It was a great staff for us. The breakfast was ok. Since paying for breakfast it wasn't the value for it. But everything else was great!

I wish the breakfast hours were a little extended, but it was a decent meal. I think more thought goes into the presentation of the food items, than the food itself (could have been better, for sure.. but, it is complimentary!) The staff were very friendly and so were other guests! We had requested a crib in our room before we left for some errands and when we returned, a staff member had put the crib together in our room AND put his little fluffy bear in the crib so when we arrived, my kids were very excited over the cuteness! Our room was 99% clean! Some things get missed, I understand, but by the bathroom sink on the floor, there was a lipgloss cap, bobby-pin, and a chunk of fake lashes… Everything else, was fantastic!!!

All was great except the night desk man. He was rude, sarcastic, and wanted to argue about a shower chair. Instead of offering to help with my request, he just made excuses. Of course this was not the way an attendant should treat a guest. There are many other hotel choices and I will definitely consider others because of his sarcasm and rudeness.

Stayed 2 night in different rooms. Rooms were clean but 1st room had a slower draining tub. In a 5 min shower the tub filled up with 3 inches of water. 2nd room, the shower worked well, but the TV didn't work. On both occasions we called the front desk and was told there was no one that could help us. The hotel offers food, but doesn't have a real restaurant or bar. Very clean and professional, friendly employees. We mentioned a cigarette-type smell in our original room. I just wanted to make them aware so that I wasn't charged the smoking fee of $200. The guy moved us to a new a room because he didn't want us staying in there with the smell.

This hotel was amazing. Clean, quiet, easy check in. I was a little surprised by paying to park as I didn’t remember seeing that when I booked.

Staff seemed stretched thin and having to do more than their normal jobs. Also, hotel seemed to be full up and so breakfast was a bit crazy with so many guests. I felt workers were doing more than normal so I felt bad they were stressed. Hire more people!

Minus the faint urine smell in our bathroom and itchy bedsheets, our stay was pleasant. Expedia dropped the ball on our booking but the nice gentleman at the desk matched what we paid for our booking as a walk-in. The continental breakfast was good 👍

Housekeeping banging on the door at 8am asking if I was checking out? Why would anyone bang asking those questions when front desk should know each room extending or checking out. Very unprofessional and if I had been sleeping would she had just came in since she had her key out. Told front desk as I was leaving.

I was very disappointed that the on-site restaurant was closed on my overnight stay. I expected it to be open so I could just check in and go upstairs to eat. The front desk said they were not enough people to staff the kitchen. That’s why it was closed. I wound up driving 10 minutes away for a mediocre meal. I have eaten at the Placery in other Hyatt and it was excellent, so I was disappointed that this one did not have an opened restaurant.

Hotel was dirty. Our bed sheets were nasty & and room was very unclean. It was also way overpriced and they over charge for parking. Also, we had dinner charges on our hill and never ate there.

Rooms are large and clean. Staff are very friendly and courteous. We were there for 4 nights. Did not know in advance they only clean room after 4 nights and do not service ice rooms during that time unless requested (towels, trash).

Hotel was a little dated but clean. I didn’t like not knowing I had to pay for parking until I got to the place. Normally places with a regular parking lot don’t charge for parking but this place did. For the price and location I would have chose somewhere else if I knew especially since the rooms aren’t modern.

It was clean and very comfortable. Food was nearby and offered delivery also I wish the parking lot had been cleared of snow. The heat is was kinda hard too get set at a comfortable temp. Sometimes it did bow extremely cold air with the heat on.

I booked, and was charged for, a room with 2 double beds but was given a room with only one bed.

The location.was fine, cleanliness good, set times were convenient. Breakfast was mediocre at best. No fruit available, powdered eggs, cold grits and mediocre coffee.

Ran out of hot water the evening I checked in, so had to take a tepid shower. Probably due to athletic tournament in town; water was great at wakeup.

Bathroom in our room smelled of urine. Asked the breakfast worker a question and she waved me off and walked away. Otherwise clean hotel. Also a worker had parked her car in front of the hotel-effectively taking up space for people checking in- instead of in the parking lot. It was there from when we checked in at 430 until we returned after 1030.

