    The bathroom was disgusting, I put a small towel in the tub before showering and immediately it turned black. There were cockroaches in the room, no fitted sheet on the bed. Safety terrible, the bottom part of the bed was sticking out and it didn’t give enough room between the bed and the desk. Wi-Fi terrible connection was horrible; it is free!

    The room was fairly clean. Having a hot tub was nice. Staff was friendly & helpful. But everything was run down and outdated. Cracks, chips & scratches on the paint, walls, tiles & furniture. TV did not work very well. This place could definitely use some remodeling. Overall not bad if you’re looking for an inexpensive motel

    This hotel sits on the corner of what is the two main intersections in the city of Rosemead, CA (a suburb, 10 miles east of LA ) . They said you can’t hear traffic yet you’re close to all needed conveniences whether it’s a Walmart or a laundromat, etc. etc. anyway after spending all day landscaping family property, which currently has no hot water. I needed a rest and a hot shower so this clean, comfortable, quiet room served the purpose and the staff was friendly and very flexible allowing me to check in later then usual or then is required so I thank them. Very easy checkout and just a very non-eventful experience thank you.

    I use to go here quite often, but they started changing a lot of things every other week. I missed my checking by a few minutes due to my tire being popped. I took a tow truck all the way back to the motel just so they would deny me a room even though I had made a reservation. The proof was right in front of their faces when the tow truck was dropping my truck. I had to sleep in the truck!! The cleaning ladies are amazing but the office people are rude and grumpy. I I have never been asked for a deposit and then all of a sudden they ask for a $50 deposit. I let them know that I have never done that before and the lady said well now it’s a $50 deposit 😳 highly upset I still paid it. Tha was back in April, it’s about to be a month since my deposit has been on hold. This is ridiculous! Absolutely no way im going here again. It was a great place until they started with all this weirdness

    The room was clean, the bathroom functional, but somewhat dilapidated. The wifi-password I was given was almost correct; after trying some different combinations, I got it to work - this is after I asked another guest for who was also waiting at the front desk for the staff that never came (at least not during the 5 minutes I waited there).

    Literally baby Nats all hovered from the bathroom to the sink floorboards peeling in some areas & the door scarily easily unlocked. Also when u get there there's a $50 co fee that they don't tell u abt when u book. Pillows & sheets dont look washed luckily I brought a blanket. Soap was crusted when poured out. Bed rock hard. I wish I was exaggerating. TV was nice tho !

    Rented a hot tub room. Hot tub didn’t work. Was not issued a refund. Property was dirty and loud. No smoke detector in unit. Had to contact the fire department to report issue. Worst hotel experience i’ve ever had.

    Staff was friendly. Room had a lot of mold expected I guess because of jacuzzi. Jacuzzi jets did not work well. They were slow and not strong. There should be a sign that it is a temperature regulated jacuzzi. Other than that, convenient place for restaurants and stores. Extremely soft bed.

    This is beyond ridiculous what this hotel had for me when I came in. I got the room and I thought I got a good deal due to some reviews but I ended up getting a room that smelled like cigarettes and alcohol. There were bugs as well and ended up sleeping in my car. Worse stay EVER.

    They moved us to a different room with a working jacuzzi, but that room was also old, dirty, and smelled moldy. When we tried to use the jacuzzi, the water smelled terrible and didn’t seem clean. It was really disappointing because we booked the room specifically to relax, but instead it felt disgusting. The most frightening part happened in the middle of the night when someone tried to open our door and come inside. That moment honestly scared us and made us feel completely unsafe. After that, we couldn’t even sleep properly because we were worried about our safety. Overall the whole stay was stressful, uncomfortable, and honestly shocking. I would never stay here again. I truly wish there was an option to give 0 stars

    Ok so when I arrived to check in, at around 930pm, after my sisters funeral, I was tired and just wanted to get my room to rest , it at the moment I arrived to the lobby to check in there was this cartel saying receptionists was on Break an that he will be back at 1030pm, so I called him and told him I was waiting , he was upset because I was bother him on yhis “break” of an hour, finally after waited fo 35 minutes he got there, and gave me my keys. Honestly that was the first time that happend to me, and I was not very nice after my long day dealing with the lost of my sister.

I’ve taken a vow of abstinence as part of loyalty to Almighty God. I fear these people are attempting to commit slander and fraud. I will never stay there again. Travelers beware.     The hospitality was great. The front desk person was friendly and very helpful. The reason I didnt rate it 5 stars is because the room had an odor that what's unpleasant, and there were stains in the restroom walls. Another thing the television in the room was not working. Other than that it was a good stay.

    Cons: the toilet made a loud noise after flushing, the toilet seat lid was stained (not sure if it was old blood or poop but looked sketchy), the residents was sketchy too lots of loud talking and homeless people loitering in the area, the fridge in the room didn’t even work (items never got cold) also it had a weird paint odor on the inside of it, the soap dispenser in the shower need to be changed looked ancient and broken, there was almost never a staff member at the front desk (when I arrived I rang the door bell 3 times and waited 10 minutes just for a lady to come and assist me).

    The manager/ owner is extremely rude. I paid for two nights, my flight was cancelled and he gave my room away. Double dipped, got paid twice and didn't offer a refund. Also he was extremely rude to an unhoused person I tried to help by simply leaving a bag for this person to claim in 30 mins. In addition, kids are heard screaming outside the hotel lobby all night.

    I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Upon arrival, I waited over 30 minutes at reception with no staff present. When someone finally arrived, the communication was very poor. The room was extremely dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor. The bed, blankets, pillows, and covers were visibly unclean, and the overall condition of the room was unacceptable. The smell made the stay unbearable. This was a terrible experience, and I will never stay here again. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
