    I liked the Silver Legacy and have stayed there several times while in Reno. The one drawback is the smoke smell. Although I was in a nonsmoking room, my room and subsequently All of my clothes smelled like an ashtray. I notified staff about the strong smoke odor in my room, but it was not addressed.

    I would have liked a stronger ac, it took a while for the room to cool down. The shower was good, albeit a little low water pressure. We didn't have wash cloths in the room either. Not bad for a basic room, pretty disappointing for a resort.

    I’ve been going to the silver legacy for years. I love it. The last time I was there was in 2022. I was just there over the weekend. It’s been four years since I’ve been able to go and it’s exactly as I remember it. The staff is nice. The rooms are nice. I didn’t hit any jackpots, but I didn’t go broke either. I had a lot of fun playing I met a celebrity which was fun. He was really nice. I can’t wait to go back again. I am a smoker so it didn’t bother me too much but you could smell the smoke Close to the gift shop a little bit in the lobby, but it’s a casino so what do you expect they did have an extra resort fee. I had to pay an extra hundred dollars on top of the 125 deposit.

    Spa drain would not close could not keep full without constantly running the water, not enough hangers, shower would only run cold water, no hot water, very noisy room when neighbor used spa, shuttle service to airport was unsafe, driver was glued to phone and driving aggressively, his eyes were on his phone more than the road, I feared for our safety, also the shuttle drives right past the departure check in and deposits everyone at the arrival terminal, causing everyone to have to walk the entire length of the terminal to get to check-in location.

    Went for a bowling tournament. Since the city has cleaned up the central area between the hotel and the National Bowling Stadium, staying here is our preference when walking around downtown. Easy airport shuttle, convenient to the riverwalk, and great for a short stay.

    The pool was so small and has a max number of 40 people and 4 for the hot tub. The hotel has over 30 stories! How does it not have a bigger pool and why can’t they keep it clean? Not enough chairs and no umbrellas just out in the open sun. The room was great. The bellhop service was great! I know most people don’t care about the pool. But this was my mini get away. I always use the pool and the gym.

    Considering this is a large casino hotel, the rooms were updated, clean and super quiet. Self parking garage is across the street from the hotel and casino so make sure to enter and use the bag drop off (we didn’t see it until after the fact).

    The arcade kids enjoyed Hot water in all positions on the shower got burned by hot water. They moved me into another room lied and said they'd comp me the rooms and there would be no charge. I even left early 40pm on 2nd day didn't use the night. Called as I was leaving early and they got rude and kept hanging up. Not good customer service at all.

    The room was absolutely spotless, with every corner nicely arranged, creating such a warm and inviting vibe. The staff was super friendly and always ready to lend a hand, which made my stay even better! As for the casino, it still has that same fun atmosphere and familiar layout that I loved from my last visit, buzzing with vibrant lights and the exciting sounds of spinning slot machines.

    Given the environment, and that I was there for a conference, which I knew would have me needing for my room to be an oasis, the premium room choice was a good one. Room was on a higher floor. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bedding was great and I was able to keep the room to a nice cool temperature. Wonderful facility but if possible, I do recommend upgrading your room choice to stay out of the fray and out of the noise.

    When we arrived the lady checking us in had a horrible attitude she was very rude! We got up to our room which smelled like old stale cigarettes smoke we switched rooms wanted to go to the gym before calling it a night since we traveled so early gym closes at 8 bell hop basically asked me for a tip before even taking my bags out the room and when I said I'll check my funds and let him know once down to valet THIS MAN LEFT SOME OF MY ITEMS IN FRONT OF MY DOOR NOW I SEEN HIM LOAD THE CART WE ONLY HAD 2 suit cases a fan and a bag of our food you guys know how big the transports are there was so much room left on there so why leave my items in front of my door?? VERY LOW BUDGET! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

    The only redeeming quality about this stay was the front desk person who checked us in. She was a very sweet lady who went above and beyond. Other than that, smoky, the room mediocre, and the rest of the staff just plain rude. I’ll think twice about staying here after doing so off and on over the last 20 years. Do better!!!

    My only complaint was the shuttle back to the airport. Waited almost an hour for a shuttle, there was a group that used multiple shuttles so we weren’t able to get on them. There should still be a shuttle to accommodate the rest of us in situations like this. There were some smaller van shuttles which would have worked but watched drivers drive off with no one in them. This is the reason I have a 4 star instead of 5 Thanks : )

    I checked into a clean room and had all the amenities I should’ve had. Also I did not take a daily service. I didn’t need it. I was by myself. I’m a clean and neat person.     Second, I had a 6am flight and was assured the hotel airport shuttle started service at 4 am. I arrive at the shuttle site ten minutes early to assure I didn't miss it. At 4:15 I asked where the shuttle was and assured it was on it's way. At 4:30 a cab swung by and I flagged it down and made it to the airport barely an hour before the door closed on my flight. If you have an early flight, I don't know that you can rely on the hotel shuttle.