Staff was very nice. Only Compton that housekeep was playing music loudly as they cleaned and I must have had to listen for an hour. It was 9:30 - 10:30am approx so I didn’t want to complain . If only it were music I liked, maybe I’d have more patience. I would have complained if I had been staying longer.

I watch two couples check in before me. It was after 5 and I did not get king size bed because none was ready. I am 6'5 and I was placed in a room with a double, thats not what i paid for. I was late for my meeting. I was suppose to be there until Sunday. I checked out Saturday morning at 10:00am because of my frustration. I was not asked why was checking out early. Was not asked how was my stay. This was just a horrible experience. I was not reimbursed for the night I did not stay. I Would like a refund as that room was available for rental on Sunday.

Informed the manager would probably comp parking but I never heard from the manager nor was there any type of compensation. Milk tasted spoiled and the oranges were too soft and should have been thrown out.

I was disappointed, they added a parking fee as a new policy after I booked which was a surprise plus changed the free breakfast schedule which resulted in guests not receiving the benefit,

I enjoyed my stay, the only thing was wrong was my room didn’t have a microwave and I thought I reserved the room with the microwave.

Our stayed at the Hyatt was great. The room was cleaned and constable. We were able to rest at night with no noise. Breakfast was awesome every morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We look forward to stay at this hotel in iur next trip to Richmond.

Excellent Stay! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The King Bed room was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The entire facility was well-kept and exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to the hotel agent who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Not only was her service professional and welcoming, but she also helped me find a great nail salon nearby for a pedicure, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

Hotel was convenient to highway. Room was good size, comfortable bed, clean. Complimentary breakfast was good, very convenient. My only complaint was when checking in, I was asked if I had a car. I was told it was $9 a night for parking. This was ridiculous. Everyone who stays at this hotel has a car and this added cost was totally unnecessary, just an add on to bill, sneaky way to charge customers extra, unnecessary fee.

We had a problem with our room that every now and then, a loud ringing sound came out of the bathroom. It was difficult to sleep and annoying since the only way to stop the ringing sound was to flush the toilet, which became repetitive after multiple times. The specific room was the reason for my dissatisfaction in this review.and there aren't the camera at the parking lot, so my car got hit and run accident.

We had an easy, quick check in. Overall, the room was nice however we noticed the morning after our stay there were lots of little ants all over the room. My son slept on the pull out sofa and the mattress was kind of uncomfortable. The breakfast was good and had lots of options. The gym equipment was nice, however there were no towels and the water bubbler was empty. We did let the front desk staff know about the ant issue and they were very apologetic and offered us Hyatt points towards a future visit.

The staff is very pleasant. My husband love the waffle maker and real dished and silverware at breakfast. The room was spacious but there were a fe gnats in the room. This place could use some updating

Enjoyed staying here. It was very quiet and in the perfect location close to everything.

Came in at 2:45pm and they said we had to wait ti 3:00pm and this other guy shows up at 2:55 and they gave him the last room.

Attending with family. Lobby AC out when checking in. Several people were offered water. I was told I’d have to pay for the bottles of water. The rooms were cool. Spacious and clean. The breakfast bar attendant was not the most gracious. I came 15 minutes prior to the end snd had to ask several times if I was able to get a bagel that was in the back. She did with hesitation. There’s parking charges per night which I wasn’t aware of. Ultimately the stay was pleasant minus the things I mentioned. The staff was amazing and I would potentially stay again.

You had to pay 9.00 for parking which I found ridiculous . The breakfast was not as expected and served the same thing both days , there was not enough seating for people who went down to eat breakfast. The room was decent but needs upgraded on the outside . I also saw no bar or restaurant as shown on site . The personnel though were very nice

Stayed here overnight. The lobby is nice, and their breakfast "okay". The room is genuinely nice and roomy. The "queen" beds are comfortable. I am not a fan of having a sink in the room right next to the beds. Bathrooms should be separate and away from the sleeping area. I am disappointed there was no free parking.

The property was nice not sure why we have to pay for parking but hey. The room was really clean. The only issue that I had was the water was extremely hot even when you put it on cold it was still hot so it was a challenge, giving the kiddos a bath. Besides that customer service was great. Breakfast was great.

