This is a crack hotel!!! Nothing but tweekers and street people stay here. Steer clear of this or any hotel near it in a 5 mile radius. I arrived and drove away and preferred to leave and loose my non refundable stay for the night because of how bad it was

Saw a lot of loitering outside of rooms.. however there are restaurants and a good liquor store nearby

Cockroaches everywhere, large burn marks on the floor, stained sheets. If it wasnt already late when I checked in I would've looked for another motel.

If you need somewhere to spend the night and no other places are available, then you're in luck as this is that place. Obvious stains in the furniture, TV won't work, and worst of all the people the place attracts. I felt the need to look at my surroundings 24/7 before I managed to get to my room. Wouldn't recommend the place if you're going alone.

Drug users everywhere, homeless living in overcrowded rooms. Police were there throughout the night. Loud bass music playing all night. Ambulance showed up around 4am because someone overdoesed. This place is horrible. Don't waste your money. Loud bass music throughout the night and random people knocking on my door in the middle of the night.

On the first night a Homeless person was hit by a car and killed. We couldn't leave the parking lot for hours. There were homeless and drug addicts everywhere. Room was absolutely disgusting and bed was nothing but a bunch of springs with a top sheet as a cover. Roaches in the bathroom, floors were dirty and covered with parking lot rocks. Tv worked for about an hour then died. No phone, wifi or towels. Absolutely zero sound proofing and all night people were playing loud music. It wasn't even cheap enough to justify all the problems.

The motel had homeless walking around or laying on ground nearby. There were people (homeless or poor people) hanging out, talking/arguing on the property. This morning, I found a homeless sleeping on the stairs by my room. $150 for that kind of location - rip off. It looks like it is home for homeless or poor people.

I did not like anything about the property. It was dirty. It was unsafe. The room did not have any towel for bathing and the bathroom was filthy.

Bed bugs, weaker running the area all night your not able to sleep, roaches in bed I had to flick off two off the bed, shower is clogged up, so the water isn’t flowing down the drain well so it overflows. Only came here for a night was so exhausted from traveling. I was going to ask for a refund but it was already almost 2 in the morning when I was getting ready to finally slept, I was exhausted and didn’t want to look for another hotel nor bother.. but I would never want to come back to this place. I’ve slept at many cheap motels. But never seen roaches on the bed and crawling up the wall or water is not overflowing the tub.

This motel should not be advertised on Expedia! It is a section 8 housing facility for the indigent and down and out. I felt unsafe in the room and in the parking area. The bathroom was filthy, floors hadn’t been cleaned in forever, and everything was old and shabby (like a giant tear in the curtains). Very noisy, and busy with lots of activity outside the building and in, including fireworks in the parking lot (and this was in August). The only good things I can say is that the bedding was clean and the help was friendly. Very certain that this is not a place for regular travelers. Avoid this hotel!

The shower didn’t look good so I went to the nearest gym to take a shower. There was roaches everywhere when I woke up the women in the parking lot were just ugly.

If you are considering staying here, don’t! We got this last minute and regretted it the moment we arrived, as there were lots of junkies in the parking lot. It was very scary, feeling like you were going to get robbed every second. Out bedroom was supposed to be non-smoking but it smelled like cigarette and no smoke detector as it had been pulled out. The bathroom was dirty with used tp & with hairs in the tub. Gross! The bedroom curtains were full of stains. Luckily we had disposable bed sheets of our own & I went out and bought disinfectant wipes. The door did not have proper lock and you could clearly tell it had been broken into previously.

I was looking to save money. The trip was so important to me. I was trying to balance my funds because I am a minority when I think about it now I I’m not accustomed to certain living conditions. Cleanliness is next to godliness. I have nothing against the people that stays there. God bless them, but I just like to give a heads up to those who are struggling a little and want certain accommodations so they’ll be able to balance their money when I stepped up on the scene it was a little intimidating. I don’t really know Riverside too much. The only person that I know is my Daddy. That’s resting well at the National Park Cemetery. I love you daddy so I was going to stick it out. I was going to stay in a place where I seen so many bugs. I was so disappointed in myself because I had my mom with me and she really wanted to come because I do believe when you go visit your loved one that’s resting well They know they have a visit.with that being said. I was told to give $20 for two key cards that’s refundable after the end of the trip (not true he kept it I believe it was for his alcohol use)I was checking in at the office. I left my mom in the car. The people started knocking on the window, begging her for money. It really scared her.She don’t really know that kind of life. Couple of towels are old with stains to both of them. You don’t want to use that as much as possible. Broken bath room curtain . Soooo ugly. Do not recommend this place to anyone. The property was so dirty, stinky, the heater didn’t work, the restroom didn’t have towels and was really nasty, the tv controllers didn’t work either, the blankets had hollows and were stinky as well, I asked for replacement and they didn’t have, there was human excrement on the parking lot……etc

We arrived at 2:30 am and the place was hopping. There was definitely some illegal activity going on there. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely horrible. If we weren’t so exhausted from evacuating our home due to a fire, we would have left and tried to find something else.

