Nothing No shampoo, no conditioner, no fridge, we make a reservation for queen bed they give us a Full side with only 2pillows, we request couple pillows and the said they don’t have more pillows,

The room itself was clean however it smelled like smoke for being a non smoking room. The toilet was clogged but would go down really slowly. The property did not seem safe, with a lot people loitering around the premisis all hours of the day and night. The parking lot was utilized as over night parking for people living out of their cars. We had no idea before booking, given that the surrounding area was full of lively businesses. Very unfortunate given that rooms did seem clean and tidy for our arrival.

We were not accommodated early check in, When I rented the room for $100 cash at 4am. Our personal property & luggage were removed approx. 11am. Front desk just continually repeated the sites policy (check in 3pm,check out 11am). Gave me a number so that I can complain & hopefully resolve. The number was basically the same. No resolution. At the end I was out $100, no room, no rest. Forced to continue our travels with no sleep. We do understand Hotel policies. From Arkansas to California & Texas areas Hotels have accommodated our early and odd hour check ins. This is the first time we had this horrible & embarrassing case. It caused much stress and an uneasy feeling on our way home. I do believe this is unfortunately my our first bad review on a Hotel.

A/c was good. There was no microwave or fridge. Minimal towels.

Air coming from A/C was also stinking, I was hoping it will cleanse the already existing terrible smell. Second bed is immediately next to A/C unit, and if we turn off A/C and keep only the fan then it was giving bad smell. Slept right in front of A/C whole night. 2 double bed room should have little more space to get down from both ends, instead one bed was sticked to one wall and second bed was sticked to A/C unit. Bad smell is big turn off, never coming back nor recommending anyone

I got the room last minute but I feel like they gave me the worst room ever. The bed was very uncomfortable, small, the alarms of the cars kept going off all night, people screaming and talking outside the door and lastly I could hear what the people on the other room were doing and talking.

Staff were friendly and efficient. They had a pool, vending machines, and working ice machine which we used for our cooler since our room didn’t have a refrigerator or microwave. The staff will heat up your food in their microwave if you ask which was nice.

The room was a little old. The bed made a lot of noise everytime I moved. The toilet was a little dirty and cleaning service was late. Housekeeping wanted to clean my room at 4pm when I was in the room.

Location and convenience No elevator, my husband is disabled so climbing the stairs was a challenge.

I liked the cleanliness of the room. The staff was very friendly as well. It was a little expensive for the stay. But I understand because there is a big event going on so all hotels raise prices. I wish there was a mini fridge in the room.

Great if you need a bed to sleep in. But that is it. I do not think they ever changed the sheets though, so bring your own. Roaches & bugs in bathroom area. No hot water. Loud dogs barking at night & early AM. Table in the room was sticky & had food all over it. No fridge or coffee machine also. Only good thing was it had a soft bed.

My reservation was months in advance, the room I was given was a smokers room which I requested a non smokers room. The bed in the room was not a queen as I requested. The shower was completely dirty and disgusting. This room was HORRIBLE and the low point of the weekend.

I had to wait 4 hours later after my check in time to get my room I reserved two months ago. I come into my room and of course, the room the front lady, Veronica? She’s definitely the one to blame. Bad customer service here. They did not come to my room once to fix the AC. I slept in hot weather.

It was a motel. Nothing special. Was able to watch TV, take a shower, and sleep. I wish there was breakfast though.

It was a deluxe room and it was so noisy we could hear everything the cars on the street everything. The heater did not work it howled so we had to turn that off. Not exactly warm enough yet to not have a heater at night. It was really bad.

The staff was nice. It's the Guest they rent to that is the problem.Got woken up several times by people yelling pounding on door's at 2 am. They can use a new Housekeeping supervisor that knows what clean is.

I was genuinely surprised at the level of cleanliness here. Motel 6 usually has very decent grounds. The room wasn't the greatest but far from the worst. The amount of racket by my next door humans was quite insane. The comfort of the bed made up for that though.

The staff is amazing there is one there was a issue with I believe it is getting better so they score a 90% in my book, the community for families is safe kids can play and have fun with one another parents getting along nice to see smiling faces. Good prices it is a good place stop few days know u can breath for those days.

It was great ... Live that they got the vending machines and laundry room and any pick of your choosing of fast food place and even a Street tacos truck all directly across the street so no need to waste gas driving around.

The only complaint that we had is that there was a small cockroach in our room. Maybe it's still there because it ran under one of the beds to hid. We saw it more than once.

You have to go back and have them scan it constantly. Twice they had a problem with the billing. It was there falt but made us pack up our room and wait outside for 2 hours while they fixed there mistake. The manager has totally checked out. He is rude. The employees however are very nice. Motel 6 west is in dire straits.

I liked the prices but the hotel was in a very bad shape. It needs to be painted and cleaned properly. They didn’t have shampoo or toothpaste for us so i had to buy it. The towels were old and stained

- The woman who checked us in was very kind and pleasent. - Although the area is a bit rough I don't see any homeless or druggies hanging around outside. I'd consider bringing my son here to stay for fun - our room was such a pleasant surprise it is clean and looks like it is newly remodeled nothing like images I'm seeing, they have vinyl wood floors for the sleeping area and tile for the bathroom area, newly painted walls no dust no grime! - the price was amazing - I was worried with the airport I wouldn't get much rest but we didn't hear anything The only negative I could say if I was being critical is that it's a bit hard to turn into the facility but parking was easy and whenever anyone walks past our room or of we approach the outside of our room the floor makes a small mechanical squeek but no one really walks around and it wasn't enough to wake me or my husband up. The house keeping crew members were very friendly and kind. The office staff were very rude and not helpful at all. I paid for 4 nights, lost my key the last night and went to ask for a copy and didnt allow me to enter my room forcing me to stay outside in the cold and a refund was not offered. Im extremely upset.

