Very nice relaxing stay after driving all day. Michelle was great was when we checked in Saturday evening. Very kind,helpful and courteous.

Stayed 1 night. Everything was as advertised. The breakfast was good with super friendly staff.

The layout of the room was conveniently spaced.

The only real issue are the dispensers for hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and bath get. They are very difficult to get any product out. The one for hand soap was actually starting to come off the wall. They are rather high and just hard to get to easily.

Breakfast had a good selection and that’s all I can say that was good about our stay. The room was dirty, carpet was sticky and there was something splashed all over the hall floor and thermostat. The shower pan was very worn. Bed sheets were not crisp and smooth. For the amount we paid I expect better.

The room felt neglected. The blind was broke and couldn't put up, lamp was broke hanging by wire, room had a nasty smell and the bed box spring and mattress was broken down. Was so disappointed since the one in Fort Myers airport was so awesomr.

The breakfast is a joke - please go back to the normal eggs/bacon and forgo the egg patties and turkey bacon as it is not very good. Thank goodness you still had banannas so at least their was something editable.

I arrived a bit early and the front desk staff accomodated me with a room. My room was perfect. Very clean and comfortable with all the comforts of home. A microwave, full size fridge/freezer, sink. This really helped because I was traveling with a cooler of food. Also pet friendly. Highly recommend.

The room was very spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. I let the desk staff know In the morning that the room smelt really musty or moldy. Breakfast was ok but not what was expected given the description. Lastly, I wish we would have known the pool didn't open until 10. The kids got to use it for about 30 mins before checkout.

Probably one of the worst stays we have had in a long time. Room phone didnt work so my wife had to walk down to the lobby to ask a question, no actual curtain (put up the closet curtain instead of fixing the issue) so there was light coming in the room from the bright parking lot lights all night, got zero sleep due to this.

Poor experience all around. The customer wasn’t put first from check in through check out. Unhelpful front desk. No water at breakfast, no hand soap in our room or the lobby bathrooms. When trying to swim, we couldn’t only one door to the pool worked with our key card. We needed to go outside and around to the back parking lot to enter. the pool ladder only had one rung- the top one. Unhelpful. The pool water didn’t seem treated. Even after setting up late check out our key card was deactivated at the regular check out time. I’m glad to be gone and home2suites has lost my business.

We've been staying here since it opened and WOW has it gotten beat up. The shower knob is cheap and has completely broken but they have just left it. Breakfast got moved to 9am and 30+ people scrambled to feed their families while the staff hurried to lock everything up and shut down. Next year we'll be looking elsewhere, this isn't worth $200

Tiffany at the front desk was a huge help and very friendly and personable. The food options were great and the room was comfortable and spacious.

We arrived at 20 pm to find that they had given the room I reserved away. We were forced to crowd into one bed. When they did move us to a new room the AC sounded like a lawnmower. I couldn’t sleep. My key card never worked. Each time I left my room I was locked out.

The room door to the original room was broken then a new room was offered. The second room had blood on the toilet seat and trash from the previous guest. Moved to the third room and grease spots were on the headboard.

Breakfast is awesome the floors are too thin we're on the first floor we heard everything that was going on in the second floor and we were right by an exit door that slammed like holy hell so now I will not be staying there again

Very friendly staff, extremely helpful. Room was nice sized and was wheelchair accessible. Our view was amazing. The only things I would change would be a bigger vanity in the bathroom and a chair or something in the room.

When we arrived we were sent to a room that was out of order , had to go back downstairs and get a second room assignment and the second room was occupied, finally got a room on the third try. There was roaches in the room and to top it off a towel was folded as if it was clean and it was dirty.

Breakfast was terrible for quality. Coffee was not good. Water dispenser in gym was overflowing. Nothing but fast food restaurants nearby. Bathroom was too small.

We where passing through town on a long road trip. The hotel was clean and well cared for. There where lots of families. The area seemed safe. Front desk staff was friendly and fast.