I have been booking the stay for my sister, the management pretty much stays out of everyones business, they advertise pet friendly and charge 10 for each pet per day. ^

We got in at 2:40AM and found the parking lot full of homeless, druggies, and prostitution. The worker barely spoke English and I had to push him to give me a receipt. As we drove to the back watching about 20-30 people in the parking lot staring at us, we were afraid of getting out of the car. We rushed to the room and realized we were in a homeless persons room. It was dirty, molded sheets, cockroaches, holes in floor, walls, ceiling, doors, cracked mirror, no towels to shower, towel rack was on the floor, old milk on the fridge, and the couch looked like it came from the dump. Dirty and nasty is all I can say. We removed all the bedding and found the sheet cover to be the only thing clean and without mold. We slept on top of that and we had brought our own my-pillows. We needed to bolt at 6:00am so it was just to get a quick nap to break up our trip. We could barely sleep and I realized we just blew $85 dollars for a nasty 3 hour nap. I’m shocked the Expedia would list this place to its members. I feel I should be reimbursed for this. My wife agrees, no more just find the lowest price hotels. We should have been warned that this was a homeless encampment, and that most of the rooms were occupied by permanent homeless. We were happy our car was still there in the morning and bolted. My wife returned our key card to the clerk and didn’t say anything to him. But she should have told him that there wasn’t any towels. I fear we will get charged for it. Expedia failed us!!!

Dirty and nasty is all I can say. We removed all the bedding and found the sheet cover to be the only thing clean and without mold. We slept on top of that and we had brought our own my-pillows. We needed to bolt at 6:00am so it was just to get a quick nap to break up our trip. We could barely sleep and I realized we just blew $85 dollars for a nasty 3 hour nap. I’m shocked the Expedia would list this place to its members. I feel I should be reimbursed for this. My wife agrees, no more just find the lowest price hotels. We should have been warned that this was a homeless encampment, and that most of the rooms were occupied by permanent homeless. We were happy our car was still there in the morning and bolted. My wife returned our key card to the clerk and didn’t say anything to him. But she should have told him that there wasn’t any towels. I fear we will get charged for it. Expedia failed us!!!

I felt very unsafe from the moment I parked to check in because there were a lot of indigenous individuals lurking around my vehicle, every time I would go get something from my car there would be people observing me and watching my every move. I can see that a lot of the individuals staying here look like drug addicts. Its only been about an hour and a half that I checked in and I already know I wont be getting much sleep tonight. I have my children with me and I need to make sure they are safe. I do want to mention that the young man who checked me in was very nice and professional.

The room had devil worshipping signs all over ,666 written on the mirror. As soon as we showed up we seen 2 fights, 4 prostitutes working in the parking lot and the rooms have a major water leak that saturated the wood floors.

What a nightmare. Smoke alarm was gone, no wifi they told me about that was supposed to be included, also no towels or shampoo, theres stains on the blanket, there was people going through the garbage dump which was literallly outside my door, there was no phone, there was stuff ripped out in some metal stuff in the bathroom vent, there was hair all over the tub, the doors were stained with what i hope is kool aid, there was somene kicking down a door in another room, theres some guy who looks like he passed out and fell backwards on his wheelchair. The ambulance came at least. Someome tried getting inside or sounded like it. There was a dog laying in garbage i thoightt was dead, but thank God moved after a while, this was one night. Not even a partial refund. I didnt want to upset the front by complaining and possibly not getting deposit back. The fromt desk ppl were fairly nice, i just didnt know how to handle the situation, i took photos and videos of what i could too. My advice is for the fellas at the front desk is to work for a better location. My advice to travellers is stay at your own risk! Im probably forgetting more!