The hotel is right off Midlothian Turnpike, but is in a really quiet niche.

Property was easy to find and attractive. The bed was comfortable. Treadmill in exercise room adequate. Breakfast was predicable.

We had to switch room due to the first being too small. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Quiet location on the weekend for a restful stay.

This Hyatt is nice overall. I think that it is a very traveled hotel and the staff is a low ratio to the amount of guests this hotel accommodates. It is also misleading about the bar and restaurant. There is no restaurant here. You can get a very very small selection of food items. They do have a bar area where you can get wine and beer. But it is really nothing more than a typical market in most hotels. That felt a little disappointing so I just wanna help people realize that with my review.

Clean, beautiful grounds and building, great staff.

Was nickel and dimed for $9 to self park my car in a mostly empty parking lot.

Staff was engaging and kind. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean, quiet and relaxing. I was up on the 6th floor, high above the trees! Breakfast was great. I will stay again. My only complaint is that the shower gel liquid soap was empty but I’m sure it’s full by now.

The property was clean and peaceful. I missed the breakfast but I heard it was delicious so maybe next time. But overall, great hospitality!!

Im very upset because when I reserve this hotel they don’t say anything about parking and pet fees they charge 100 dollars for my pet is too much this hotel is not 5 stars ti charge 100 for a pet very disappoint

The rooms are extremely clean. Bed is very comfortable. I stay at this hotel while I’m working very large desk area. Nice living room lounging area and I love how the sleeping area is separated by a very small wall. The breakfast options wonderful variety and always very tasty.

Overall the property and rooms were very clean and modern. The Deluxe suite with its amenities were very accommodating and spacious. The bathroom with the shower is too small for opening and closing the door. It would be a problem for larger guest. Get there early for breakfast or you lose out during busy periods.

2 - Property was clean. 2- Consider having 2 tvs in the suites. 3-Towels were never changed out after our first night. 4- It was tough to find space to eat breakfast in the lobby

The only issue I have with the property is that we had a double bed room with sofa bed and the sofa bed was in very bad condition and uncomfortable to the point that we didn't use it we slept on the couch 3 kids 2 adults so the bed was definitely needed but we made adjustments

Our stay was ok. Ok inky because we had an issue with the shower. The water in the tub drained extremely slow. By the time our 10-15 minute shower was done the water was easily above our ankles.

Had a king size room. It had to be 600sqft. Because the door to the bathroom was almost touching the toilet. Room needed the carpet cleaned. As you come in the room it didnt have that fresh hotel smell. I was expecting a little more out of this hotel stay. I believe i was suppose to get a room with the microwave, but the room didn't have one. The staff was friendly. Our stay was just okay.

Very nice location. One thing I would like to mention, for breakfast please have an option for those of us that don't eat pork. Turkey sausage or bacon would have been nice

The staff was amazing and very friendly. Room was clean. Bed had a stain on the mattress but at least it looked to have been cleaned to the best extent.

used the exercise room and peloton bike in particular. was glad I saw picture online showing that the bike had clipless pedals and brought the proper shoes. But, I'd suggest getting pedals with clips and it would get more use.

For the price they really cut back on upgrades. Fresh bathroom but old couches was interesting to say the least.

Went to my room and I found a dirty soap with hair in my room. When I asked to get more towels, I was told to come to the front desk to receive the towels. The receptionist was on her phone not caring for anything around her. Service was terrible. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Also was unfortunately surprised to find I had to pay to park, unprofessional .

Noisy

At first my room 504 appeared clean until I spent more time there with the lights on and then I started to noticed what was and wasn't cleaned or dusted. The switch on the bedside light did not work. So I had to unplug it. The pressure of the shower was non-existant. In other words, if you don’t stand directly under the shower head, you woukd not get wet. I was there for four night and no one ever came into my room to make tge bed, change the sheets or empty the trash. As building policy posted in the elevator. Now for the breafast. Nope, don't do it. The sausage, and eggs are very well over cooked. You're better off eating somewhere else, as I did.

Staff very accommodating, pleasant. Good selection for breakfast. Very quiet at night. The only complaint is the heat/air if you adjusted temperature even by 1 • it was either too cold or too warm
