We have stayed there twice. I have three young children. It’s perfect for family accommodations.

Room was large, comfortable and clean.

10/10 would stay here again. Check in and out was a breeze! Breakfast was a 9.25/10 only because there was no syrup for the waffles and I couldn't find staff to ask for some. However later it was out! The capacious sweet was clean and had everything I needed.

Only thing was they didn’t have updated smart TVs, I know it’s small but I didn’t want to watch the local cable channels would’ve preferred to watch Netflix on the TV

We were promptly greeted and checked in. The rooms were quiet, clean and ample to entertain family for a special event.

I arrived 2 hours after our check-in, and our room wasn't ready, which caused a lot of stress. They didn't seem bothered at all, acting like nothing was happening. I found their treatment to be absurd and do NOT recommend this place.

The bed slept well, I liked having a kitchenette in the room. The only concern I had was during breakfast, there was ONE waffle maker, and about 30 persons eating breakfast. All other breakfast items were pre made and they looked fine.

I can't speak to the breakfast because I didn't get out the bed for breakfast way too comfortable by far this has been one of the best experience in the hotel The hotel itself was clean smell good roaming and cozy will return

I stayed here about 3 weeks ago. I really loved the quietness of the room, and the hotel in general. Clean room. It was in a lovely location. Front desk was superb. Great stay.

Decent place to stay. Air conditioning is cold, which is great! Check in took forever, there was no one at the desk with a sign saying they would be right back. Waited over 15 minutes for someone to come. The air freshener in the lobby is awful and gave me an instant headache so having to wait around in it sucked. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

The Layout & Workspace The room is divided into distinct zones: a sleeping area, a workspace, and a kitchenette. For anyone working remotely, the desk is substantial—not one of those decorative slivers of wood. It has accessible outlets and a decent chair, making it a viable mobile office. The Kitchenette This isn't just a "microwave and mini-fridge" setup. It features: A full-sized refrigerator. A two-burner stovetop. A dishwasher (with detergent provided). Standard cookware and utensils. It allows for actual meal prep, which is a necessity if you’re trying to avoid a week of sodium-heavy takeout. The Sleep Quality The King bed is firm but supportive. The separate seating area usually includes a sofa bed, which provides a buffer between the door and the sleeping area, cutting down on hallway noise. Bottom Line The decor is standard corporate—it won't inspire a poem, but it’s clean and functional. It’s a solid choice for long-term stays or anyone who values a door between their bed and their "kitchen." It does exactly what it claims to do without any unnecessary drama. Pros: Full kitchen, legitimate desk space, quiet layout. Cons: Standard hotel aesthetics; breakfast can be a bit of a crowded "social hour" you may want to avoid.

So very clean, modern. Everything you need. Lots of towels. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was great and served by a very welcoming staff. 5 stars!

Also they have the best breakfast! Hot and cold assorted choices. Best coffee! Hostess, Kim, is lovely and keeps the food hot and pleniful. Also on Mon - Wed evenings they have a happy hour for guests. What more could you ask for.

Room was very clean and it was nice having a small kitchenette. Shower needs some caulk work done. We only stayed one night as stopover on long drive to Florida. We checked in very late and there was no where to park. This hotel shares a parking lot with another hotel and the lot was full.

The breakfast was adequate, everything was fresh. There was fruit, muffins, different breads, bagels, hot items, etc. we did not leave hungry. , One of the two elevators wasn’t working, which meant longer wait time going up and down. At least the other one was working.

Got 2 calls from the front desk saying the person under us was complaining about noise and it’s been for hours. When we were literally not there. We heard it when we got there but it wasn’t complaining worthy. There were ALOT of families with kids staying at the hotel. Staff was really nice. But my son is autistic and it made me feel like he had to be on pins and needles whenever he moved

Pool Comfort Happy hour is a nice touch Staff Ethernet option Basketball court Very disgusted w the amounts of hair found. Attempted to use sheets in the closet that were bagged but they were clearly not clean. There was hair on it I could see through the plastic bag. Went down to get more bedding and that bedding also had multiple strands of hair on it. I ended up buying bedding at Walmart. 2 strikes. Went to the pool and a towel also had hair on it. I’m disappointed and disgusted honestly. Besides that the stay was ok. But that was just too many instances where I found hair.

The elevator was having issues. 1 of them was moving extremely slow and the other one the door wouldn't shut properly. So we had to use the stairs the whole visit. Which was a bit of an inconvenience for my cousin who is handicapped. But things happen, and even with this it was still a great stay as usual.

This is by far my favorite hotel. The staff is always friendly. The hotel is clean everywhere, including the pool. We come here every year when we come into town.

Honestly, I really can't find anything wrong to say about this place. Front desk was friendly and helpful.