    Resort fee $42/night, high price for low value. I ask staff what is covered, in-room coffee maker & fridge. Swimming pool & gym. 10th floor designated non-smoking.     got stranded in a snow storm, stayed here the second night after a very bad, and similar priced, experience at the Quality inn in Reno at the airport! pool was not open and parking was very far from the check in desk, but otherwise a great hotel, quiet and clean. I am not a gambler, which is good because i lost $20 in 5 cent slots in t minutes, ridiculous! Hotel had a great comedy show tho so it was all good!

    Proximity to the bowling stadium Too noisy, food was overpriced, there were thugs fighting in the streets outside. No way I would have selected a smoking king room when I made the reservation, you put us in one. SL moved us to a queen, those are not queen sized beds they are full at best.

    Room was spacious. Liked how it's linked with Circus Circus and Eldorado. It made gaming in the 3 casinos convenient. The put Premium King bed room we had was dated. Plumbing fixtures seemed old; therefore, it seemed like water pressure was low. Pillows were way too big.

    Valet was outstanding. Housekeeping was way below expectations. Room not cleaned after 1st night. Had to call and ask to get cleaned 2nd day, also wanted extra coffee and got DECAF ONLY. When leaving on Sunday, called Bell desk to have bags taken down, bellman showed up 10 minutes later and took bags down, we checked out at 11, and went to valet, where our car was brought out promptly, but our bags took over 30 minutes to come out watching other guests get there bags before us even though we were standing and waiting for much longer then everyone else.

    Comfy bed. Big room. Big fridge. Nice walk in shower. Room was fresh and clean. We were not happy when a homeless person with a scooter came into the swimming pool area on the 4 th floor and sat in the hot tub. Didn't give us much confidence in security since he had to go up the elevators and then down the long haul of the spa. The food court was a disaster. They need someone in there to clean up those tables and floors.

    First of all, it took an hour from the airport to get a shuttle. Second of all, it took another 45 minutes to check in by the time we got there, only one one person work in the counter at a big resort. The air conditioning in our room did not work. It was set at 65 but the temperature remains 72. The internet also was slow or never worked. The pool is a joke. Could not use it because it was crowded and being so small we couldn't get a place to lay out. It was probably one of my worst stays at a hotel. And the staff wasn't helpful when I called to tell him about the issues we had with the air conditioning and internet

    The room was quite big and comfortable to stay. The location was excellent. Though I haven't experimented with gambling in casinos there, it was a kind of place to observe. The room was not having the microwave. It became very difficult to prepare the ready-to-eat food which I brought from India. There should be a provision of eith microwave or hot plate type of arrangements at least as a practice common elsewhere.

    At check in, we opted to have our room cleaned. It never got touched until day 3 of our 5 day stay. Had to notify them that it was not being cleaned. Then found food under the lamp and table that had pushed up with a sweeper at some point. Had to ask to refill the coffee containers daily as well.

    My only problem was that I had a birthday 2 days before I got there and my license expired 2 days ago I totally forgot about it. The stuff didn’t let me check in. I also had a copy of my passport, they didn’t accept it because it was on my phone picture! They were not helpful at all. Manager was useless too. I was lucky that I had a friend who was at town that day to come over and use his license and credit card to get me checked in. I reserved the hotel month in advance and they should have understand and make an exception. It was just 2 days difference not 2 months. I had been there many and many times in past 20 years.

    We have stayed here many times before with no issues. My husband was traveling and we book him for one night for a stop on the way home during a 20+ hour drive. The reservation was in my name so they wouldn’t let him check in. They wouldn’t even honor a cancellation and we had to double pay. We are extremely disappointed in the whole situation after being repeat customers.

    Location was excellent. Parking garage was a plus. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Restaurant choices and quality was very good. Facility was overall clean. Air quality in the facility was very poor. Several of the people in our group had respiratory issues in several areas of the building. The pillows we had in our room were just terrible, others in our group reported the same in their rooms. Temperature within the facility also seemed extremely inconsistent.

    To Start, the room was FILTHY, Food,trash on the floor and Pop bottles, garbage under the table, disgusting. Requested pillows,tp etc 2 hours later, nothing.. called again,they said they had a shift change and must have FORGOT US.Requested AGAIN..hours later, nothing,had to catch a cleaner in the hall.I also have medication that needed refrigeration asap when we arrived- Only 2 hours prior to check in mind you -and I contacted the property multiple times,they assured me they would assist. Upon arrival they said it would be $50 to check in and use the refrigerator 2 hours early. They also charged us $46.95 resort fees when it was CLEARLY posted nightly resort fee of $36.95 (plus tax). I asked what this was really for,the front desk clerk said " to use the ELEVATOR" Which nobody at check in explained that you HAVE to Scan your room key to RIDE the elevator. Nor did they share if/ where ANY " Amenities" were available in the hotel.The casino was also extremely dirty. They don't have ANYONE cleaning the machines, yucky ashtrays, nothing. There is No drink stations or anyone to GET you a drink. We had to go to the bar for Everything.. simple bottles of water,they can atleast set them out somewhere so people don't get dehydrated! Lots of escolaters were not working between their other casinos. Most restaurants don't open until 4. We didn't get a warm fuzzy GUN feeling AT ALL . Myself, Husband and sister went here,after 30 years,to celebrate our birthdays,big mistake.GOSOMEWHEREELSE

    We were in town for an event at a different location and didn't spend much time at the hotel. The property was nice enough and I would stay there again due to it's central location downtown, although this is the first hotel I have ever stayed at which charged an early check-in fee for an afternoon check-in.     will not stay here again, staff was not helpful in answering a lot of questions, no compensation, rooms were not as expected. List goes on. Big parties get priority over other regular folk. They also charge you for checking in. Only hotel to do this and charge a resort fee.

