    Very nice area. Close to everything you would need. Bedding was nice and clean. Room was clean. Front desk was extremely nice and helpful! Would definitely stay here again. There were some stains on the wall but nothing horrible. Especially for the price of the room. Took me a minute to figure out the TV.

    Wow this place was very dirty. As a frequent traveler I understand some wear and tear but dirty is not acceptable. No usable counter space on the bathroom made getting ready difficult. I would not recommend to anyone except my ex wife

    Wyndham should be completely ashamed of themselves. Walls and ceiling falling apart, anything metal was all rusty. Couch was atrocious. I couldn’t wait to get out of there, horrible. People partying in the parking lot all night. You name it it was awful.

    the entire hotel was dirty and needed cleaned and painted at the very least. We honestly considered leaving but said we’d look at the room - bed was clean and carpet fairly new so we stayed. The toilet seat was broken - the doors on the cabinets were falling off.

    Staff was not helpful at all. We literally had to ask for our room number and could barely check in without gagging because they smelled so terrible. They just handed us the key. Property was run down. Had writing all over the walls. AC was so loud we could barely sleep, it sounded terrible. The elevator literally sounded like it was going to break at any second.

    If you’re looking for a cheap hotel, this is it. You get what you pay for. Needed a bed for a quick overnight while passing through town. Got that, nothing more. Facility is old, out of date, and in poor condition. Holes in furniture, gouges in walls, small wall mount sink that was crooked, impersonable staff.

    Cleanliness of room/bathroom was ok. Linens were good and beds were comfortable. However this hotel is very run down and in bad need of repair/updating. Items in the bathroom were rusting. Not a nice smell in the hallways. Breakfast was very basic and minimal. Eating area was small, crowded and not well taken care of. Have marked this hotel for not staying in again. I think it has has its day.

    I requested to move to a different room & I was met with the same issues as the first. Their breakfast consisted of hand bagged bagels thown into a dirty rusty bin. Juice machine was out of order. All of the walls are consistent with what you’d imagine a keyed car to look like. The elevator is giving all it’s got to get you to your floor & feels like it will collapse at any moment. I noticed it hasn’t been inspected since 2023. Maybe that has something to do with it? The less fortunate & a mix of crackheads walk the halls at night. So, If you do book here then double lock your door!

    Nothing went well and could not safely stay at this hotel for the reasons featured below. I got to the hotel to check in only to find two guys smoking crack on the bed of the truck in the parking lot right in front of the hotel. Then there was a disgusting smelling lobby that could only be described as long-standing funk and mold. There were several guests standing around complaining about the accommodations including three different people asking for a refund because of broken plumbing, leaking water and busted furniture and bed bugs in the rooms. A woman that got her refund actually showed me pictures of her room, and it was terrible. It had a broken toilet, bed bugs along the mattresses in her room, broken and torn furniture and a toilet that would not flush. There were also two people complaining about the air conditioning not working. I didn't feel safe to stay there without either dealing with druggies or bedbugs, so we declined our reservation. After I decided to leave, the front desk person called me to say they couldn't put the charge through on my card and that I needed to pay them. This was after I told them I wasn't staying there because of the referenced issues. I told him or her (couldn't tell) that I wasn't paying 165.00 for a room that my children and I weren't safe to stay in. He or she hung up on me. This property should not be allowed to be featured on booking.com. I've used your app and website for years and this is the first time I was appalled by the facilities. There needs to be some kind of checks and balances to be featured on your app.

    The room was hot because the ac didn't work. It smelled like Marijuana or weed in the entire buidling plus outside. The staff were kinda rude or not very social. Stains on the bed and the bathroom floor appeared dirty. The room needed to be upgraded for sure. I was happy it had a bathroom fan that worked and the microwave.

    The handicapped accessible 2 bed queen suite we booked online was given to someone else. I was in a wheelchair and could not move around. The room had blood on one of the comforters,the other bed was dirty(stained),the rollway was dirty and stained, the sink ran water with dirt coming out, there were 3 of us and only rags and towels for two so we asked for more and the assistant general mgr asked me to bring the dirty rags before she would give us more, the breakfast had cereal no milk, eggs no salt or pepper, the microwave in the room was dirty and when I tried to reheat my coffee it started popping. Last but not least the assistant general manager cursed my daughter out and told her to get the **** out of her hotel after my daughter asked her how long she had been an assistant general manager. She got even more unprofessional when my daughter advised her of the conditions of the hotel. She stated "Oh well this is an economy hotel. Do you know what that means?" My daughter then said it doesn't matter you shouldn't be having people stay here with it being like this. They then got into a verbal argument and we left. We have called corporate and will also contact the ADA because it is a serious health hazard in that hotel. I feel I was being racially profiled and underserved and disrespected because I am in a wheelchair. I do not EVER recommend going to this hotel and I hope and pray to God that the supposed Assistant General Manager is fired immediately.