How big the room was, the couch with chase. It was a good size so my mom could have enough room to walk around, she’s disabled and she needs to use her walker. I wish we could have been there earlier to check out the hotel more than we did. Everyone I talked too on the staff was wonderful., The pet fee’s were too much and I wasn’t notified of them. Even though I don’t like the fee I understand you need to make sure you have a deposit in case they need to fix anything that was ruined.

We stayed over night on or way to our winter cabin in WV, driving from FL. The studio room with full kitchen was very spacious, comfortable, clean and modern. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was very large for hotel standards. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Free Breakfast was typical continental self serve. Pet friendly hotel.

The manager still wasn't available but the concierge was great, looked into my claim and said they would refund the charge within 10 to 12 business days. It's been 13 days and $178.41 hasn't been returned. Just book through the hotel and save yourself this trouble.

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel. My family & i rented a suite for one night as we passed through rock hill. The room was clean,the beds were comfortable & the hotel itself smelled wonderful. I have high expectations & staybridge met all of them.

Really enjoyed our stay at Staybridge Suites. The room was incredibly spacious and the location was right off the freeway and felt incredibly safe. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was perfect, room had plenty of space for us, was clean and comfortable. The pool was closed for maintenance that was the only reason for 4/5 stars for facilities as our 10yr old was a little bummed. The half basketball court made up for it!

I liked the clealiness of the facility, friendliness of the staff, and the great location near the Interstate and shopping.

Clean- here for travel volleyball for my daughter - booked here partially bc there was breakfast - but breakfast didn’t start till 730 on weekends - this was NOT advertised- pretty upset about this as we could have used the meal before leaving for the day

The breakfast was included but not too tasty. Fresh fruit would have been nice. The warm food - eggs burnt. The staff ignored you when you walked by anyone. The front desk staff doesn't look up when you walk in and out.

Likes that it was close to a lot of restaurants & shopping centers & the hotel was really nice had breakfast buffet. Indoor pool & fitness center.

The rooms are really nice and comfortable. The only thing i had an issue with. The breakfast was terrible. I liked that they changed it up each morning and i kept hoping it would get better throughout the week. It never did. The food at the social each evening was very good. It was such a surprise after the breakfast I had. I am going back next week for work but will be staying at the Holiday Inn next door just because their breakfast is so much better even though its the same each morning. Please do better.

The rooms were large , bed was comfortable. My children enjoyed the indoor pool , basketball, and game room. Staff was helpful. The pull out couch in our first room was not clean, it smelled of urine , I stripped the sheets and there was two large stains on the mattress. I didn’t not find out this until I went to out my kids to bed, housekeeping had already left, but luckily we were able to switch rooms. Breakfast buffet was ok, everyday the hot items were terrible sausage and cold previously frozen hashbrowns. There was stains on the carpets throughout the hotel, definitely felt I had to walk with shoes on even in our room.

Everything is always excellent at Staybridge . It was excellent this time I will say the breakfast is going down hill compared to what it was . They should offer a happy hour as well. But overall Staybridge is excellent

The breakfast is your normal waffles, egg/cheese/cereals and sausages like all other hotels. Very cleans and I would highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities!! Staff were super friendly!

We have stayed here several times. There is a morning breakfast, but it could be elevated a little. Cleaning staff, hotel cleanliness and location were all great!

Very nice property.

Great value for the price. Clean and spacious room. Staff was friendly and helpful. A few complaints: I had to request for my room to be visited by housekeeping as they missed us multiple days (we stayed for 7 nights). I was having to take my own trash out and get fresh towels from the front desk. Breakfast ran out of many items daily. Other than that we had a great stay!

The location and rooms were excellent and would definitely warrant a return trip. The breakfast was on the poor side and the food was not very tasty. The juice machine was out of order and waffles were mushy.

Hotel was very clean. Rooms were very large. Beds very comfortable. The fact that there was a choice of firm or soft pillows was a bonus for us as we like different pillows

Would stay again

The only negative was that the fridge in our room was incredibly loud and made a noise best described as clucking like a chicken. I consider myself a very heavy sleeper but it was enough to keep me from falling asleep for a while. Oddly enough, we had family staying in another room that night that said their fridge was also loud.

Great stay

Good location.

Check in was easy, the beds and pillows were amazing , the hotel was clean and very comfortable. The Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion that was provided was very nice . Breakfast was amazing with a lot of little “extra” offerings that most places do not have with breakfast. Food, coffee, OJ , fountain drinks all were very good . Overall this was one of the best hotel stays that we have had in a long time. Would stay again!

The staff were extremely helpful and polite. We had a great stay.

Me and the family will stay again

Four friends booked a queen kitchen suite. Very spacious never on top of each other. We had coffee while we read our books by the cozy fireplace and ended the nights with hot cocoa & Rumchata via the full size coffee maker in our room.
