This property is very outdated, sheets and towels were very old , good think we had our own towels to use. I would not recommend to stay here. More like 1 strar motel, but pricy for this type.

Very bad experience. We had a reservation for somewhere else through booking.com, but the hotel overbooked and canceled at 5pm. Customer service offered alternatives - we reserved this one for $186. It did not seem to be a safe location, the sign at the front desk about not requesting camera footage and parking at your own risk was alarming, and the room was BAD - cigarette burns on the dirty bedspread, no flat sheet (just a bottom sheet and the gross bedspread), used bar of soap in the shower (we DID NOT use the shower), glitter all over the floor, a layer of thick dust on the furniture and stains on the couch.

Property is run down and in a bad area (next to correctional facility and across from casino). The chain on our door was broken. The front desk staff were nice. Plenty of parking. Beds were uncomfortable and dirty. But what was really outrageous was the level of filth in the room. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Sticky floor, hair from many different people all over bathroom, crumbs everywhere, moldy shower curtain. I didn’t expect much and this was somehow worse. And we paid $197!

This property is in a very sketchy section of town. I was told that it is "safe" to walk close by during the day, but not at night. There is only one elevator and the open walkways are split between floors. My sister and I returned to retrieve my luggage after she came in on her flight after determining this was not a safe location. At night, there were two security guards in the front, but poor lighting and no one in the area of the rooms. The clerk would not come out of the lobby and it was locked. Really substandard.

The room could have used a better clean…there were dirty boot marks all across the floor and splatter marks over the dresser. Towels and pillow cases were not crisp and white…. Kind of yellowish tint which gives the impression they are not necessarily clean. Sink faucet leaked at faucet and under sink.

We were given a ground floor room that reeked of Pine-sol and looked very basic, no-frills. Because the TV didn't work, they moved us to another ground floor room, and we had the same situation. Finally moved us to a second floor room and it smelled so much better and the TV worked.

The mattress felt very "cheap" and there was only a fitted sheet and a bed spread. No blanket or regular sheet. It is a big place, plan on climbing stairs if you get a 2nd or 3rd floor room. I found two roaches running around, the room had an awful smell, the front desk was disorganized and not polite, the water temperature barely got hot and the the tv had maybe 12 channels max. Awful stay

I make my reservation on this shit I travel 8 hours I arrived at 2:00 am I pay with my card and I have the email confirmation and when we arrive at the property the mean lady that was in the reception east really mean , an d años she said that she don’t have any reservations for me, I show her my confirmation number my email my charge and she y Still didn’t give us our room that service sucks very bad hotel staff

The place is nice every thing is nearby. I book this place because it say breakfast was included but no breakfast and the pool not open as well. .. this is false advertising. ..

The facilities had been renovated after Covid so everything was updated. Rooms were clean, fresh paint and carpet, bathroom had new fixtures, and the beds were comfortable. It’s close to a club.

In regards to the room, the room was clean and it did have a small refrigerator and microwave. Although the bathroom was clean and the water was satisfactory, it was small and a walk-in shower, no tub. Also when going to get the key, the price I had to pay was a few dollars higher than quoted. It was okay for a one night stay.

This is not only poor customer service, but a poor way to run a business. This was not as simple as a cancelled dinner reservation- the disrespect and disregard for someone else’s well-being, security, etc. was evident and astounding. Would not recommend.

We had a amazing time at this hotel. We had three rooms we all stayed next door to one another. Our family and friends came to the hotel and we had a great time in the lobby lounge area eating, talking and enjoying ourselves. The staff was amazing. The atmosphere was relaxing.

This would have been an issue we could have accepted that but when we got into our room there is visible mold on the ceiling we asked for non-smoking room and it smelled so strongly of cigarettes that all of our clothes smelled like cigarettes when we left. The bed was broken. Lopsided and squeaky.The service was not very good nobody came to give us towels the room didn't even have clean sheets we have to go get clean sheets that were stains behind the bed that look like previous blood sweater and hair and stains in the bed. Terrible. We felt unsafe during our stay and worried about our items being stolen or getting bed bugs. THE ONLY MOTEL WE FOUND IN THE AREA WITH REPAINED ROOM AND NEW AMENITIES AS THE MANAGEMENT THREW AWAY EVERYTHING AND REPLACED ALL THAT NEED FOR A NICE, COZY ROOM/. WARM WELCOME, THE STAFF IS CORTEOUS, KIND AND HELPFUL

