The breakfast was not as high quality as some other Fairfield Inns we have stayed at. Our sausages were dried out and the eggs seemed maybe to have been made from powdered eggs. Not sure about the eggs though.

This hotel was great, free parking place, good location if you need something near the highway, but also that is private and not noisy. We got a room with a king bed and it was very comfy, we were on an east coast car trip and we slept the best in this hotel. It was a good value comparing to others we had on the same trip and those quality were questionable. The staff is super helpful. There are pertol station, grocery store and dining places in walking distance. The breakfast was surprisingly poor. Same for the wifi. I usually miss the water boiler/heater from hotel rooms in the US.

The pool looked tired and outdated. There was no signage indicating when or if daily maintenance was done. I would rate the pool at a 3 out of five. The tv was not happy in our room.

My rating comes from getting no response from the staff when I requested a cancellation of my stay due to my daughter getting the flu before the trip and they did not respond to the cancellation request. Nor did they try to refund any of the stay. I thought it was best we cancel the trip due to illness instead of coming and infecting anyone we came in contact with.

Erica was the most outstanding person I’ve ever experienced in a hotel stay. Polite,nice,happy,very refreshing to see a person of her quality , very rare. She should be recognized for her second to none customer service It was advertised as having a pool. When we checked in we were told the pool is closed. People will get charged if they use anything at stays, why shouldn’t we have bill discounted for not having the amenities described?

We returned to the front desk and apprised the front desk staff. She was very professional. We were apprised that all the locks were systematically re-keyed that day and numerous customers had the same issue. The front desk attempted to overide our door key with a master programmer. No success. An hour later, we were issued a new room. Numerous patrons filled the lobby with the same issue. The following morning, my key did not work at the cardio center. The front desk exclaimed same issue. Many patrons found not enter. Across all this confusion, we were offered waters. It now appears that we have been billed for the waters.

My family and I couldn’t take a shower and had to check out without a shower! There was no hot water. Hot water came on for 2 minutes and then ice cold. Will never stay here again or recommend

Toilet ran all night. On site staff were not able to replace the valve to stop it. No other remedy was offered other than maybe receiving points to my account. Not sure why a facilities person was not called to make the repair. That should not be the responsibility of the front desk

Great, accommodating hotel. Friendly front desk. We had a very late check in, requested a rollaway bed, and it was delivered promptly! Continental breakfast was good, and employee working there was very helpful and friendly. Overall nice experience for one night stay.

Upon pulling in, there were plenty of spaces to park. The front desk associate was pleasant as well. When we got on the elevator it seemed a bit unsafe. There was no handsoap in our bathroom and our toilet ran non stop. It wasn’t until this morning that we realized the toilet was also leaking and the floor was moist. I probably won’t return to this establishment.

My wife and I stayed here overnight while I was intown for work. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was kind and accomodating. The system where the TV is on and greets you with a personalized greeting is a nice touch. My only nitpicky knocks against it were breakfast in the morning was just okay and parking lot has a divisive median planted with prickly shrubs (I only mention because while we were there, an older guess tried traversing it and fell down in the parking lot, seems like an unnecessary obstacle for people just trying to get to their cars quickly).

Staff was very friendly and helpful with an issue with the television in our room. Special callout to the breakfast staff as they were great with helping my wife use the waffle iron. Room was clean and well stocked with all toiletries. We will definitely be here again when we return to Richmond.

The staff at this location was great. Everyone was courteous and helpful and most of all, VERY NICE. The only thing i notes as a need for improvement was that the elevator could use some maintenance.

I absolutely loved my stay at Fairfield Inns & Suites. This was my first time staying at one and I was pleasantly surprised. I loved the cleanliness of the rooms, the refreshments and the personal touches (name/greeting on the TV). The staff was super nice and helpful as well. I will definitely be booking another stay with this location.

It was just a quick overnight, but would have been great for a longer multi-night stay. Super friendly staff, A room (huge TV even though the control system was a little wonky and slow to respond). Location wasn’t much for walking to anything but easily accessible to 64 and Broad St to get anywhere in the city quickly.