This place is literally trash do not book. The room they gave me had hold in the ceiling that was cover s by a trash bag the paint was chipping off the wall there sage in another hole in the bathroom. When I asked for refund the guy just said” we don’t do refunds buddy”

Had the most wonderful stay amazing room with amazing view. The staff all went above and beyond everyone was very nice and helpful. The housekeeper was so hospitable she went above and beyond to ensure my room was just perfect for me! I enjoyed my 5 day stay and a got discount which was FABULOUS!!!!

This is definitely a run down motel and shouldn’t be charging the price of a hotel. The bed had stains and cigarette burns, and the room had just an overall yucky feeling. One of the most frustrating things was there was no hand soap in the dispenser and no towels- not even a single hand towel. I also woke up with bites all over- not sure if it was bed bugs or from fleas in the outside area but still gross. Definitely won’t be staying here and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I was told by management the tub could not be used for filling up but only to shower because of the open piping they have, it would have flooded the downstairs room. The table in my room was slanted because it only had 3 legs. The towels they gave me to use were washed but they were very stained. My room also had roaches that started to come out little by little. The people there are up at all times of the night. There is way too much drug activity going on and it was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. I felt so uncomfortable and could not sleep at all.

First the bleach smell then the black mold on the base board under the sink moved to another room the cockroaches all over the place in the room dead ones from previous tenants the smell of sewage that made my chest ache for a few day after I left, this place needs to be quarantined until fixed. When I was on the second floor before I was moved I think maybe a joist was bad you could feel the vibration of people walking outside really bad. Manager was very nice but wanted to remove the bath room base board while I was still in there, no thank you, no exaggeration I counted every cockroach.i killed 33

No amenities in room. No coffee machine in room, no coffee anywhere on premised, no microwave, no hand towel, wash cloths or bath mat towel. Only two bath towels. A fridge in room that had been unplugged and had created a lake in the middle of the floor that had to mop up for us, because all rooms were full. Expected more than this for $110.

OMG. Probably the worst hotel i every stayed on. Disgusting. Homeless hotel is more like it. Door to hotel room didn't lock. Room was not in good condition. People running up and down the stairs all night. Area was not safe. I would sleep in my car before staying at this motel/

This had to be one the absolute worker check- ins I’ve every been through. After speaking with the front desk employee one the phone, I get to the hotel and everything had changed. When I arrived to check the in the front desk was very rude and when I asked about the deposit he tells me a completely different priced than what he said on the phone. I started to question him about the changes and he just says we don’t have any more rooms available and walks off.

I would rather sleep in my car than stay in this hotel. Run down and dirty. We only got two bath towels and no other linens, the king bed had queen flat sheets laid over the mattress,and the shower diverter on the tub spout was missing entirely. And they expected us to buy ice from the machine.

It was pretty roomy, and spacious. Having a Microwave & a fridge is a plus,(It could be defrosted) just didn't have food to reheat. The shower. Curtains need to be readjusted, due to having to keep both sides from opening, while trying to shower and wash hair. VERY STRONG CURRY SMEL, All through the room. Just lingered everywhere.. Be was like a Cal King,but very hard 😖😖My back did NOT like it. Oh! Be careful to look out around tub floor after shower, could be flooded all over. You don't want to slip 😱😲

I love this place! I've stayed a couple of times when coming to Riverside visit family and the service is wonderful. Even the smell of the rooms and comfy bed and pillows and front desk staff always greet you with welcome smile which remind me of Southern TN Hospality back home down south. Absolutely one of the best hotels in Riverside and when traveling back again I will return to Riverside Inn and Suites

The location was great for what was my purpose trip. Its located nearby a shopping center and restaurants that can be driven within 5 mins tops and walkable shops too. Sadly, I find it a displeasing experience as my bed had this odor that I cant stand and it's irritating. The bathroom as well as the bathtub has an old soap laying around. I think the place is great and the pricing as well. But the cleaning can be done a bit more. However, the staff was nice and great and served me at the front office.

The room was VERY DIRTY. the only thing clean was the bedsheets. I had to wipe down every surface with wipes as well as the floor. I was only given 1 towel. The walls are dirty, the bathroom tub was dirty, the shower head barely works. Not a good price either for the way this is cleaned.

We checked in, brought our luggage into the room, looked around and checked out. Holes in the curtains and bedspread, no blankets, roaches, walls and floors in terrible condition.

The Hotel was dirty and did not make me feel like it was clean. There was cigarette burns all over the comforters. and hair all over the floor. the walls were dirty as well with handprints all over the walls, holes in the walls like someone punched it, and scribbles all over the wall. It was NOT worth the $103 we paid for ONE night. It should’ve at least been $60
