Great location for traveling through Dallas - tremendous secure under cover parking garage allowed us to not have to unload car completely and it was on 5th floor parking garage that was integrated into the hotel - quite a build out , with cameras and gate for security and it was Free - great amenity - never really stayed in a drury inn plaza over regular drury inns, I was telling my kid how good of a deal and facility it was and he said yeah dad we stay at them all the time. - loved the free soda machine. Nice Job Drury all good

I have stayed at a lot of Drury Hotels and this was by far the best. It had a huge dining area for breakfast. The pool was heated and on the 6th floor which made for an amazing view. It also had a parking garage that was nice for safety.

Clean, 5-7 pm free dinner, free good breakfast, closed and security gated garage. Clean, de ent staff, great location. The AC blew directly onto my face throughout the night. When I turned it down, the room became too warm; when it was on, the airflow was aimed straight at the bed, and there was no way to redirect it. I understand this may be a structural limitation, but perhaps installing small directional wings or deflectors could help guide the airflow away from the sleeping area. It’s a great hotel, but unfortunately I couldn’t sleep more than two hours because of the constant draft.

First time staying at this hotel and it was great. Well priced, spacious room, comfortable bed, very clean, friendly staff, a bar/grill open late, the 6th floor pool is very nice with views, and by far the best included breakfast. Next time I’ll have to stay more than 1 day to experience the included afternoon drinks and food. Only small negative I can give is that service at the bar was slow sense I believe they only had 1 person working it and the tvs don’t have modern day connective to stream from phone or to login to a streaming service. Besides that I would 100% recommend this hotel out of all the ones I stayed at in the Plano area.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff were so friendly and kind. They offered free drinks and food in the lobby in the evening and breakfast in the mornings...I mean who does that?? The pool was nice and made my 17 year old happy.

We are family of four who arrived at the hotel feeling tired from the airport, but were allowed to check in early (around 2pm) after the hotel staff checked if a suite room was available and ready. My wife and I have stayed in several of the big name brand hotels in the Richardson/Dallas area recently and they were all about $100 give it take per night. We always felt a little ripped off when leaving so we decided to spend a more and try out the Drury. Definitely the right decision. The place was very clean without the crazy smell of most hotels, the bed and pillows were top notch, service was fantastic and the breakfast buffet was good as well. As an added bonus they have a very nice covered parking garage! We will be returning

The locations is great, room and lobby felt clean, staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was really good and the rooftop pool was awesome. My mother in law accidentally left her wallet with cash in it at the front desk and they looked at the cameras to see who it belonged to and made sure she got it back. Great stay.

Excellent hotel. The Amenities were awesome. I just wished they would have told me how to get my free drinks. The room was amazing, spacious and warm, the pool was clean and enjoyable. And the work out room felt like an actual gym. Nothing felt crowded except for the elevator at times. But there was little to no wait for another elevator. Total score 4.3 out of 5.

What a great place to stay! Very convenient location, super clean rooms. We felt very safe.

The king room was beautiful and comfortable with a lovely view. However the shower looked old and dull. The brown color of the shower stall looked old and dingy and the brown grout made it look worse. The shelf in the shower had black mold in the corner which is a complete turn off for me. Also, my clothing was stained after using the provided iron and board because the bottom of the iron has a sticky substance. Finally, the tops of the shower doors were dusty and stained the towel I’d thrown over it. Other than that everything else was beautiful. The breakfast was great and the staff were very accommodating. Shower stalls need to look fresh . Rejuvenate and get rid of the brown shower stall and replace with white which is crisp and can see that it is clean.

I love the location of this hotel. They have great food & drinks in the bar. They have breakfast which is free part of your stay. The room offers a clean and spacious nook for sitting and relaxing. We had a top floor with view of the freeway not too bad. The pool and hot tub is awesome. This was my 3 trip to same hotel & city and I choose them no matter what city I'm going to. Love the Drury Plaza!!!!

We stay at this hotel often. This time I was a little disappointed with how it wasn't as clean as it usually is. The breakfast tables hadn't been cleaned from the night before, and there was some trash on the ground in the outside seating area. Also, the last two times we've stayed, the beds were horrible. They have dips and really need to be replaced. As usual though, the evening bartender was awesome! All staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and tasted great.

Excellent stay! My family of 4 stayed for 2 nights in a double queen suite and it was fantastic and very spacious! Clean rooms, staff was friendly and I absolutely loved happy hour and the breakfast buffet. The hotel is in Excellent condition. Will definitely stay here again.

The poolside seating was comfortable as well as the spa. Very relaxing and not crowded at all. We were staying multiple nights and was pleasantly surprised for the cleaning crew to come in and fix our beds, take out the trash and straighten up. Also loved the kickback.

Wow!! What an awesome place to stay in Richardson. LOVE the free breakfast… they do buffet the right way, so many choices something for everyone! The “happy hour” drinks and snacks were my favorite part. Awesome popcorn popper too. There is a huge outdoor hot tub and nice pool that is great! I will always stay here when traveling to Dallas now.

