The host, he was a lovely man that made sure I got the best room for my value. Was friendly and quick at his job. You get what you pay for. Overall it was a decent property for me to sleep in. Quiet and was left alone.

Really like the price and the location of the place. Staff was very friendly. The room was of decent quality but there are some issues with it. I didn't know if we are lucky or not but our room was missing small stuff like soap, shampoo, towels. The bed was really soft so it's not comfortable for your back, at least for us who are used to sleeping on the hardest possible. It was also a bit squeaky so every time you moved or changed position it was making some noise. Floor was not clean at all so you must wear flip-flops or something.

As I opened the door, I was hit with the smell of pot so strong I thought I could get high just walking into the room. No hair dryer available in the room. I was given a 1st floor room after I complained that I didn't feel safe with my 2nd floor room where 3 men were standing outside my assigned room boisterously calling to me as I drove by!!! I won't be staying here again.

It was not a good experience. When we first walked in we saw a huge cockroach. It was very obvious the room had not been cleaned. It seemed like most rooms people were living out of. It was an overall terrible place to stay.

The location was a good location for Emmett’s i needed to be, and the bed was comfortable The lack of prep operation The footprint that was visible on my sons sheet The grit and dirt on the floor The inability to contact the front desk The complete and total lack of housekeeping No breakfast as was stated in the on line description I didn’t like coming back at night only to discover people smoking weed on the balcony The loud music and car party in the parking lot at 1:00 in the morning The trash in the parking lot This place is a dump

Definately much more run down than the pics. No lamps so the room was dark. Mattress sagged in the middle and was very uncomfortable. Bathroom towels were dirty and they didn’t have bath size towels. Would not recommend.

This is the nastiest hotel I have ever been to !!! Walked in and walked out . I don’t know how this facility is still in business and hasn’t been shut down . Opening the door was enough for me to see , the smell , so nasty ! Looks like a place that is rented by the hour and a lot of illegal stuff is happening !!! Nasty !!!!

Location is right off the highway, bed was comfortable, room was big. Sink was clogged entire time, the curtain was barely attached to the wall and within the first day it fell off the wall.