THE ONLY MOTEL WE FOUND IN THE AREA WITH REPAINED ROOM AND NEW AMENITIES AS THE MANAGEMENT THREW AWAY EVERYTHING AND REPLACED ALL THAT NEED FOR A NICE, COZY ROOM/. WARM WELCOME, THE STAFF IS CORTEOUS, KIND AND HELPFUL

This was the worst hotel I have ever been. I got 0 sleep during the two nights that I stayed there. The heater was sounding like a tank and shaking the room every time it was kicking to start. The weather was cold so you can imagine the heater would be on all the time. The bathroom towels very old with stains and felt like sand paper on my skin. The bed sheets had stains on them and I am pretty sure we’re full of bugs because I have skin rash now. They had listed free breakfast at booking but at the hotel they had a sign that said we don’t serve breakfast due to COVID-19 hahaha!

It was a run down older property that allowed people to live there as well as stay there. Peoples belongings were piled up outside there rooms and it was not kept up outside.

The area wasnt great. Alot of noise coming from other rooms. People hanging around the hotel peddling for things. The front office had someone there when i checked out but he didnt want to open the door to check me out and give me my receipt from my stay. The phone number will not take incoming calls. The main office isnt any help with trying to get ahold of that hotel.

Staff was rude, except the black lady with the low haircut who was an angel. The room was a mess. I had a non smoking room but it smelled like a fresh cigarette and a bag was over the fire alarm. The rooms inside are newly renovated....we stay for 2 nights didn’t have any issues. The outside is outdated and old. They definitely need to have a elevator on both side and hotel.

Room did not have a clock. Manager had one brought by staff but it didn't work. Second clock brought later worked fine. All rooms should have an alarm clock

My fire alarm was chirping, I'm assuming it needed batteries, but they just removed the whole thing and didn't replace it. WiFi didn't work at all. I'm glad they allow dogs, but I won't be staying here again.

Everything I want in a hotel. King size bed with 5 pillows.Was allowed to extend checkout time without charge. Don't need hotel with bar cause I'm not into the bar scene. Pool was not an issue as it is February.

Something must have happened---certainly did not expect the Walfdorf Astoria but don't understand how this property has received such solid reviews---there were several long strands of hair in our bed--cigarette burns on sheets; no toiletries in bathroom, stains on towels and who knows how long it has been since the bed skirt has been cleaned? IT was just too late for us to move with an early wakeup at 6:15am for a soccer tournament game. YIKES--really among the worst ever!

It was a motel that has been updated. King bed was excellent. Clean sheets and comfortable. The upholstered chair in the room was well worn and dirty. The room was freshly painted. Shower was ok but no tub. Not great water pressure. However, since the rate was so low and we only needed a place to sleep for one night it was fine.

Overall, the location of the hotel was super convenient for me. My only recommendation is to improve the breakfast bar; I don't particular care about paper plates.

Surprisingly, the bed was comfortable and the rate for the room was very reasonable. The only caveat was that my room was not cleaned on the 26th but overall the location was very close to my siblings.

Rooms were pretty much very clean, bathroom actually looked way better than I expected lol... small but clean n remodeled! On the other hand , beds were small n extra extra firm! All in all, it’s good for just what it is, a one night stay! Something real quick until the sun come up, be on ur way!

We reserved non smoking room and the first room they sent us to had signs everywhere that there was no smoking allowed but their was an ash tray and the cigarettes smell was so bad we couldn’t breathe. They have us new room which more than made up that horrible room

The property was ok for my one night stay. The room was clean and spacious, however there were small cigarette burn holes on the comforter and the area is a little noisy being next to the highway. The staff was great and parking was fine.

It was what i needed but there were a few bugs and house keeping kept unlocking my door trying to come in while i was asleep for the 3 days i stayed there.

I cancelled this reservation! I am very unhappy! I do not want my card chargrd!

The room was clean and smelled pleasantly. Breakfast offered much more than I expected. Only issue we had was the bathroom door that didn’t shut completely. Otherwise, very much enjoyed our stay.

My overall stay was good but they need to go through there heavy comforters and check for burn holes and replace them i had one i asked to get another so the whoes would not fall on me i do not smoke. Thank you

I didnt like the cleanies of the whole facility my bathroom was filthy tolite was dirty with urine stains and brown crusty stuff on seat the covers had holes in them as well as burn holes carpet was dirty and furniture was old chipped and needs to be up graded the bathtub has permenant dirt rings all over and shower curtian was filthy and bathroom water stinks really bad smh but the staff was awesome and friendly
