I asked for change of room because tub faucet wouldn’t turn off. The desk staff quickly complied. Rooms could be updated. Regular room had no grab bars in tub area. Toilet paper is hard to reach behind while sitting on toilet. Toilets too low for adult.

The emergency door next to the street in the staircase was broken and always wide open when I would leave my room. It felt unsafe and felt like they wouldn't address it correctly. I had to take the stairs because the elevator felt unsafe as well. It's a very dated hotel. So it's ok. But when we went out to the pool there was garbage everywhere and the pill just never felt like it was maintained often but just enough! Good breakfast, clean rooms, don't forget to request your room cleaned everyday. Good location though to food and night life!

It was a very nice hotel. The room was clean and spacious and very affordable. The beds and linens were comfortable, the shower was hot with great water pressure and the pet policy was great. However, I reserved and paid in full in Hotels.com and when I got to the hotel I was then told I had to pay an additional 30% deposit of the total room charge cos that was “hotel policy” yet that was not disclosed during the reservation and payment stage online. I have yet to receive that deposit back and for that reason I cannot recommend this hotel, because that deposit seems like a scam.

Lady up front was not likeable. Nothing intentional just a rude older lady. Strong attitude when my youngest wanted a cover for the sleeper couch. Last thing I wanted to ask her was for a different room due to AC. I know it would not have ended well. First negative review I've had to write in several years. We stay in several hotels for basketball tournaments always around the same price range. Beds have always been comfortable and rooms have always been cold. Just a terrible experience overall for the one night we were there. Oh and rust water stains all over the tub. We thought it was dirt at first but just stains. But that didn't even bother me. Just the terrible beds and that terrible AC made it miserable to sleep!!! Please do better.

Property is a bit dated and beat up and ready for a refresh but the staff was nice and the coffee was warm and the location was pretty good for what I needed.

The ottoman cubes for the couch were tattered around the edges and just brought the room appearance down a couple of notches. We reported slow leak under sink and difficulty with getting shower water turned all the way off.

There was a spilled milk stain on the couch in our room. I pointed it out to the electrician who was working on the air in our room. He was very nice and got the air working and it was great for the 2 nights we were there. He also let the front desk know about the milk stain so we would not be charged a fee for that. The beds were nice and comfortable. We had a great relaxing stay!!

The photos of the room I booked showed a jacuzzi tub in the room however when we arrived we were told that there isn’t a jacuzzi in our room. We were told that Expedia put the wrong photos on the reservations. There were also dead bugs in the window and on the bedding.

Nothing - the staff was terrible - I’m 100% disabled - and the charged me for my service animal - and the only reason I can come up with is because I’m military The manager and the staff were horrible - all because I have a service animal - they treated me like I was a hassle all because I was disabled - I showed the manager my military ID and he didn’t care - the staff lady this morning would not give me a cup of coffee before I left to drive back to Oregon - she said it was policy to not let me get coffee from the break room until 630 when it opened - we left at 4am - however the staff lady the night before had no problem letting us get a cup of coffee from the break room after it was closed - she acted like it was her coffee and her coffee alone - she was a horrible person with a ton of hate towards all of us - my friend lost his leg and she treated him try the same way !

The person who checked us in was super friendly and the facility was clean, beds comfy. The filters and coils on the in-room HVAC units were absolutely in dire need of cleaning and PM.

The breakfast was really good and the pool was nice The fridge in my room was soooo unbearably loud. And it was sporadic, It would wake me up at random points in the night.

Staff, specifically Devon. Engaged in conversation and made excellent recommendations for the food in the Market. The hotel itself was quiet and clean. Needs updating, but all in all a nice stay. Plus it is perfectly located between my niece and her husband and her parents homes, so VERY convenient. Will definitely be staying there again.

Upon arriving we had room 117. Check in was wonderful. Our room was very spacious and wonderful. Bed was surprisingly very comfy. Shower water is very very hot. Linen was soft. Now.... the hot tub was nice and warm. Jets do not work. Pool is very fridged. There were no towls for the pool either. Our room is literally bext door to breakfast area. We never heard a sound or noise the next morning. People talking going down the hall never seeped thru our room. Breakfast...... circle eggs, sausage, waffles, 3 types of cereal, bagel, toast, yougart, muffins, juice, milk. Wish they would do bacon. We will stay again if in the area.

