I didn't like the fact that my HVAC unit didn't work properly, the bathroom door and bathroom weren't clean properly, the hot water in the shower didn't work properly, the cleaning lady was rude. A waste of my money.

We arrived after 11pm just to sleep for the night after driving over 10 hrs to wake up and go another 9. Right outside our room and above our room. Other guests decided it was time to party and play loud music. Called down to front desk twice and was told just give them time!! Packed up and went to get a refund they said they could not do that. Offered another room on opposite side of hotel. Now it’s well after 12…at least we got a little sleep.

Check-in went very well. The television set had an issue; the front desk employee went the extra mile to make sure that I was able to use the television set. I was very impressed with the front desk employee's dedication. Hotel is in a good location: close to the highway and shopping.

didn't have any wasn't the right room I paid for they gave our room to someone else and gave us a crappie room instead and tv was going out so couldn't watch tv definitely would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to get screwed out your room you paid for and dont get it ..

My first time using Hotels.com... not using it again.

I only wish there was some meat served, but other than that it was a nice selection for breakfast. 1. Walked into the room @ it smelled like smoke 2. There was a bigger than a quarter sized spot on the sheets & it had a weird smell 3. There were multiple longs strands of hair stuck to the shower wall when we got there

The mattress was comfortable. Very very dirty. Definitely felt like no one cleaned our room thoroughly they just tidied it up. Our microwave and fridge both had food splattered in them. Our towels smelled horrible and had stains all over them. Hair was found in the shower and in the beds before they were used. The toilet was not wiped down you could see dirt on the seat. The walls were covered in marks and dirt honestly around the toilet we thought it was feces on the wall. Clearly dirt and mold in the vent in the bathroom as well. This is all basic stuff that should be done by housekeeping no problem. I’ve actually never stayed somewhere this dirty. I’m not one to complain but overall this was unacceptable. The breakfast included was also very minimal and not a good variety. Watery eggs, soggy potatoes and no breakfast meat. They had waffles I’ll give them that. Will not be booking again and unfortunately don’t recommend. Staff was very friendly but I care more about cleanliness personally especially if I’m paying for it.

I got what I paid for. Never again. Nothing was liked The first Front desk started with being very rude, he told me that the room wasnt done yet. It would be 3:15pm. But offered up a double queen for the same price as what I paid for a king suite. The second front desk guy was nicer but that was due to the fact that he was higher than a kite. Glassed over blood shot eyes and smelled From there the building is very old and not kept up on replacing out of date and just yucky. I pulled the bed apart looking for bugs. No bugs, just black curly hairs in the bathtub. YUCK! I should have known the price was to good. Never again.

The a c didn't work. There was a gap in the door so when you closed it, you could see through. There was so much dirt along the base in the bathroom.

You can tell they were updating Found a bed bug crawling on the blanket Show the guy at the front and he said ok and threw it in the trash (it wasnt even dead) my son had bites all over him as well as me. I have pictures and a police report because they werent going to refund us the money. Had to have my son seen because the bite swelled so big he had an allergic reaction. We literally slept in the room for 6 hrs and got bites the bed bug was huge. I dont recommend this place at all. For a bed bug to be that big they have had them for a while!

Very weak wifi, very noisy as it’s close to highway, lousy pillows and very old building.

This hotel was very clean!! It looks exactly like the photos and the area was quiet. The parking was easy and I was able to look at the window right at my car. Breakfast was good. Very close to the interstate and many restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

The room appeared to be recently renovated but I had issues with closing the door to where I had to literally force the door to close, the a/c unit had to keep playing with the plug for it to work the toilet had water running over for the top, also had a roach visit on Monday and another on Wednesday, there was no ice available also

Old motel. 1 coat hanger in room, strong smell of cleaning products. Parking had a lake at the entrance. Cheap breakfast . Low standards on all aspects of your room.

The room was adequate in size, but needs some updating. There was a lot of construction work in the area and many workers staying at the hotel who were loud early in the morning. Breakfast was average.

The experience at this hotel was very pleasant all the way around and nobody was rude to me in any way during my stay. Thanks Baymont of Rock Hill employees for a very satisfying stay. Would recommend to everyone I know. Definitely going to be my hotel of choices from now on.

Room was ok...it's actually set up like a motel and with kids I didn't feel like it was safe for the area we were in. I'd have to admit the beds were comfy, shower pressure dimishes while showering, housekeeping did an excellent job but our last day it stormed and water came in the room and was everywhere, had to change rooms due to this mishap.

I thought I was staying at a Baymont :/ ended up staying at some cheap motel... Yes, they've upgraded the interior: bed is soft and clean white linens with nice tile. But the upgrade wasn't done well. Tiles in bathroom aren't edged, ceiling spackle is cracking, they just carved a hole in the door frame with a arc welder. Who does that? And the staff is straight out of the cheep motel as well. So while the first look I was impressed, not so much after finding the old beer cap by the microwave :/

The stay is perfect. I’m in town for 5 months and I’m stay here. People say it’s ran down but it is remolded and it’s clean, no hang arounds at the hotel like some of the reviews say. Jennifer at the front desk is very nice and helpful.

