The whole hotel is very clean, modern and comfortable, with a well stocked breakfast bar!

Breakfast was great and we everything met our expectations! We asked the front desk staff about late check-out the next day and she acted like that wasn't an option. However, when we looked it up online, it was an offered option for an extra fee. She should've known that and been able to tell us that when we asked the question.

The hotel room was big for king size room and fit for single traveler. The breakfast was good and has various options to choose to eat in the morning (just make sure to come a bit earlier if you don’t want to wait ). The only down size is the smell of the room from the carpet and the window was about dirty as well. Overall, it was a good experience for the price (much cheaper than most), just avoid it if you can’t stand the smell.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The person I reported that the hairdryer had caught on fire was a little nonchalant about it but he asked if I needed another. Otherwise there were no issues that didn't cause any issues with our stay.

Breakfast: wasn’t impressed. Very basic and whoever responsible for this area was useless. At 7:30 am everything finished (2-3 sausages, no coffee, both canisters were empty, no brown sugar and milk got bad). Both man and woman never showed up hiding in the kitchen or whatever room at the back. It was obvious that these two are not interested in what they supposed to do and God knows why they are there on the first place… Otherwise hotel didn’t disappoint us and I hope administration will take care and make some corrections. Definitely come back again and recommend to my friends.

Clean room, great staff, yummy breakfast and cold a/c. Easy access to freeway and local restaurants. The only problem is that you had to request for them to come clean your room and give you clean towels if your staying longer then 2 days.

We stayed at the hotel for one night on our way from Blue Ridge Pkwy to Charleston, SC. There are lots of stores and restaurants close to this hotel, so it was very convenient for us as we needed to pick up some supplies. The hotel is quiet and we had a good night's sleep before moving on the next morning. Breakfast was quite good and had decent variety. We were very happy with our stay.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast bar was very nice. The problem that I had was that the shower had very little water pressure and shortly after sudsing up, the water turned cold mid shower. Because we had an even to go to we couldn’t wait for the water to turn hot. My other guest opted to shower once we arrived back home….3 hours away. I was told that this happened because they were full. I’d believe that had it been later in the morning. I got up early….i should have been one of the first ones to have hot water. I think that was a poor excuse. I wasn’t looking to have a free room but nothing was done to compensate us. This made it a poor experience for me and I will not stay here again. Over $200 a night…..I expect hot water. That’s a fair ask.

Our room wasn't the cleanest. I had to wonder if the carpet had even been vacuumed as there was a large hair tie on the floor. The desk/table had not been wiped down. There was sticky residue on the top. Our toilet paper dispenser was literally hanging by a screw. We couldn't keep the toilet paper roll on as it slipped around, pointing down and the roll fell off countless times. The water pressure was very poor. We have been guests at this hotel many times and the facility is not what it used to be. Not sure we will be return guests.

My only complaint is that I was kept awake all night by the family in the next room. The noise came through the wall right behind the headboard.

Very pleased with the hotel itself. It was very clean and looked nice. That being said, I must have been given the worse room in the entire hotel. We got settled in to tge room and turned on the television. The color of picture on each channel was terrible. Every channel had a blue tint to it, everything was basically blue. We couldn’t watch the tv because it hurt our eyes. It was already bedtime so we turned it off and got ready for bed. That’s when everything got worse. The air conditioning unit started squealing it was loud irritating noise. We had to turn the thermostat up to get to kick off. Through the night we had keep adjusting the thermostat because it kept kicking on and the loud noise kept waking us up. By two am we had the thermostat turned up so high and that made the room very hot. We could not sleep pretty much the rest of the night. We probably will not stay at that La Quinta location ever again.

Love this hotel. Friendly staff. Lots of places to eat nearby and they door dash to the hotel. Ivwas a bit worried when I dat on the bed. It was very soft. (I normally like more supportive firm beds). BEST SLEEP EVER IN A HOTEL. I will stay here again.

We reserved a king room but only queen room available on arrival.

Front desk staff was wonderful. Breakfast was not great but better quality than some other hotels we have stayed in the past. One of the better LaQuinta’s we have stayed at. No complaints! Will definitely stay there in our future travels. Pet friendly at no charge is a definite plus. The pet walking areas were well supplied. It would be nice if people could clean up after their dogs but the hotel isn’t to blame.

My golden retriever was welcome there for a very reasonable price, and room was clean and comfortable. I didn’t have any breakfast so I’m not sure how that was. If I had to pick something to complain about it would be that our bathroom didn’t have a hair dryer. You could probably get one at the front desk if needed, but I had mine w me so it was no big deal. Would stay there again.

