It’s a good place to stay for just sleeping if you’re not planning on staying in your room all day, other than that room was somewhat clean, area was okay wish they did more cleaning but it was a last minute booking so not really expecting much

I stayed in a room that was in need of more thorough cleaning and sanitization. The linens appeared to be in questionable condition, with noticeable hair from previous occupants. The bathroom required attention, with stains on the shower curtain and toilet. A more rigorous cleaning protocol would have significantly improved my stay. Unfortunately, the overall experience was marred by these cleanliness concerns.

Worst hotel, I had to be moved several times. The first room was very dirty stains on the sheet second room had blood stains on the sheets disgusting third room was still dirty stains on the sheets.

They thankfully moved us to another room that was marginally better, however this time the sink was broken and the shower (though strong with heat and pressure) seemed to be leaking from underneath even with then curtains closed. Lastly, I tried repeatedly to use the jacuzzi but due to the 1hr pre-heat up time requirement, I could never indulge. If this hotel just received a little more TLC it would be a good stay, but the property’s apparent neglect makes it a toss up if I will return.

The worst stay I have ever had. Hot tub always cold, breakfast closed by 8:45 am, so no sleeping in if you want to eat. When I complained about the service and amenities they tried to force me to check out of my stay early with nowhere to go.

The bath tub had hair in the drain, no soap at the sink and the bottles in the shower were empty. The place seemed a little old, not what was reflected in the description.

It's a decent hotel room was half clean walls dirty and the grounds around the hotel had used syringes in the dirt grass/flowerbed areas not good for children running around or even going to the pool! The restaurant was ok a lil pricey and menu was in Spanish only other than that it was ok I had to extend another day and the price was expensive for a Monday at $115.00 but overall it was a decent stay

Stayed for one night, to attend a funeral. The area was a bit shady. Upon arrival, the desk clerk/manager, was not friendly at all and dressed in jeans and a basic top. We were not told about the coffee and pastries or where the ice machine was located. All we were told was this is your room number. We had to ask where to find it. The listing advertised WiFi but we were not given the code. One of the bath towels had a black smudge stain in the middle. The showerhead was shooting water in every direction but straight because it was full of oxidation. The bathroom fan was filthy and toilet was so low on the ground that I had to get help to get up (old age). On a positive note, the bed was comfortable. The a/c window unit was cold, even though it was falling off from one corner. The photos online are quite deceiving. We got we paid. for

There were cockroaches in the bed and crawling all over the bathroom. The room smelled heavy of smoke even though it was stated no smoking allowed. People were outside my door talking all night. Looks like they were buying drugs in the rooms next door. I checked out 25 min after i arrived. Will never come back to this place.

Everything was OK. Except for the hot tub was not even hot. It was ice cold. And I also slipped and fell in the restroom. They didn’t have slippery and wet signs or anything. Very unsafe. Also I had just had back surgery so it really messed me up.

It is hard to select a stay when you are not familiar with LA. This area was really rough and not friendly. The rooms were spacious but the conditions were rough. When entering the room it smelled awful, had to open the window and blast the AC to rid of the smell. There were several women walking around the hotel barely dressed looking into the rooms. There were glass beer bottles around the property. I do not recommend for a family to stay here.

On a road trip & needed a same-night place to stay. Called ahead to conform connecting rooms before booking. Put the request in the online booking. Got to hotel & checked in, desk guy confirmed again that we had connecting rooms. I asked him about the pool hours & if there was a hot tub. He said no, but then look at the security camera of the pool & said, "but we do have a small jacuzzi. But it's not hot." So we asked if he could turn the heat on & he hemmed & hawed before agreeing to. I asked for a crib (the hotel description states they have cribs available). He told me they had none. We go to our rooms - they are NOT connecting. There's two large stains on the white comforters that looked like coffee spills? We go back down to the office & they give us new, connecting rooms. We get settled in, have the kids change into swimsuits to swim before bedtime. We go to the pool. It's GREEN. I took a picture to show my husband. I should have taken more pictures of everything! We don't swim. The beds were comfortable, some mold in bathtubs, but that's normal for this price point of hotel. The room floors were dirty, we wiped up a water spill - the towel was black. Idk if it's ever been mopped. Breakfast the next morning didn't exist. Some plain bagels. That was IT. No yogurt, juice, muffins, nothing. I never write hotel reviews but this place was laughable.

I selected pay at hotel option when booking and only put my debit card on file to reserve the room. When I arrived at the hotel my debit card had already been charged earlier that day TWICE. Checkin was at 4pm and i arrived around 5:30pm so I am not sure why they charged my card twice. I was going to use my credit card rather than my dedit card so i was a bit frustrated that they double charged my debit card. When the manager came out he was extremely rude and never apologized for the mishap. He blamed it on the system and was raising his voice at me and that stated that, that was standard for hotels to do and said i don't know what world you're from, but this is what hotels usually do. I have never ever had this happen to me. His attitude towards the situation was just awful. He handled it very poorly and basically lectured me. Once he voided the transaction his employee continued to check me in and was also rude. He didn't say not one word to me and had a smug look on his face. He proceeded to slide my driver's license on the counter and said here's your ID instead of handing it to me. The whole checkin process was very disappointing and upsetting. Our room was fairly clean. The sheets and comforters did have some stains on them. There was also a pawprint on the sheet. Due to the earlier interaction i didn't even want to call and ask for a new sheet so we bought throw blankets from target. However, overall the room was decent.

Overall, the hotel was very good. The bed mattress was very good and the room was clean. Also plenty of places to eat. The only real Negative was the surrounding area doesn’t look all that safe. But it’s nice and close to the hospital.