Affordable/ budget friendly. The king size bed room was spacious, clean, No smelly odors in the room, nice cable channel selections. The water gets hot, no need to worry about cold showers. If your looking for somewhere to stay short/ long time, and you not really going to be in your room all day, this is definitely the place to be.

The rooms was clean. House Keeping was so nice. and they came daily to clean and give towels and stuff. Lady who checked us in was nice the afternoon lady was a little rude. Tried to kick the Team out for being loud but it was only 8pm and we (the team had all but 3 rooms on that side of the hotel. Over all wasn't a bad experience considering it was a motel. If in a financial pinch or just needed some where to crash would stay again. Breakfast sucked.

The floor in our room was so dirty our feet were black after walking on them. They did mop them after I asked them too, but we still got black feet. I asked for clean towels and was told they would bring them to us after I called. Did not get towels until next day. Did not completely clean room at one time. One day mopped floor, next day cleaned bathroom and next day made beds.

Roon svs wasnt that great...we have yo ask for a refrigerator and a microwave only got the refrigerator.....the pet policy could be a little more for pets and svs pets....no breakfast...its understandable while covid19 is in effect but there wasn't even coffee the serve to the guests

Well didn't have enough towels for four people and had stains all over the beds hair in the tub upon arrival ask for a non-smoking room and when we got into the room it was smelled like smoke . Got woken up twice what seemed to sound like gunshots. We'll never be back at this property again.

We booked this online with Expedia, and though we expected a "budget" motel we were shocked when we arrived. 30 seconds in the room and we went running back to the office to demand a refund (granted). The room was UNLIVABLE, the mattress cover covered in mold, the floor was lifting up and the room looked like a flood disaster. Expedia should be ashamed for even listing this garbage dump...BTW, this is the first bad review we've ever listed!

Room was terrible and had roaches in it! I will never stay there again

Showed up at 4:30pm day of check in, room was not ready. Came back later that night and good to go. Biggest issues were the smell of smoke in the room “no smoking room”. Cleanliness of the floors and walls were pretty rough. Then killing bugs on the floor.

The night girl on night shift Erica lied and said we did not have reservations . And I had paid for a entire week . She refuse to look at our Id Or the reservation at super 8 it was horrible Place and there was a lot of teenage men hanging out with her laughing at us we was out in the street i then call Expedia and they try to super 8 to talk to them but they did not answer so the operator book us a new room at a different hotel I’m so thankful to the Expedia operator for booking us a new room at a different hotel because I was cold and crying ,

The not so good-there was no table to eat at; it was just a chair so I had to eat in bed, which was kind of strange to me. The bad-there was no hot water. I’m talking not even lukewarm. It was ice cold. Which really sucked because after the long drive (on top of having just worked all day) I was really looking forward to a hot bath; which is another thing. There’s no stopper for the bath tub so a shower is your only option. Overall, the place wasn't terrible, but not worth the money.

Had good time facilities and staff are really excellent

First let me say the front desk staff was very nice and efficient. The room was literally four walls and somewhere to sleep. No hot shower, stains on the bed on the covers, floorboards that have 1 inch gaps, and stains on the curtains. I can definitely say I would never stay here again.

This Motel 6 does not include microwaves over refrigerators in their rooms as they advertised. But besides that it was very comfortable for the six days I was up there. Unfortunately it made it really hard for me to eat my specialty diet that I need because I’m allergic to things.

Staff was super nice but the room was not what even close as the ones pictured.

They had roaches running around the motel. My door didn’t have a master lock. My card for the room stopped working every time I left the room. It’s nasty and I would never recommend it to anyone I know.

Dirty,toilet was stopped up, no one was at front desk,

First off there was food left in my fridge which shows me rooms was not being cleaned right. Which means they are not being sanitized correctly. Cashier was a sweet lady but management needs to do something about the cleaning part. Covid is very real and this place doesn’t seem like it’s following proper guidelines.

Price was Good ..Definitely Needs Remodeling!!

Stopped late on a long distance trip just to get a few hours of sleep and a hot shower. There was blood splatters on the wall by the sink, dirt and dust piled everywhere, hair all over the place. Cigarette burn holes in the blanket. It was already 1:30am and everyone was so tired that we just went to sleep even though the main door had a gaping crack to the outside. I woke up early to take a shower, there was no hot water in the shower or the sink. I let it run for more than 10 minutes and it never got hot. Went to check out and there was a sign up that said be back sorry, so I had to wait 15 minutes on someone to come back to the window.

Very dirty. Unfriendly front desk staff. Was charged more at the property

The girl upfront was always rude And not very helpful