We booked this hotel specifically because it had a hot tub. The hot tub was NOT HOT at all. It was cold. There were no towels at the pool either. We had to go hunt down a staff member to get a towel. This would have been a great hotel if the hot tub would have been working properly.

The room was fine. The breakfast was very good. Free parking was good. There's no in-house offering for lunch but several restaurants are in walking distance (.5 mile). My only concern was that I sat down on a chair and the seat was so deep, the back of my head crashed into the seat back made of wood. I saw stars (does that mean slight concussion?) and had a headache the rest of the day. When I reported that upon checkout, the person at the desk wrote it on a sticky note. I expected a form to fill out, but they aren't so formal. This gives me the impression I'll never hear from them.

It was a good stay overall, but the dinner buffet needs improvement. The selection was very limited and dishes were not refilled, even though there were still about 45 minutes left until closing time.

Room was Great, Staff was Great, and Kickback time was awesome, never seen anything like that with a hotel.

When I mentioned to the front desk guy next morning, he casually stated, that is our quietest area, NOT TRUE. The quieter rooms turned out to be facing the other (back) side. We like the location as it is near to our points of interest.

The elevator was very loud and could be heard from the room. The spout for the waffle batter was broken.

Room was somewhat clean. I always clean when I arrive and the towel I used to clean the shower was pretty black after wiping it down as well as the floors. I arrived in town 2 hours early and they did not offer a early check in and said I had to wait for 3pm which is ok I suppose, I arrived at 2:55, walked in with no greeting until the front desk was done talking to vendor, then told me I had to be on highest floor, due to inspection being done, ok, no worries, but that shower and bathroom floor was gross. Breakfast was laughable to say the least. Everyone doesn’t eat eggs and the only thing offered outside of waffles, was potatoes, all the rest had eggs. So disappointing! I will not return to this location.

Truly enjoyed our visit to this property. It is new, has covered parking, and check in/out were quick. All hotel staff were friendly and appeared appreciative of serving customers. The location was close to dining/shopping options, and light rail and other dining options were within walking distance). The evening buffet and bar, while keeping the food towards the modest end but with complimentary drinks, is an overall extra value for the room price. The foodservice area is designed well allowing for easy flow; the staff keeps everything stacked and fresh. I have not stayed at a Drury Inn in a long time (pre-Covid), but this experience has changed that. Look forward to staying again next time I am in the area.

I am a big fan to Drury hotels, but i think the liked less the Richardson location, i got the worst room view ever, the bathroom room and shower tub cheap quality and look old ,the room not that's quite, the other location do changes to the breakfast and snacks menu but not this one ,the front desk not that's helpful and they don't answer the calls mostly.

I trusted her and followed the management's direction immediately. However, when Expedia contacted the hotel to process the waiver, the hotel denied it. The management told me to go to Expedia to cancel, then refused the refund when Expedia called. Why send a guest on a wild goose chase if you were going to say 'no' anyway? This is not just poor service; it is misleading and unethical.

The rooms are always very clean. This is the main reason that we always stay at Drury Hotels. The breakfast food selections are varied, delicious and plentiful. Staff are always most courteous and most helpful.

Sadly, Cactus Cove appears to be a wonderful dream that has turned into a nightmare. I love the pool, playground, mini golf, etc., but maintenance is sorely lacking. The carpeting in the halls is loose and rippled, one of the elevators is not working, the continents

We LOVE this hotel. LOVE. Clean, easy, location, drinks (sodas and happy hour) and the popcorn! ONLY thing is that the fitness center may need to have been wiped down more recently than it was.

The overall space is nice, large. Fit my family of 4 really well. It’s also a really nice touch that they have nightly “dinner” available for free (hot dogs, nachos, some veggies etc.). It’s also located in a great spot, can hop on and off the highway/turnpike quickly. What I don’t love is the lack of cleanliness. In the room the carpet was dirty, hair, dirt and stained. The bed linen was not as clean as I would like. And the furniture in the room looked dirty.

Not your typical hospitality setting, nestled in a non landscaped area, super plain, but services are very generous and property is very clean!

The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and had plenty of options. This was a pet friendly hotel. We traveled with our dog. We were given a room on the "pet" floor and saw one other guest with a dog. No barking or messes. I would stay here again.

Near to everything Dallas/Richardson has to offer. Hotel is beautiful, rooms are quiet, the breakfast and kick-back offer full meals for you and your family, and the rooms are very roomy with great beds. So worth the price to stay at a Drury, and I look to stay there every chance I get.

The ice machine was broken on my flor but I just went to another floor. I really liked the secure parking garage. The room was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was spacious.

Front desk was very accommodating as I had an unusual situation. Breakfast and happy hour food/drink was outstanding and plentiful. Location was convenient. Room was large and comfortable. Hallway was quiet.

It was our first time in a Drury Hotel, which it has been recommended by family and friends. We really enjoy the hotel, the atmosphere, people and of course the happy hours and breakfast. The pool and jacuzzi were really nice and got to meet other hapy guess. Thanks

My wife and I were at the Drury for a staycation for our anniversary. The employees were very nice. The entire hotel and the room were well maintained and very clean. The roof top pool was notch! The breakfast buffet was also also good. The entire experience was great!! We will definitely stay again.

our room had hairs as soon as we were in. on the bed the restroom and even the walls. the smell smelled like humidity. same with the bed sheets. and the paint in the building itself was falling off from one corner of the room. incredibly disappointing. though the “amenity” section was excellent. breakfast and appearance gave luxury until the rooms/halls themselves.

