They were very accommodating. It was a great stay. In the first room, the AC was not working. They moved me to another room. If you put the sign on the door, housekeeping still knocked on the door. I slept in a few mornings cause I was on vacation, and I had the sign on the door. Also, breakfast can be monitored better with plates and coffee.

Breakfast was barely breakfast Went up to the counter to ask for a do not disturb sign and the guy quickly threw his shirt over unbuttoned pants. Everything was plugged into one extension cord and kept turning off

AC was nice and cool, sheet could have been cleaner. Staff opened the restroom door on my girlfriend when she was changing in the lobby restroom since we got there a little before check in. Breakfast was missing a bunch of items due to staff shortage. Might book next year, might try another place.

We stayed here for the weekend for LS Fest and it was perfect. Close to TMS and had great restaurants around it. Recommend it!

Great staff. They were very accommodating and out-going. Good bargain hotel. Good space for a single queen room. Nice pool area. Clean. Very quiet and uneventful experience... just like I want my overnight hotel stays.

This place was gross. It had a weird smell in the room and refrigerator and wasn’t really clean and I had hair on my sheets. They didn’t even replace the empty roll of toilet paper! Couldn’t get extra pillows and the place was noisy and couldn’t sleep. Would never stay here again.

They also had a waffle maker for breakfast. The bathroom was the problem area, the door did not want to fully shut - the handle wouldn't latch. The shower was ok overall, but there was visible mold on some of the caulking. Our bathroom had a large crack in the floor, the grout had started to come up and the toilet seemed to be far from level due to the crack issue. There were normal continental breakfast options, but the food was always cold, even if they had just brought out a new tray of eggs, sausage, potatoes, etc. Not sure what was up with that. And very minor, but important gripe for me was the coffee was weak bean water.

The hotel side access door which required a card key to access didn't actually work, and this would've been the most convenient door for us.

Showers were very dirty and had mold build up, they spray the hallways with air freshener that comes into the room and gets overwhelming. The continental breakfast is out of most of the food every day I was there.

This is a very basic hotel. Do not expect much. The carpets in the hall on the first floor were dirty and there is no carpet in the rooms. Nothing cozy about it. When you walk in ur hit w a disinfectant smell. Not my cup of tea. No bananas for breakfast. We waited a few minutes to get greeted, and then check-in was sorta slow. Anyway, we only paid $72 for the room, but I do not think I would stay there again. We literally were there to sleep. In and out in 7 hrs. The bed was comfortable enough. Water was hot.

It was aright for the price. Barely clean, bathroom floor was sticky, carpet in the room had a lot of hair in it.

The free breakfast wasnt the best no milk for cereal no meat of any kind. Was told check out was 11 but they started trying to come in at 9:30 and about 30 mi there after. Toilet looked like it was made for a toddler. Lobby smelled good but rest of hotel not so good.

The staff surprise you with a $100 deposit ON TOP of whatever you’re paying to “rent” the rooms for a few nights, we had warm water, Not HOT water only warm and it didn’t change. We had a gnat infested sink the whole time we were there.

Not accommodating; we arrived a couple of hours early, and check-in wasn't until 3 pm. Despite explaining we had an event and wouldn't return for several hours, they wanted to charge an extra $40 for a 2-hour early check-in, even though the room was ready. The floor was very sticky, the TV had poor sound with echo, and the walls were very thin, making it noisy. Breakfast was also very poor, even with an early arrival.

The staff was exceptional. The room was nice and clean and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast but it was ok. Like most hotels they do require a deposit of $100 but the hotel before this one charged even more. But, as usual, I got it back the next morning. Also, the location. It’s near Texas Motor Speedway so of course the traffic is a bit much. But that’s to be expected

Front desk staff was rude at check in. The process of checking in and checking out was made difficult by the poor customer service skills. The hotel had long term residents acting as staff which made me feel uneasy about my stay.

Check-in was not simple. There was confusion among us using booking.com to reserve our room. The staff wanted to take a picture of our credit card information. We had to switch rooms due to blood (we think) being on our sheets when we got ready for bed. It was "hidden" under one of the pillows. Staff did come up to the room to look and let us move rooms. Breakfast was not good. The gravy looked and tasted like water as well as the eggs. The waffle mix was very thin (although the waffle did turn out ok). The juice (apple & orange) both tasted funky. Housekeeping came to clean our room while we were out and took the dirty towels and washcloths but did not replace what they took, leaving us short and no towel for the floor by the shower. Overall, disappointed.

Room is clean. I’ve stayed here before and the room I got one the second floor was way nicer than the one I stayed in on the 3rd floor. There was a strong smell on the 3rd floor that wasn’t necessarily pleasant but Overall good stay.