We travel with two cocker spaniels and having a clean hotel is sometimes hard to find as not all dogs are as clean as ours but this hotel was wonderful. From the ladies at the front desk to the cleanliness of the room and comfort of the room we were very happy. Close to Restraunt’s made it nice as well. Will definately stay here again.

Comfortable and clean. They put us in a room with a broken door. When we showed them they acted like it’s no big deal. Every time we left the room we had to lift the heavy door up and slam. We paid way to muck to be disrespected.

Only issue was when i left an item behind, strangely no one found or saw it.

The room was listed as Mobility Room. The door to the bathroom did not open as it stuck out about 15-20 degrees into the door way & it opens back against 2 glass sliding shower doors with a small opening when doors pushed back together.There is a 3-4" curb at the entrance to the shower. The only grab bar for the shower was in the far corner. Had to wash using the bathroom sink.

Breakfast was from 6a to 9a, my husband was there at the beginning and I came down around 7:30 and they were already out of some of the items. They don't seem to replenish certain items. As far as the A/C, no matter how low we put it, we were overheated in the room and the air smelled of vomit or the toilet at times.

Speaking with the GM during checkout the next morning, she informed me that staff have the right to enter a room during an emergency or if a guest has overstayed. Well, neither of these reasons applied, and therefore, the room should not have been entered without some form of communication. The GM also stated that they watched the camera and saw who had the cart last, and made the determination to enter the room because the desk needed to help another guest with their luggage. She stated that she's understaffed and that there was only one staff person on duty; therefore, the desk person didn't have time to contact us about entering the room. Even after getting the other guests settled, there was NO communication. This was invasive, and our items could've been damaged. All of this was unacceptable!

The value was fantastic! The facility is new and in excellent shape. Our rooms weren't checked on daily. We had over flowing trash cans after 3 days and a pile of dirty towels.

Highly recommend! I was very impressed by this property. Our room was HUGE. The bar was open for beer/wine, which was an unexpected perk. The staff was 💯 But most important was how comfortable they made us feel with two large dogs. The staff was welcoming and the property is pet friendly with pet waste stations around the hotel. There is also a few nice apartment complexes with sidewalks, so it is easy to work in a longer walk before a day a travel. 10 of 10!

Check in was very easy, though I’m still trying to figure out why there was a difference from when I made the reservation to when I actually received my bill. Good location and convenient to so many things. The bed was too soft and very uncomfortable. Very disappointed with the lack of housekeeping. I was there for 3 nights and not once was my bathroom / room cleaned or my garbage emptied. I understand about not changing sheets / towels, but to not provide basic cleaning is very disappointing. I’ve stayed at other places that have the same policy about sheets and towels, but at least they still cleaned the rooms daily. Breakfast was just ok, not much selection.

Great hotel! Check in was easy and the woman who handled my check in was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. There was a large bathroom, quality bathing products in the shower and ample towels. The fridge was conveniently located with a microwave mounted above providing a kitchen type area. I’d highly recommend as it was a very safe area as well.

Always a great stay. This is our second visit to this hotel. Check in is always easy, check out is just as easy. Breakfast is good and well stocked. It was a little noisy but it was a volleyball tournament basketball tournament weekend but not awful. Easy to find on the GPS. Close to the main road/ interstate without being noisy.

The heating unit had fruit loops in it and fruit loop on the floor by the bed. When i called the front desk i was told there was no one to clean it. I wont be staying at this hotel again.

Everything was perfect

I got there late at night dead tired and left early in the morning. Nice clean place to sleep and everyone in my family kept saying how amazing the beds were. Most come mattress I think I’ve ever slept on. Was tempted to pull the sheets off just to see what breaks and model it was so I could buy one for my house. Highly recommend this hotel.

We stay here every time we're in Rock Hill, a couple of times a year, and it's always been great. It's right off I-77, near several gas stations, and it's right across from the mall and multiple places to eat.

I did not enjoy my stay. I needed a handicap accessible room, especially for the bathroom. From the pictures during booking it showed a walk-in shower. This one had a tub with handles and rails. There were random red spots in the floor, the window was filthy, no trash bag in the bin in the room. The actual room was all the way at the end of the hallway making it more difficult on a person with a disability and the ice machine on the very end of the opposite side.

The boys went to go swimming and there was a couple in pool and then a sign that said on the inside of the pool that it was closed. That is a HUGE disappointment and they should tell you pool is closed when you make reservations. Daughter said the pool was also closed in May when she was at hotel. Fix it or remove it from your amenities.

Everything was clean and comfortable. I would suggest lowering the AC lower than you do at house. The rooms are big and I put mine on 63 after the first night. I would definitely stay there again.