Veer, was very courteous and professional unfortunately the hotel was next to a restaurant that had Very loud music coming from inside till 12am in the morning other than that it was a very pleasant stay and convenient to all of my destinations.

They used the same coffee grounds for at least two days so basically they were serving brown/mud hot water. people were smoking marijuana in front of there rooms and smoking cigarettes and all the smoke is coming into the rooms because there are big cracks underneath the doors. I ask to have my room cleaned and the woman did not leave use any soap and the towels look and felt like you would use them to wash your car. There is a sports bar on the property and loud music until all hours of the night. I thought I saw DRACULA come out of the place so my wife and I pulled out the garlic. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! IT IS TERRIBLE AND UNSAFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I stayed three nights and found that there were no place to store clothing, nor a rack for dirty clothing. Room lacked a sofa and a table to have pizza at least. I was told not to eat in the room due to ants problem. I don't know how they enforce that rule. Never heard that before. I repeat, the place is clean and convenient for one night.

The room was fine but it says breakfast included. All they had was coffee, bagels and granola bars. That's barely a continental breakfast. Very misleading. We have been staying at a number of hotels on this trip and this was the worst for a supposed breakfast included.

More than enough space to spread the rooms out yet my kids and I were put in a room right next to people that clearly live at the hotel, they kept us up all night with foot trafffic and being loud and banging on walls and yelling and playing loud music. It was awful!!!!!! The pool was green.

This place is very deceiving. They need to update their pictures. The rooms don’t look like that. If you have CASH deposit they won’t give it back to you because they will find something wrong with the room. Their mattress are old and disgusting with stains. Place is noise after 8pm.

The check in was okay, there is just a bagels and orange juice, coffee for breakfast, the room was dirty, at first we were not aware of it, just dropped the luggage and left the floors were actually so dirty I spilled something and whipped it up and the tissue was black, the tub was dirty when water hit it ran black dirt. The staff is incredible. But it felt very unsafe and dirty. The sheets didn’t fit the mattress pad. The towels were stained. The shower was dirty. But the thing that alarmed me the most as a young female traveler was the lock on the door was broken. I wouldn’t recommend.

Lots of loud noise after 2 am. Cars with loud music and people talking outside. The complimentary breakfast in the morning area only had 2 bagels and coffee and tea. No water or juice.

Not the best and not the worst. Our first room had a broken toilet, cigarette hole in the sheets, and dirty/stained towels. They moved us to a different room that seemed slightly cleaner. But there was still things that werent cleaned. The tv remote was broken and there were hairballs in the corners. I felt like it was pretty expensive for how basic and dingy it was.

The shower did not have pressure the toliet seat was broken the. Jacuzzi in the pool never worked and booked for that reason

The place was super clean and nice, it was about a 15 drive to the NOS center but I had no issues with that. Lots of places to eat near by. I would stay again.

When I arrived at the property around 9 pm I was told that the fire department inspected and did not permit any more customers to stay other than the ones that were already there checked in. I was not notified at all until I arrived. I had to inconvenience myself and find another hotel

Arriving to the place to check in there were couple of ppl that wrecked ! Leaving the property outside in hall way there was human poop!! Going down the stairs I was asked by a homeless if I could give them a ride !!! I paid too much for this to happen!!!!

Towels were stained. floor was dirty and sticky. Fridge wasn't plugged in and actually had leaked. Cheap bed frame.

AC unit wasnt working so the room was hot and humid. The worst sleep of my life.

No breakfast, I did not feel safe. No explanation on where things are. No coffee maker.

I booked this hotel for one night as it said breakfast included. When we reached around 7:30 am in morning there was nothing there. We had to ask something to eat at front desk and then they brought 1 bagel each which eas not fresh and inedible. Took one bite and threw it in garbage. Juice jug was empty. Extremely disappointed as I have stayed in much better places for much less. Moreover after checkout when we were driving out of hotel a homeless guy on his tiny bike all of sudden almost jumped in front with of the car and started smiling looking at us as if it was intentional.

The hotel is in the same parking lot as a sports bar, so police were rolling through the parking lot until they closed at 2a. The shower head had a leak, the towels were stained and not cleaned, door into room didn¿t close all the way, staff not helpfulz

The breakfast is a joke, its just a bagel, which looks like they are over a week old. Room was large and comfortable, really like the fact that they removed the carpet and put in vinyl flooring. The mexican resturant on property is open, just doesnt look like it. Has really good food.

Policecalled numerous times for disturbing the peace of me. Drunk man and his married girlfriend and she let him back in room at 11pm and continue to fight again until 4am and no one did anything. After they left i was so tired i slept about 8 hours straight.

Truck drivers, there is trucking parking in the rear. The room had grit on the floor. I know because I was barefoot. There were strands of long hair in the tub and bathroom floor. There is no longer hand soap at sink. You have to get soap from a shower and use that. Hotel little old but overall clean. I lost taste and smell 8 months ago, so I can't tell you if I smelled any odors. The room next door was non-smoking, and they were smoking. NOT quiet. Repeatedly called the front desk about fighting next door they nor police did anything. Some reason a person was let in the room and woke me up at 5 am front desk simply said they would not let them stay after today. Like damn so from 10 pm yesterday to god knows when I don't get sleep?? Pool hadn't been clean. NO shade for pool furniture. Great shoppers from apps to get food from.

The room is a non-smoking but one could smell old smoke. The hardwood floor was very dirty inside the room. Cockroach found in the bath. Service mediocre. Noisy location