I liked that there makeup wipes in the bathroom. I didnt like the cleanliness of the shower. There were hairs from previous guests waiting for me in there.

The location was good. The beds and pillows were good. The breakfast wasn’t that good. There was eggs in a circle. There was no meat to go with the the eggs. The waffle was good, but the syrup was old. There was cream cheese but no bagels to put it on. We stayed three nights and never had a maid come check on us. We got our own towels and emptied the trash ourselves. Will not stay in another Quality Inn.

Closer to Northwest high school I was working I checked in at 3pm and from that moment the nightmare begin, The hotel was so noisy I wanted to just check out and go back to Waxahachie where I live.There were loud kids that was somewhere close to my room and to top that off there was a barking dog that barked everytime someone passed the door. No sleep at all and I let the staff know when I checked out and told her this was a waist of money staying here because I didn't get any rest, She said the next time you come we will put you in a much quieter room,She didn't say sorry for your experience and I will be more than happy to make a refund or a complimentary stay on the hotel, So I want be returning to this hotel because my rest and money didn't mean anything to the staff.

The breakfast consist of Texas waffle, biscuits and watery sausage gravy, cereal, whole milk ,apple, yougart white bread , blueberry muffin, and Danish. First day we went at 8 so figured they just needed to fill it back up ,so then second next day we went down at 730 to see if the breakfast was any different and it was the same thing,so we went out to get breakfast. The front desk personal was great.

This is no good place to stay as cheap each time. I’ve stayed here though there’s rowdy people up by the pool just stay up all night. I think they live here full-time maybe even work at the hotel they’re very unfriendly makes you feel unsafe.

ALL OTHER HOTELS LET ME CANCEL WITHIN ONE DAY. EVEN A NICE CONDO IN GALVESTON. SO I WAS VERY SURPRISED IN YOUR REFUND POLICIES. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND QUALITY INN TO ANYONE.

We stayed 5/16/25-5/19/25. The room was a nice size and clean. The staff was friendly and their greatest asset is Sonny. He was incredibly attentive to my mother’s needs and was sincere with his concern for her well being.

Well to start the place wasn’t very clean. And it definitely needs to be remolded. The carpets were nasty looking and the place looked very dark and dirty. Then the key cards add be reset everyday. And I heard others having the same problems. I ended up with 5 different key cards and still had to get them reset to get into the room. I will not be planning on staying there next year when I go back for that event.

Staff was very nice as previously reviewed, however I arrived 15 minutes early and they told me no rooms were available yet. I’ve never had an issue with that at other hotels, so it seemed a little odd they made me wait.

A couple dings : Toilet got stopped up and the flapper would not seat properly...TV remote batteries went dead...Check-in was EXTREMELY slow, but was explained that since I booked through Expedia, almost all my info had to be re-entered....but they are "working on it" with Expedia to get info faster....The breakfast was kinda "iffy" with just barely enough food at 8am....and the water pressure in the shower was very weak... The bed was excellent, the AC worked great, and the room staff did a great job with bed, towels, etc.... In conclusion. would stay here again even with the drawbacks, because of the courteous staff of Dee and Sunny.....We enjoyed it......!!

We attended a swim meet at NISD aquatics center and this hotel was perfectly sittuated at an affordable price close to restaurants!

Traveling with a 90 and 70 year old it was a slight problem; had to help them get up onto the bed. The bath had towels for two yet we were four, so another trip down to get more at the front desk. Breakfast was very disappointing. The eggs looked and tasted awful, sausage was decent, biscuits were very dry, and waffle maker either overcooked or undercooked. If it were not for the staff, I think we would have left.

Hotel and room stank like weed, pillows were 3rd world grade, midnight hotel staff seemed 'distracted' and non-verbal, parking lot was full of non-customers using wifi signal; did not feel safe. Did not receive ground floor room as requested.

Breakfast was poorly planned. Dried scrabble eggs, no bagels. Requested new eggs and I was denied. Never again here. Just because Breakfast. Next time holyday inn.

Run down, looks like they started a renovation but never finished. Dirty comforter on arrival, in general not clean. Bed and pillows comfy. Will say though front desk clerk friendly and helpful. Quick fix on comforter. Included breakfast not very good quality.

Our overall stay was good, our room did not have a hair dryer because the hair dryers were recently recalled. When I mentioned to the front desk, they told me I could have asked for one. Also, they staff works really hard to make sure our stay was great.

There is an extremely strong cleaning odor which in itself was horrible smell. It’s as if they were trying to cover up odors. The doors do not fit, there is light coming thru them. And who was the architect that decided the bathroom doors worked - because they clearly do not. Breakfast was disgusting

The staffs are friendly. The room condition is not what we expected. The rest room tile grout are broken. The room door won’t completely close by itself because it is not plumbed.

