Breakfast wasn’t very good. They didn’t have much to eat.

The hotel seemed ok at first but my wife woke up the in the morning with bites on her arms... Second night she woke up with more. She is covered in bed bug bites and now we are going to have to take precautions to ensure we take none back home. Not the cleanest and definitely some bed bug issues. Choose to stay somewhere else.

The drawers were broken, the microwave was falling apart, floors were nasty dirty, the bed skirts have stains from whatever,I can only imagine and the mattresses were not comfortable at all.

See below. Did not eat breakfast because it ended too soon. Breakfast ended at 9am. Check out was 11am and therefore I wished for a later end time for breakfast and coffee. NO coffee maker in the room!!! Bummer! There were no glasses in the room for water, brushing teeth, medications, etc. The room had a musty odor that was not pleasant.

The room wasn't clean.There was long brown hair in the sink.There were stains on the mattress topper, carpet, throw pillow, and headboard. No coffee maker in the room. Ice machine didn't work. Breakfast was a joke. The waffle mix was so runny it wouldn't rise it was just flat. The best part was the juice boxes.

The room was somewhat clean but the sheets need to be replaced because of the stains. The fabric headboard was stained and the throw pillows were stained. Breakfast was a joke (waffle mix was so watered down they waffle didn't even rise.

Bed was comfortable, good pressure in the shower, and loved the mirror Bottom of the door going into the room had a gap at the bottom where little critters could come in. I put a towel to cover the gap.

Hotel desperately needs a renovation. Guests loud at night outside their rooms drinking and carrying on. Definitely not a family friendly hotel. Breakfast was low on selection, no orange juice no yogurt etc.

We were staying there for a triathlon & originally intended to stay 2 nights. We checked out a day early, after the triathalon & decided to make the long drive home instead of trying to sleep in a loud & bright environment for another night.

The bed was comfortable. Bathrooms not the cleanest. They need to update. The breakfast was meagre. People that made waffles found them off…like sour milk.

Staff is helpful. Breakfast was good. Both beds in the room seemed to have issues. One made you feel like you were going to roll off and the other seemed to have broken springs in the middle and made you feel like you were laid back in a recliner. If they could update the box springs and or mattresses, I'd have no complaints. No coffee in the rooms. You have to go to the lobby.

The beds were 'done'. When I sat down my butt was basically on the box spring. The bathroom was grungy - just old and tired, black mouldy grout. The breakfast did not have any juice, bananas or yoghurt - things I missed. We didn't get the room we booked - I booked a room with a couch, instead we got two queens. We were on the road all day and when I sit in the car all day, I don't want to sit on a bed all evening - very uncomfortable. There was one computer chair buy that was taken by my husband (the driver who deserved it). The front desk person was very friendly and helpful (Tuesday, March 31 at 5:30 pm).

Easy to get to, friendly staff. Door to get into the room didn’t open easily, toilet didn’t flush well, lucky if you got hot water, beds need to be replaced.

The location A bug crawled in my kids mouth in the middle of the night. We had 3 towels for 4 ppl and when we asked for 1 more, they were out. The beds are supposed to be queen beds but they are barely full beds. The water wouldn’t stay hot. The ice machine and snack machines were broken. The breakfast assortment was more than lacking. The a/c barely worked. We stayed a month ago and already had the reservation and could not find a suitable replacement.

Breakfast was ok. Saggy mattress. Cheap pillows, lacked sufficient support. Hot water runs out quickly. One of our door keys stopped working after one day.

First room we were assigned was 228. The moment we opened the door we were hit with the smell of cigarette smoke. The tub was dirty and toilet had not been flushed. They then put us in a different room, the smell was not as bad, but it was still there. (Both of these were nonsmoking rooms). The shower head faucet leaked and the headboard had marks from previous travelers resting their heads. (This could be avoided with proper cleaning). The rooms need some major overhaul.

Everything was great, only complaint was we had to walk up the stairs to get ice, there wasn’t any ice on our floor.

The breakfast is just cereal, oatmeal packets, bread, waffle maker and coffee. Offering even just some bananas and maybe peanut butter would really be nice. The hospitality lady was very kind. We needed a place to lay down and we got it. If that's all you need go for it, just inspect the room before you bring your bags in or lie down!