Stayed 5days for the wedding and we rented 3 rooms my family,cousins from UK and my sister families… we loved the breakfast and kickbacks …. Rooms just need updates!! We really enjoyed our time there !! Our mini reunion was amazing

This was our first time staying at a Drury Hotel and we were favorably impressed. The "kick-back" in the evening and the breakfast in the morning were quite impressive compared the other places we have stayed. Definitely will stay again.

Swimming pool, spa, food options during breakfast and snack time. It was a very pleasant and memorable stay for me and my family.

Everything was wonderful but the bed was horrible. Back is in tremendous pain.

The hotel has an evening reception with free drinks and food . There are enough options to choose several meals. The breakfast is amazing as is the hotel restaurant and bar. I’ve stayed at this particular hotel twice, once two years ago and again just this weekend. It was wonderful both times! The price is perfect especially when you consider the amenities, the service and the cleanliness!

I always use it for quick getaways and am always satisfied and impressed.

Beautiful loved happy hour

Nice property. Frustrating to get into the hotel and checkin. You CANNOT park your car since then go checkin. You won’t be able to get in the building. I went for an overnight staycation but the pool was unfortunately filled with kids. The bed was nice in the room, but the room was quite small.

This is one of my favorite go to hotels for both business and pleasure. Nice, comfortable, and quite when needing an adult getaway and also great for entertaining the grandkids.

Drury Inn is the type of hotel you could stay at all day and night. The free breakfast, kickback, and drinks were great. The rooftop pool and gym were also great perks. We would definitely stay again.

Very accommodating staff. The free breakfast was one of the best. The Kickback (lite food and drink) was a big surprise. Only able to take advantage of it 1 night out of 3, but a nice gesture for guest. Elevators were clean and fast. Family friendly atmosphere. First time to a Drury Hotel. Because of this experience, it won't be our last.

Staff is really nice. Property and location nice. The room wasn't clean at all. Lots of blonde hair in the bed and no tissue/wash cloths. I had to call twice to get supplies.

This is a great property for short term stay with excellent service.

We have had many reservations at this location and have always had a great experience. This time we didn't have any change of sheets during our 5 night stay. Some days we had trash picked up and other days we didn't. Traveling with kids and a family - the least that should be done is trash should be picked up daily. It adds up quick!

5 Stars – Perfect for Families! We just stayed at the Drury Plaza Hotel Dallas Richardson with our small children, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The entire facility is spotless and top-tier—modern, well-maintained, and super comfortable. The outdoor pool was a huge hit with our kids, and we loved how safe and clean it was. It gave us all a chance to relax and have fun without having to leave the hotel. The free hot breakfast and evening kickback with food and drinks were such a bonus, especially when traveling with little ones—it saved us time, money, and stress. We honestly can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We’ve already booked our return trip in two weeks! If you're traveling with children (or without!), this is the place to stay in the Dallas-Richardson area.

Everything was wonderful for the most part. Complete lack of smoking areas was difficult for my Dad to cope with, as any smoker would agree. Otherwise, very nice stay!

Breakfast was the best we've had when staying at a hotel, and the dinner offering with their "kickback" from 5:30pm-7 pm was a offering I have not seen anywhere else we have stayed in the past. Hotel and rooms were really clean. Will most definitely come back and stay whenever we visit Dallas.

Very nice clean facility had a parking deck connected directly to the hotel that you use your room card to enter they also had a full bar and gave a card for three free drinks per night of your stay.

The rooms were clean and spacious and the black out curtains were prime for taking naps! Will 100% be booking here again!

This is a beautiful, relatvely new property, and is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds and great walk in shower. Both the breakfast and evening offerings were ample and delicious. We've been going to Drury properties for years, and this property is among the best.

This is a lovely, fresh hotel with superb staff. One staff member went way above and beyond to locate a grabber and help retrieve my son's toy after my son accidentally tossed the toy behind a big bench seat. The staff are kind and friendly and the hotel is clean and well-maintained.

We only stayed one night but it was a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel for families!

GREAT value! The hotel staff were friendly and engaging. The bartender remembered us every time! The pool was great for the kids and the daily breakfast and HH makes us want to come back again.

Got to my room and it was clean and tidy...except someone had used the toilet and not flushed. GROSS. I had already unpacked so I just moved on. Otherwise, the room was nice. Weirdly, the bathroom light came on a couple times in the middle of the night. It's on a motion detector, so, obviously malfunctioning. I've stayed there before and would probably stay there again.

The staff was amazing and very helpful the room was clean and they had complimentary drinks. Hotels.com had only booked one night when I had put in for two I had realized ahead but waited until I arrived to fix it the staff was excellent and added another night no problems I am really enjoying my stay.

It was an amazing stay, living up to expectations set from previous feedbacks.
