The Breakfast. There were no eggs, and the only protein source was highly processed meat (bacon, sausage, etc.) and sliced cheese. Last year when we were there, there were eggs every morning including hard boiled.

Breakfast good. Property under construction, had some issues getting around. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay our room was clean and The bed was super comfy. They are doing some remodeling, but it was an excellent stay. The continental breakfast was not very good, butI would stay there again.

Check out on Sunday morning and the breakfast ran out of almost everything by 9:00. This stay was $200 a night for a Hilton Honors member. Not at all worth this amount for this hotel. I was very disappointed with this hotel stay all around.

Clean room.

We have previously stayed at the hotel. The remodeling while open is definitely the downfall. From the fire alarms going off repeatedly, to the water leaks, to the no lobby, a few exits closed, no regular breakfast, the new parking fees, and no discount because of these facts was ridiculous. I’m actually glad we had to check out early.

I think the handicap rooms need to have an overhead light in the two room suites bedroom.

Overall property was good, lots of renovations so the lobby was not available which our team was hoping to have access to for gatherings, along with the pool and breakfast area. Otherwise would have been great for our stay.

Hotel was conveniently located near several restaurants and was generally. Amenities were mostly good, but breakfast was under stocked and chaotic. The hotel was quite busy, which caused our room to be delayed at check in even though we showed up after check in time. Room was very spacious and well equipped.

Good location for both the airport and mall area.

We were there for a big volleyball tournament and the hotel couldn't have common courtesy to open the breakfast up earlier on Saturday and Sunday so the teams and family could get breakfast before games.. they already had the food set up before 7:00 a.m. both days but wouldn't open the curtain sooner to access breakfast .. The toilet didn't flush and I had to get them to fix it.. which meant someone was going in my room without me there. No supervision of the swimming pool and hot tub area by staff to make sure rules are being followed. There was a situation in the pool area I went to the desk and the front desk worker said I don't have access to cameras.

The lobby area is nice, and the rooms were better than most hotels with the extra amenities. The response for contactless check in was very late and useless - no links provided ( no one calls for information anymore )… the front desk woman lacked any personality, and the room was hurriedly cleaned. Sink was cracked in bathroom and door barely closed!

Great location. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are dingy. Our particular room had moldy caulking around the shower and black mold spores above the shower on the ceiling shower was completely stained and gross. Lighting in the room is terrible. Most of the lamps light bulbs do not work. Overall housekeeping is not good and room is completely dingy

Bathroom has mold and the room smells like cigarettes. It was very difficult to sleep with the noise of the refrigerator. Common areas has smelly rugs. The only good thing was customer service!

Breakfast Size of room Remote didn’t work - so we could not use tv Remote was missing from fitness center and none of the machines were connected to network (ie Peloton). Room had crumbs on the floor and rotten oranges peels in the bathroom trash when we got there.

OUR ROOM: We reserved our room on 9/17/2025 (3 months prior to our arrival for TWO WEEKS (12/19/2025 thru 1/2/2026). We requested a Studio, 2 Queen beds, ACCESSIBLE, Non smoking room. When we arrived, I was asked if "I really needed this handicap room," before the front desk would give me the room...Was told she wanted to make sure "I really required this kind of room before she could give it to me & that she didn't have a room for us!" I told her I have had four spinal surgeries, as well as a knee replacement surgery in the past year & that I need this type of room!. She quickly found a room for us. It had a small shower but at least it had hand rails. Also, the toliet was very, very low to floor, making it very difficult to sit on it, especially with my recent spine and knee issues. THEN, a week later, we were told we needed to MOVE to another room upstairs because they were in the middle of a renovation & they were getting ready to clear our floor! We had no choice but to move that day. I asked if our new room would have a higher toliet but was told they didn't have that room for us! So for 2 weeks, I suffered using that very low toilet. The new room had new carpet, etc., but the beds were very low to the ground and very hard (the beds in our first room were perfect). STAFF & Housekeeping were very nice.

Breakfast was amazing & way better then any of us expected. Room was great, comfy beds and spacious. We will be keeping the chain in mind when traveling more.

Room conditions were good and staff was very good. Lots of pet noises and animals allowed in the dining area. Breakfast was basic and inadequate. Had very little taste and just not appealing at all. Quite a shame because I think I will look for other accomodations next time in spite of the good location and overall good comfort.

Clean the front desk was very pleasant. The only thing i would like to request is alil more breakfast options and a better way to cook the food. Other than that i thinks its a great place to stay thats why i keep coming back!!

This morning I asked housekeeping for additional towels, they never came. At 11:05am there was a knock from housekeeping. We said we needed a few mins and we would be out, we were just finishing packing up. The next thing I know, I get a call and voicemail from the hotel stating that housekeeping told them we weren’t checking out and needed to call them. I went down to the front desk and let them know we were almost done packing and would be out momentarily. The front desk was surprised and said housekeeping told them we were not in the room, just our belongings. The front desk was apologetic; however this was a bit annoying that housekeeping would rely completely false statements.

