I found the hotel to be very clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing that bothered me was the room air conditioner. It was next to the bed and was loud. It was running all night long due to the high humidity in Atlanta.

The breakfast was okay but not great. Egg looks like dog food but hash brown and meat patties are better. AC worked great, TV connection are outdated, unable to access YouTube and Netflix through personal or hotel accounts. Room is clean, and the staffs are helpful.

Property was clean and close to everything. Only complaint is in the king suite the bed is about 4 inches away from the air conditioner on one side and even with the air running the room was consistently warm.

When your next room neighbor plays video games screaming all night, it is hard to give the property a great review. I had reported it several times, but the problem continued waking me up at 1am, 2am, 3am. I believe other property could had handled it a different way.

Half of the lights and the outlets didn’t even work, especially the ones that were by the bed, the tv also did not work and the WiFi was horrible. Breakfast was dry and bland and the sausages were barely cooked, mind you we went as soon as they put out the food and it was cold. Staff ignored us and did nothing to make up for how bad our room was. Will not be staying again.

The front desk staff was very courteous and accommodating. So was the staff that set up breakfast. They even kept it open a little longer and turned drink machines back on and took out bagels already packed up at our request.

The pool is closed from September to may, and the gym had not been deep cleaned in a while , room was clean and quiet , it would have been nice to take a china mug for my tea ,

My door keys wouldn't work after multiple keysv given so instead of told to keep trying, they made it easy with giving me another room where the 1st set of keys worked. Close to restaurants and a short drive to Chattahoochee Nature Center. The bathtub was dirty(dirty ring around the tub). I mentioned this to the manager. She said she was sorry and did I report it…I am reporting it now. I told her I had pictures, but she wasn’t interested in seeing them. I went over and began making a cup of coffee and breakfast. The manager came to my table and interrupted my breakfast. She said she checked the bathtub and there wasn’t a dirty ring around the tub. She asked to see the pictures. She said she didn’t see anything in the pictures as well. So we walked to my room(104) to look at the tub. She stated again, she didn’t see a dirty ring around the bathtub. I got a towel and scrubbed the dirty ring and showed her and someone else the came with the manager. They saw the dirt on the towel. Dead silence…no one said anything. I turned around and walked out the room. I got my luggage and left. I did not appreciate the way I was treated. I know my pictures aren’t the best, but you can tell there is a dirty ring around the bathtub and definitely can see it in person.

We just need a room for the night while we were in town celebrating a wedding. The room was clean, the AC was great, and the beds were super comfy. The room had good amenities and provided anything we may have needed during our stay.

When I checked in, they wanted a extra $50 deposit for incidentals and I couldn’t figure out where I could spend $50 on incidentals because they do not have any vending machines, but I was told it would be taken off tomorrow morning. Our TV did not work properly and we could not use it And call down and they said that we could move to another room. We’ve had a long day and I’m 82 years old and I did not have the energy to move so that was disappointing. Then we found a cup in a drawer that it looked like it had Spit tobacco in the bottom of it and it smelled it had just been left in the drawer. we each just had one washcloth the bed is comfortable and the room had everything we needed, but I am quite disappointed in the experience.

Bathtubs were great for the baby. The elevator wasn’t too far and the room wasn’t freezing Even with the fan running all night. Plus, all the staff was really nice.

I was so impressed with how clean the outside but the inside was. No sticky floors or carpet in the room. The staff was so nice and considerate, she felt like family! Checking in was so easy and simple.

Our stay was short. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was very nice and hot! Coffee was prefect. Everything went well, the rooms were just enough. We got in fast had everything we needed. Would make reservations again when we come into town. would have liked more towels

The morning breakfast was "Excellent"! The woman who managed that area was warm, friendly and very "Customer Focused"! I registered on Thursday afternoon and received no service re trash removal and clean towels. I went to the desk to get a towel set Saturday evening because I was checking out Sunday morning. I had studied in my room using my AirPods for approximately 90 minutes before checking out. It wasn’t until the following day that I realized they were missing. I used Apple’s Find My tracking feature and was shocked to discover that my AirPods were no longer at the hotel. Instead, they appeared at a private residence approximately 1.5 miles away, where they were active intermittently over two days. I immediately contacted the hotel to report the situation and clearly informed the staff that I was tracking the AirPods in real time. I provided them with the exact address where the AirPods were showing activity, suggesting that they cross-reference that location with their employee roster. Despite this, I was told only that my report would be passed on and that management would follow up. That evening, I activated Lost Mode, which allows the finder to view my contact information. No one reached out. By the next morning, the devices were no longer traceable—indicating they had either been turned off or the battery had died. When I followed up with management the next day, I was told that my AirPods had miraculously been turned in to Lost and Found.