Loved the whole experience except we had a clogged bathroom sink drain and it also leaked underneath. Someone was aware of it because there were paper towels under the trap to catch the drips. We only stayed 1 night so we didn't try to have it fixed.

Bathroom clean was bad and I couldn’t lock the bath door. What was terrible because we were 6 people.

I have stayed two times in the last three weeks. The first time I had to call and have the bedding changed because there was very apparent blood. There was a lot of hair in the shower, and the vent made a lot of noise. This last time, there was a client next to me that had a very loud domestic fight, and then a very loud “makeup” session. Then late that same night I took my dog outside for a bathroom break, when I went to go back into the building my keys did not work. I walked around to the front entrance and the automatic doors would not open. I had to pry open with my hands. The night clerk did make me a new key. There was A LOT of dog poop all around the property, and cigarette butts everywhere. I was very disappointed!

I liked that this facility felt a safe and quiet (other than some children being loud and playing out in hallway that their parents didn't seem to mind) place to stay. I did not like how at time of check in and check out (BOTH TIMES!) the entrance to the hotel was blocked due to others parking their vehicles IN THE ENTRANCE WAY, causing an inconvenience to others (including us) who were bringing their belongings into the hotel. We had to go ALL THE WAY AROUND to the handicap area to come up that way with our carts that carried our belongings. THIS IS UNCALLED FOR!!! There should be a sign posted on the posts at the entrance stating to DO NOT PARK HERE. All those individuals had to do was MOVE THEIR VEHICLE UP PAST THE ENTRANCE for others to be able to utilize the walkway. Upon arrival, a truck was parked, blocking the entrance for carts of those bringing in their belongings and all the person was doing was unloading their child to walk into the hotel! I asked this individual if she was almost done and was going to move the vehicle, but she said something nasty. Why didn't they just park in a parking spot or MOVE UP!? I even heard the mother who was unloading the child say, "This is the third person that has said something..." Yes, well, apparently she didn't get the hint from the first person that asked her! Inconsiderate.My mother was with me and she is 72 years old trying to push a cart with belongings!!!!! Management needs to address this issue!

After arriving at the property at 1:00 am, we were told the key card machine was not working and hadn’t been for the past 3 days. We were told that while we were welcome to stay, we could only get into our room with the help of the front desk and their master key. Meaning, we would need to be let I to our room each time we left by waiting for the front desk to let us in. We understand there are malfunctions with computer systems. However, 3 days is unacceptable in a civilized area. The remedy..we had to search out another hotel to stay in.. after a 4.5 hour drive, I wasn’t to pleased to be hotel hoping at 2:00 am!

Three main areas of concern: first, apparently their room keying machine didn’t work (for 2 days - really!) and so you need to wait for the front desk lady to be free and go up with you to open the door for you, every time! Second, it wasn’t stated anywhere that there’s a flat $80 pet fee, regardless. Finally, the staff just wasn’t friendly at all. Not going to be staying with them again.

Property was clean. The breakfast was good. The only complaint we had is the air conditioner made some rattling noise.

Easy to locate, clean, our suite had a lot of space and I really appreciate the ability to have pets. The staff seemed irritable and were not super welcoming but the facility itself is nice. Decent gym and indoor pool as well.

We appreciate that dogs were allowed at this property. However, when we entered the lobby there was dog urine in two different places.

We stayed for two nights. While the beds were comfortable, our room was not in the best shape. The tv had a blue tint to it, and the blackout curtain was broken so trying to cover it up was not easy. There also was a lamp that was extremely touchy and would turn off and on. All of that we could overlook, but when I went to get extra towels, twice, they had none. Not one in the whole building and I have a family of 5 with just 3 towels. Ok. Then we used the pool-their towel holders there were also completely empty-to which we were told you can take towels from the gym. Which there was like maybe 4 left and they’re gym towels are tiny. It was not a busy time of year-we were in the off season-so for this being a Hilton hotel to have zero towels?? Very disappointing coupled with the condition of the room. With all the options out there we won’t choose this hotel again.

