They making money on it but from the quality if the towels all the way to the lack of shower gel dispenser but an old cracked piece of soap it was awful. Towels had stains on them

Showed up and no one was in the front desk, bedsheets were stained decided to go to another hotel. They were willing to fully reimburse me.

The first room the sheets and comforter was dirty it had spots also the sheets. Then he moved us to another room. It was no better, the towels did not look clean.

Location. Easy off and into the freeway. The facility can use a facelift.

Easy access. Pets free The beds (mattress) although very comfortable is on a metal base & getting up in middle of night if bang into it with your foot makes a loud noise.

The only plus is that pets are allowed. This Red Roof gives the corporate Red Roofs a bad name. No ice machine, no snacks, no coffee maker, rooms have had a bad makeover. No breakfast like corporate Inns. Overall 1 out of 5 is generous!

Needs a maintenance man asap, needs their guests to remember this isn't their property, respect it. Good place to stay, you just have to overlook the much needed paint and the way to loud neighbors

The room I reserved was not available. They did give us a room with 2 queen size beds instead of the 1 king I reserved. Room was ok. We had to pick up a TV remote from the desk as there was none in the room. The bath towels were little better than a paper towel. The room had bags for an ice bucket, but no bucket, and there was an empty bracket attached to the wall where a smoke detector should have been. The mini fridge did work phenomenally though.

Had I seen the room prior to signing in I would have walked away. Front window needs cleaning. Door chipped and need of paint. Curtain has small holes in it. Just in poor condition for an evening stay. Locked the door and Left within 5 minutes Expedia should not have this property in their list

Loved the history there and the tavern. The fireplace in the lobby was great too. The bar tenders were terrific as well as our waitress. The room was fine but the bathroom toilet was terribly low and difficult to use. The room was cold and we couldn’t adjust temperature. The inn could use a professional decorator. Again, it was lovely and we were there for the history

Everything about this hotel was disgusting. I had to go buy cleaning supplies just to clean the room enough to sleep in.

Safety bar on door missing half of the bar rendering it unusable and I was on the first floor. It left me feeling unsafe. I put the room chair with my suitcase on it in front of the door.

I reserved one room on expedia and I rented another when I got there for my daughter. I went into 117, which was my daughters room and turned on the air and walked out. We went to a family function and came back to the hotel around 1130PM ish. Well, my daughter went into her room with her husband and I didnt see them until the morning. When she came into my room, she was upset. They stripped the beds and there was blood stains or some other kind of stains on the mattress cover and there was MOLD under the bed. When I went to the front office to discuss it with them, the man said well there is 3 layers between that and her skin. I was totally insulted. They would not refund my money even after I showed them the pictures. 0 stars from me.

This was probably the worst Red Roof I've stayed in... The place didn't feel clean at all, and the area was definitely in worse shape than I thought - in the middle of the night I heard the cop trying to arrest someone on my floor.

If you are in transit and need a place to stay right off the I95, this is a great spot. Their staff is amazing. I met DJ and explained I was towing a trailer with a very expensive car inside, he explained where to park and also explained there is a camera on the trailer. There are a LOT of parking sports in the rear dedicated for large trailers. I saw 18 wheelers back there and it was safe. So if you are traveling with a trailer or large truck etc this is the spot to park. Also there is a Mcdonalds next door so you don't have to drive you trailer around before checkout time to get breakfast. If you want a quick stop off before continuing your trip, this place is great. Thank you again DJ for your kindness!

The room was dirty. The hot water was luke. The soap dispensers were empty. There were unlaundered spots on the bedspread. There was greasy dust in the nooks and crannies, baseboards. I didn’t want to touch anything, let alone sleep in the beds.

The front desk gentleman was wonderful, even with our very late check-in. The room was basically clean, but in poor condition. To be fair, GA was experiencing cold, snow & ice never before seen, but we couldnt get the room warm, even with the unit set at 84 degrees.

The absolute most awful hotel rooms. We were 3 couples with 2 rooms, and both rooms were very old and awful. Dirty, cracked, filthy walls, windows were old and filthy, one window had mounds of drywall piled on it, some of the drywall powder was all over the ledge as well as the curtain, the bottom portion of one wall had huge broken chunks missing, flooring boards in one room were all cracked and sticky. And as if this wasnt bad enough, we requested non smoking rooms. The walls are paper thin, bed linens in both rooms were nasty - stained and smelled of smoke, towels were thin and worn, dead bug in one room, live roach in the other. I use better towels at home as cleaning rags. One of the couples were so disgusted, they slept in our SUV. The other couple had what appeared to be blood stain, etc on their sheets. They had to grovel for clean linens, and permission was finally granted to the front desk by owner to provide clean linens. They were removed from another bed. Strange that they had another bed, as I had originally requested a room change and was told they were completely full. I personally covered my bed with my personal clothing to sleep. If it were not late in the evening (11:30 pm) and we did not have 2 toy poodles and 6 adults, we would have turned immediately around, demanded a refund, and found another hotel. Our group arrived at 11:30 pm and anxiously left at 7 without showering. I have photos but for some reason, I cant upload. Anyway, awful experience

Would not recommend unless (a) escaping a natural disaster, and (b) couldn't find better. (Both true in my case.)

The second also smelled of cigarettes and was so dirty. I wiped the floor with a washcloth and it came up BLACK with filth. If I hadn’t been so tired from my drive and already unloaded bags in the room, I wouldn’t have asked to be moved or driven to another hotel. Suspect other rooms may have been the same, based on the guests seen milling about outside. Price was very good, and clerk at desk amiable.