The only problem was the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom needs repair and the jets need to be cleaned. I wanted to take advantage of using the jacuzzi feature but changed my mind when I seen the condition of the tub and jets. Other than that this hotel gets 4 stars

It was a nice place. Walking distance from many eateries. Quiet and privacy. Nice rooms. I had a nice king size suite 3 days under $300 total with taxes. It realy was a nice, comfy room. Not cheap looking at all! I don't stay in dumps!

We stayed in a double bed bedroom and they only provided two towels. When we asked for more clean towels, the staff acted like we were crazy for needing clean towels. The elevator had trouble shutting and was kind of jank. There were stains on the carpets and walls. The furniture had rips. Overall not great.

The toilets were EXTREMELY LOW to the floor and the vanity with the sink was too high. The cleaning staff did not leave an extra roll of toilet paper.

The AC unit never got cold. When I arrived, the unit registered 72; however, it was much warmer. Even when placed on 67 degrees, the room never cooled appropriately after several hours. The pool gate was locked and the back door access was "out of order".

The room was relatively clean but definitely older and towels and bed sheets were definitely on the cheaper side, but that is to be expected at budget friendly hotels. What wasnt expected was that our AC unit was broken and there was a loud convention going on at the same time that had people partying in one of the event space rooms until 3 AM. Better for those on a budget and need a cheaper option that is in a safe area with plenty of food around.

Everything was good and would have given it a 5 star but the AC wasn’t blowing the coldest air. It was fine considering it was t too hot out but had it been hotter it may have been an issue. Otherwise everything else was good.

This is one of my worst experiences at hotels. First we booked a room with 2 queen beds ( a family of four). After travelling 10 hours and arriving at 10 pm, the front desk argues with us we didn’t and they don’t have this room. We ended up having king with the worst sofa bed ever and with no sheets, covers or pillows. We went downstairs again to ask about them, and they brought some from the laundry room and give them to us to carry to our room. I don’t work at your hotel to carry sheets and covers myself. Not to talk about the nasty smell. It seemed like mold coming from stagnant water inside the air conditioner, which btw, took about 3 hours to start changing the very hot root to somewhat tolerable one. Also, when we opened the sofa bed, a strange crystal drug jumped from it. It was shady and the area at night is full of addicts who asks for money if you dare go out to get stuff from your car. The back door, which was conveniently beside our car, not working- you can get out, but can’t back in again, so we had to get our luggage all the way through the front door. Breakfast options were limited. For sure never again book there. Worst experience ever in my life. We ended up cutting our trip short to flee fast.

Location was perfect for what we were in town for. Room was decent. AC worked great, not too much noise. However, the coffee maker, remote control, and lights above the bed did not work, and there was a questionable stain on the wall of the shower. Probably will stay somewhere else if I visit again.

It was a clean, comfortable hotel. The breakfast was tasty. It was handy to where we needed to be.

Breakfast was very good..Room was very comfortable. Several restaurants within walking distance.

The staff needs to have a designated parking area and not park in front of the handicap spaces. That's my only problem with this hotel.

The pool is false advertisement. It’s not open. There’s no entry to the building besides the front door. Noticed the housekeeping putting trash bag rolls in the preexisting side doors sometimes got lucky and got to come in that door opposed to walking all the way to the front to get to my room all the way on the other side. The breakfast was great and the lady assisting breakfast was on point keeping up with the cleanliness and restocking. Our room AC wasn’t working at its best capacity. It blew air just not cold air.

Would have given it a five rating, but the pillows are way too small for a comfortable sleep. Also, the AC unit is very loud.

Good property overall. Only needs new carpet in the hallway and maintenance to the access box in the rear of the hotel.