    1st room the refrigerator didn't work. 2nd room they put us in the toilet seat was broken. The shower head worked when it wanted to. Halls were dirty just a run down look. Laundry on site took 5 times to get clothes dry. Refrigerator and broken toilet seat should have been caught by the room cleaners. If they don't put money back into it soon it will be a dump. And the outlets are so sloppy you couldn't plug anything except in the bathroom. Big waste of money. Will go b to the red roof next door next time

    There wasn't anything likeable about the whole experience of being there. The staff was rude, inexperienced and unprofessional. Whenever I asked for essential items that were missing from my room I was met with a bad attitude and short temperament. There were several necessities missing from my room. There were stains all over the walls of the room. The breakfast provided was stale and disappointing.

    After dealing with the front counter, customer service closed. He didn’t even say one word to us the entire checking process. We went upstairs to our room. There was food, left in one of the drawers, the entire hotel recess cigarettes. There was a chair in the room it was all ripped up. There were cigarette burns all over the bathroom counter. There was rest in the ceiling and on everything in the bathroom. The room just smelled horrible. It was extremely dirty. We called hotels.com and asked for a refund and the lady at the front refused to us we did not stay there. I definitely don’t recommend it. I don’t know how it has so many high ratings.

    Slightly concerned when I entered the motel and had to ring a bell for the secondary door to be opened by the attendant. Check-in went well. Motel had a lot of wear and tear when travelling from the check-in desk to the elevator then to my room (paint damaged; door facings scratched; walls looked like items had been drug against them). Once in my room, it was generally OK. Bed was clean and comfortable. Fridge and microwave were positioned several feet from their power outlet, so the cords hung off the floor from the outlet to the appliances. There were several stains in my room on the bathroom sink countertop and the tub surfaces (almost looked like cigarette burns but with no indentions). Office chair was sturdy yet the arm material was flaking off. All in all was somewhat OK for the price.

    Slightly concerned when I entered the motel and had to ring a bell for the secondary door to be opened by the attendant. Check-in went well. Motel had a lot of wear and tear when travelling from the check-in desk to the elevator then to my room (paint damaged; door facings scratched; walls looked like items had been drug against them). Once in my room, it was generally OK. Bed was clean and comfortable. Fridge and microwave were positioned several feet from their power outlet, so the cords hung off the floor from the outlet to the appliances. There were several stains in my room on the bathroom sink countertop and the tub surfaces (almost looked like cigarette burns but with no indentions). Office chair was sturdy yet the arm material was flaking off. All in all was somewhat OK for the price.

I had to reattach the door, shift the handle and use the upper hook with my other hand to even open the door. This was a safety hazard and very frustrating to deal with when trying to manage our stay.

    When we first got there there were a lot of people hanging around outside smoking so right away asked if we could cancel a reservation and was told no and we got to the room there was mold all over the top of the window and curtains I asked for a refund and was told they couldn't do it so I'm disputing it we left

    Would not recommend- couldn’t even go into the lobby without a driver’s license check. Everything was old and beat up in the bathroom and room. The only thing new in the room were the mattresses and bedding, otherwise we would have left. Didn’t even have lighting by the beds.

    This hotel is a dump. It began when driving into the hotel I was being sized up by a group of teenagers in the parking lot. It felt unsafe right away. At 8pm the lobby was already locked - you had to provide your name to before the door to the lobby was opened. Inside was worse - all finishes in the hallways and elevator was severely worn and marked. The checkin process included making a blown up copy of my drivers license and credit card - which I now am scared has been sold to someone. My room was on the second floor - there were people milling around at the end of the hall. The final straw was the room. Opening the door I was faced with a desk chair split down the side and an poorly made bed. I am quite familiar with Microtel - this property was far, far below standard.

    Completed pre-check-in information. Nothing was on file with the property. Had to spend extra time providing credit car, driver's licence again. Provided arrival time of 5:00 pm. Arrived near 6:00 pm. Keys provided to room, but room not ready -- had to return to front desk, clerk was not rude, but also not very hospitable. Not the friendly service we have come to expect with Wyndham properties.

    This was the worst hotel I've ever seen. It was filthy and had visible damage from the front door to the room. We had to switch rooms, the first reeked of some kind of air "freshener", and had the smoke alarm hanging off the wall. The second had blood spatters on the wall, broken furniture and dirty carpet. The person who checked us in looked like just as much of a tweaker as the majority of the other guests. Sketchy doesn't begin to cover it. NEVER AGAIN!

