The location of the property was another highlight of our stay. It offered convenient and easy access to the beach, making it simple to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. Being so close to the beach added greatly to our overall experience and made our vacation even more enjoyable. We had a pleasant stay and would gladly consider returning in the future.

I enjoy my day. It was My Husband’s 46 birthday and Iowa 12 year wedding anniversary. The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast buffet was really good especially the grits My Husband enjoyed. Thanks for the memories.

Nice place to stay, friendly staff. Rooms have washer/dryer and refrigerators to make things easier. Food was good. Fitness room a little small for those who like to work out. Good location.

The resort is amazing for families, super clean, friendly staff, amazing pools for kids and adults, great housekeeping, and beautiful beach. I cant say enough about Singer Island and the surrounding area. We look forward to returning every year. You will not regret staying here and will fall in love with W Palm Beach.

You need a mid-level restaurant with quality food that most people would like. The outside patio area (both above and below) were a bit dirtier and shabby than I expected. Seat cushions around the bar area were so filthy I wouldn’t sit on them.

We had a nice stay, but the amenities are not big enough to serve a full hotel. We were there during spring break and pool chairs were at a premium. I didn’t sit in a lounger the entire week at either pool bc if you didn’t save them at 10am you were out of luck. I don’t know that they have a way to solve the issue bc space is tight, but it definitely impacted our ability to relax. I would not go back during prime spring break but shoot for a time when it’s not full.

Spa was extremely expensive; resort has one Starbucks "convenience" store but closes very early; beach area got very crowded and there was a waitlist for resort guests to get chairs; resort fee is supposed to include 2 water bottles daily which did not happen every day

For the price per night it is not worth it. Booked ocean front room and paid more. Got to our room and it wasn’t ocean front. I called the front desk and they said we don’t have any ocean front. That was a lie. Almost 1,000 a night and I still have to pay $18 for a drink, there isn’t any breakfast included, snacks in the room are $8 and higher. The prices were insane in my opinion. If you paying that much per night, they should be more accommodating. When we arrived nobody was working at any of the bars or kitchens because it was Windy. We hated that it was Windy also but still wanted to start our vacation and make the best of it. They set up your beach chairs for you and you are sitting on top of one another in rows. My elbow was almost touching the stranger next to me. It was Weird and awkward. Place was clean but it is Definitely not worth the money. I would have went to an island for what we paid.

Very clean, helpful and friendly staff, modern and great room. Beautiful beach views. The furnace broke down during our stay there and our room temperature was very cold. They did not let the guests know about it.

The view, food and drinks were decent. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. Property needs some cleaning and maintenance. The Lagoon pool needed a good pressure washing and had trash on the edge of entrance to the shallow end. The pool bar and the kids waterslide closed at 6pm each night. They should keep it open until sunset IMO.

The property was just beautiful! We loved that it was modern contemporary and classy. Our Suite was very well appointed, the view was just spectacular. The pools were awesome! All staff made us feel very special. I loved everything!

We prepaid for breakfast (full breakfast), but were given "complimentary" breakfast vouchers by mistake at checkin. It wasn't until checkout we realized the mistake - we paid over $50 additional for breakfast. The front desk manager did give us voucher's for our next visit - but makes us have to come back and spend another $1,500 to use them...sort of defeated the purpose. otherwise - the hotel, rooms, and property were excellent.

Newly renovated room was beautiful, some finishings like door handles and hinges needed minor repairs and the A/C in the hallway was broken. Overall, nothing that negatively impacted our stay much. The pool, hot tub and beach were all great. The gym equipment was amazing for a hotel gym, high quality equipment that looked brand new. The service was excellent. I would stay again.

Property was great Valet they get you on valet and charge an astronomical amount and refuse to give group rate. I was hosting my son’s birthday and asked for group rate and they would not give one. I paid more in valet then I did for my room

There was no AC in the hallways nor the restaurant. The shower did not have hot water, the noise in the balcony was extremely loud due to AC untits from the building next door. The stay was really disappointing, I will definitely not be coming back.

I did not spend an insignificant amount on this trip and yet I was made to feel miserable because I didn't book through the hotel's website. Marriott, you just lost yourself one Bonvoy member as this is the second time this has happened to me over the last year and a half.

