I suppose the property was pretty typical for a Quality Inn. The room was not well-maintained and we found several bugs. But, we were safe.

The bed was comfy and the staff was nice, when they were not smoking in the stairwell. The room had mold on the bathroom corners. There were multiple unpainted patching on the walls. There were random hooks and hardware on the walls. The couch and chair were stained. The bed skirt was unwashed, but at least the sheets and towels seemed clean. The exercise room was purely ventilated and had a fire alarm sounding because the battery had died. The tread mill had a tare in the tread. I have stayed at several Quaity Inns and expected a much better experience. This was the worst one i had ever seen. For some reason it had a7.5/10 on Expedia... certainly did not deserve anything better than a 4.

Management and staff were super nice and helpful. The ports in the lamp for my phone to charge did not work - issues with microwave and also TV. The TV remote may have needed batteries. Mentioned to management and I am sure all will get handled.

Staff was strict especially the guy in the dining hall. He called out my nephew because he used the coffee cup for water. Food from breakfast was VERY limited!

Nothing I didn't even stay. The room smelled horrible and was disgusting. I kept smelling pee and found a big yellow stain in the middle of the bed. I should have complained but I just wanted out of there. If they had better rooms they should have given me one to start with. I will not ever go back there.

One of the two beds was not fresh The breakfast is very poor, no orange juice, no cheese, nothing with Scrabble eggs very juicy, no peanut butter etc No banana, no orange just apples We can’t bring a poor toast outside, the Guy run after us 👎👎

The hotel is in the back of the woods in drug central. There were people living in the hotel and people sitting on stairwell smoking marijuana and one guy had a glass pipe. There was a strange man who paced back n forth on the back side and appeared to be living out of a ragged van. The room smelled like curry powder, the couch wouldn’t fold out as it was supposed to, the bed made noises as you sat on it or made a single move and was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty, toilet paper stuck in vent, spit wads pushed into the central vent, hot water didn’t work, and floors were filthy. Additionally, we found a wadded up toilet paper wrapper behind toilet. Towels did not match and were not choice hotel compliant. Only two towels were tagged with choice hotel logo and the others appeared to be mainstay from Walmart.

Breakfast was a joke, absolutely beautiful breakfast area waffle machine, hard biscuits and gravy, watery eggs, bread and cereal, every morning no proteins, yogurt, condiments or bagels. Staff was also very strict about leaving the breakfast area with food. Room was not as clean as what I'd expect from a quality inn, hair in tub and a bit dingy. Air conditioning was very loud and not the most powerful. Loud barking, loud fighting, loud music. Also, being nitpicky, they clearly replaced half the flooring and left the other half old because it wasn't ruined i guess, it was very light vs very dark wood on either side of the room. Not very polished at all.

There were cockroaches, tape on the smoke detector, feral cats howling all night, loud people and uncleanliness. The front desk staff were very nice, the bed was comfortable and the pool looked nice but you couldn’t pay me to stay there again. Showering with German Cockroaches is not my idea of fun.

Room smelled like a chain smoker had just vacated. We were greeted by a half dead cockroach and unclean toilet. Towel had what appeared to be a booger on it. There was some white bread and cereal for breakfast. Everything else appeared to be out of order or empty and we were there around 7:30 in the morning. The bed appeared clean to the naked eye but we slept on top of the sheets. The flickering streetlight right outside our window rounded out the effect.

The photos online make the place look much nicer than it actually is in person. The staff were somewhat attentive when needed, but the service didn’t feel particularly professional. The hotel advertises an airport shuttle, but there isn’t actually one available. The gym was locked during my stay and my room key did not allow access. My first night there were four police cars in the parking lot conducting a drug bust, and one of the officers suggested I consider finding a better hotel—though they warned a refund would likely be difficult. On the plus side, housekeeping was available daily and breakfast was served each morning. Also worth noting: although it’s described as a hotel, all rooms are accessed directly from the parking lot, making it feel more like a motel-style property.

The heat wasn’t on at all in the room, and outside was 20 degrees, so the room was freezing. It took a few hours to reach 70 degrees in the room. Toilet seat was loose/broken. Bed was an old spring type. It was noisy and not comfortable.

Clean rooms It seemed like people “lived” there…renting rooms for a longer period of time, but I could be wrong. When I entered the lobby to check in there was a man at the front desk discussing an amount to be paid for a certain amount of time for the room and the clerk agreed to the amount. People were loud outside in the evening, there were a couple of police cruisers down a few rooms from ours. We were a little worried with our newer car sitting outside all night. But in the end we had a peaceful night. Staff was friendly.

The location. The hotel was filthy and disgusting. There were bugs in the hathroom, and one of the bedspreads was horribly stained. The mattresses were old, uncomfortable, and really squeaky. There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, and the floors of the hallways connecting wings were filled with leaves and trash. The entire facility needs a deep clean.

Well let’s just say I’m a firm believer of you get what you pay for with that said half of the receptacle dint work there was cigarette burns in our comforter on bed there was two different pillows the base moulding was supposed to be white now it’s a dirty color there was used soap in the shower I highly recommend this place be condemned I’m not one for writing bad reviews but this place was bad. I believe I seen two cockroach’s outside that passed this place up

Wonderful hotel and very clean. In addition the breakfast was awesome. Love the sausage gravy biscuits! I highly recommend this hotel! I only wish I had had the time to visit the pool in between the storms that seemed to occur everyday. Oh well there is always a next time.