The hotel is brand new and the rooms are suites - equipped with a kitchen and seating area separated from the bed by a curtain. We did not need this feature as we were there just to sleep that night, but I thought it was a nice amenity if a traveler was planning to stay a few days in the area.

The room was quite nice although not nearly warm enough. It went down to 29 degrees and the hvac could not keep up. The halls and lobby were warm enough, though.

GM, Shonda and staff were great. Very nice and friendly. Property water heater was not sufficient. Only warm water. We stayed four nights and did not receive any daily service. Extended stays like this usually offer every other day. Lack of those services scores good, not excellent. Other than that, it was excellent.

Comfortable, clean, felt secure and safe while traveling alone. Staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed here in June and had a great experience so when I was passing through the area again I booked the same place. I was just as happy with the hotel in November as I was in June!

This chain of hotels is always reliable with amenities other hotels charge more then my budget for which is why I continue to stay at them. However with staying in them regularly you learn that some are better than others. Not that it makes them worse they just tend to not focus on what look for. For me this hotel lacked a higher level in cleanliness. Standard clean requirements but our rooms had wallpaper in the bathroom that really needed to be added to the regular cleaning list as it was filthy, as was the shower base platform and other less frequently cleaned items. These areas still need to be cleaned often. With that said the overall stay had no issues/negatives. The staff were all very friendly, attentive and easily found. The breakfast was one of the nicest we’ve had and that was mainly due to the staff that were providing it. A great reasonably affordable option and would certainly stay here again.

Room smelled like a dog had stayed there. Definitely needed a room deoderizer and a throrough cleaning. Room was in need of a makeover. Wallpaper peeling off the wall in the bathroom. Bathroom had a walk-in shower without a lip to catch the water. Even after thoroughly drying off and using a bath mat, there was water on the floor. The floor tiles were slick and presented a defitite slip and fall risk. There was no makeup mirror & no body lotion. Inexplicably, the king bed had a dust ruffle in place of a blanket! Very odd! The one window in the bedroom appeared to have a nonfunctioning electric window shade that exposed the bottom third of the window. There was an electric wall switch labeled window shade, but it didn't do anything. We were unable to close the window shade and there were no curtains, so I was kept awake by the bright light shining into the bedroom all night. There were 3 pillows on the bed. Why not 4? The road noise was loud. The tv had NO premium channels - no HBO, Showtime, Netflix etc. Nothing worth watching on tv. Breakfast was good and staff did a good job. I just expected a more comfortable stay.

While The property was clean and well kept, there were a few issues. TVs and most of the rooms had a bluish tint and the fitness center equipment, especially the treadmills need updating. Also, there was no shampoo conditioner in our room.

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. However, the air conditioning unit in the main bedroom was so noisy. We could not sleep. It sounded like we had a landing helicopter in our room and I believe the blower motor was shot. Our three young children were sleeping in the adjacent living room on the fold out bed and their AC unit was quiet like they should be. They had already fallen asleep when the unit failed and we did not want to wake them up due to the long road trip back Home. The next morning I took a video of the noisy unit showed it to the clerk downstairs and complained. We spent the entire night without an AC unit sweating and uncomfortable That was a week ago and I have heard nothing. It’s pretty sad that they can’t do anything for you While we got zero sleep and still had a 12 1/2 hour drive back home to Delaware the next day with three small children ages 2, 3 and 4. I will never be staying at this hotel again and we have stayed numerous times on our yearly trip to Florida .

The carpet in my room was greasy. The breakfast is OK. Waffles, bagels, and toast were good. Anything with egg tasted rubbery. Staff was nice. I got an extra pillow and blanket with no problem. The door to my room didn’t latch all the time, so I had to slam it.

We had an excellent stay. We were very happy with the appearance of the property and cleanliness of everything. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfront was better than most hotels offer. We were even given a late check out which was great! We highly recommend this place and will stay at this chain again!!!!

Spacious rooms!! Great for families. Will definitely be using them again.

The room was large with an apartment size frig and dishwasher. Its the cleanest hotel that we have stayed at.