    Upon arrival I spoke with the owner about my work shift from 6pm to 6am and if they could accommodate cleaning of the room from when i was not there. He assured me it would not be a problem as my stay was for two weeks. 2 weeks go by and on my last day i arrive to my room at 7 am to go to sleep. The room has not been cleaned in two weeks keep in mind. Now i fell asleep around 8:30 am and then woke up to a women banging on my door . I responded that im sleeping and she starts yelling that i need to let them clean or i need to check out and leave. So i respomd back saying you dont need to be a b about it. She then told me to pack my stuff and leave and she is calling the cops. So i get up get dressed and pack my stuff she then comes back yelling you better be packing which i ignore her. Now i go down stairs and the cops are there so is the owner i said to the owner we had a deal and he said yes you are right and he said did they not clean your room yesterday and i said no. Then i left and found another place to stay. Now she as a general manager should have been more professional and we could of talked about it when i got up and downstairs and did not have to act so rude and we could of figured something out. I will not recommend this rude service to anyone.

    After a 13 hour drive the last thing I wanted to encounter was someone rude. I arrived at the hotel around 3pm and the woman at the front desk was by far the RUDEST person I’ve encountered at a hotel. I walked in to a window, rung the bell, and was greeted with the rudest how can I help you while she chewed food. She pressed the button to allow me on the inside. She was still chewing food, sat at her computer, with a head rag on by the way, and let out the nastiest belch. I was disgusted at this point, but clearly she was not embarrassed about it at all. This alone made me want to leave, but like a fool I stayed. Let’s move on to housekeeping, yes there is a sign that says no house keeping unless requested on the weekends, cool. Well my daughter went down one evening to ask for towels and the same lady at check in says, she doesn’t have access to towels, like really. The next morning I go down for towels and was told I had to turn in dirty towels in order to receive clean towels, deep breath, turn in towels just so they could be counted to receive clean towels. This location is very out dated and looks nothing like the pictures. There was a huge cut out hole in the wall on 2nd floor, a storage closet left wide open with multiple old toilets exposed, amongst other things. This was the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at during the entire stay. Whether it was the fire alarms being pulled, beating on the walls, people running the floors, or marijuana smoke etc

    Have to wait in the entrance to be let in, and if the staff are with another guest, you cannot enter the lobby. Breakfast not adequately maintained - out of items. And no staff available to report to at front desk. Replenished 5 minutes before ending breakfast. Cereal dispensers clogged. Fruit juice concentrate not proportionate with water, and watered down. Staff said owner has been told about these issues - apparently done nothing. Staff vacuuming hallways at 8:30 in the morning, in front of room doors of first floor. Bathroom door lock missing/broken. Shower head not affixed properly, and spraying out in different directions.

    The hotel is terribly outdated.White walls were flithy and doors barely locked.Everything had holes and stains.I will say bathroom was clean and no bed bugs! They say no smoking but about 20 people in parking lot having a good time. My kids begged me to leave but since out stay was unrefundable we couldnt afford it. Please heed my warning not for a family! Tried to upload pic but this app will not allow!!

    Property is very old and dated, but it was clean and safe. We only stayed here overnight while traveling. I would not want to stay more than 1 night. The room was very small. I was informed they are in the process of remodeling. One reason I stayed here is because it advertised breakfast included and we just wanted something quick before getting back on the road. All they had was a cold continental breakfast, so we had to go to a local restaurant for breakfast.

    Quiet while very near a major highway and interstate. Staff was very alert to remodeling issues (some units undergoing) and made notes for maintenance repairs. the problems were not an issue for my family.

    Felt unsafe. I stayed because I was by my self. Each time I left and returned there were groups of people just lingering and blocking Handicap Parking asked the 1st time if they could allow me to utilize spots, but was confronted and said they could linger anywhere they wanted.

    When we got to the lobby and then the room my daughter and i thought we were in a completely different hotel. Once im the room we found curly black hairs on 1 of 3 towels. Heater and ac didnt work and room had dirt on desk chair. When i complained i was given 2 new towels only to find same type of hair on 1 of the 2. When i went back to the desk and showed the lady at the desk the pics of what i thought i book to what she put me in she told me they had nothing on the property that looked like the pictures from hotel.com. she then told me that sometimes pics are different, and used me seeing a big mac pic from McDonald's as to what the burger actually looks like. My daugher and i were baffled she explained it this way. If not for us traveling from PA all day and having to leave again at 7am we would have walked out of the place. When complaining there was a guy next to me that said the place is bad and he would know because, get this (he lives there) again not kidding. There was also burn marks also on 1 of the 2 queen bed sheets and walls and doors had scuffs all over them. Surprised Wyndham would have their product associated with this type of hotel

    Thousands of ants dead and dying in the bathtub and behind the toilet. Sink full of broken glass. Coffe maker almost caught fire. Rude staff and Sunday breakfast ends at 9:00. Don’t be late.

    There are homeless who sleep in the lot behind the hotel. The hotel furnishings are extremely weathered, and there were ants in my 2nd floor bathroom. There is noise from the other rooms. It is hotel policy to photocopy your drivers license and credit card on checkin. The front desk clerk was watching tv with foul language and crass humor. I would not stay here again. Surprisingly bad for a Wyndham property.