Our only complaint was that the air conditioning didn’t seem to be working correctly. It would get really hot in the room before the air would turn on then it’d get really cold and it didn’t seem to matter what temperature we had the thermostat at. The hot tub was more of a warm bath tub temperature which my kids enjoyed swimming in so it wasn’t working correctly but we didn’t mind that at all. Overall, for the price, it was a great place to stay and we enjoyed it.

They stole it over $200 from and won’t refund it. They went back and double charged me two days after I checked out and are denying it when it clearly shows on my bank account that they did. They are going to be sued!!!!

Nothing really, other then it was 10 minutes from my job site. The first thing it says is it has a stove top in the rooms, and it didn't. The pillows were thin and only 2. There is only 1 washer and dryer for customers to use. I only have 1 day to wash, and it was always being used. For one week and a day, they charged 990.86. My wife found a better hotel and is only 5 minutes from my job site. I checked out 1 day early, so they charged me 152.53 for an early check out. I called them and they told me to call back on Saturday from 7 to 3 for when the manager is there. I ask why they charged me so much for 1 night, which Is on a Monday. No holiday, nothing. I guess they were mad. I checked out 1 day early. I don't understand why they charged me so much for one day when all the other days were 100 and down for each day. I asked that they say they dont have no set rates on their rooms. So they can charge us whatever they want. I work for a very big company walker engineering, and they make a lot of money off of the guy's being sent down here from all over. I just wanted everyone to know what this hotel has done for me checking out 1 day early. I don't mind paying for checking out early, but why did they up the price on the room that they can still rent out.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The elevator is a bit dangerous and will move before the doors are closed. The doors will also close with a person standing in it. My family and I opted for the stairs several times. The bathroom could also have been cleaner. Lots of space in the room itself. Breakfast cut off 30 minutes early.

Hotel stay was fine. We stayed a week and only had two housekeeping visits, which was enough for us. Pool was open, breakfast was good, beds and pillows weren't comfortable though.

This hotel was great. Outdoor pool and hot tub which were nice after a long day of driving. Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast had a good assortment and you could make Texas-sized and shaped waffles!

I got this hotel for my son to go to a friends graduation and even with me on the phone they would not let him check in because he is not 21. He is 18…still and adult. So I had to call all over town to find another hotel while he was 6 hours away. HE IS AN ADULT!

Plugged up toilet [every time it was flushed] on first of three nights. Continued through the stay. Asked about having it fixed, employees weren't knowledgeable enough to tell us NO maintenance on weekends. I was told they would call maintenance. Went to desk for a plunger. NOT OUR JOB....Hair dryer didn't work, so I was tasked with going to desk to get a replacement. That one didn't work either. I GAVE UP. Stingy with towels, and also coffee for room Won't stay again.

It was really close access to Highway 114 Business which runs parallel to the main highway of 114. For those who do not like to drive fast this is a wonderful alternative. Also, it is in a very quiet neighborhood. Breakfast every morning from 6-9 consisted of cold and hot choices. And dang... the waffles were in the shape of TEXAS... very cute add on. The only thing we found out just by asking was their policy is they only service rooms every 3rd day for extended stay. We stayed 4 nights and when we got back to our room the bed was unmade and towels were not refreshed. So upon asking for service we were told this additional information. They will service the room if you ask.

It is a fair price hotel to stay for a swim meet at the Northwest ISD Natatorium. The room is older but fairly spacious for the price. The intersection is busy due to Freeway 114 construction.

It’s an average property. The cleaning staff is not very helpful and rude. Front desk staff is ok.

It was a very nice stay but the jet tub in our handy cap room did not have safety bars.

Place was less than a mile away from the family I was visiting. The hotel had free breakfast which included fruit, cereal, waffles, bagels, sausages, eggs, juice, coffee, and toast. The room did have some beetle looking bugs that were the shape of a small tear drop. I hadn’t realized the window had been left open and that could possibly account for the bug situation. Overall wasn’t the cleanest but it was decent. I would stay there again if visiting but would be more cautious about the windows being closed. Very quiet, lots of parking, one entrance and exit, and the room was large. It had a microwave, fridge, couch and desk. Very spacious.