The sheets were not clean and had men’s black hair and honestly it was like weird stuff was growing out of the walls … I only stayed here because they are dog friendly but honestly I wouldn’t return unless it was a remodeled one… stayed in a remodeled one before and it was great !…

Room was super dirty, within 5 minutes feet were black from walking in the room. Tub was nasty. Used bar of soap on the counter. TV didn’t work. Comforter looked dirty. Had to ask for the correct type of room I booked when arriving. Super sketchy, will not stay here with my family again.

Some where to sleep

This was a last minute booking for family and this hotel literally made my flesh crawl. Weird stains were on the beds, walls, and doors. The mattresses were dirty and the comforters.

This by far was the most terrible-ist if that’s even a word I have ever been at. It was so bad I left. The truck stop I stopped at to rest after leaving was better than this place.

Property in need of repairs. Wall inside of door had large peeling sections. Cleaners need to do better there was toothpaste or soap residue all around back of sink. Floor was gritty not swept well. Other areas just did not look well cleaned.

I checked in as 4 people. There were only 2 towels. When we asked for 2 more they said no housekeeping went home. We did have a medical incident. The front desk was very helpful and caring.

No ice bucket the room only had one towel door lock was broken off… The pool was non-functional… To be honest it was a complete disaster… The only good part about it was the bed was comfortable… So I guess you get what you pay for

Great place after a long trip working in trucking business

Stay Away!!! Immediately upon arrival, we checked the room and found evidence of bedbugs. I went back to the desk and asked for a refund. I was told that he couldn't give the refund because I reserved through a 3rd party and I would need to contact Hotels.com. I was unable to reach anyone until Monday. At that time, they called the hotel and management refused the refund. So stay away from this hotel and keep this in mind when you use a 3rd party. Hopefully others can learn from my hard lesson.

A place to sleep, lock your vehicle!

The room looks clean, but it reeks of cigarette smoke. The smell is ironic, given the prominent sign that says that the room is a "non smoking" room and smoking would lead to a $250 cleaning fee.

For the price it was acceptable. If you were bringing a family, the pool was inoperable. Room is dated, but the bed was still comfortable. My room was clean, although had a slight odor when entering. I assumed a cleaning agent. If you need an inexpensive room for the night, this is a good choice.

No one at desk upon arrival. Was met by a sign and waited 10-15 mins for desk clerk. Assigned room which had a dirty bedspread and a cigarette burn hole for a nonsmoking room. Clerk assigned new upgraded room which included a work desk for the upgrade. Taco restaurant was great!

Not fit for anyone to stay in

The place is rundown, it needs to be fixed room leaks,( roof) the floor was dirty stained sheets loud couldn't get much sleep door was so hard to open.

Smoke smell dirty rooms and beds

Lots of food within walking distance, but housekeeping was dreadful. Old toothpaste on the bathroom faucet and something splatteed on the wall. Lots of hotela in the area, I'd pick a different one next time.

I think the hotel has either long stay guests or people living there as I had the same neighbors this visit as my last 3 weeks ago - crying baby, loud radio playing until late evening around 11:00pm. Stocking did not include paper cups or tissues.

This place is a Petri dish. Extremely dirty and unpleasant. Had no choice but to stay here to brake a 16 hr drive. Beds were dirty and linen had cigarette burns. The smoke detector was not working and was hanging off the wall. The doors inside lock was broken so pretty much anyone with a key could come in while you sleep — very unsafe. The pool is an eye sore. Water is murky and the cover is ripped and torn to pieces. You can tell that pool has not been treated in more than one season. It is a whole with filthy water that allows anything to grow in it. Truly disgusting! This is the perfect place for a horror movie on a cheap budget. Stay away!

Property wasn’t kept up well. It wasn’t worth the money. The staff was friendly. The air conditioning didn’t work and made a high pitched squeal and the room was hot. It was very loud. There were gnats in the sink of the room. The beds were very firm. Not pleasant.

If you can afford to stay somewhere else - do it!

The property was cleaner than the last time however they have not fixed the top lock for safety. The mattress was extremely dirty that I had to take a photo. Also the pool is never working.

I booked this hotel only out of necessity. I also booked it because it said there were two queen beds in the room. However, when we got to the room the beds were doubles NOT queens. I was very disappointed but it was after midnight so we just made it work.

Good for the cheap price. But the pictures make the rooms look cleaner than what they actually are.

OK minimalist lodging

The reason for the low ratings was that, where the hotel was in good condition and clean, there was a lot of noise from other guests who were clanging metallic items, coming and going well into the night, with foot traffic back and forth outside the room and up and down the stairs, and loud voices. It was hard to get any rest until quite late - well after midnight.

There is nothing to recommend about this hotel. The premises are unkempt and disgusting and overrun with drugs and criminal activity. The rooms themselves are vile. The hotel service was kind at first but then the proceeded to charge my card without my authorization, which is actually illegal. The pool is a festering swamp. The corridors reek of urine and tobacco. This place should be condemned by the health department.

This place should be closed. This is the worse experience I’ve had staying in any hotel. The whole place is dirty, terrible service, smell horrible. The rooms are dirty, they clearly don’t clean. The bedsheets are nasty with stains every where, the bathroom was not clean with hair in the whole bathtub. Avoid staying in this hotel. Do not trust the pictures

This was not a well kept motel. The room had several dirty spots: gum on the headboard, something on the mirror, bathroom had one functional light bulb. I would not have stayed if I had other options. Towels were very dingy. Overall, would never stay there again.