Even though they were late getting room ready , check out was at 1100am and they still said I had to be out by 1100 yet they couldn't be punctual for check I tome.. hair in the shower also beds squeaked like bed was broken, flies all in the windows dead and alive.. wan not impressed. The rooms are really basic, the towels are rough something I would use to clean an old car. The surrounding area feels unsafe, in the back parking lot there is a lot of drug addicts, that come on to the property. If you want a goodnight sleep because I assume a lot of people are using the rooms for drugs so they stay up all night taking loudly outside and playing music. Every time I could I checked to see if my car wasn’t stolen. A lot of non motel guests stay in the parking lot with all their stuff in their car. If you want a cheap place then you get what you paid for.

The first room I was given was extremely smoky, after asking for a smoke free room plus roaches crawling everywhere in the room plus people hanging out in the parking lot but the second room was okay except it had only one face towel for two people

Well once we got there to check in at 3:00pm the front desk employee said that it would be. 30 minute wait that there wasn’t any rooms available he was speaking to a lady in the room next door and in Spanish she was asking everyone was at lunch and it would be half an hour wasn’t to happy with that but they guy was respectful and nice so we waited....came back to get our room and he called to check and there was one available but once we got into our room there was dog food on the floor the restroom toilet had pee all over it and the pillows had dirt stains on it and the room had a strong smell... the next day for almost an hour the tv lost service and wen talking to the front desk they said that can’t do anything about it witch was also not very satisfying.... I don’t think I would ever stay there again

Our stay was just what we needed. A Bed, hot shower close to family at a good price. There were definitely some small things that the Motel could have fixed that would have made the room a tad nicer, but that's just my opinion. Everything was clean and in working order (for the most part). Suggestions: The sockets should be tightened, some of them wouldn't hold our chargers in. The bad had a couple holes in the comforter. The light fixture in the bathroom was cracked. Again, nothing that really affected our trip. Just some things.

Front desk staff was curt and seemed more interested in speaking to her visitor (a non-guest) than assisting me. The room was spartan but functional. Water pressure poor and the style of the stand up shower created a mini flood

had to book online cuz staff quoted a higher price. There were only 2 towels in the room, the floors needed to be mopped, nats in the room and no maid service until almost noon to get any needed items.

No fridge, no microwave, lots of loud people in the parking lot, people working on their cars outside. Shady location

There's absolutely no point in making an actual reservation, because they don't guarantee your reservation. Twice I've been given a smoking room(the second time they didn't tell me ahead of time). The comforter on the bed was stained and had holes, the curtains had holes, and the 'staff', some flaccid impersonal guy with glasses, refused to offer any sort or discount or help or anything. Expedia pleaded with them to offer something for me gettibg a smaller bed and the inconvenience, and they refused. Never staying here again, as they are a terrible property, even among other Motel 6s.and I stay at Motel 6 frequently, only this property Co stably has these problems. Pathetic and inexcusable and abhorrent attempt at service by them. Disgusting.

I really liked the bathroom. The shower was a very unique and modern design.

Was horrible. Bed was broken room smelled bad. In the middle of the night there was roaches coming out. Cops should yo few times so didn’t feel safe. And the room was beyond hot and a/c wasn’t working. Water didn’t even heat up

The only good thing was, they take dogs. The keys had to be remade each day, even though I paid for multiple days. I'm pretty sure there were questionable things going on in a back room of the hotel with people coming and going. There were homeless people walking through the hotel each day - and the manager was arguing with them in the lobby with guests standing there. The first room I had was hot and the air conditioner didn't work and was really loud- the manager told me to wait a half hour to see if it kicked in. It never did, so they moved me.

Close by the 60 freeway. Not far from downtown Riverside. Four diner spots across the street.

Room was ready until 3 hours after check in time. Ask for a late check out for Sunday, and with attitude the front desk person said NO.

Check in was supposed to be at 3, we couldn’t check in until 5:00, putting us behind in getting ready for the event we were going to. When the room was finally available, we walked in to soaked floors that we finished mopping up ourselves. The people at the desk were nice but just overall confused. It was really hard to sleep the first night but easier the second night as we knew what to expect: chatter from the druggies, barking from the live-in dogs a room over, and a rooster that does not stop. Location and price was great but the experience was just awkward. Won’t be coming back.

Its was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The ceiling was leaking, my non smoking room smelled like cigarettes and it was dirty.

Didnt like that non smoking has cigarette burns in comforter & some window screens are torn & at night its really bad traffic & noisy in back parking lot lets just say "vendors"

Stains on bedspread and dresser top had powder residue and crumbs on it

Everything was just fine the service the room was cleaned upon request I was given necessary things that were necessary or F time satisfaction fulfilled.

I like that it overlooks restaurants did not like neighborhood to much

Too much noise during night time . Guesses entering and leaving From two rooms. People arguing outside late night . Many homeless around property .

Easy freeway access. Courteous staff. Wld recommend for a cheap 1 night stay.