My girlfriend checked in alone and the manager was rude and creepy. He was first rude about using the “wrong card” so he said for incidentals during the stay. He was then overly interested about the fact that she was alone at the time of check-in and made remarks that were very creepy. Then the hotel tried to run the card multiple times for differing amounts the entirety of the stay. This was after the incidental charge was run initially on check-in. When I called the desk to ask about these charges, they had no idea what they were from or why the card was being charged. When I went to check out, I had to ask about the charges 3x before they let me just pay the pet fee and leave. Still without clarifying what the random charges were for. The pet fee did not match to any of the amounts they tried to run the card for. Overall negative experience, will NOT stay again.

We checked in and we asked for a handicap room because of some recent surgery on my foot. We needed a walk in shower and was immediately given a room that would accommodate us. We have stayed here before and they are always helpful. Great service!

The staff was friendly but we had makeup covered blankets and bugs in the room and bathroom. To no fault of there’s we also lost electricity one morning while getting ready which made showering difficult in the dark

Honestly I didn't expect anything extraordinary but after flying 11 hours from Alaska I was very unhappy with the rooms. I finally landed, got a rental car and drove from the hotel checked in and set my stuff up in the room. After getting settled in, I was surprised to find cockroaches crawling around the room. After going to the front desk I requested a room on the opposite side of the building, checked into that to find stained sheets and what looks like dried boogers on the comforter. I would never recommend staying here, staff wasn't overly friendly by any means. Rooms aren't clean and it you complain, they act like it's an inconvenience. Steer clear and save yourself from the headache. I ended up checking out early and leaving to another hotel nearby. I asked but they stated "no refunds". If I could provide less than 1 star I would. Do better.

Overall it was a great place to stay. I woild recommend a better breakfast than rubbery eggs and sausage links. Waffles were good. Other than the breakfast, everything else was great. Spacious room, comfortable beds. Friendly staff.

The stay was just ok, the room next door was extremely loud. Jacuzzi was very small.

I was not looking for the highest end, but there was a massive cockroach running around in the bathroom, kinda felt like bugs were crawling all over the rest of the stay

Do NOT stay here. There was white "stuff" on the bedskirt. 2nd room we moved to had poop in the toliet and brown stuff all over the curtain. 3rd room had a pair of dirty underwear. It was midnight, we drove 5 hours. We stayed. They only would offer a $20 refund. GM told us they would refund but we had to request through expedia, we did and then the hotel denied it. Awful. Awful.

The woman at the front desk when we arrived was just particularly pleasant & enjoyable to interact with. She pretty much set the tone for the rest of our brief stay.

This is one of the worst hotel rooms in have had in a long time. The rooms are outdated and the smell of mold and mildew were so bad I could not stay there during my stay. The room was super warm making the smell worse. I turned down the ac, and after a couple of hours it did not help the smell at all. My nose began to run from the smell.

I have never had such a horrific stay anywhere!!! Staff was helpful in finding another room but seemed not concerned about the issue. One staff member actually seemed to take the issues seriously and insinuated that Manager is aware and had NOT been addressing issues. I want my money back!!!!! Very disappointed with how this place!

The staff was friendly and helpful when our room key demagnetized. The furniture was in rough shape and outdated. Overall the property could use an update.

Air conditioner did not work. We ended up having to move in the middle of the night. The sink was clogged on the bathroom. Hallways smelled like weed.

We had 3 rooms for a short family trip. All of them seemed clean enough, until the second morning. My mother in-law calls me and says there are bugs in her room. I go and look and sure enough, a bunch of black bettle looking bugs. On the way to her room, i noticed what i thought was trash on the floor in the hallway. Turns out a water leak in the ceiling, no rain....ceiling tile everywhere. Went to the front desk to address the bugs and was told by the individual, " we know about the bugs, but don't worry, they are harmless". Unacceptable! After a brief discussion, they gave them another room in which they woke up with bugs again....site is not allowing me to upload the photos!!!

Nice hotel good breakfast, only thing is the door to the pool is a little tricky to open when you wanna come back inside the hotel. But other than that I recommend we stayed here for 4 nights no complain. 😁