Don't stay here. The dresser drawers were broken and unusable. The hairdryer had a thick coat of dust on the top which could easily of been cleaned. No fresh towels or trash emptied as a stayover. Breakfast starts at 6 am and over by 9 with absolutely no coffee remaining and no coffee makers in the room.

The bed and pillows were not comfortable

The beds are old .. the springs are pokey. Mattresses need to be updated. The shower is not made for people over 5'10... There's about a 4 inch raise from the floor. My son's head was on the ceiling... But not a deal breaker.

The beds were horrible. The pictures of the rooms are definitely misleading. The free breakfast was a joke. Ended up booking another room at 3:00 in the morning of our first night. Just gave them the 2nd to get out of there.

Clean. I will say I didn’t notice last time there is a dark side of the property (the opposite side from where office is). I am more comfortable Walking my dogs where it’s well lit. All it all, no problems. Would def stay again.

My stay at the hotel was excellent. The location was very convenient, close to grocery stores and other amenities I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the customer service was outstanding. I truly appreciated how welcoming and helpful the staff were throughout my stay.

Stayed two days and never was able to connect to WiFi tried calling the front office since it was late at night no answer. Next day manager said he would call me and never did. Second the hotel lost all electricity for most part of the day and didn’t want to compensate.

Basic well kept room with all the necessities for a one night stay. Staff was super nice! Simple breakfast offered there and numerous choices for food in the area. Met our needs as we traveled back from Florida to Pennsylvania.

Getting a key for the fitness room we were threatened to return it immediately or be charged. When requesting a 1 hour late checkout the manager was very absolute and unfriendly insisting we are out by 11. I guess rules are rules but he certainly did not endear me to ever return again

We were only there for a quick over night stay on our way to Florida so for the price the room was good. Bed was comfy and bathroom area was clean.

Noisy, loud children racing up and down outside the sidewalk. Mentioned it the next morning to the front desk and was informed that they were there for basketball games which didn’t give them the right to disturb our sleep. Breakfast consisted of waffles, donuts, bagels, cereal, boiled eggs, oatmeal and grits. Smelled older and musty for the money we were charged.

Traveling for basketball, was at a great location, rooms clean, staff friendly. Only complaint would be the beds were not comfortable. But that being said there is nothing better then your own bed. Have stayed at this location twice, and will book again.

People are smoking at rooms next to us you can fill it because all ventilation are connected and outside next to your door (from room #127) Hotel is old, filters on air conditioning are old, old lights, beds are not comfortable, making nose, but staff are nice. No laundry/gym, but the prices around 86$ per night. I have choose that hotel based on rating which said “good”

Room was not cleaned well if at all. Room smelled bad, big clump of hair on nightstand, stains on sheets, half used toiletries. Bathroom was not cleaned properly either with questionable spots and hairs. I was very uncomfortable during our stay as it was not sanitary or clean.

The front desk lady was extremely gracious, hospitable and helpful. Breakfast was good, coffee was excellent. Dining area was extremely clean. Though the hotel is older, our room was very clean. Due to the road construction to the hotel, we were unable to access it on google maps and needed to be rerouted. Contacting Wyndham was a pain as they connect you with AI who is not helpful in giving directions but after repeated tries, we were able to decipher the phone number for the front desk at which time we called and were directed to the hotel. All in all, for the price, it was quite comfortable, a place that we would definitely stay in the future

The lady at the front desk was very sweet and professional, a great personality. The room smelled of weed and was very musty smelling as well. The room and 3 beds Im so happy my other children didn't come with us, since one of the beds were broken in the middle. The bathroom was very dirty so we didn't shower. We left 1st thing in the morning and didn't wait to check out the breakfast.

We did not stay & our $$ was not offered as a refund. We literal walked in the room, didn’t touch anything, assessed the environment then turned in our card key.

The bathroom toilet was dirty and the floor was old and not very proper either. The room smelled bad when we entered. The furniture with drawers was broken and the fridge seemed old as it had rust signs. The toilet paper was very hard. However, the attention from the staff was excellent!