We have stayed at the Quality Inn for a few years now, this time I was very disappointed in the room, the vagrants hanging around and we had no air on in room and it took forever to get cool, then we only had 2 towels, went Sunday morning to get more towels and the maid acted like they were gold, she didn’t want to give me any. I will not be staying at this particular Quality Inn again

They put us on the back side and there was a person living in a tent outside our room and it was a bunch of people that seemed to be on drugs so if you stay there I don't recommend staying on the back side of the hotel and we asked for non smoking room and got smoking

The place has great potential and was probably very nice 30 years ago. It is getting run down and customer service is not great. Coffee maker out of order. OJ out of order. Shower head looked like it was going fall off. Everything about a century old. Breakfast very underwhelming. There is a sign “one yogurt only”! Come on!!

I generously gave it two stars only because it was clean and the mattress was decent. This is a 1960’s hotel, appears to be last updated in the 1980’s. Very old and worn looking. The breakfast was very disappointing, the only protein was scrambled eggs. I would not stay here again.

The unit was very dated and run down. The unit was on the outside of the building and was freezing cold inside. We ran the heater on high all night trying to stay warm. Just a very uncomfortable and miserable night, would not recommend.

Only downside is breakfast was cleaned up promptly at 930 on Saturday morning, which I didn’t realize during my zombie mode check in as someone who had gotten in at almost 2. However, I was lucky to get a cup of coffee. A little later ran breakfast (even if it’s just fruit, or yogurts) would have been terrific, especially on a weekend. It’s not the end of the world, I lived. Would stay there again as it’s extremely close to the airport. Silver lining— missing breakfast cut off allowed me to stroll with my quickly acquired coffee to enjoy the beautiful array of hydrangeas around the entry and walk way in. So beautiful!

We stayed for 3 nights, no room service. The area is poor. The smell of weed is everywhere. I could be wrong, but there seemed to be girls "working" from some rooms. The bath tub wasn't in service (no stopper) and the shower head wasn't working properly. If it cost the same as a dive motel then fair enough, you get what you pay for. But this isn't a cheap hotel. There are FAR better options and Expedia should remove it as a suggested option.

Downside to the room, was the mirror placement, seems strange but the light from the window bounced off it and hit directly where I was laying in the bed. Also the the vent in the bathroom was covered in dust and looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in months! The shower faucet popped off right in the middle of my shower so I wasn't able to finish. Definitely could use maintenance,, staff was notified and was receptive.

I like everything about the stay... Nice room. Good breakfast and comfortable bed. Very peaceful and quiet. I'll definitely book here again.

Room had plenty of space and very clean. Easy to park and check in. Good breakfast in the morning!

Great staff, comfortable beds quiet, great breakfast.

Super friendly front desk. Decent breakfast. It smelled really good when I went inside to check in. Being pregnant I can smell just about anything and everything so it was nice to smell the clean. The water was HOT HOT so if your a hot bath after a long day it's perfect. The pool looked beautiful I wish I would have had more time to check it out.

JUST WOW! The staff went above and beyond to return my forgotten property at the hotel. Sandip & Osvaldo worked tirelessly to find a facility to overnight my items to my next destination. UPS was chosen and my items were delivered a couple days later. I cannot express my sincere gratitude to them both for reassuring me that good people do still exist in this crazy world. I am forever thankful to them both. Customer Service at its finest. Thank you so much - hope you choose this hotel based on my review.

THE COMPETENT AUTHORITIES SHOULD DO SOME CHECKS ON THIS HOTEL BECAUSE THE SMELL THAT EXISTS IN THE ROOMS IS UNBEARABLE. ALSO THE AIR CONDITIONING IS INFERNALLY NOISY, NOT TO SPEAK OF THE BREAKFAST WHICH IS VERY "THIN"... NO BURGERS, NO SUSAGE. THE CONCLUSION IS THAT I MADE A BIG MISTAKE STANDING IN THIS HOTEL.

I was surprised of the amount of money a bottle of water cost, as one could only buy stuff through a vending machine.

Was pretty good, unfortunately i can't use the pool because the weather and the safe in the room wasn't working I didn't need it as well, the breakfast could be better but it was good

There was an extremely rude desk clerk who refused to give us any extra towels. The hair dryer didnt work. The shower only had a clotth curtain so everything got soaked. Breakfast was nice however and I did meet the new management who seemed very nice. Also, the bed was comfortable despite the very small pillows.

Older facilities

Very very much in need of update. Everything was worn our, furniture was warped, chipped and needed replaced. Spiders in bathroom were plentiful. Glad we only booked 1 night as I would not have stayed another one .

Everything was as needed and expected. Very close to convenience and grocery stores.

you could get no sleep with the noise outside and in the adjacent rooms.

My non smoking room , the bed linen all reaked if cigarette smoke. I literally had to put essential oil on my pillow to mask the smell in order to sleep. Plus the wedding party music was so loud it kept us up until after midnight and my husband had to be in class early on Sunday morning.

Rude staff member at check-in. Needed to return to front desk to ask for different room, because I was put in a room with an adjoining door where someone was smoking (in a "non-smoking" hotel) and blaring television; this was in a nearly empty hotel. After put into a new room, had to go back to front desk again because the key card didn't work, which they blamed on it being cold. Two staff members were loudly arguing with a guest about having to sign in. Thoroughly unprofessional experience.

Had a running toilet, but was fixed and working order in just a couple of minutes. Everything else for the room was good. Wanted breakfast but water main broke and breakfast was cancelled. Overall a good place to go to.
