to visit family. Access to the highway, restaurants, and stores was easy. We visited during winter so the pool was not open, but there were plenty of things to do within driving distance to stay busy and it was too cold outside even if the pool had been open. The breakfast was better than most continental breakfasts, everything was hot and already made. There were also healthy options with fresh fruits not just yogurt.

If I complained it would be about the TV. 1) There's no guide (on paper or on the TV) so you don't know where the channels you want to watch are without scrolling thru one at a time. and 2) scrolling is slow - takes 3-5 seconds per channel and when you get to the channel there's no id of the channel until it goes live and if on a commercial (most common) you have to wait for the program to start. very klunky in today's world of tech.

stay was ok, I gave it a 2 out of 5 star due to the fact that one of the rooms on my wing was smoking pot and we could smell it all down the hall way and in the stairwell.

Just stayed overnight and didn't use any amenities. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Shower water temperature was fine, water pressure not great. Elevator down the hall made a loud whooshing sound every time it opened and could be heard on the whole floor. There was a wedding going on downstairs so there were a lot of noisy guests.

There was a mix-up on check-in: they didn't have our reservation readily handy and there was some confusion. Having a light switch as you come into the room to light the bed/main area would be nice.

I believe the staff person who was trying someone was short sided. Firstly, I walk with a cane and was walking very, very slow to the front desk. I was the only person checking in. Everything was acceptable and satisfactory. Needed a hotel close to my son’s sports tournament. This worked. No complaints. Breakfast is not included. Allowed late checkout for 12pm.

The first two nights all i could smell in my room was marijuana smoke from the other rooms full construction workers for two of the 5 night stay. The lobby bar never opened the entire 5 night stay. Breakfast was not very desirable. Room was clean but the toilet paper holder was hanging by a thread and the poor craftsmanship on repairs was quite apparent. The security doors on my end of the building were broken and the elevator looked a little rough. I would not stay at this hotel again.

I would just like them to check dates more often on the products they are serving. I would hate someone to consume expired food and get sick. Comfortable beds, and service in other areas were great.

Our stay was pleasant, location was perfect. I wasn’t impressed with the room cleanliness though, it seemed the sheets weren’t replaced on one of our 2 queen beds, appeared slept in. We were too exhausted to complain & were told we didn’t have a room in check in because it was prepaid through outside sources.

The property location is great. The staff on the other hand is very rude. The hotel appears to be privately owned and the staff will speak rudely to anyone asking for the manager. I booked one night at the front desk and 2 additional nights via Expedia. They originally stated that they would not be able to accommodate due to being oversold. Upon speaking with Expedia they stated that they would honor the booking to avoid a fee from Expedia. My last night however was miscommunicated to Expedia and I was in essence kicked out of the hotel or asked to pay an outrageous fee to keep the room. While I appreciate the fact that there was a miscommunication the front desk staff went out of their way to be rude all the way up to threatening to call the police on us while I asked for the corporate phone number to . Never in my life have I experienced such terrible service.

The room was very nice, however it was located next to the stairwell which was continually being used by persons coming in and out. They kept slamming the door which made it difficult to sleep. Perhaps there should be a warning about how to close the door or that it is used for emergency purposes only

The room was very nice, however it was located next to the stairwell which was continually being used by persons coming in and out. They kept slamming the door which made it difficult to sleep. Perhaps there should be a warning about how to close the door or that it is used for emergency purposes only

The room and hallway carpet smelled so badly of smoke we couldn’t stay there. We left and got a room someplace else for the night.

Very clean. Good breakfast and very comfortable. And a great staff. I walked into the lobby and there was a man causing a horrible scene. The staff was awesome and handle him very well. Safe place to stay with a staff like that!

With other hotels around, this one is lacking. We got dumped in a noisy room by elevator and laundry with no working phone or bathroom fan. Woke up both mornings to burning smells (over the kitchen?). Not major issues but other places we’ve stayed recently didn’t have these inconveniences. The front desk staff look to be no more than 20yr olds and couldn’t get us moved to another room because of cleaning (?). We expected a bit more professionalism in staff & room quality. Won’t stay here again. We say look elsewhere.

Everything was perfect

Not happy I was not notified that they had change my suite to a regular kings bed. here was no hot breakfast, no microwave in the room and only 1 microwave for a booked hotel for people to come out of their room to the lobby. That is absolutely crazy. especially for a Hilton hotel. horrible!!!

what I didn't like is I booked a king suite which said on Expedia that it would have a sofa bed, microwave and 2 flat screen tv. When I got to my room it had none of this. I went back to hotel front desk . I was told they overbook the Kings suite and Expedia was notified. I was not even the any money back for my stay. Nor was I given a complimentary soda or chips. Just basically told well you booked from a 3 party take it up with them. I will not be booking with this hotel again.

Restaurant was closed but booking didn't say it was closed. Free breakfast turned out to be continental.

I loved the location and the staff was very delightful, especially Christopher. He helped check me in when I arrived and he made the process smooth and enjoyable

decor in room was greatly lacking. Everything else was excellent.
