There were roaches in my room, no TV remote, stale, dirty, smell in the room, no cooking utensils or dishes in the kitchen area, my room door did not lock because the deadbolt was faulty and the representative at the front desk did not speak English well enough for me to understand him or for him to understand me so communicating my concerns went nowhere.

I arrived around 11pm and when I pulled into the parking lot, there were a group of people hanging out on one side of the lot in a darkly lit area. As I walked up to my room I got this massive smell of marijuana. The room reeked of stale cigarette smoke. The dresser was scratched up like it had been in a cat fight, the tv was about 19 inches, and there were stains on the wall. I sprayed the room with air freshener and stayed because it was late and I had been driving for 15hrs. The next morning I decided to check out early (I had paid for 2 nights). When I went to the office to do so, the manager offered to move me to another room. He took me to about 4 different rooms, none of which were satisfactory. When I told him that I'd rather check out he said he had another room to show me. It was much better than the others. The furniture was in good condition and the tv was about 50 inches big. The room looked recently renovated. He repeatedly said that the room was for 1-night guests. I guess 2 nighters like myself had to put up with the other deplorable rooms. Eventually I agreed to stay in that room but he said that someone had booked that room and he had another one exactly like it. I suggested that he give it to the other person. After making some "calls" (I don'tbelieve he was talking to anyone), he let me stay in the room. When I returned later that night, I go to take a shower, and the water comes out brown. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

It was cheap and affordable and there were plenty of room available when I arrived The room was nasty to say the least.. there were a pair of shoes under our bed when we got there. Tub looked like it never was cleaned just people gettin in and out but no cleaning. The fridge was disgusting>> I had to clean it before I could put my food in there. The cabinets were empty jus crumbs left in them from previous people using them. The microwave was nasty never been cleaned out. It smelled of the last thing someone else cooked in it. The carpets are outdated and nasty. Had to go to DT to get a broom and cleaning supplies to feel comfortable. The amount of crumbs and dirt on the floor from the carpet to the kitchen was disgusting. The bathroom toilet was never cleaned off it was hair from the last 60 people wrapped around the bottom of the toilet and on the floor> you couldn't walk around wit just socks on they were black!!! The staff was very nasty to be foreigners they would want to be more respectful being in our space and being invited, but instead they acted like I was the foreigners and I did not belong there. They talked to me nasty didnt want to change my room even after the shoes were found under my bed. Im also homeless so I had a issue with the person paying for my room and they got nasty with them about payment also and then told me to get out at 11 and it was 1055.. Then they kept coming by my room while I was packing my stuff wit my CHILD and telling me to hurry up and get out rudely. They didnt care that I was homeless and had nowhere to go, but was waiting for a ride to get me off their property. So they kept threatening me with the police instead of trying to help me out. This will probably be my first and last time staying at this RUN DOWN EXTENDED STAY>> IF THEY WANT TO BE NASTY WIT THEIR ATTITUDE THE LEAST THEY CAN DO IS REMODEL OR CLEAN PROPERLY OR EVEN HIRE CLEANERS CUZ THEY ARE CLEANING THEM THEIRSELVES NOT A HOUSEKEEPER IN SIGHT UNLESS U ARE STAYING OVER 14 DAYS!! First and foremost, I was never informed that the front desk closes at 10:00 PM. I arrived at approximately 10:15 PM, expecting a normal check-in, only to discover the building completely closed. Instead of a staffed desk, there’s a random phone mounted on the side of the building that you’re supposed to use to call someone to come down and check you in. This was not communicated anywhere during booking and is completely unacceptable, especially for travelers arriving late. After waiting in the cold, someone eventually came down and checked me in. Unfortunately, things went downhill immediately after entering the room. • The toilet did not flush at all • The bathroom light didn’t work, meaning there was no lighting whatsoever • The room door looked like it had been kicked in at some point, leaving a large gap where cold air was pouring in all night • The room itself felt unsafe, poorly maintained, and unclean Because the toilet wouldn’t flush, I was forced to smell my own waste all night long, which is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable under any circumstances. On top of that, I had to shower in complete darkness due to the broken bathroom light. I attempted multiple times to get help: • Called the after-hours number — no answer.