Kids loved the pool with waterslide and waterfall! Located within 20 minutes of driving to downtown and shopping mall. Highly recommended!!! Can’t wait to come back!

The poolside restrooms were not consistently well maintained. Additionally, on four separate occasions, staff made billing errors, each time overcharging for food or drink, which were promptly corrected when brought to their attention.

Staff were excellent! Accommodations excellent ! Property itself was beautiful. So much to do with your family on the property. Valet, the service was awesome and quick. Beach was gorgeous and beach staff were excellent! Room itself, overall the cleanliness could have been better. There was a roach on our counter. There are residents in the building. The cleaning staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms didn’t smell. It was luxurious accommodation. Safety is excellent. You can’t move around the hotel without your wristband. I would give this hotel an 8/10.

The front desk especially an gentlemen with dreads and dirty finger nails didn’t want to do his bare minimum of work. I wanted to extend my stay by a night and was told to go back online and use a third party to extend. This was because he didn’t want to do the work of extending it himself.

Excellent staff and my room preference was ocean front, but did not know until I checked in that the option was not available due to such units being individually owned. Vidal upgraded me to a more private 2 BR unit with ocean, bay and canal views in corner unit. Rooms not directly oceanfront. Noisy kids at the pool.

Decided last minute to pop over for the day and we absolutely loved everything about this hotel. From valet to check out everything went smooth. Every single staff member we spoke to was kind and helpful. Our son loved the slide and both pools. Being on the beach they have chairs and umbrellas, awesome staff that help you get set up and anything you need out there. That was so convenient. Our room was spacious, with a gorgeous view of the intercoastal. Room had everything you could need, full fridge stove and washer dryer. The restaurant onsite is great, we’ve dined in before but this time we decided to do takeout style and have it up in our room watching the sunset. 10/10 definitely recommend. The spa is top tier as well. Truly a full service property. We can’t wait to come back.

They kept sending me back upstairs to check again and again. Then, they gave me a number to call, if the key still didn't work, but the phone number just goes straight to voicemail. Finally, the repairman showed up to change the battery, but took three trips back downstairs to his toolbox to get a philipps head screwdriver. This ridiculous comedy of errors was exacerbated by a totally uncaring and rude front desk staff, who refused to make it right. Several other guests were making similar complaints about the disrepair of this hotel and the rudeness of the staff. This hotel does not deserve to be a part of the reputable Marriott Bonvoy family!

The blanket on our bed was full of mold. When I called down to the front desk to request a new blanket they told us house keeping was gone for the day forcing us to sleep with the blanket to stay warm. My husband had a sever skin reaction to the blanket. When we went down to the front desk to express our concerns they had us email an incident report in which the manger of the property responded to it and said it was only feathers in our blanket, there’s no cause for concern although my husband was covered In hives from head to toe.

It was not a full kitchen as stated in the description. No oven or mini oven. The stove is tiny. Not much that you are able to cook there.

No towels at the pool or at the beach, none available. They charged my CC again at check in when i had paid in full before getting to the property. It was a horrible experience overall, the property is old and in need of repairs, management is terrible and not very good at running the property, I would spend my $$ elsewhere near by.

No towels at the pool or at the beach, none available. They charged my CC again at check in when i had paid in full before getting to the property. It was a horrible experience overall, the property is old and in need of repairs, management is terrible and not very good at running the property, I would spend my $$ elsewhere near by.

Marriott Singer Island is a great location, great food, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be coming back!

Staff were so friendly and accommodating! Room was clean and comfortable. Despite some signs of age/wear tear. Food and amenities were very nice as well. I can’t say enough how every staff person I interacted with was so lovely.

Great beach and service The water would not get hot in my shower, not cold, but not hot. The night was not very lively. Great if you want a calmer vibe.

The property is well maintained with professional staff. Pool is small and crowded. Food, snacks, beach clothing and sundries, limited. Front desk manager first rate. He made the stay worthwhile.

Definitely the cost, it is a little costly but I understand.

It was a very relaxed resort All staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the restaurant and easy ordering by pool and beach! Even the valet guys were great! B est of all there were always chairs available by pool or beach that does not happen elsewhere!