Stayed for 5 nights, housekeeping never serviced our room. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful but the accommodations were terrible. The room was filthy: there were leftover soap bars in the shower from previous guests, cobwebs in every corner, buildup on the window sills, etc. The bedding/linens were clean but the pillows smelled strongly of Lysol spray.

The carpets were terrible. Damp, stinky. Carpets need to be ripped out. Updating needed. Beds uncomfortable, very saggy. Room smells gross.

The woman at check in was great! Wish I could remember her name to give her proper praise. Stayed 2 nights there because it was so cheap and expected a dump but saving money was more important right now. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. Nice little room with comfortable bed and huge tub/shower with good water pressure. No noise at night and no houskeeping knocking on your door 3 times even though you put the Do Not Disturb sign, you know what I'm talking about. Tipical continental breakfast but with the addition of make your own fresh waffles, which I love. Tiny personal preference thing is no movie channels but full regular TV so no biggie. I was amazed, saved a couple hundred bucks and still satisfied.

The room was not bad. The area around the property was a little sketchy. Convenient to I-77 and Cherry St. Lots of shopping options. 10-15 minute drive to the Rock Hill Sports Center. In town for 1 night at a volleyball tournament with my daughter. Last munute booking otherwise we'd have booked differently. Construction on the road in front of the hotel has been ongoing for a while and doesn't seem to have made any progress. Breakfast was ok and coffee was good. Price point was appropriate for the condition and location IMO. Probably wouldn't stay there with my family again.

Like that it was close to the event & sports center. My daughter had a volleyball tournament and we needed a place to stay for the night. Location is close to a lot of eating places and shopping centers. Price for the was reasonable. We did have a problem with the toilet not flushing but called front desk and a maintenance guy was at my door within 10minutes. Rooms were nice.

When we travel we are generally looking for a one nights good sleep before the next day's travel. It is great to find a clean, comfortable room, close to the highway, reasonably priced with friendly helpful staff. Your place fit the bill on all counts.

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. They allowed me to check in early. The room was super clean. It is an older hotel and the surrounding is a bit unkept but overall I would stay here again. No complaints. Worth the money.

Our room did not have a remote for the TV, but the clerk swiftly found another room for us. Very nice clerk.

Great for the price. Had a Vb tournament so not in the room much. Didn’t want to spend a lot to just sleep. Outside needs updating. At first glance I was like oh but the the rooms are decent and very clean. Would stay again

Room was clean. Beds are ok, but could be better.

Facilities were dated but clean.

This was a shady area. The clerk was behind glass. I got to my room on the second floor to find that the key card was not activated so I couldn’t enter the room. Two scary men stared at me as I tried the door over and over before giving up. I managed to get safely to my car and locked it when another man came up tapping at the window. This was not a motel or area in where a small framed woman can afford to be locked out.

I recommend this motel for a stop along the way during your travels.

Run down and horrible mattress. Not worth the price at all. Only stayed since they let you have a pet, but that cost more also.

My room was clean and bathroom, including bed and bath linens. There were no stains on the carpet. Refrigerator and microwave were also clean. One of the lamp shades was damaged. That was the only thing I saw that was out of place. The bed was a little too firm for me, but I slept comfortably.

not their fault but in the morning Rock Hill was in gridlock and the street they were on is under construction. Biut the hotel was fine.

Great check in and she pointed out a restaurant for me. Very helpful.

It was a good place for a one night stay. Room was fairly clean. Breakfast filled the bellies. Beds weren’t the most comfortable.

Best motel in the area.

Mattress was terrible, lumpy. Wi-Fi would not connect, they rebooted and I could connect but the speed was so slow I could stream, Facebook or even a video in my email. Will not stay here again

Very good, I really appreciated the receptionist calling to check in and to see if we needed anything when we got there.

I wasn't expecting a lot but the room was old and smelled that way along with a little bleach smell. Maybe the shower was cleaned with that bc nothing else was clean. Thankful I had lysol wipes with me. The counter had not been wiped down at all. Everything around the bathroom area was very dusty and what looked like blood on the light switch. Not sure what the cleaning person really did. The bed comfort was decent. The shower did look new and had great water pressure. The front desk staff was very nice.

Older facility but kept pretty neat outside. Ice machine and vending area was poorly lit and the machines were dirty.