    Disappointed that they did not have microwave. While traveling with kids-and ones that are super picky eaters or maintain their weights (we have wrestlers who needed to weigh in) it was difficult to drive the 10 hours and bring food to eat in the hotel. The room was clean but still had perfume and trying to cover previous smoke of the past, after a week, with asthma, I am still coughing. Bed was comfortable and shower was nice. Having a refrigerator was nice.

    The whole place is very clean including the rooms. The spa suite was fantastic. The girl that checked us in was very friendly and apologetic that our room wasn't ready at check in. It was inconvenient to wait a half hour after check in but they did give us $60 in room credits. We will definitely stay here again.

    Fridge did not work, bed was terrible. Restaurants were too expensive. I stayed for Dr. appt, did not use any of the resort amenities and still was charged RESORT FEE. Noisy hallways at night. Problems with key cards. Definitely too expensive. I have stayed many times but this time the entire stay sucked. After surgery not a good experience. Will never stay there again!!!!!!

    The room has the basic necessities that you need to sleep while visiting Disney. It’s not a terrible option for those trying to save as much money as possible but still be relatively close to the park. It’s not within walking distance like I thought but it’s a cheaper uber ride than others. However, the shower is awful. The water pressure is great but the lip of the shower is too low and the curved shower curtain bar just flooded the bathroom (no way to avoid this), which explains why all the fake wood planks are lifting and look like they are constantly re glued, plus all the baseboards in bathroom were rotted out or missing. The last day though the shower never got hot (or warm) and I called the office and they said the water heater just went out that morning and they had someone coming to work on it. Thank god the last day was the day we were heading home or I would have been far more upset to not get to shower before Disney. Otherwise, the room was clean-ish and had what we needed so it wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Also, I wouldn’t say free breakfast but more so, free bananas, yogurt & muffins if you’re lucky. You get what you pay for.

    The staff was great. The carpet in my room either needs deep-cleaning or should be replaced. The elevators smelled of cigarette smoke (kind of disgusting). The swimming poot & jacuzzi closed too early (8pm). We would have appreciated being able to spend time in the jacuzzi after dinner, but no-go.

    It feels as if the rooms have gotten cleaner.. we were happy with the room. Negatives: escalators, elevators, and ice machines out of order.. I don’t know what Caesars is doing but the once “illustrious” casino properties are slowly degrading and becoming dystopian. Even more so that statement applies to the City of Reno; clean up it guys.. what the heck.

    Clean room but we could not get kureg to work. They were supposed to refill pods but did not. Did self check in so never saw staff. Elevators took forever.     The casino restaurants were affordable and the meals were very good. The room was in good condition. The sink drain needed to be unplugged and there was a very loud low tone noise that was in the ceiling when I started the shower. The check in and out kiosk is the way to go when arriving and leaving.

    Requested daily housekeeping, but daily bed making and that was even done poorly. Sink counter was left messy (items spilled were not cleaned up), room not vacuumed, counters not dusted, and bed made very poorly (bottom and top sheet not straightened and made correctly). Housekeeping also left other items in the hallway outside other guests rooms for extended period of time, e.g. pile of sheets, food/libation. Very disappointed in the housekeeping services.

    The hotel itself was great but the hotel room was out dated. The walls were so thin we could hear the people using the bathroom and their music. With all the resort fee you would think that they would at least get new pillows because the ones we had had yellow stains which was unpleasant. There was hair on the shampoo dispenser. The sheets looks like they smelt good and wasn’t changed. Over all the staff at the deli was great. Probably would NOT come back.

    The check-in went very fast was provided water while waiting got to the room dropped off our luggage when heading out the door for dinner noticed that there was some leftover food from the previous guests. That was a little well got back took a shower the towel smelt so bad that we didn’t even dry off with the towels, we air dried other than that. It’s still a good place to stay just one little hiccup this trip.

    Not real clear where to park and check in. It was a challange to discover where the lobby was and where to park. Check in reception did not supply directories or offer much help how to find open restaurants within the casino. Three different casinos/hotels are connected so you are on your own discovering whats where and on what level. The electronic directories were no help at all.

    Lobby smells strongly of smoke and mildew, and check-in lines are slow. Kiosks work well and the rooms are quiet, comfortable, with great showers. Mountain view was decent, but overpriced bottled water and a depressing lobby drag down the experience.