There was a cockroach in the best room they had. Breakfast was so below average that we skipped it and they refused to extend checkout time by an hour and just gave 30 mins.

Great place with everything within walking distance

For a little older property the place seem fairly well maintained. Unfortunately at 8:30pm, the room didn’t have the a/c turned on and was north of 90 degrees inside. All night the unit cycled on for about 90 seconds, compressor would shut off, the fan would continue to blow less than cool air for a couple of minutes, then stop. Less than five minutes, that cycle would repeat. The room never fully cooled or reached a comfy sleeping temp. Made for a terrible night with little sleep. And when could really take no more, at 5:20am, the mini fridge compressor kicked on and sounded like an orbital sander grinding away. When checking out, the desk person asked if we had a good night and I responded, “no” and explained why, she replied with “sorry, we will have to look into that”. That was the response I expected. Hotel got me to pay for a night and had no expectation that I would ever return, and I never will.

There are two things which are not good. First, the staff didn't clean everything. The food of the previous client was still in the refrigerator when I was there. Second, the staff didn't clean the room on the second day.

Was greeted checking in and checking out by very friendly staff. Just wish breakfast could have been available later as we were tired and needed to sleep as late as we could and missed it.

Room was clean and comfortable. Only problem was the beds were so high, I could not get in them. The Manager was very nice and found me a stool to get into bed. Not good for short people or Seniors

The shower was slippery and unsafe. I had to put a towel in the bottom. Not enough hand rails in the shower.

Since I would be there 5 nights, I asked for a quiet room. They put me on the first floor, two doors down from the ice machine, and right beside the pool. The walls are terribly thin and you can hear EVERYTHING that goes on in the next rooms. One night there were two rooms across from me with their doors open having a loud party on a weeknight. At 11:00pm, I called the front desk, they did nothing. At midnight, I went up to the front desk, they called the room but said the people didn’t speak English and didn’t do anything else. Finally at 1:00am, I went over to the rooms and firmly told them to turn off their music, close their doors, and be quiet! Somehow, they managed to understand that in English. Also, when I picked up the phone to call the front desk, the receiver was stuck down. I had to forcefully pull it up and it was covered in a clear sticky viscous matter. Use your imagination to figure out what it probably was. It was absolutely gross! In the morning, I told the clerk and they assured me it would be cleaned. I got back to the room that afternoon and it had not been cleaned. I took pictures and shared with the different front desk clerk the following morning and she was grossed out by it, too. Upon checkout, I also left the receiver sitting off the hook with the sticky side up so housekeeping would be forced to clean it. That is so disgusting. I wonder what else wasn’t cleaned. I will NEVER go back there again.

The room was ok, just didn’t seem as nice as the photos. There was a very bad smell in the hallway and room, mold in the tub, broken towel bar, no hotel security lock on the door, and no breakfast the following morning as advertised. Only bonus was friendly staff. It just did not seem worth the price we paid. If it hadn’t been so late when we checked in, we probably would have booked another hotel. Disappointed…

The hotel looks decent from the lobby. Once I got to my room, there were dirt smeared by the door and the wall baseboard. It smelled musty too. We were there for the weekend. Even though the walls and doors were filthy, the bed was comfortable and smellled clean. Breakfast was decent, staff are always there to help if you ask.

The beds were too high off the ground for a geriatric person who is only 5 feet tall. Very challenging for her to get in the bed.

The room was great the only problem I had was being charged $100 deposit that I was suppose to get back in 3 days tops that a week later I still don't have back.

This is a barebones hotel. The breakfast was terrible. They didn’t even have salt and pepper and only power creamer. It worked for exactly what I needed it for, a cheap bed for the night. Staff were friendly but didn’t go out of their way to help. If you are looking for a bed to sleep in on your visit without the flair, then this is the hotel for you.

My Tv did not work in my room but other than that my stay was great.

Bed sheets were not clean. Bathroom sink was dirty. Toilet sit was broken. Too much noise. Walls are super thing. It was dusty. Ladies in the front desk super attentive. But I wouldn’t recommend for families with young children. Room beside us well I don’t think anything good was going there because of the smell and type of noises.

For a low budget hotel it was good

First room I was assigned had visible roaches all over the place, they switched to a second room that looked clean. Went to sleep and woke at 1am with bedbugs biting me and all over the bed. Left the room and slept in my truck rest of the night. Manager refused to refund the reservation.

Breakfast choices are plentiful with selections of fresh fruit, warm entrees, cereals and bread items. Perhaps the fitness room was being updated. Disappointed it wasn’t available to use. Close to freeway.