Okay when I first got here the TV didn't work and the heat wasn't working correctly but I explained to the explain to the manager about that and they immediately got on top of it the TV's working great the Heat's working fine the rooms are clean the people are friendly and it's a very quiet area I really had an enjoyable stay recommended for anybody

Okay so yeah like I had come in and everything was okay at first and then I started looking around there was no hand towels the TV would not work I didn't know what was wrong with it the Air does not get hot and the window does not lock I called someone down here about that and the lady was going to move me to another room but I was tired from where I was in the hospital so I told her to wait till today then today when I explained to the man after I paid another 70 some dollars they didn't even give me a discount for yesterday and I got no TV all day and was cold all day he said his people was going to fix it well guess what they didn't and it's still cold I would like to move rooms if possible if not

i understand these are rooms with kitchenettes but I stopped one overnight pit stop. Rooms nice enough but if you did not bring your own supplies, tea, coffee, milk, cream etc there was nothing in the room. No nearby breakfast place.

They hotel staff told if I smoked in the room it was a fine but because I stepped out on the room door they told me I was breaking the rules they need to make the location of a smoking block if that's where they want you to smoke

No Manager got smart with me

Please review the information above also it felt like it was a drug dealer hang out with a drive-thru window. The smell of pot was awful. Cars kept coming and going all night and doors banging all night of people going in and out of their rooms.

The GM of the hotel is extremely rude, inappropriate, and hostile. Will not be staying with any Extended Stay America ever again.

Staff indifferent. One thin bar of soap and one towel supplied for three people. When a new towel was requested at the desk I was told it was policy to return the used towel before a new one could be issued. Very limited desk hours which was problematic when the power went down. Had to pay in full before moving in. Room smelled. No waste basket. Worst place ever.

Also, I appreciated the promptness of attention from the agent working when I reported the issue with the remote. Additionally, I called to extend my stay one more day due to a family issue that brought me in to town and it was easy to do that issue via phone (I presume to their call center; I’ll go down to the front desk in the morning to ensure there is no issue).

Horrible service. No hot water for entire stay of 7 days. Front desk folks did not speak a lick of English! Avoid this place at all cost as they were not willing to fix the issue or cancel the reminder of the reservation after two days or reduce the rate. And the issue was for entire hotel!

The internet was an additional cost and hardly worked properly. The pet costs were very high. The outside lighting wasn't working properly. Key cards reprogrammed multiple times per day, over multiple days. No additional accommodations: ice, printing, coffee,breakfast, housekeeping, pool or exercise area. While in the office I overheard other guests complaining about the key cards and internet. The fire dpt, 2 ambulances, and the police were at the location in one week's time. No real sense of safety or that the cost matched the accommodations. If you're looking for a long term temporary stay, I would not recommend.

The toilet had urine stains and the mirror was cloudy with filth. Most of the people there are on public assistance. There were used hypodermic needles in the grass. There were full trash bags laying all over. The employee was very nice, though, and he was trying his best.

Worst vacation ever, multiple things broken, horrid smell, zero help from staff. The fully stocked kitchenette had no stock. They said we would have to go buy all our dishes and pots and pans to use the kitchen even though the website advertises that it is fully stocked.

This property is the worst place we have ever stayed. The room had not been cleaned prior to our check-in. The property is in need of a major renovation. The microwave & the cooking elements on the stove are old & very worn. Counter top is very old & worn. Some of the electrical outlets did not work. The bath tub drain backed up when we showered (~2-3 inches of standing water) & took a long time to drain out. The Cable TV was not working. We were told by other guests that there had been a storm that knocked out the cable & the management had been telling them for the last 4 days that it was being repaired. The TV was back in working order on the 2nd night of our stay. We needed to check out on Sunday just after 7am. When we got to the office door, there was a typed paper sign taped to the door saying that checkout was now 9am, even though there was a permanent sign beside the office door saying that check-out was 7am. We had to put our room key cards through the mail slot in the door. We booked this property to attend our granddaughter's volleyball tournament. The hotel that her team was staying in was totally booked & this property was just around the corner from their hotel. The difference in the 2 properties is unbelievable. We will never stay in another Extended Stay America again.

The property looked fairly well maintained on the outside. The inside of the room was subpar. Our bed had been sat on with all the pillows stacked on the one bed. And a clear indication of someone relaxing watching TV with feet in the made bed. TV was left on. There was a LOT of trash under the beds. That was pretty gross. Trash still in the trash cans. And the floor was clearly not cleaned. The bed dust ruffle was a hot mess. Looks like someone was in a huge hurry or was super lazy. Our room also smelled pretty strong of marijuana. And we could hear every person nearby opening and closing their doors. However, there were no bugs. The shower worked. There were no shady characters hanging around outside when we got in late at night. And we slept fairly well. Overall, it was exactly as I expected for the price.

Place was hard to find. The property was greatly in need of renovation. The rug in my room was tremendously stained. The manager had only certain hours so I could not get pots or coffee utensils which was why I chose this chain.
