We arrived at the property and it was run down. Not at all like the pictures on the website. You could smell mold in the lobby. We went in to take a look at the room and it was very shabby. The flooring was being held together with packing tape! The carpet in the hall was partially ripped up. Bags of trash where beside the door to go in the building. This property should not even be on Hotels.com

The bed was comfy But the shower was cold wouldn’t get hot and the shower had hair in it as someone was shaving and the didn’t clean it properly also a burrito left in the microwave

The room was very clean. I absolutely love the bed. The mattress was so comfortable. Staff was so helpful with any questions.

Nothing Waited at front desk for over 10 minutes to check in. Felt like we were an inconvenience! Desk clerk couldn’t tell us anyplace but a pizza place to get delivery. Called couldn’t order over the phone. Only online and wanted personal info. Seemed sketchy. Desk area/countertop are were sticky/dirty. Pulled bed cover down, sheets didn’t look clean. And as if that is not enough, went into the bathroom, turned on the light and a 3 inch cockroach crawled out from above the sink! We went to the front desk told her we were leaving. She asked why-we told her and she said Ohh OK. No apologies, no refund offer and we weren’t 2 minutes from the hotel and she charged our card for the full amount! NEVER, EVER AGAIN!

We found a dead cockroach in the fridge and we didn’t have clean towels for two of our five nights, even after talking to the front desk multiple times. Air conditioning was fine, the breakfast was pretty meh, I just ate oatmeal packets the whole week.

Not very clean hotel. Pool is green. The restaurant is all closed up. Very trashy looking from the outside. I wish I picked another hotel lesson learnied never booking a hotel with them again.

The front desk girl was very nice and helpful, but unfortunately the rest of the stay was disappointing. The room did not feel clean, there was a strong smoke smell, and overall it seemed dirty. The pictures online looked nothing like the actual property, which was very misleading. There also appeared to be some shady housing along the back side of the hotel, and I did not feel safe during my stay. Because of these issues, I would not recommend this hotel.

The room was nice and clean. There is no lock on the door. The staff came into my room without even knocking. The owners do not know English and it’s difficult to communicate. But overall I did enjoy my stay.

It was last minute since there was no hotels available due to there being a basketball tournament and the others that we usually stay in was all booked but it was ok for the price and the one night to lay my head and my 2 daughters but we couldnt use the refrigerator it was so dirty no ice machines worked on either location and it smelled really bad in the hallways I did notice alot of people stay there so I guess thats why the location dont really be looking for visitors because they mostly have people staying at this location will not go there again though It was someone where to sleep for the night got our food from waffle house and ate and went to sleep

This place was not fit to stay in. There was another guest in my assigned room and the rooms themselves were dirty. A couple in front of me opened their room which was covered in construction and renovation materials. Once I tried to give the key back to the staff member up front she became very rude. This was booked through Expedia so I’d have to go through them for a refund but the photos online do NOT match and I feel scammed. I do not recommend anyone stay here.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to help when there was a problem with booking.com. Decorated nicely and full breakfast. Most guest were long term and we were approached by several residents. There was active drug use on the property and the rooms were only moderately clean. I did not feel safe leaving my kids in the room to get something from the car after dark.

I did not like any thing at all! I requested a refund because I felt unsafe at this location. We did not stay! I asked for a refund because I paid with my credit card. The front desk says she could only give me half my money because I booked with this site. So please refund the balance of my money. Thank you so much. Lucy Michael

There were no signs indicating where the entrance was, so we had to drive around the back of the building and it resembled an apartment building more than a hotel. We checked in and weren’t told how to get to our room. So we walked down the only hallway where there was water in the floor, exposed pvc pipes coming out of the wall and a window that looked as though someone shot it. After finding our room we opened the door and cockroaches scattered. We went to the front desk and decided we would find other accommodations. After being told we’d receive a refund that still hasn’t processed.

The room has cocroach i asked for fresh towels and received none the owner was a bit rude to me when I asked for towels she asked if I was checking out and theroom across from me they were doing some work and on Saturday I heard I'm not sure if it was her but some one talking to the construction company out in the hallway till like 5pm and why did they put me there and the door was slamming all hours of the night

The people at the front desk were very pleasant. We didn't get to try breakfast as we slept in. Beds were very comfortable. The room was located on the back side of the building and the outside area was poorly lit. It was a bit sketchy for a single lady traveling with her young grandson.

Our room was given away upon arrival but they placed us in a comparable room. Someone came knocking on sliding glass door looking for drugs. Pool closed many hours early both nights. Smell of musk in the hallways.

