    Rooms were oversold even though I had booked a month in advance. So no suite for us. The beds and pillows were terrible. They made it up to me by buying me breakfast (I don’t eat breakfast) but oh well! Furniture in the lobby is all peeling apart, OH and the hot hub was broken down. Great experience! Lol

    The room was nice and very clean, but we were jolted awake throughout the night due to the air conditioner shutting off very loudly (room 324), so it wasn’t a restful experience. Everything was well maintained in all areas except for our room AC. The valet service was very quick and efficient, which is a rare thing on a busy holiday weekend The staff at the front desk didn’t seem very warm and friendly but we got what we needed. The breakfast was pretty good, but the bacon was very odd (lots of fat and burned). The breakfast service was not prompt or friendly.

    Second stay. Room is spacious with lots of outlets for phone chargers etc. Pillows are flat so if you like a good pillow bring your own. Second time using the coffee in the hotel and always disappointed. They are always out of something. Today was choc chips for the drink my daughter wanted. Check in was quick and easy and agent was friendly. We had lunch one day and ordered the three little pigs pizza. It was very good. Elevators work quickly so it was easy getting up and down from room to our dance comp with no wait times. Parking was easy and felt safe.

    The bathtub needs to be refinished and hardware replaced. The stains were pretty gross. The clock was full of dust and the area behind it was dusty. I expect a room where I’m going to sleep to be clean.

    We were startled awake by a fire alarm. When exiting the room we were notified by other patrons that it was a false alarm. ONLY AFTER CALLING DOWN were we notified that no evacuation was needed. Neighboring rooms also stated similar displeasure with the property. Water leaks, and lack of cooling being repeated displeasures. The overall experience at your hotel was horrible. I will recommend to as many people as possible to not visit your establishment

    The man who checked us in was excellent. The traffic on the way had me stressed, and he calmed me down. I asked for a particular Starbucks iced tea, and they bent over backwards to make it for me. The Club sandwich we ordered was delicious, as well as the fabulous french fries. The man who helped us inside & the one who checked us out were terrific.

    We attended a Christian Men's Network conference, and I made my husband's reservations on the wrong date. I wish I had the young lady's name who was working the front desk. She was able to adjust the date for the same cost; she went above in beyond with excellent service. I also heard that my husband and a group of men were out late in the foyer reflecting on the conference. The person working the front desk came out and asked if they would like coffee. She made coffee for the men. Thank you, Renaissance hotel, for your excellent service in making our stay with you a 5-star.

    The whole hotel is one large open atrium, so any sound echo’s through it. At 5.00 am a maintenance person was running some kind of very large powerful vacuum cleaner which woke up the whole hotel. Many people came out of there rooms to see what was going on. The front desk told me there was nothing they could do. The front desk attitude was if you don’t like it to bad. I find most Marriott Hotels to be rude and don’t really care about their guest. This is not the first Marriott Hotels have this kind of issue.

    Front desk staff would not answer the phone . Needed an answer about late check in . Lady would answer and put you on hold. Was on hold for 38 minutes on the first cal , 14 minutes 2nd call. No one every came back to answer the call after they put you on hold. Called 5 times. NO ANSWER.

    Our stay was amazing from arrival to departure. Staff was super friendly, parking was safe and easy to access. Our room was clean and bed was comfy, water pressure and temp was great. Breakfast was great with plenty of great tasting options and the bar had some of the best drinks around. Shout out to our AM serve Mr. Laurence who was super friendly and knowledgeable! We will absolutely return any time we’re in the area

    The hotel should include a parking cost in its room rate. The keycard used to enter and exit the parking garage is not always working, so I have to get out of the car and cross the street to the front desk to get the card replaced. It's simply annoying. While at the Hilton nearby, there is free parking and restaurants just across the street. I am willing to pay extra for a superior facility, so I gave it a shot, but I was wrong.

    This hotel is our favorite place to stay after seeing a concert at the Eisemann Center. It is super convenient to stay here and walk to dinner and then walk across the parking lot to the concert. The indoor pool & hot tub are very nice and relaxing. We will be back.

I called back in 30 and she said I needed to call back later because the guy I needed to ask would be in later. Then she said he just came in and took my number, but I never heard back.