Facility was beautiful. Staff was friendly & helpful.we enjoyed the pools & the beach. Food was very good. A few water issues with one of our rooms, but it was fixed during our stay. Valet was nice but kind of expensive when there are not other options.

Room required repairs, multiple times, missing toiletries

For what we paid, our expectations were much higher. The woman at check in was less than excited to see us. We paid extra for a full ocean facing view. We were directly over the front valet area of the building facing other high rise buildings. We brought this to managements attention, and their “hands were tied because we booked through expedia.” I called prior to check in to inquire about a catering order I would need. I was told I had to call back post-check in. Guest services then told me they didn’t know if they did anything like that, and that the culinary team would need to reach out to me the following day. By then, it was too late. I had to order in food and beverage, knowing this resort caters to events. The restaurant, while newly renovated and beautiful, was sub-par. The food was expensive and not as described on the menu, and the service.. our waitress was inattentive and just overall bad at her job. Even after letting it run for several minutes, the shower in our room never got hot. We also had a group of 13 year old girls screaming in the hallway, and being loud and obnoxious in the restaurant at dinner. To be clear, this was our suite for getting ready for my wedding, and subsequently the hotel we used for our first night as a married couple. All we wanted was to wake up with a cup of coffee to a view of the ocean on the balcony, and instead we got a noisy valet view, and cold showers. We will not return, especially for the price.

This was probably the worst Marriott property we have stayed at. We were there for 6 nights and had hot water one day. We spoke to the front desk daily and they claimed they fixed it yet every day we took ice cold showers. There were also black Beatles and silver fish in our kitchen daily when we cooked breakfast. The elevator broke another day and a guy shared these issues has been going on for weeks.

The hotel was without water for a day and then we lost the hot water. My wife and I were not able to take a shower.

We stayed for a month. We did not like, and actually resented, having to pay $39.00 per day for valet parking when I could self park, which I prefer, at the Hilton, a two minute walk away, for $25.00 per day. I think unless the hotel agrees to a long term parking arrangement, 21 days or more, that is less expensive, we very likely will not be coming back. Our cost for parking was much more expensive than renting a brand new SUV from a major rental car agency for the same period of time.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I think that is probably the biggest plus of this facility. I had booked a 2 bed/2 bath unit for 5 nights/4 days. Overall, I believe the amenities are good but pricey for what you get. You can see how the building has started to become more run down over the ears. For example the toilet in the master bed started leaking out water from underneath after one night. This was not fixed until we checked out, luckily the two of us could use the other bathroom. The washer also didn't work and we realized that on our last day. The dining options are limited, and you either should have your own car or Uber to get to other food placed. They charge additional 35$/day for resort fee, and I think you can likely find better deals in this location for this price point. Access to the beach is very convenient, but the designated areas on the beach are quite small/congested. Overall I would give it a 4 star.

Ive gone to this hotel twice in the last 2 years for extended stays and the hotel is on the decline , something is always broken , the pools are always cold , the jacuzzi was broken ,... for the money it costs not acceptable. Id say a 4 star not 5 star.

This is a very nice facility, great beach, good restaurant on site and all within a very nice section of Florida. We did encounter a few unfortunate hiccups during our stay that the lovely staff did their best to remedy, and make our stay as good as possible (and the people that work here are terrific). I would give Marriott Singer Island another try...

We enjoyed it enough we are planning to bring family back as soon as we can! The staff were professional and friendly. Room was terrific. There is a park next door which improved the view, instead of looking into a building.

Very nice. Rooms are good for families. Beach is nice. Views from room are not direct waterfront. Spa is pay for use with spa services.

Overall it’s a good choice, wish had self parking option instead of valet parking, water system repair caused some inconvenience

Family friendly. The waterslide kept everyone at the family pool satisfied with entertainment. Food was 4.25/5. They had a bonfire one night on the beach with chairs surrounding the dug out fire oit and smores. We would come back.

The staff was so friendly and very helpful. The dining options for breakfast and dinner at Ona restaurant was 5 star!

Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. The room was extremely clean and beautiful views. The setup is great and extremely spacious with one king bed in one bedroom and 2 full size beds in the other bedroom. 2 separate full bathrooms. From check in to room service to the food the beach the pools. All around amazing. We will be going back.

Derek on the recreation center went beyond and find my braces, everyone so nice, polite and respectful very nice and quiet place