We checked in late, around midnight therefore I inquired about late check out in which i was told we had until 12pm. At about 10:40 housekeeping is constantly knocking on the door in which we keep telling the lady we're staying until 12. At around 11:30am another woman by the name of Katherine in which i've assumed is head housekeeper bangs on the door rudely and tells us we need to leave now. We have 5 mins to leave or she's charging my card again. And also states if we don't leave in 5 mins she's calling the police to remove us. This is all being yelled through the door by the lady Katherine. I go to tell her we were told we have until 12pm to leave and she continues to be loud, nasty and rude telling us there is no note on the account and we better leave or she is calling the cops. Threatening us saying "watch" and then goes on to say we have until 12 to leave or she will call the police. So of course feeling uncomfortable and threatened, we decide its time to leave and start packing up. Meanwhile the lady is in the hallway continuing to shout nasty comments that we can hear through the door as well as any other guest that are still there. Its painfully obvious that the hotel owner puts all income into THEIR pocket and zero back into this hotel. Be warned.....I wish someone would have warned me. (Late at nite, Exhausted, Every other hotel booked....etc) When Expedia charged me $115 for the room, I thought "it must be nice ....then I get there after a 13 hour drive and Hotel Cleck shows me my reservation for $80. But $115 came out of my bank account. Expedia seriously needs to review this hotel.

No one was there to check in or out we had to wait forever to get our rooms. They gave away one of our rooms so we ended up with a different one that you couldn’t use the bathroom it was absolutely disgusting the phones did not work the other room had no working outlets and that phone did not work either. They switched one room to another and no one could sleep because the smoke alarm went off all night and the room was not clean. Front desk had no one working to speak to about anything and management refuses to call back when we have called about it.

This was a last-minute trip, and I reluctantly had to settle for a hotel chain that’s far from my usual choice. The pictures looked appealing, but they were a far cry from reality. While the front desk attendant was genuinely warm and welcoming, the room was only passable with its basic amenities, marred by a musty odor. The bed was uncomfortable, and the blanket clearly hadn’t been washed properly; I was lucky to have an extra one in the car. Even the door lock handle was loose, which made me uneasy, though I managed a makeshift fix with a hanger. Since it was just an overnight stay, I managed to get through it, but I won’t be straying from my trusted hotel chains again. Comfort Inn used to be reliable, but they’ve really fallen off lately. To top it all off, the offered breakfast was unappetizing.

Sketchy neighborhood with no lighting on back side. Police called several times on trouble makers and loud people. Beds made loud noises every time you move, and second class renovation job on the rooms.

From the outside it looks like a run down property. The inside isn’t that bad but the strike plate was missing from the door and it the door moved. It locked but we didn’t feel safe. We couldn’t tell anyone since the phone was out of order. We stayed the one night but we will consider other options on our next visit. Room 160.

Door didn't close on its own, like most hotel doors do. Breakfast bar was out of eggs one morning, out of butter the next...

I was traveling with my family and was approached by what I can only assume were homeless drug addicts asking for money. I was traveling with my family which included young kids This was a very unsafe environment for them so we decided to find other accommodations There was no security and the fact that police were not called leads me to believe that this was the norm for this establishment. I do not recommend this as a place to stay ever. The hotel and Expedia refused to provide a refund each saying it was the responsibility of the other to provide a refund I am very disappointed in the whole experience Again I would urge against planning a stay in this establishment

Our stay was a place to sleep for 3 people, but since we had a handicap room, the beds where not queen size, we had full size beds that where not comfortable for my husband and I to sleep in together, I asked for a big chair for my husband, instead of the roller chair and was told there were none. The sliding glass door did not open in our room. There was mold in the shower, under the soap stand. They don't come in and make up the beds or anything, we had to ask for toilet paper and was told that they don't clean your room until the 3rd day. We stayed from Thursday to Monday. The pictures online are very deceiving of what the rooms look like. For breakfast was very simple items. The staff was very nice and friendly Other than that, it was close to family members that live in SC and NC that we were visiting.

Our stay was a place to sleep for 3 people, but since we had a handicap room, the beds where not queen size, we had full size beds that where not comfortable for my husband and I to sleep in together, I asked for a big chair for my husband, instead of the roller chair and was told there were none. The sliding glass door did not open in our room. There was mold in the shower, under the soap stand. They don't come in and make up the beds or anything, we had to ask for toilet paper and was told that they don't clean your room until the 3rd day. We stayed from Thursday to Monday. The pictures online are very deceiving of what the rooms look like. For breakfast was very simple items. The staff was very nice and friendly Other than that, it was close to family members that live in SC and NC that we were visiting.

I called the day before to inform them of a late arrival. The receptionist made a note of that, but upon arrival I was told I didn’t have a room and was charged a no show fee. After going to the hospital the next day I stopped and purchased cleaning products and shower shoes. I moped the floors and put linen sanitizer on all fabric. Went to shower and the curtain wouldn’t stay shut due to the electrical tape fixing it at a downward angle. Not a good stay for sure.

The bathroom door didn’t stay closed, there were cigarette burns in the blanket on the bed, ink splatter on the floor and hair shavings on the sink. I’ve also stayed here before and the service and room was better but this past time it was both pretty poor service and room cleanliness. Though it is cheaper than other places so you get what you pay for.

The television did not work, and there was no hot water in the shower. This is an older hotel and it shows. It is obvious that there has been a lot of effort to try and clean/ fix this place, but there are also a lot of shortcuts that have been taken and that is evident.

