The hotel lobby felt posh and welcoming. The room was clean and well maintained with no apparent signs of excessive wear. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive to any request that I had. I had a great stay.

It's conveniently located on and close to lots of food and shopping. It was 400$ a night. I was there for a dance competition. I booked 2 nights through a group rate for 179$ a night months before the event. I later found out I would need to arrive 1 day earlier and the group rate was no longer available. The Hyatt has a contract with the dance convention so they knew there would be hundreds of people coming to stay.

The room was in good condition, the location is great, and the staff was welcoming. There is longer a shuttle to the airport despite it being listed on the amenities. The people in the room next door were unruly and startled me out of my sleep at 3am. It was very unsettling and ruined my stay.

Did not take breakfast in the Capital Grill. I did have dinner, and it was great. On Floor 14 there is a high pitched sound that is heard throughout, especially in my room itself. I found it difficult to fall asleep, and woke up a few times. I would have asked to change rooms, but it was late. I thought it was just in my room, but when I left I noticed the sound traveled all through the 14th floor hallway and by the elevators. I could not figure out what was causing it. I placed my ear to the wall of my room and the high pitch sound did get louder, so I assumed it must be a high pitch sound from some machinery in the walls itself.

Fabulous property in the heart of North Hills! Everyone there was SO NICE and eager to help in any way. Everything is CLEAN and very nicely appointed. The breakfast and bar were great with exceptional service at every turn. Parking was FREE in the garage below and easy to find. LOVE this property, definitely recommend!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable and spotless. The bed and pillows were superior to a lot of places that I've stayed. Check in and out was seamless.

Location Blankets. The blanket was very heavy and hot. A lighter blanket option would be nice.

I was woken up in the morning by the sounds of someone playing a video game. I think folks should be allowed to play video games in their hotel room, but they should wear headphones if they are going to play really late or very early in the morning.

Best part of this hotel is the fitness center. It is almost the size of a gym that you would pay a membership. The rooms are large and well appointed. Hotel sits right in the midst of Reston Town Center. Great location, comfortable rooms, great gym!!

We arrived on Monday November 24, however, the next morning there was no water. We called the front desk to find out when the water was coming back and they said in two hours. The water cabe back about two hours later but we didn't get hot water. We had to leave the hotel without getting showers because we had tickets for some events in Washington D.C. When we arrived that evening finally there was hot water. The rest of the stay we had no more issues. I belive we should be compensated in some way for this problem. Thank you, Arturo Rubalcava

My shower had no water pressure and the hair dryer only blew out cold air. The staff gave no information on the parking garage or how to operate the elevator that you have to use your key. There were water bottles in the fridge in the room but no information on if they cost something or were free. There needs to be more information given or displayed so you know.

Lovely stay! Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Hotel is in walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Coffee shop on-site opens very early and Masti restaurant was fantastic. The Capital Burger restaurant is really mediocre.

I think the lobby need some renovation also they need clearly mentioning that $18 a night parking fee up front to their customers

We have stayed at this hotel a few times prior and it is just as lovely as earlier. it is clean and comfy. It hotel is well maintained. There are many options for restaurants right in the Reston Town Center. The location of the Hyatt was perfect for our trip to visit family in Reston.

We were expecting 2 beds and had to settle for a King and pull out with little room to pull out. We had to go down two floors to use a microwave. For the price it I just expected higher level amenities. Room was ok nothing special. Had to call to request a neighbor's dog to be quieted. Assumed dog was in room all day and night alone. Just expected more for the Hyatt.

The management and service was superb! Alex helped us change a booking last minute. We loved the access to the pool and the Regency Club. My daughter and i come every Spring Break for a sleepover staycation. We will always come back!

On February 9th we had no access to our television, we could only get the commercials showing various Hyatt hotels. I'd like to add my husband, and I frequented the Hyatt hotel in Reston, I will say staff was very helpful and pleasant. Room service was great, Parking was convenient.

The heater in my room was broken, so I spent the night shivering in the cold. The room temperature was 56°F, and the air conditioner was on. When I switched it to heat, it only went up to 66°F after three hours. I told the receptionist about it, and they said they would fix it later. So, I decided to check out immediately.

The property was clean and the service was excellent. It was close to a wide variety of dining options. The one drawback was the carpeting because it set off my allergies.

We went for a dance convention, and the hotel was extremely nice. It was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant had great food / drinks. There were a bunch of stores in walking distance and an ice skating rink right outside the door. I highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent , it was a Thanksgiving night and he did amazing.

1 the bathroom doesn't have a vent fan. Which I've never seen. Every hotel I've ever stayed at has one. As a couple staying at a hotel using the restroom and such to have an exhaust fan to turn on if you use the restroom or a take a shower is expected. 2. Very low to the ground toilet. Almost like it was for a child. Otherwist it was an adequate stay.

The pool was open at 6am (!). The room was quiet.

I love coming to this property year after year and getting the same excellent service. The little town center is great for shopping and becomes a magical place during the holiday season.

Perfect location and venue for a mini family reunion! Love this Hyatt. Restaurants and shopping within short walking distances! Hyatt is a beautiful property with excellent staff. We ate at the Capital Burger restaurant for convenience. Would definitely book this hotel again

The property was very clean, and super convenient. It was a great place to stay. It’s a little expensive but we enjoyed our time.

Front desk is friendly and helpful. The beds are good, although the pillows are not. In-room dining leaves much to be desired. Breakfast was delivered promptly, but in plastic containers with plastic utensils. Same surcharges as room service delivered on a tray with china and cutlery. So not a good experience AND environmentally unsound.

Bathroom had the smallest toilet I ever saw in my life. Really tiny.

Excellent location everything is a step outside the door. A ton of great shopping and dining options. Anything you need is right there. The hotel however is dark, kind of meh and very dated. Definitely in need of an overhaul. Staff was great. Rooms are fine—nothing special and very basic. And the bathrooms are tiny with no ventilation. Our rate for the first three night was great made it perfectly fine. The last two nights it was nearly double for no reason which made no sense and was not worth it for the price.