No working carts , no working elevator and when I requested a room on the bottom floor my reservation was canceled with no regard by the front desk personnel with no regard that it was midnight and after driving 10 hours Ì had no place to stay. I stated for three days and they never cleaned my room, never emptied the trash and didn’t give me clean towels.

The bed was entirely too soft. The towels were worn out and small. There were large red wine stains all over the carpet in the room.

We spent three nights. Plenty of charging/plugs. Very clean. The only downside was our room was next to exit door, which is not quiet.

Check in was fast and easy. The room was just basic nothing extra. You got what you paid for. The bed linen did have some tiny spots on it. (Not many) The shower doors would open on their own at times. The room door was off track and had to be pushed closed.

Great hotel! Clean and well kept. The rooms are very large and spacious! It's close to a lot of convenient shopping and restaurants. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The only complaint I had was there were only two hangers in the room and no towel hooks. Very minor!! Breakfast was good and the pool was clean and amazing. I definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property was clean and convenient for the purpose of our trip. It was excellent.

This is my 3rd time here since April. The first time the water would only stay hot for two minutes top. The second stay was ok. This time the toilet was clogged and no one answered at the desk after calling several times. I was offered a plunger when I finally walked downstairs. The room was hot, even after putting the air on 60. I try to be understanding when the rate is fair, but this experience made my stay very uncomfortable.

Refrigerator not working and I was very much counting on having cold storage. No hair dryer. Sticky spots in carpet in my room. Floors are not very clean in common areas like hallways and elevators. Price was excellent but I would choose a different hotel next time and pay a bit more.

They need to work on their air-conditioning the room never cooled down

Check in was quick and easy and we were given some local recommendations which was really appreciated. Our room was spacious and clean and the bed was super comfortable. Also used the fitness room and it was well equipped and everything worked well.

My stay at the hotel was not up to your standards. During my stay the manger was very rude and disrespectful and so was the house keeping staff they was getting smart with minors and entering the rooms uninvited specially when my children were just getting out the showers walking around in there towel the staff at this hotel was so unprofessional that when we told the manger what her staff have been doing she did nothing but defend her staff and make excuses for the poor behavior that they have provided us with. When we asked for the corporate number she told us that it’s not reason to have it because it will do nothing but come back to her and she will decline it. Then we told her we would go to someone in a higher position than her and she said that we had to leave because she did not want to provide us with any information to contact the owner of the hotel. The stay at La Quinta was very horrible and would never recommended it to anyone.

The location was easy to find and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The front desk was efficient and quick to respond to requests. Kylie was exceptionally outstanding. Her customer service skills are the best I have ever encountered. The breakfast could have more variety, however there are many restaurants nearby. I will definitely stay again when we are in town. Thanks for a very pleasant stay.

Very bad water pressure in the shower for a room at this price. Lots of road noise as well.

Some of the lights didn’t work in hotel room. Cigarette butts were everywhere outside. A lot of guests especially the one next to us were extremely loud all night even after contacting front desk and reporting the noise.

Carpet in dining area dirty in areas possibly stained. There was dirt trail on floor off of the elevator on the third floor.

The hotel itself was it decent condition but whoever cleans it does a horrible job. It just felt grungy, there was hair and dirt all over the bathroom floors. It just wasn’t cleaned properly. Luckily the beds were clean or we wouldn’t have stayed.

We had to stay overnight due to a death in the family. The room and the bathroom was very clean. The front desk associate was super nice and very helpful. Maybe your smoking area could be farther away from the front entrance.

Very clean and well stocked. Linens were soft and bed comfortable.

Would be 5/5 except for the damage and paint strips on the bottom edge of the right wall of the closet and the usb chargers beside the bed are faulty. Beds great, showers great, clean, needs better towels, great workout room, needs vending machines with food and drink instead of only selling them at triple retail behind the front desk. 5/5 staff and appearances everywhere.

Dirty room

This hotel is well located..lots of restaurants..pretty quiet and clean. The coffee/tea bar wasn't good. Had to let the lady know..didn't put hot water..decaf coffee..new pot of coffee had so many grinds not sure a filter was used and waited for it over half an hour. The room was so cold (64f) it took forever to get to 72f by putting heat on. Hope breakfast is decent.

I attended a business conference and checked in late evening. Extremely exhausted from the conference from 9:30am-7:30 pm thinking I could get sound sleep, was just that (a thought)! Children banging on my room and people in the hallway at 3am, slamming doors and yelling and laughfing at the top of their voices was awful! The room could have been better, if the carpet was cleaned. It had a bad stinch to it. I did