The fact that they are doing construction on the 5th floor but fail to tell guests that who are staying on the 4th floor isnt right at all. We were woken up at 8am from construction work. It was so loud it sounded like they were coming through the floor. The walls are paper thin as is so it was not ideal as we like to sleep in while on vacation. We were moved twice, Lezonne was really helpful and accommodating, she was the ONLY good thing about that hotel. Her customer service skills are top notch! She tried her best to find us a room that wouldn't disturb us at 8am, which I appreciate a lot! Also there were spots in our room that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Very dusty and dirty. I do have pictures. We will absolutely never stay here again. Bottom tier hotel for sure, quite unfortunate.

The pool was filthy with gobs of hair both in the water and round the pool on the floor. Door locks were not working and so doors were left open to the outside.

We did check in late and tried to switch rooms to give the hotel a second chance but none were available so we decided to check out early. I provided feedback directly to Hilton and they emailed and acknowledged the issues with the shower and said they were addressing - so really appreciated the quick feedback. The location was really close to restaurants and the mall and the pool area looked pretty nice - but our next trip to Roanoke we will be staying someplace else.

It was not a good stay..we were ready to come home once arriving. The air conditioner did not stay cool at all. The room was ok but we will reconsider staying there next time.

I was told locals aren't allowed to rent at this property. And the pool was closed with no warning. I was still allowed to check bit was quickly pushed aside for a customer i suppose was an "out of towner"

Our room wasn’t ready, it was being painted during check in. I was late for the whole reason I was visiting fhe area. I drove home and wasted a whole nights worth of money on a room. I couldn’t sleep in the room that dirty

Upon arrival the two women at the desk seemed aggitated and disgruntled. Not a good initial look! The sink was stopped up and the TV was not working - I had to fix both, I was given the run around about a late checkout.

As a smoker, I make sure to book stays at places that have designated smoking areas so as to be respectful of non-smokers and property owners. This property does advertise as having designated smoking areas but they actually have less than smoke-free properties offer. Their "designated smoking area" was an ashtray beside one of the side doors. In my explorations of the area, I came across a hotel that was noted as being a "smoke free property" that provided a bench and an ashtray not in front of a doorway. I know, smoking is bad. In reading the reviews, the breakfast was mentioned. It's a typical free continental breakfast and the staff made sure to keep it stocked. For the complaints that mentioned food was not available, please note that when this was the case, it was not due to a lack of effort of the staff but instead due to singular guests taking multiple plates back to their rooms. As paying guests, that is a privilege given, but to attribute it to poor service is absurd. The set up in the dining area, now that is a complete mess. There is a bar table that sits in front of the food setup that makes an already crowded area even more crowded and is made even worse when guests make the unwise decision to sit in the chairs that are on the food gathering side of the table. Overall - the stay was okay - I was very disappointed with the lack of an actual designated smoking area.

The hotel was good, one night the power went out for couple of hours and rooms got a bit warm it was a bit difficult to rest after a long day of driving. Other than that the service, breakfast, areas, location and staff was great.

Really liked this hotel and certainly would seek out this brand when traveling other places. Room was great with small kitchen area if you wanted to have your own food, comfy quarters and spacious bath. Good breakfast included as well.

We stayed in a non smoking room. The room smelled old & dirty. The walls were so gross. Would not recommend this hotel. The room we selected said it was rated at a 10. Wouldn’t recommend. The only good thing. The front desk staff were very nice.

Customer service not so much I work for a company that remodels stores around the area and I recently moved from Roanoke back to Lynchburg and had to find my updated license and the lady at the front desk made me feel uncomfortable with her accusations that I would mess up the room and to make sure it was clean when I left and all kinds of rude stuff ! I am very unhappy with how she treated me and hope she doesn’t treat anyone else this way because you guys may lose business

Very clean, safe, and affordable and what few staff I encountered were incredibly friendly - for these reasons I would return. However, they seemed to be low on staff, no one was actively managing breakfast so they were constantly running out of items. Pool was very cold and hot tub was not as hot as most with few jets.

Now about the reservation thru Expedia was handled terribly. They called me at 10pm the night before my arrival and moved us to a different hotel. Then I was told that I wouldn’t be charged when in fact I was charged for both motels.now I am waiting for results. They are quick to charge me but you have to wait for your refund 72 hours.

The room was clean and spacious…. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was welcoming and friendly.

Great place to stay. Clean, comfortable, safe, great breakfast, and lots of great shopping and restaurants nearby. Stayed overnight on our way down south and back up north.

The room itself was not bad. However some of the staff was extremely rude.

Great Suite - travelling with baby & dog & there was room for everyone. Good kitchen & washing facilities were handy too

Very clean, spacious, quiet. Breakfast was great. Better than continental breakfast. The only thing I would change are the pillows. Not very comfortable for me. Although my husband felt that they were comfortable to him.