    Charged us the six dollar for the water we never opened. When we arrive, there are two bottles of water with six dollars sign on their neck on a small sofa table. Of course we have our own water, but in order to use the small table we moved the water to the table with the TV. And we received bill for 6.5 dollar. When you call them, the process is long and complicated and not able to talk to a real person. Too trivial to waste my time in this. Yeah you earned some extra money. Left a bad taste for me.     My fiance and I are actually residents of Tx so this was a quick little get away and the experience was great, everything from the bar down stairs to the food!!!! The breakfast was pretty good, but I just wish they were more accommodating with the choice of meats that were served, however I did try the cauliflower crust pizza and the wagu burgers and both were excellent choices with this being said my fiance won't let me book anywhere else because of how good the food was lol.

    This hotel was amazing!!! I had originally booked at another hotel nearby but upon arriving there were some issues and had to look for another hotel. Renaissance Hotel was amazing about booking with me last minute and was completely ok with my pets(Sphynx cats) The staff treated me with the utmost respect and look amazing while doing it!!     Renaissance hotels PHONE Customer Service understands the meaning of Customer Service. They resolved this odd experience. Renaissance hotels have been my family’s favorite choice for over 30 years. Been going since I was a kid, and once I became an adult. This experience was so abnormal for their high standards. The room did not have the tub style that was detailed and I was looking forward too. The manager at the front desk was unprofessional and offensive. When I asked for a refund for the one additional night, she asked me if I had used the bathroom while I was in the room. All I could do was pause and say, “Excuse me? If you need to know, I used the toilet and the sink to wash my hands, but not the tub because it was not what I thought.” All she said back was, if you knew it when you came here we could have refunded you before you checked in. I was confused and asked, “How would I know the room did not match the detailed description if I did not go in it?” Then she asked the restroom question again. I was done. Left the hotel quietly, knowing I wasn’t going to use the additional night I had booked. All this because of Manager’s customer service. All other employees were amazing and kind. When the wonderful valet employee brought our SUV around, I told my husband how disappointed and astonished I was at the manager’s unprofessional and distasteful choice of words. He called Renaissance Customer Service. They humbly apologized and compensated the night unused. Thank you!!!

    Breakfast was excellent, fresh and tasty but the rest of the food… lunch dinner wings soup dessert etc tasted terrible. They even served me cold soup . Three chicken wings not taste and old as well not fried, the shrimp tacos no flavor no taste and they inly add onios and a little of green celery. Pizza was good

    This property did not have properly working AC or thermostat. It either froze you to death or made your room a burning hell. The bathrooms have no fans so good luck doing your business, it’ll stink up your whole room. They do ticky tack little charges for everything, parking, breakfast, water bottles being $4 each is highway robbery, you can get a 40 pack from Costco for $3. That’s really not providing good value to the customer and it shows they are just money hungry soul-less people. Will not be coming again.

    I called the front desk before arriving and asked if an early check in was possible and the person helping me at the hotel let us know that was fine and that our room will be waiting for us. What an inviting way to start out stay! I parked in the self-parking garage and easily walked to the front of the hotel. Check in was great and the same person helped us get the most quiet room on a top floor which was wonderful. Our room was nice and clean and the beds were perfectly made and comfortable. We slipped into our swimsuits and headed to the indoor pool which is HUGE! The hot tub/spa was amazing after a long weekend, too. After swim time, we all took showers which has amazing water pressure and volume. Such a nice way to clean up! We walked our dog down and headed to dinner at Porta Di Roma and enjoyed a wonderful dinner on the patio. We stuck our leftovers in the hotel room fridge and dozed off quietly for the night. Morning was relaxing and we were off with little delay at check out. We will absolutely stay here again!

    This hotel is a great place to stay if you are attending a show at the Eisemann Center. The Eisemann Center is directly across the street from the hotel. There is also a nice Italian restaurant within walking distance. Everything is very convenient.

    It was an amazing stay from the second we checked in until we left! The lady who checked us in was super sweet and knowledgeable of the area… she told us of adventures in the area to go on and assisted with many other navigations throughout our stay! The entire staff was very kind and helpful! The facility was beautiful and well maintained, and the valet gentleman was super!! I will stay there again for sure!

    I booked a double bed room and was told there were no double bed rooms available due to cleaning staff leaving early and failing to clean the rooms. This is after I waited an hour to check in because I was told they were cleaning me a double bed room. I’m currently still waiting in extra linens/sheets and pillows which I requested at 7:00pm….its now 11:00pm. I paid a premium price and I have received less than par services. Terrible experience this far.