Though the staff were very nice, the door didn’t close properly, allowing it to lock, the floor was dirty, and the shower never got hot. Also, the property allowed monthly rentals so it had a vibe that just didn’t feel like a place for travelers. On the upside the bed, pillows and towels were surprisingly nice. Very clean and new and soft.

The hotel staff were super friendly! The room was clean although Im used to stay in more high end hotels, this was a good pick for last minute!! The ONLY thing was the pool was Green!!! Ugh! Overall, If I ever had a last min stay, I'll stay again.

Breakfast is only waffles and cereal. It is heavily guarded because they have people that live there full time. House keeping didn’t come the entire 6 days of my stay. I asked for additional towels and they never showed up. No ice machines work. The hallways smell of deodorizer and weed. People running through the parking lot yelling the DEA is here. Cops showing up in the morning looking for a dead body and found a body dumped from an OD. Sink didn’t drain and the shower sucked.

Never been inside a dirty hotel in my life. Refused to stay the night. Stunk like an ashtray. I’m a cancer patient too so it was an extreme health concern. Pillows yellow with blood stains. Absolutely gross. Had special housing people living there full time too. Not at all what I thought I booked. The receptionist was nice but that’s about it

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been too! When we first got there the staff were fast and friendly checking us in. We got into the building and it smelt HORRIBLE! We get into our room and it smelt like dirty cigarettes. The floors were so dirty, the bathroom was so disgusting and the shower curtain was full of mold and actually falling off the wall. Then we are getting ready to go to bed and there was a man outside our door banging and screaming for 15 minutes for the person across from us to open their door. Someone had their music on all night. We literally left our air and tv on to drown out the noice of the hallways. There’s so many people that live there full-time. Oh and the guy at the front desk told us that if you want breakfast you need to come as soon as it opens because there’s nothing left after 30 mins. We went at 7:45 before checking out and there was one yogurt left.

Least of all the complimentary breakfast was sparseto say the least, waffles and dry cereal not that i was going to eat anything after the bugs in our room i didnt trust the food storage practices.

My stay at the Quality Inn was a regrettable experience. I won’t be returning, and I strongly advise others to explore alternative accommodations. Save yourself the disappointment and find a better place to rest your head. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful when asked for fresh towels and room service. Neither was done !

It was under construction. We parked all the way in the back hallway, stairway smell like urine disgusting people all outside drinking smoking staff was uncooperative call Don for ice. They wanted you to come down and get it. We had an iron in the room burnt to the heels. We asked for a new iron. We asked for towels it took an hour and a half to get towels overall disgusting recommended to be closed down.

Peeling paint on the ceiling of the room. Made several requests regarding HDMI port on TV which appeared to be damaged, however, requests went unanswered. Access to TV was needed for a work related matter. Considering the daily room rate, you certainly receive exactly what you paid for.

We were told there had been a large party the day before, but we arrived at 5:30 pm. The halls had many large trash bags. The bathroom faucet shot water out sideways. The room fridge made a dripping noise. At 1 am, the smoke alarm batteries in the hall and our room twerped for a while. It just felt dirty. Next time we will book an non-smoking hotel. In the morning, I was unable to use the ladies room in the lobby because one toilet was plugged and the seat was ripped off the other.

The overall cleanliness of the building, stairways, halls etc. was very unkept, garbage was left in large bags in the hallway and stairwells and the hallway carpets were in desperate need of vacuuming. Some of the rooms were missing trash cans, irons, ironing boards and hangers. Due to a large party being held in the banquet room and quests staying over there was loud noise throughout the night.

Definitely won’t be going back there again. Our non-smoking room wreaked of cigarette smoke. There was a police officer in the lobby. The bathroom was not clean. Some of the rooms were obviously being rented.

It’s not great, but it’s not good either. They are renovating some, but it feels more like a lodging for transients. Lots of smokers. Showed up for breakfast at 8am and there was nothing left.

James the 3rd shift front desk person is hands down the best, most accomodating, above and beyond front desk person my son and I have ever encountered. He is phenomenal and absolutely deserves a raise. Honestly..the entire stay was amazing. The Quality Inn & Suites on Cherry Road in Rock Hill, SC was more than hospitable. We felt like we belonged and like we had family. The room was amazing. The water pressure was top notch and the water heated quickly and stayed hot. We never had any disturbances and we always felt safe.

Can barely see the entrance to the road because of the boarded up and abandoned KFC. Hotel looks nothing like pictures. Pulled into the parking lot, clothes hanging out on the balcony on one side, the other side looked like it was abandoned with mattresses covering the windows and sliding doors. My wife, and son said this is not a good idea and we drove off. Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Waverly, NC instead. I had very poor internet connection when I booked this and was not able to see the reviews, which mentioned poor conditions and bugs. I did not ask for a refund because this was partially my fault. I am also done using Expedia to book hotels and will only use brands that I feel comfortable and safe with.
