decently clean , and organized we came with a reservation, when we got into the room we found out the AC wasnt not working which is understandable,when told to the employee at the front he told us there were no other room available we had to wait for maintenance guy to show up, we waited for over an hour nobody ever showed up , so we went to speak to employee once again. Turns out the guy had not even called the maintenance guy and offered us a room after telling us no other rooms were available effectively lying straight to our faces.When we told him to cancel he denied and told we had to wait until monday to speak with a manager(it was saturday) and no option for a refund.We were very unpleased with the staff and do not appreciate lying.We understand if theres any issues with the rooms it happens but staff should look to help not treat customers like that(small short guy with a white shirt 5/23/26

Nothing but crack heads and fighting in the parking lots- TVs do not work, wires all pulled out of them and on the floor. Dirty and gross.

The cost was alright and it was close to the event that I was going to at the Texas Motor Speedway. Showers had great water pressure. The entire second floor of the motel smelt of weed all night. Whoever does the maintenance should give up their job and let someone else more qualified complete the work, but I guess that is on management.

Property was definitely pet-friendly. Staff was short and impolite. Came back from dinner to find cops in the parking lot. Woke up in the night to a strong smell of marijuana emanating from the hallway into my room. Most importantly, there were roaches in my room that caused me to check out at 5 AM. I cancelled my second night when I checked out, and the desk clerk didn't even ask why. I recommend the Quality Inn next door.

Bed was very uncomfortable - issues when I checked in about payment. I had proof with me of already paid. Finally had it cleared up!!

It smelled horrible when I walked in! the building! Beds were nice and clean but air was mediocre, very loud, rust on doorways in the room and bathroom, hair still in the shower. I was disappointed compared to other Motel 6 locations!!! Sorry but I will not stay there again! I woke up and left as soon as I could! The beds were very stiff and uncomfortable, like I was sleeping on a box spring!!! Staff was very pleasant but that’s it!!

The entire staff is very rude; they treat you terribly and are very racist. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Furthermore, they kicked me out of the place because I couldn't speak English well, and now they refuse to refund my money, even though I didn't use the service.

It was centrally located near TMS, Buc-ee’s, Alliance Airport, Tanger Outlets, and several restaurants Day general manager inadvertently canceled my prepaid booking through Booking.com (while I was staying in the room for over a week), then tried to blame me. Night manager called me a liar, threatened me with physical violence, then acted like I performed some sorcery, when the confirmation I had tried to tell him about popped up on his computer.

Had to check out a full day early to try and beat weather, didn't receive a refund for the unused day because the establishment said hotels.com had to authorize the refund, and hotels.com said the establishment had to authorize a refund. It's nice enough if your garbage or don't shower regularly. I know motel 6 is a hit or miss chain... probably go ahead and miss this one. It's worth another $50 a night to stay next door. $100 for economy room seemed a bit high but it was a Friday night. The noise level outside the hotel seemed excessively loud. Almost sounded like an auto race was going on but the internet said there was no scheduled race. The room was clean and modern. Plenty of electrical outlets. The mattress seemed a little thin. Only two relatively thin pillows.

Stayed at Motel 6 and was disappointed with the experience. Housekeeping was poor, and the room was not properly cleaned. The heater also did not work, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the quality did not meet expectations.

Refrigerator didnt work and had no microwave, half the plugs didnt work. Staff was nice but room was not great. Room even smelt kinda bad like a mix of paint and cigarette smoke. Took food to warm up for me my wife and daughter and went bad so we had to buy food for the rest of time there.

Location , clean , like new, We stayed in three different motels and this was the nicest and cheapest. Coffee was gone. No complimentary breakfast. Seemed to have homeless hangouts So that was understandable.

The location and price was the only good thing about this location The bed was one of the worst beds iv ever slept in. Woke up hurting so bad and barly got any sleep. The elevator was disgusting and the bathroom in the room looked like someone threw up violently and the only thing they cleaned was the floors. Ac didn't work very good at all and they do not offer a 2nd pillow for customers

The price was good and the location was great for what I needed. The bed wasn’t bad, a little firmer than I prefer The cleaning was inconsistent at best. One day they changed the towels, but didn’t make the bed. None of the days of my stay did they wipe off the bathroom counter. There was still hair in the shower drain after they cleaned. Even though it was a non-smoking hotel the whole floor smelled like an ashtray.

The cleaning lady replaced my hand towel bath towels but never replaced my wash clothes had to go to the front desk every day to get one. The staff barely spoke English very hard to communicate with!

There was mold all on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. The mattress was like laying on a rock and it took a bit for the heat to turn hot. The biggest thing was when checking in the guy behind the counter was on his computer watching something and finally noticed me when I hit the bell.

Had to have them print out one at the front desk for me. The TV was very dark and no way to brighten it up on remote. And last but not least, the pillows must have been at least 8-10 years old. They were not comfortable at all. Worst room I have ever had in 55 years of travel all around the world.

It is one of the best Motel 6 hotels I have stayed at. The bench in the bedroom provided more comfortable seating than the standard wooden chair. The shower was a stall, with a small bench. The room was clean. Plenty of restaurants in the area, Buccees across the street with Tanger Outlet Mall not too much further away. Hotel had a pool, though I don't know if it was open or not.