It was upsetting that upon arrival we didn’t have clean bed sheets… big stains and wrappings all over… I wish this wasn’t true but it was definitely gross…

We had a lovely stay. Huge room, perfectly clean, dog friendly, and convenient to coffee, food, etc. Check in and check out was friendly, professional, and efficient.

Staff could’ve been more welcoming and cleaning services were a bit delayed but the hotel overall looks great and has many shopping and dinning options at a walking distance. Downtown area is real close as well. Would book again!

The room could use a few minor updates, like functional USB ports and a bit of general maintenance. Staff interactions were fine—not particularly warm, but not unpleasant either. Overall, it was a decent stay.

Front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. Can’t say enough about how great Misha was during our stay!

The front desk clerk was absolutely amazing, she was so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating that it made me wish my stay wasn't so short.

This hotel itself is not in good shape. The room was clean but the window treatment was broken and so did not open. There are only 2 elevators and one was broken - for a 5 story building . It took a very long time to wait since everyone was using one. Add to this the fact that they do not clean your room if you stay 2 nights. Which is ridiculous and another way for them to save money. The staff was very kind but I was disappointed due to them not cleaning our room.

Unfortunately, this was the worst place I have ever stayed. The air quality in the room was horrible even with the air running constantly. The room smelled like stale smoke and generally ancient grime. Think old bowling alley. There were very concerning stains on the carpet and desk chair. As I was leaving I noticed a couple of ants around the couch. The tub drain didn’t work well so I was taking a shower in standing water. It looked like there had been a leak in the bathroom ceiling that had been poorly repaired. I was up and ready to leave first thing in the morning. I mentioned this list to the counter staff as I left. The staff member was very professional and sweet, wrote down the list and said they would share it with maintenance. They went to see if there was anything that could be done about the regular room rate without prompting, but being prepaid added challenges there. I told her no worries on that, but nobody should be paying to stay in that room. I don’t know if the other rooms are better or worse, but I would absolutely never stay here again.

While the staff is very friendly and helpful the property condition is terrible. We had to change our room because it had pests, the sink wouldn't drain and the rack for the luggage was broken. The carpet smelled and there was no room service even to empty the trash in the room or making the bed. But the worst thing was the quality of the food offered for breakfast. It was so poor that I didn't eat there at all even though I paid for it.

The breakfast is also delicious!

First, staff was kind. Always appreciate a friendly welcome and responsive employees when we're traveling from afar with our kids. Second, and this is my fault--I didn't realize I had booked a pet friendly hotel. That being said, we had room on the second floor which reeked of dog and I could see dog hair on the carpets so it clearly had not been vacuumed. We requested a different room, but were told the hotel was full and could not accommodate that. They brought us a vacuum cleaner and my husband thoroughly vacuumed the room. I'm all for bringing your pets---I think if you have fur babies, traveling with them is great. However, housekeeping needs to be way better post pet stays. Way better. It was an unacceptable room for the $240/night we paid. That's a ton of money to stay in a dirty smelly room with uncomfortable beds. Would not recommend this hotel.

I've been here before and will stay again. The staff is nice and the hotel is quiet. I really enjoyed my room this time. King sized bed on the top floor in the corner gave me windows on two sides.

Bathroom needed some repairs. We stayed at this same property 2 years ago and marveled at the great free breakfast. This time. Not so much. Staff was not adequate. Chicken is not something I usually eat for breakfast.

Sadly, we were at the hotel for five days. Upon arrival, their website was down and not able to obtain room keys. We were escorted by a kind man to our room. Our room immediately triggered our allergies with obvious mold. An active leak was noted upon rain and front desk was disinterested. Breakfast was substandard. Neighbors were noisy and smoking weed in their room. Will not be back, sadly.

This property was better than the properties at the beach and the prices was excellent.

Best stay ever

I loved how big the room felt here and it is so nice to have the kitchen in your room, even if I only used the fridge and sink. The staff here is really nice and the location is great. Lots of places to eat across the street and right down the road from Starbucks and the airport. I'm sure I'll be back.

Open arrival, I realized I booked wrong town home2 suites. I wanted to stay in Blacksburg, I asked staff to please check Blacksburg location if available to switch, she said * I will cancel your room and call your self if they have a room!* I thought that was rude. I just check in and they gave me room filthy, bathroom floors filthy and dirty and was very old not kept updated. I have the picture if they like me to share.

Nice hotel and comfortable room. The air conditioning made a high pitch whining noise app might that made it near impossible to sleep. That was my biggest issue, but being able to get a good night's sleep is pretty important at a hotel.

Our family only stayed here for 1 night but we liked it. We love the big roomie suites with almost a full kitchen. Staff were wonderful. They were welcoming, helpful, and very respectful. Facility is nice and clean.

The room was huge and comfortable. It was wonderful that the kitchenette had dishes and utensils in it. The previous place we stayed did not. I liked that a curtain separated the bedroom from the sitting area.