The hotel was a reasonable price and reviews did not seem that bad. Hotel staff was slightly rude and the rooms were not clean and the furniture was falling apart. First room they switched me to did not have curtains. The second room, the key did not work. The pool is a hazard itself. Parts of the pool chipping away and tile falling off. Had my autistic grandson with me and staff was rude about it when he would laugh loud while going through the lobby. If you want a stay that is affordable but not comfortable at all, this is the place.

It finally reached 78 degrees by 2am. It should be noted that we developed a power issue at home and the electrician couldn't come until the next day. I chose this hotel so I could enjoy some AC and electricity for the night. Next time I'll choose somewhere different.

With the mounds of animal hair and the smell of devils lettuce slapping you in the face, I knew I messed up staying here. But wait there’s the room. Upon opening the room, our nostrils were hit with the most musty smell imaginable. There was an army of sugar ants on the small table and dust bunnies all over the floor. Women’s hair just relaxing in the shower floor. This experience made me rethink life. Motel 6 please do better. Enforce the NO Smoking rules. Take the crap outside. Rje be nice. It’s not hard. House keeping, do your job. You only did one visit during three day stay. Ok I’m done.

There is no coffee in the room and no breakfast offered. I didn't read the fine print before booking. I'm sure it wouldn't have mattered. I guess I assumed that all hotels had coffee in the room now. My biggest complaint with all hotels, no matter how much they cost is the terrible toilet paper. Its jut about useless

There is no coffee in the room and no breakfast offered. I didn't read the fine print before booking. I'm sure it wouldn't have mattered. I guess I assumed that all hotels had coffee in the room now. Probably the least comfortable bed ever. TV wasn’t working properly with cables hanging out the front. I would not stay here again.

Outside property was nice great location ,inside property could use some cleaning, staff needs to be replaced bad comments from older front desk employees

We went for a nascar event. The room was small which wasn’t a big deal since we were spending most of the time at the track. But the layout was odd. The TV wasn’t in a position where both people in the bed could watch, the fridge was under a table which limited the space for people to sit. The hanger situation was odd too. No closet just a small rack behind the TV mount. Pillows were matted down so I had to fold them over to get the right comfort. Overall the big issue was the room. If you are just sleeping there, then it’s fine, you don’t need much and what the room had was enough. If you want a place to relax after a long day of work or what have you, maybe look another place. Room was clean, people were nice, nothing broken, just very basic.

The room overall was ok. The beds were ok and the staff was nice. However there was a peculiar smell in the room. It was fine though.

Housekeeping was terrible. Just came in and picked up towels and empty the trash. Left no towels and we called front desk. Beds unmade 3 days in a row.

Everything was clean, hotel smells nice, completely up to date. They didn't have shampoo, conditioner or lotion in the room, please bring your own.

The rooms are average but very comfortable. The rooms are very clean and well kept.

First of all, this hotel does not allow you to leave reviews on the Google website. Which is a red flag any company that will not allow their customers to leave a review is obviously a horrible company in this case, This is a horrible hotel never stay here. The price is cheap but you get what you pay for you also get bite by bedbugs. You also smell feces from pets

First time in the area and was a good time not too loud and convient to the highway

It was okay the water pressure was very low in the shower and sink bed were comfortable rooms were clean I would stay there again

it was hot asf in both rooms and the first room had roaches and the second room had stains on the wall.

Hallway smelled like pee, we stayed in 222 and we had a bed bug and it bit our baby. We took a picture and showed staff, they didn’t really care about it.

No deposit was nice and clean arguably best motel I’ve stayed in for that price would come back again

It was ok but it doesn’t have refrigerator or a microwave in the room

The service up at the desk was very friendly and we got to our room and it was just very small beds were doubles and the bathroom was hidden we thought it was a closet. The sink shot water out so your front of clothes got wet so we barely turned water on to wash our hands. They painted something because their was paint spots on floor, table and sink area. The shower was dirty. The outside area had cigs on ground and dog poop everywhere. I will not be back

Found cockroaches in the rrom and outside of our door was dog poop everywhere. When my wife spoke to the manager about the cockroaches his reply was..."and?" She was shocked thats all he had tp say. Then when she told him about all the dog poop he replied .."people have dogs" so she didnt even bother to tell him the sink in the room was clogged up. Worst hotel stay ever! And rudest front desk we have ever encountered! I wouldnt stay here again if it was free!

I had to go to the front desk to get into my room because the key wouldn’t work 3 times. We only had two pillows on our bed that are as flat as a pancake and I had to go backdown to find out that you have to turn on the Tv and push #2 on the remote to have the TV work properly

Conveniently located to fwy, gas, shopping. Even though it was in a busy area the hotel itself was quiet. The elevator was a bit dirty though.

There was a live roach in the bathmat, and the outlet that the mini fridge was plugged into was dangling outside of the wall. Beds were hard

The toilet seat was loose and almost unusable, the mini fridge wouldnt stay closed, the bed hard with thin covers, and only one pillow per person.
